Abstract
BACKGROUND Most cases of Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis are drug-induced. A small subset of cases remain with unknown aetiology (idiopathic epidermal necrolysis [IEN]). OBJECTIVE We sought to better describe adult IEN and understand the aetiology. METHODS This retrospective study was conducted in 4 centres of the French national reference centre for epidermal necrolysis. Clinical data were collected for the 19 adults hospitalized for IEN between January 2015 and December 2019. Wide toxicology analysis of blood samples was performed. Histology of IEN cases was compared with blinding to skin biopsies of drug-induced EN (DIEN, 'controls'). Available baseline skin biopsies were analysed by shotgun metagenomics and transcriptomics and compared to controls. RESULTS IEN cases represented 15.6% of all EN cases in these centres. The median age of patients was 38 (range 16-51) years; 68.4% were women. Overall, 63.2% (n = 12) of cases required intensive care unit admission and 15.8% (n = 3) died at the acute phase. Histology showed the same patterns of early- to late-stage EN with no difference between DIEN and IEN cases. One toxicology analysis showed unexpected traces of carbamazepine; results for other cases were negative. Metagenomics analysis revealed no unexpected pathological microorganism. Transcriptomic analysis highlighted a different pro-apoptotic pathway in IEN compared to DIEN, with an overexpression of apoptosis effectors TWEAK/TRAIL. CONCLUSIONS IEN affects young people and is a severe form of EN. A large toxicologic investigation is warranted. Different pathways seem involved in IEN and DIEN, leading to the same apoptotic effect, but the primary trigger remains unknown.

Abstract
Background Bulinus species are freshwater snails that transmit the parasitic trematode Schistosoma haematobium. Despite their importance, the diversity of these intermediate host snails and their evolutionary history is still unclear in Zimbabwe. Bulinus globosus and B. truncatus collected from a urogenital schistosomiasis endemic region in the Madziwa area of Zimbabwe were characterized using molecular methods. Methods Malacological survey sites were mapped and snails were collected from water contact sites in four communities in the Madziwa area, Shamva district for a period of one year, at three-month intervals. Schistosoma haematobium infections in snails were determined by cercarial shedding and the partial mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 gene (cox1) was used to investigate the phylogeny and genetic variability of the Bulinus spp. collected. Results Among the 1570 Bulinus spp. snails collected, 30 (1.9%) B. globosus were shedding morphologically identified schistosomes. None of the B. truncatus snails were shedding. The mitochondrial cox1 data from 166 and 16 samples for B. globosus and B. truncatus, respectively, showed genetically diverse populations within the two species. Twelve cox1 haplotypes were found from the 166 B. globosus samples and three from the 16 B. truncatus samples with phylogenetic analysis showing that the haplotypes fall into well-supported clusters within their species groups. Both B. truncatus and B. globosus clustered into two distinct lineages. Overall, significant negative values for both Tajima’s D statistic and the Fu’s Fs statistic were observed for B. globosus and B. truncatus. Conclusions The study provided new insights into the levels of genetic diversity within B. globosus and additional information on B. truncatus collected from a small geographical area in Zimbabwe. Low prevalence levels of infection observed in the snails may reflect the low transmission level of urogenital schistosomiasis in the area. Our results contribute towards the understanding of the distribution and population genetic structure of Bulinus spp. supporting the mapping of the transmission or risk of transmission of urogenital schistosomiasis, particularly in Zimbabwe.

Abstract
UNLABELLED This study evaluated changes in spinal alignment and quality of life (QOL) after corrective spinal surgery for patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis and spinal kyphosis. Spinal global alignment and QOL were significantly improved after corrective spinal surgery but did not reach the level of non-operated controls. INTRODUCTION With the increased aging of society, the demand for corrective spinal instrumentation for spinal kyphosis in osteoporotic patients is increasing. However, previous studies have not focused on the improvement of quality of life (QOL) after corrective spinal surgery in patients with osteoporosis, compared to non-operated control patients. The purposes of this study were thus to evaluate changes in spinal alignment and QOL after corrective spinal instrumentation for patients with osteoporosis and spinal kyphosis and to compare these results with non-operated patients. METHODS Participants comprised 39 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis ≥50 years old who underwent corrective spinal surgery using multilevel posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) for symptomatic thoracolumbar or lumbar kyphosis, and 82 age-matched patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis without prevalent vertebral fractures. Spinopelvic parameters were evaluated with standing lateral spine radiography, and QOL was evaluated with the Japanese Osteoporosis QOL Questionnaire (JOQOL), SF-36, and Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire (RDQ). RESULTS Lumbar kyphosis angle, sagittal vertical axis, and pelvic tilt were significantly improved postoperatively. QOL evaluated with all three questionnaires also significantly improved after 6 months postoperatively, particularly in domain and subscale scores for pain and general/mental health. However, these radiographic parameters, total JOQOL score, SF-36 physical component summary score, and RDQ score were significantly inferior compared with non-operated controls. CONCLUSIONS The results indicate that spinal global alignment and QOL were significantly improved after corrective spinal surgery using multilevel PLIF for patients with osteoporosis and spinal kyphosis but did not reach the level of non-operated controls.

