Abstract
Background: Recent studies have shown that the baseline values of absolute aortic root diameter (ARD) and indexed diameter are associated with all-cause mortality and cardiovascular events in the general population, even in the absence of aneurysmal aortic disease. However, there is limited available data on the association between ARD and prognosis in end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis (MHD). Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the predictive value of ARD for all-cause mortality and cardiovascular events in this specific population.Methods: ARD was measured by echocardiography at the level of the sinuses of Valsalva at end diastole and indexed to body surface area (BSA). The primary endpoint was all-cause mortality. The secondary endpoint was major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), including cardiovascular mortality, myocardial infarction and stroke. Cox proportional hazards models were conducted to evaluate the association between baseline ARD/BSA and clinical outcomes.Results: A total of 391 patients were included in this study. The primary endpoint occurred in 95 (24.3%) patients while the secondary endpoint occurred in 71 (18.2%) patients. Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that ARD/BSA was an independent prognostic factor for all-cause mortality (HR, per 1-SD increase, 1.403; 95% CI, 1.118-1.761; p = 0.003) as well as MACE (HR, per 1-SD increase, 1.356; 95% CI, 1.037-1.772; p = 0.026).Conclusions: Our results show that ARD/BSA is predictive of all-cause mortality and MACE in MHD patients with ESRD and support the view that assessment of ARD/BSA may refine risk stratification and preventive strategies in this population.

Abstract
Agricultural green production is vital for ensuring product quality, safety, and mitigating environmental issues. E-commerce operations have emerged as a key driver of green production transformation. Based on a sample of 704 farm households in Jiangsu Province, this study employs a two-way fixed-effects model, Propensity Score Matching (PSM), Instrumental Variable Probit (IVProbit), and Extended Regression Model (ERM) to address endogeneity, alongside stepwise regression to test the mediating role of technology cognition. The results show that e-commerce operations significantly and positively influence the adoption of green production technologies among farmers, with technology cognition acting as a positive mediator. The impact of e-commerce on technology adoption varied across different age groups and geographical terrains, with older farmers and those in plain regions benefiting the most. Additionally, e-commerce played a crucial role in the adoption of green technologies, particularly in the use of organic fertilizers. To promote the broader adoption of green technologies among farmers, it is recommended that governments strengthen e-commerce support systems, enhance technical training for farmers, improve the inclusivity of e-commerce platforms, and address gaps in the availability of green production technologies.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To characterise the prevalence of myopia and eye diseases among school adolescents and children in Southwest China, and to evaluate the effectiveness of myopia control tools. DESIGN Retrospective cohort study. SETTING Across 95 basic education institutions in Southwest China. PARTICIPANTS 96 146 children aged 3-17 years from a school-based survey conducted between 2019 and 2021. PRIMARY OUTCOME MEASURES The data of vision assessment and eye disease examination of school students were analysed, including a total of four surveys once per semester. The prevalence of myopia categorised as low (-0.5D to -3.0D), moderate (-3.0D to -6.0D) and high (≥-6.0D), along with the prevalence of significant ocular diseases, was assessed. Stratified analyses were conducted to investigate the impact of correction time on visual acuity (VA) and biological parameters. Subsequently, the subjects across the groups were matched using the nearest neighbour method, followed by multidimensional statistical analysis. RESULTS The prevalence of myopia among the surveyed students was 38.39%. After controlling for confounding variables, the statistical analysis revealed a 0.1 increase in mean VA within the orthokeratology group and a 0.1 decrease in VA within the spectacle group (p<0.001), with statistically significant differences in corneal radius, corneal curvature and equivalent spherical lens (p<0.05). Multivariate analysis indicated a statistically significant reduction in VA in the ophthalmopathy group compared with the control group (p=0.031). Furthermore, it was demonstrated that the risk of eye disease during vision correction was greater among older students than their younger counterparts (OR>1), and that female students exhibited a higher risk than male students (OR=1.5). CONCLUSIONS The current high prevalence of myopia and eye diseases among Southwest China's school youths demands public health attention. Minors wearing orthokeratology lenses at night, especially in primary school, exhibit significantly improved naked-eye vision. However, vigilant eye healthcare during the correction period is crucial, especially for girls.