Abstract
This paper describes a B(C6F5)3-catalyzed hydrogenation of β-substituted α,β-unsaturated imines by using as low as 0.2 mol % catalyst. A variety of tetrasubstituted enamines were afforded in 95-99% yields. It provides an efficient and facile way without the need for column chromatography purification.

Abstract
A metal-, base-, and additive-free N-acylation of sulfoximines was developed under mild conditions using organic photoredox catalyst. This green strategy featured broad substrate scope, good compatibility with air, and high yields (up to 96%). It could be further applied to amino acid modifications and α-keto N-acyl sulfoximine synthesis without any complicated transformations or operations.

Abstract
Various β-indolyl sulfoximidoyl amides were efficiently prepared from ortho-iodoanilines, propargyl bromides, 1 atm of CO, and substituted NH-sulfoximines, through a palladium-catalyzed indole annulation/carbonyl insertion/C-N bond formation cascade. Mostly good to high yields of the products were obtained through this multi-step, one-pot reaction protocol under very gentle reaction conditions. The obtained β-indolyl sulfoximidoyl amides could be converted into biologically interesting sulfoximine analogues that contain a tryptamine moiety.

Abstract
A divergent approach has been successfully developed for the synthesis of N-1,2,4-oxadiazole substituted sulfoximines starting from N-cyano sulfoximines. This method has a wide degree of substrate scope that includes aryl, heteroaryl, alkyl, fluoroalkyl and saturated heterocyclic compounds. Excellent functional group tolerability was also observed. Extension of this methodology to nucleosides, amino acids and dipeptides was found to be successful. A gram scale reaction was also established. The major part of this method is metal free and the utility of environmentally friendly solvents such as 2-methyl THF and ionic liquids is an added advantage.

Abstract
N-Imidoylation of sulfoximines is developed from a Cu-catalyzed three-component reaction from 1-alkynes, N-sulfonyl azides, and sulfoximines in THF at room temperature under air. In addition, N-oxoimidoylation of sulfoximines is accessed from a Cu-catalyzed three-component reaction from 1-alkynes, N-sulfonyl azides, and sulfoximines in THF at room temperature followed by a Cu-catalyzed oxidative reaction at 50 °C under air, producing N-oxoimidoyl sulfoximines.

Abstract
A sequential metal-catalyzed C-N bond formation employing ortho-haloaryl acetylenic bromides is described. The initial amidation is highly selective for C (sp)-N bond formation, leading to o-haloaryl-substituted ynamides that can be useful building blocks, while the overall sequence provides a facile construction of 2-amido-indoles.

Abstract
The most recent advances in the Pd catalyzed amination of alkenyl halides directed towards the synthesis of imines and enamines are reviewed. The application of this cross-coupling reaction in the synthesis of heterocycles appears to be a potentially powerful methodology. The few examples already available are also discussed.

Abstract
For several decades, enamines and related compounds have been used as intermediates in organic synthesis and many methods are known for their preparation. Most of the synthetic protocols, however, require harsh reaction conditions. Recently, a new approach has emerged, inspired by the analogous arylation of amines catalysed by palladium or copper complexes (Buchwald-Hartwig reaction). Simultaneous and independent work from several research groups has led to the development of very powerful protocols for the preparation of enamines and their derivatives that require only readily available starting materials and proceed under very mild reaction conditions. Noteworthy is the fact that in less than five years an almost unknown reaction has reached such a high level of scope and generality that it is now very frequently applied in total syntheses of natural products.

Abstract
The reaction of S-2-bromophenyl-S-methylsulfoximine with terminal alkynes in the presence of a palladium catalyst resulted in the formation of both 1,2-benzothiazines and 1,2-benzoisothiazoles. A preference for the former was seen with alkylalkynes, while the latter were preferentially formed with alkynylarenes.
