Abstract
This study explores the synthesis, structural characterization, and examination of two nickel(II) complexes, [Ni(N 3 L 1 )2](NO3)2 (complex 1) and [Ni(N 3 L 1 )2](ClO4)2 (complex 2), using the newly synthesized organic heterocyclic chelating ligand N 3 L 1 [4-imidazole-2,6-di(pyrazinyl)pyridine]. Through single-crystal X-ray diffraction, we have detailed the crystal structures of these complexes, highlighting their distorted octahedral geometries and diverse supramolecular interactions including π···π stacking, anion···π, and hydrogen bonding. These interactions crucially influence the formation of distinct one- and two-dimensional supramolecular architectures. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were utilized to probe these noncovalent interactions, revealing insights into their stereoelectronic influence and stability in the solid state. Additionally, the electronic properties of the complexes were explored through their electrical characterizations in Schottky diodes, which suggest the potential of these complexes in Schottky diode based electronic devices applications. Notably, complex 2, incorporating perchlorate anions, exhibited better electrical properties than complex 1. This work aims to elucidate the role of noncoordinating counteranions in the structural integrity and photophysical behavior of these complexes, while also providing a structure-function correlation through detailed theoretical analysis.

Abstract
Zn(II) (complex 1), Cd(II) (complex 2), and Hg(II) (complex 3) complexes have been synthesized using a triply protonated tptz (H3tptz3+) ligand and characterized mainly by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The general formula of all of the complexes is (H3tptz)3+·Cl-·[MCl4]2-·nH2O (where n = 1, 1.5, and 1.5 for complexes 1, 2, and 3, respectively). The crystallographic analysis reveals that the anion···π, anion···π+, and several hydrogen bonding interactions play a fundamental role in the stabilization of the self-assembled architectures that in turn help to enhance the dimensionality of all of the complexes. In addition, Hirshfeld surfaces and fingerprint plots have been deployed here to visualize the similarities and differences in hydrogen bonding interactions in 1-3, which are very important in forming supramolecular architectures. A density functional theory (DFT) study has been used to analyze and rationalize the supramolecular interactions by using molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) surfaces and combined QTAIM/NCI plots. Then, the device parameters for the complexes (1-3) have been thoroughly investigated by fabricating a Schottky barrier diode (SBD) on an indium tin oxide (ITO) substrate. It has been observed that the device made from complex 2 is superior to those from complexes 1 and 3, which has been explained in terms of band gaps, differences in the electronegativities of the central metal atoms, and the better supramolecular interactions involved. Finally, theoretical calculations have also been performed to analyze the experimental differences in band gaps as well as electrical conductivities observed for all of the complexes. Henceforth, the present work combined supramolecular, photophysical, and theoretical studies regarding group 12 metals in a single frame.

Abstract
The molecules possessing triazine and tetrazine moieties belong to a special class of heterocyclic compounds. Both triazines and tetrazines are building blocks and have provided a new dimension to the design of biologically important organic molecules. Several of their derivatives with fine-tuned electronic properties have been identified as multifunctional, adaptable, switchable, remarkably antifungal, anticancer, antiviral, antitumor, cardiotonic, anti-HIV, analgesic, anti-protozoal, etc. The objective of this review is to comprehensively describe the recent developments in synthesis, coordination properties, and various applications of triazine and tetrazine molecules. The rich literature demonstrates various synthetic routes for a variety of triazines and tetrazines through microwave-assisted, solid-phase, metal-based, [4+2] cycloaddition, and multicomponent one-pot reactions. Synthetic approaches contain linear, angular, and fused triazine and tetrazine heterocycles through a combinatorial method. Notably, the triazines and tetrazines undergo a variety of organic transformations, including electrophilic addition, coupling, nucleophilic displacement, and intramolecular cyclization. The mechanistic aspects of these heterocycles are discussed in a detailed way. The bioorthogonal application of these polyazines with various strained alkenes and alkynes provides a new prospect for investigations in chemical biology. This review systematically encapsulates the recent developments and challenges in the synthesis and possible potential applications of various triazine and tetrazine systems.

Abstract
We report a series of rotaxane-based anion-π catalysts in which the mechanical bond between a bipyridine macrocycle and an axle containing an NDI unit is intrinsic to the activity observed, including a [3]rotaxane that catalyses an otherwise disfavoured Michael addition in >60 fold selectivity over a competing decarboxylation pathway that dominates under Brønsted base conditions. The results are rationalized by detailed experimental investigations, electrochemical and computational analysis.

Abstract
Multicomponent crystals containing diclofenac and acridine (1) and diclofenac and 6,9-diamino-2-ethoxyacridine (2) were synthesized and structurally characterized. The single-crystal XRD measurements showed that compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic P-1 space group as a salt cocrystal with one acridinium cation, one diclofenac anion, and one diclofenac molecule in the asymmetric unit, whereas compound 2 crystallizes in the triclinic P-1 space group as an ethanol solvate monohydrate salt with one 6,9-diamino-2-ethoxyacridinium cation, one diclofenac anion, one ethanol molecule, and one water molecule in the asymmetric unit. In the crystals of the title compounds, diclofenac and acridines ions and solvent molecules interact via N–H⋯O, O–H⋯O, and C–H⋯O hydrogen bonds, as well as C–H⋯π and π–π interactions, and form heterotetramer bis[⋯cation⋯anion⋯] (1) or heterohexamer bis[⋯cation⋯ethanol⋯anion⋯] (2). Moreover, in the crystal of compound 1, acridine cations and diclofenac anions interact via N–H⋯O hydrogen bond, C–H⋯π and π–π interactions to produce blocks, while diclofenac molecules interact via C–Cl⋯π interactions to form columns. In the crystal of compound 2, the ethacridine cations interact via C–H⋯π and π–π interactions building blocks, while diclofenac anions interact via π–π interactions to form columns.