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Antibody response to vaccination is a powerful paradigm for studying the effects of chronic stress on immune function. In the present study, we used this paradigm to examine the interaction between caregiving (as a type of chronic stress) and sex on the antibody response to a single dose of a COVID-19 vaccination; recent research has called for examination of sex differences on health outcomes among family caregivers. A three-way interaction between caregiving, sex, and psychological distress was also examined. METHODS COVID-19 antibody data were extracted from 165 caregivers (98 females) and 386 non-caregivers (244 females) from the UK's Understanding Society COVID-19 study. Relevant sociodemographics, health and lifestyle, and distress variables were gathered as potential covariates. RESULTS In a 2 × 2 ANOVA, we found that the interaction between caregiving and sex was significant; male caregivers had a lower antibody response to the vaccine compared to female caregivers ( F (1,547), =24.82, p < .001, η2p = 0.043). Following adjustment, male caregivers had the lowest antibody response relative to all other groups. The three-way interaction model, controlling for covariates, was also significant ( R2 = 0.013, p = .049); the conditional effects for the three-way interaction revealed that male caregivers, compared to the other groups, had a lower antibody response at both low and medium levels of psychological distress. CONCLUSION This study found evidence of a three-way interaction between caregiving, sex, and distress on antibody response. Male caregivers had poorer antibody response to a single shot of the COVID-19 vaccination than female caregivers and male and female non-caregivers, and this was evident at low and medium levels of distress. Our findings will be discussed in relation to the caregiver and sex interactions during the pandemic.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is the third most common cause of death after cancer and heart disease. The continuous treatment of children with CKD was greatly challenged during the COVID-19 pandemic, which significantly impacted the CKD children's prognosis and the caregivers' psychological status. However, the influence mechanism of socioeconomic status, medical delay duration, traffic pressure, and online consultation duration on caregivers' hope and psychological resilience still lacks relevant evidence. METHODS This study investigated the general social information, hope, and psychological resilience of 247 caregivers with CKD in 13 provinces of China in March 2020. Factor analysis and an exploratory Structural Equation Model ( SEM ) were used to find the best-fit model, and Bootstrapping was used to calculate the 95% CI of indirect effects. RESULTS The factor analysis obtained four common factors, namely, socioeconomic status (annual family income, education, and career stability), medical accessibility (online consultation duration, medical delay duration, and traffic pressure), hope (positive attitude, positive action, and intimate relationship) and psychological resilience (optimism, tenacity, and strength), with the cumulative contribution rate of 65.34%. Bootstrapping obtains the socioeconomic status β = 0.30 (95% CI [0.14, 0.47], P = 0.002), medical accessibility β = 0.31 (95% CI [0.12, 0.47], P = 0.002), and hope β = 0.40 (95% CI [0.27, 0.52], P = 0.002) has a direct impact on psychological resilience of CKD children caregivers, followed by medical accessibility β = 0.20 (95% CI [0.10, 0.38], P = 0.001) and hope β = 0.23 (95% CI [0.16, 0.32], P = 0.001) plays a mediating role between socioeconomic status and psychological resilience. The indirect impact effect β = 0.35 (95% CI [0.25, 0.50], P = 0.001) is greater than the direct impact effect β = 0.30 (95% CI [0.14, 0.47], P = 0.002). CONCLUSIONS Sufficient attention should still be given to children with immunodeficiency after the COVID-19 pandemic, such as CKD, to avoid infection of deadly. Secondly, the government should vigorously develop Primary medical institutions to ensure efficient treatment of severe patients in tertiary hospitals; Finally, the professional literacy of medical workers in remote diagnosis and treatment should be improved to enhance the country's emergency response capacity for similar major public events and the requirements for normalised epidemic prevention and control.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine whether preoperative classification of breast edema on T2-weighted imaging (T2WI) is useful for predicting sentinel lymph node (SLN) metastasis and biological behavior in patients with early-stage breast cancer. METHODS This retrospective study involved 341 women with breast cancer who underwent breast MRI from January 2019 to March 2022. Breast edema was scored on a scale of 1-4 on T2WI (1, no edema; 2, peritumoral edema; 3, prepectoral edema; and 4, subcutaneous edema). A logistic regression model was employed for univariate and multivariate analyses. A clinicopathological model was established using independent influencing factors identified in the multivariate analyses, excluding breast edema score (BES). Subsequently, BES was incorporated into this model to establish a combined BES model. The AUC and Delong test were used to examine the additional predictive value of the BES. RESULTS Logistic regression analysis showed that breast edema was an independent risk factor for SLN metastasis. The combined BES model significantly improved the predictive performance of SLN metastasis compared with the clinicopathological model alone (AUC, 0.77 vs. 0.71; p=0.005). In addition, the BES was significantly positively correlated with the tumor diameter (p<0.001), histologic grade (p=0.001), Ki-67 index (p<0.001), and non-luminal subtypes (p<0.001). CONCLUSION The BES on T2WI is useful for predicting SLN metastasis. A higher grade of breast edema is associated with breast cancer aggressiveness and increases the probability of SLN metastasis.

Abstract
AIM To develop and validate a deep learning (DL) algorithm for the automated detection and classification of carotid artery plaques (CAPs) on computed tomography angiography (CTA) images. MATERIALS AND METHODS This retrospective study enrolled 400 patients (300 in the Center Ⅰ and 100 in Ⅱ). Three radiologists co-labeled CAPs, and their revised calcification status (noncalcified, mixed, and calcified) was regarded as ground truth. Center Ⅰ patients were randomly divided into training and internal validation datasets, while Center Ⅱ patients served as the external validation dataset. Carotid artery regions were segmented using a modified 3D-UNet network, followed by CAPs detection and classification using a ResUNet-based architecture in a two-step DL system. The DL model's detection and classification performance were evaluated on the validation dataset using precision-recall curve, free-response receiver operating characteristic (fROC) curve, Cohen's kappa, and ROC curve analysis. RESULTS The DL model had achieved 83.4% sensitivity at 3.0 false positives (FPs)/CTA scan in internal validation and 78.9% in external validation. F1-scores were 0.764 and 0.769 at the optimal threshold, and area under fROC curves were 0.756 and 0.738, respectively, indicating good overall accuracy for CAP detection. The DL model also showed good performance for the ternary classification of CAPs, with Cohen's kappa achieved 0.728 and 0.703 in both validation datasets. CONCLUSION This study demonstrated the feasibility of using a fully automated DL-based algorithm for the detection and ternary classification of CAPs, which could be helpful for the workloads of radiologists.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Early screening using low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) can reduce mortality caused by non-small-cell lung cancer. However, ∼25% of the 'suspicious' pulmonary nodules identified by LDCT are later confirmed benign through resection surgery, adding to patients' discomfort and the burden on the healthcare system. In this study, we aim to develop a noninvasive liquid biopsy assay for distinguishing pulmonary malignancy from benign yet 'suspicious' lung nodules using cell-free DNA (cfDNA) fragmentomics profiling. METHODS An independent training cohort consisting of 193 patients with malignant nodules and 44 patients with benign nodules was used to construct a machine learning model. Base models using four different fragmentomics profiles were optimized using an automated machine learning approach before being stacked into the final predictive model. An independent validation cohort, including 96 malignant nodules and 22 benign nodules, and an external test cohort, including 58 malignant nodules and 41 benign nodules, were used to assess the performance of the stacked ensemble model. RESULTS Our machine learning models demonstrated excellent performance in detecting patients with malignant nodules. The area under the curves reached 0.857 and 0.860 in the independent validation cohort and the external test cohort, respectively. The validation cohort achieved an excellent specificity (68.2%) at the targeted 90% sensitivity (89.6%). An equivalently good performance was observed while applying the cut-off to the external cohort, which reached a specificity of 63.4% at 89.7% sensitivity. A subgroup analysis for the independent validation cohort showed that the sensitivities for detecting various subgroups of nodule size (<1 cm: 91.7%; 1-3 cm: 88.1%; >3 cm: 100%; unknown: 100%) and smoking history (yes: 88.2%; no: 89.9%) all remained high among the lung cancer group. CONCLUSIONS Our cfDNA fragmentomics assay can provide a noninvasive approach to distinguishing malignant nodules from radiographically suspicious but pathologically benign ones, amending LDCT false positives.

Abstract
We report the first double-differential neutrino-argon cross section measurement made simultaneously for final states with and without protons for the inclusive muon neutrino charged-current interaction channel. The proton kinematics of this channel are further explored with a differential cross section measurement as a function of the leading proton's kinetic energy that extends across the detection threshold. These measurements use data collected with the MicroBooNE detector from 6.4×10^{20} protons on target from the Fermilab booster neutrino beam with a mean neutrino energy of ∼0.8 GeV. Extensive data-driven model validation utilizing the conditional constraint formalism is employed. This motivates enlarging the uncertainties with an empirical reweighting approach to minimize the possibility of extracting biased cross section results. The extracted nominal flux-averaged cross sections are compared to widely used event generator predictions revealing severe mismodeling of final states without protons for muon neutrino charged-current interactions, possibly from insufficient treatment of final state interactions. These measurements provide a wealth of new information useful for improving event generators which will enhance the sensitivity of precision measurements in neutrino experiments.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Resistant hypertension is a severe phenotype in hypertension that may be driven by interactions between genetic and environmental factors. Specific changes in gut microbiota and metabolites have been shown to influence cardiovascular disease progression. However, microbial and metabolomic changes associated with resistant hypertension remain elusive. METHODS In this study, the gut microbiome of 30 participants with resistant hypertension, 30 with controlled hypertension, and 30 nonhypertension was characterized using 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing. In addition, the serum metabolome of the same population was assessed by untargeted metabolomics. RESULTS The alpha diversity of microbiome in the resistant hypertension decreased, and changes were also observed in the composition of the gut microbiota. The resistant hypertension group was characterized by elevated levels of Actinobacteitia and Proteobacteria. Twenty-three genera were found to have significantly different abundances between resistant hypertension and controlled hypertension, as well as 55 genera with significantly different abundances between resistant hypertension and nonhypertension. Compared with the controlled hypertension group, the genera Rothia and Sharpea in resistant hypertension were more abundant. Compared with the nonhypertension group, the genera Escherichia-Shigella , Lactobacillus , Enterococcus were more abundant. Untargeted metabolomics provided distinctly different serum metabolic profiles for the three groups and identified a range of differential metabolites. These metabolites were mainly associated with the pathway of glycerophospholipid metabolism. Furthermore, correlation analysis provided evidence of new interactions between gut microbiota and metabolites in the resistant hypertension. CONCLUSION In conclusion, our study provides a comprehensive understanding of the resistant hypertension gut microbiota and metabolites, suggesting that treatment resistance in resistant hypertension patients may be related to the gut microbiota and serum metabolites.

Abstract
We present a first search for dark-trident scattering in a neutrino beam using a dataset corresponding to 7.2×10^{20} protons on target taken with the MicroBooNE detector at Fermilab. Proton interactions in the neutrino target at the main injector produce π^{0} and η mesons, which could decay into dark-matter (DM) particles mediated via a dark photon A^{'}. A convolutional neural network is trained to identify interactions of the DM particles in the liquid-argon time projection chamber (LArTPC) exploiting its imagelike reconstruction capability. In the absence of a DM signal, we provide limits at the 90% confidence level on the squared kinematic mixing parameter ϵ^{2} as a function of the dark-photon mass in the range 10≤M_{A^{'}}≤400 MeV. The limits cover previously unconstrained parameter space for the production of fermion or scalar DM particles χ for two benchmark models with mass ratios M_{χ}/M_{A^{'}}=0.6 and 2 and for dark fine-structure constants 0.1≤α_{D}≤1.

Abstract
A 21-year-old female patient presented to the Ophthalmology Department of Yunnan University Affiliated Hospital with complaints of "bilateral blurred vision accompanied by diplopia for 3 weeks". The patient's main symptoms included intermittent visual blurring, diplopia, headaches, and ocular discomfort. Ocular examination revealed intermittent exotropia, sometimes accompanied by esotropia or orthotropia, along with signs of pupillary constriction and pseudomyopia. Based on the clinical presentation, a diagnosis of intermittent exotropia complicated by spasm of the near reflex (SNR) was made. The patient underwent bilateral exotropia surgery, which corrected the ocular alignment and resolved the symptoms and signs of SNR postoperatively.

Abstract
Background Pheochromocytoma-induced takotsubo syndrome (Pheo-TTS) significantly increases the risk of adverse events for inpatient. The early identification of risk factors at admission is crucial for effective risk stratification and minimizing complications in Pheo-TTS patients. Methods We conducted a systematic review combined with hierarchical cluster and feature importance analysis of demographic, clinical and laboratory data upon admission, alongside in-hospital complication data for Pheo-TTS patients. We analyzed cases published in PubMed and Embase from 2 May 2006 to 27 April 2023. Results Among 172 Pheo-TTS patients, cluster analysis identified two distinct groups: a chest pain dominant (CPD) group (n = 86) and a non-chest pain dominant (non-CPD) group (n = 86). The non-CPD group was characterized by a younger age (44.0 ± 15.2 vs. 52.4 ± 14.4, p < 0.001), a higher prevalence of neurological/psychiatric disorders (53.5% vs. 32.6%), and increased presentation of dyspnea (87.2% vs. 17.4%), pulmonary rales (59.3% vs. 8.1%), and tachycardia (77.9% vs. 30.2%). Additionally, they exhibited more atypical takotsubo syndrome (TTS) imaging phenotypes (55.8% vs. 36.5%, all p < 0.05). The non-CPD group experienced more than a 2-fold increase for in-hospital adverse events compared to the CPD group (70.9% vs. 30.2%, p < 0.001). After adjusting for confounding factors, the absence of chest pain (odds ratio [OR] = 0.407, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.169-0.979, p = 0.045), the presence of abdominal symptoms (OR = 3.939, 95% CI 1.770-8.766, p = 0.001), pulmonary rales (OR = 4.348, 95% CI 1.857-10.179, p = 0.001), and atypical TTS imaging phenotype (OR = 3.397, 95% CI 1.534-7.525, p = 0.003) remained as independent predictors of in-hospital complications. Conclusions Clinical manifestations and imaging features at admission help to predict in-hospital complications for Pheo-TTS patients.

Abstract
Human extrachromosomal circular DNA, or eccDNA, has been the topic of extensive investigation in the last decade due to its prominent regulatory role in the development of disorders including cancer. With the rapid advancement of experimental, sequencing and computational technology, millions of eccDNA records are now accessible. Unfortunately, the literature and databases only provide snippets of this information, preventing us from fully understanding eccDNAs. Researchers frequently struggle with the process of selecting algorithms and tools to examine eccDNAs of interest. To explain the underlying formation mechanisms of the five basic classes of eccDNAs, we categorized their characteristics and functions and summarized eight biogenesis theories. Most significantly, we created a clear procedure to help in the selection of suitable techniques and tools and thoroughly examined the most recent experimental and bioinformatics methodologies and data resources for identifying, measuring and analyzing eccDNA sequences. In conclusion, we highlighted the current obstacles and prospective paths for eccDNA research, specifically discussing their probable uses in molecular diagnostics and clinical prediction, with an emphasis on the potential contribution of novel computational strategies.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Severe burns may alter the stability of the intestinal flora and affect the patient's recovery process. Understanding the characteristics of the gut microbiota in the acute phase of burns and their association with phenotype can help to accurately assess the progression of the disease and identify potential microbiota markers. METHODS We established mouse models of partial thickness deep III degree burns and collected faecal samples for 16 S rRNA amplification and high throughput sequencing at two time points in the acute phase for independent bioinformatic analysis. RESULTS We analysed the sequencing results using alpha diversity, beta diversity and machine learning methods. At both time points, 4 and 6 h after burning, the Firmicutes phylum content decreased and the content of the Bacteroidetes phylum content increased, showing a significant decrease in the Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio compared to the control group. Nine bacterial genera changed significantly during the acute phase and occupied the top six positions in the Random Forest significance ranking. Clustering results also clearly showed that there was a clear boundary between the communities of burned and control mice. Functional analyses showed that during the acute phase of burn, gut bacteria increased lipoic acid metabolism, seleno-compound metabolism, TCA cycling, and carbon fixation, while decreasing galactose metabolism and triglyceride metabolism. Based on the abundance characteristics of the six significantly different bacterial genera, both the XGboost and Random Forest models were able to discriminate between the burn and control groups with 100% accuracy, while both the Random Forest and Support Vector Machine models were able to classify samples from the 4-hour and 6-hour burn groups with 86.7% accuracy. CONCLUSIONS Our study shows an increase in gut microbiota diversity in the acute phase of deep burn injury, rather than a decrease as is commonly believed. Severe burns result in a severe imbalance of the gut flora, with a decrease in probiotics and an increase in microorganisms that trigger inflammation and cognitive deficits, and multiple pathways of metabolism and substance synthesis are affected. Simple machine learning model testing suggests several bacterial genera as potential biomarkers of severe burn phenotypes.

Abstract
We present a measurement of η production from neutrino interactions on argon with the MicroBooNE detector. The modeling of resonant neutrino interactions on argon is a critical aspect of the neutrino oscillation physics program being carried out by the DUNE and Short Baseline Neutrino programs. η production in neutrino interactions provides a powerful new probe of resonant interactions, complementary to pion channels, and is particularly suited to the study of higher-order resonances beyond the Δ(1232). We measure a flux-integrated cross section for neutrino-induced η production on argon of 3.22±0.84(stat)±0.86(syst) 10^{-41} cm^{2}/nucleon. By demonstrating the successful reconstruction of the two photons resulting from η production, this analysis enables a novel calibration technique for electromagnetic showers in GeV accelerator neutrino experiments.

Abstract
To reveal the key factors influencing the progression of severe COVID-19 to critical illness and death in the intensive care unit (ICU) and to accurately predict the risk, as well as to validate the efficacy of treatment using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), thus providing valuable recommendations for the clinical management of patients. A total of 189 patients with COVID-19 in 25 ICUs in Chongqing, China, were enrolled, and 16 eventually died. Statistical models shown that factors influencing the progression of COVID-19 to critical illness include the severity of illness at diagnosis, the mode of respiratory support, and the use of TCM. Risk factors for death include a history of metabolic disease, the use of antiviral drugs and TCM, and invasive endotracheal intubation. The area under curve of the noncollinearity model predicted the risk of progression to critical illness and the risk of death reached 0.847 and 0.876, respectively. The use of TCM is an independent protective factor for the prevention of the progression of severe COVID-19, while uncorrectable hypoxemia and invasive respiratory support are independent risk factors, and antiviral drugs can help reduce mortality. The multifactorial prediction model can assess the risk of critical illness and death in ICU COVID-19 patients, and inform clinicians in choosing the treatment options and medications.

Abstract
Objectives: To construct the "safe core" of the pedicle screw trajectory using CT imaging data of the subaxial cervical spine in adults, and to assess the accuracy and feasibility of the pedicle screw insertion assisted with the "safe core-referred technique" for subaxial cervical spine with a cadaver specimen study. Methods: This is an experimental study. From January 2015 to March 2020,60 adults' CT images data of the cervical spine were collected from the database of the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University,and were imported into Mimics 20.0 software. The success rate of the construction and the spatial position data of the virtual safe core of was recorded,including the distance between the safe core and the tangent line of the upper and lower outer edge of Luschka's joint on coronal plane,and the distance between the safe core and the posterior edge of the vertebral body on sagittal plane.The 3.5 mm column was used to simulate the pedicle screw placement,using the safe core as the only hub in pedicle screw trajectory.The length of the anterior pedicle screw trajectory,the interval of the abductive angle of the pedicle screw in axial plane, and the projection area of the entry area on periapical radiograph was calculated.In addition,8 adult cervical cadaver specimens were collected for the pedicle screw insertion experiment.The left side group used the "safe core-referred technique" for pedicle screw insertion,while the right side group used the Abumi method for pedicle screw insertion.The accuracy of pedicle screw placement was verified by CT scan.The difference between the accuracy of subjective judgment based on X-ray monitoring of operator and the actual accuracy of pedicle screw insertion verified by CT scan was compared between the two groups.The chi-square test was used to compare the intergroup data. Results: The total success rate of the virtual construction method for the safe core of the subaxial cervical spine was 97.0% (291/300); The distance between the safe core and the tangent line of the upper and lower outer edge of Luschka's joint on coronal plane was (M(IQR)) 0.91 (0.98) mm (range: 0 to 1.85 mm);The distance between the safe core and the posterior wall on the sagittal plane of the vertebral body was (2.01±0.86) mm (range: 0.67 to 3.53 mm). The distance (anterior pedicle screw trajectory) from the posterior cortex to the central point of the safe core was (11.58±1.00)mm (range: 8.27 to 14.93 mm).The projection area of the entry point on the coronal plane was (36.18±11.67) mm2 (range: 13.38 to 83.11 mm2). Pedicle screw insertion experiment in cervical cadaver specimen showed the rate of intraoperative correction of the pedicle screw trajectory was 7.5% (3/40) in the experimental group and 12.5% (5/40) in the control group (χ2=0.139,P=0.709). The operator 's correct rate of subjective judgment on CT in the stage of pedicle screw trajectory preparation was 100% (40/40) in the experimental group and 82.5% (33/40) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.638,P=0.018). The actual correct rate of CT verification in the stage of pedicle screw insertion was 100% (40/40) in the experimental group and 90.0% (36/40) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=2.368,P=0.124); The operator 's correct rate of subjective judgment in the stage of pedicle screw insertion completion was 100% (83/83) in the experimental group and 92.9% (79/85) in the control group (χ2=4.199,P=0.040). Conclusions: The virtual safe-core of subaxial cervical spine can be use as a reliable anatomical fluoroscopy landmark for freehand pedicle screw insertion."Safe core-referred technique" can improve the accuracy rate of the operator's subjective judgment on the intraoperative fluoroscopy monitoring,and hence improve the accuracy of freehand pedicle screw insertion technology for subaxial cervical spine. And it still needs to be further verified in clinical practice.

Abstract
We present the first search for heavy neutral leptons (HNLs) decaying into νe^{+}e^{-} or νπ^{0} final states in a liquid-argon time projection chamber using data collected with the MicroBooNE detector. The data were recorded synchronously with the NuMI neutrino beam from Fermilab's main injector corresponding to a total exposure of 7.01×10^{20} protons on target. We set upper limits at the 90% confidence level on the mixing parameter |U_{μ4}|^{2} in the mass ranges 10≤m_{HNL}≤150 MeV for the νe^{+}e^{-} channel and 150≤m_{HNL}≤245 MeV for the νπ^{0} channel, assuming |U_{e4}|^{2}=|U_{τ4}|^{2}=0. These limits represent the most stringent constraints in the mass range 35