Abstract
Body mass index (BMI) and mortality in old adults from the general population have been related in a U-shaped or J-shaped curve. However, limited information is available for elderly nursing home populations, particularly about specific cause of death. A systematic PubMed/EMBASE/CINAHL/SCOPUS search until 31 May 2014 without language restrictions was conducted. As no published study reported mortality in standard BMI groups (<18.5, 18.5-24.9, 25-29.9, ≥30 kg/m(2)), the most adjusted hazard ratios (HRs) according to a pre-defined list of covariates were obtained from authors and pooled by random-effect model across each BMI category. Out of 342 hits, 20 studies including 19,538 older nursing home residents with 5,223 deaths during a median of 2 years of follow-up were meta-analysed. Compared with normal weight, all-cause mortality HRs were 1.41 (95% CI = 1.26-1.58) for underweight, 0.85 (95% CI = 0.73-0.99) for overweight and 0.74 (95% CI = 0.57-0.96) for obesity. Underweight was a risk factor for higher mortality caused by infections (HR = 1.65 [95% CI = 1.13-2.40]). RR results corroborated primary HR results, with additionally lower infection-related mortality in overweight and obese than in normal-weight individuals. Like in the general population, underweight is a risk factor for mortality in old nursing home residents. However, uniquely, not only overweight but also obesity is protective, which has relevant nutritional goal implications in this population/setting.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Vemurafenib improves survival in advanced BRAFV600(mut) melanoma patients, but tolerance is often poor and resistance frequently occurs, without predictive factor. Our aim was to investigate for the first time a relationship between plasma vemurafenib concentration (PVC) and efficacy or tolerance. METHODS Plasma samples from unresectable metastatic BRAFV600(mut) melanoma patients treated with vemurafenib monotherapy were prospectively collected at each tumour response evaluation (RECIST 1.1) or when adverse event occurred (CTCAE 4.0). PVC was measured with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Herein, we report on PVC at steady state (≥14 days after vemurafenib introduction or dose modification). Samples collected after first melanoma progression were excluded from the response analysis. All samples were analysed in the tolerance analysis. We kept the closest collected sample from the onset of each adverse effect or the one with the highest PVC in the absence of this adverse effect. Comparisons of means (Student's t-tests and Wilcoxon rank sum tests) and of frequencies (χ(2) tests) were carried out. A logistic regression analysis identified predictors of progression. RESULTS We included 105 plasma samples in 23 patients (10M/13F). Initial vemurafenib dose was 960 mg b.i.d., reduced by 25% (8 patients) or 50% (2 patients) for intolerance in 10 patients (44%). PVC displayed high inter-individual variability (13.0-109.8 µg/ml, median 54.0). Mean PVC was lower at time of first progression (38.8 ± 19.7 µg/ml) than mean PVC found when tumour was stable or in partial or complete response (56.4 ± 21.0 µg/ml, P = 0.013, 21 patients). Logistic regression revealed that having a low PVC (P = 0.01) or brain metastasis (P = 0.01) were both significantly and independently associated with tumour progression. High PVC was not statistically significantly associated with the occurrence of adverse effects. CONCLUSION PVC at steady state is highly variable and low PVC was associated with tumour progression, suggesting a new path to melanoma resistance to vemurafenib.

Abstract
The combination of atomic-resolution Z-contrast microscopy, electron energy loss spectroscopy and first-principles theory has proved to be a powerful means for structure property correlations at interfaces and nanostructures. The scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM) now routinely provides atomic-sized electron beams, allowing simultaneous Z-contrast imaging and EELS as shown in Fig. 1. The feasiblity of correcting the inherently large spherical aberration of microscope objective lenses promises to at least double the achievable resolution. The potential benefits for the STEM, however, may turn out to be much greater than those for the conventional TEM because it is very much less sensitive to chromatic instabilities. The 100 kV VG Microscopes HB501UX at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is now fitted with an aberration corrector constructed by Nion Co., which improved its resolution from 2.2 Å (full-width-half-maximum probe intensity) to around 1.3 Å. It is now very comparable in performance to the uncorrected 300 kV HB603U STEM at ORNL which, before correction, also had a directly interpretable resolution of 1.3 Å, although information transfer had been demonstrated down to 0.78 Å8. Initial results after installing an aberration corrector on the 300 kV STEM indicate a resolution of 0.84 Å. The theoretically achievable probe size in the absence of instabilities is predicted to be 0.5 Å.

Background:
 Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is defined by the lack of estrogen receptor(ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor2 (HER-2) expression. TNBC has poor outcome due to no specific therapeutic agents. But TNBC includes two major phenotypes, basal-like and non basal-like phenotypes. Basal-like phenotype has poor prognosis and is associated with positive expression of basal markers. We compared response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy between patients with TNBC and non-TNBC, in addition, basal-like and non basal-like phenotype.
 Material and Methods:
 We retrospectively reviewed a total of 1948 operated patients with a diagnosis of primary breast cancer from November 2002 to December 2006 at St. Luke's International Hospital. 369 (18.9%) patients received neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Clinical and pathological response rates, survival measurements and relapse rates were compared between patients with TNBC and non-TNBC. Clinical response was determined by MRI or CT which was performed before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Histopathological parameter(ER, PGR, HER-2, nuclear grade, mitosis) were confirmed from the specimens of needle biopsy performed before treatment. The specimens were also stained with basal markers (cytokeratin 5/6 and EGFR) to identify basal-like phenotype in TNBC. Basal-like phenotype was defined by the expression of CK5/6 and/or EGFR in >10% of tumor cells.

 Fifty-four of 369 patients (14.6%) had TNBC. Progressive disease (PD) rate was significantly higher in patients with TNBC than those patients with non-TNBC (20.7% v 2.3%).And pathologic complete response rate (pCR) was also higher in patients with TNBC than those patients with non-TNBC (17% v 9.6%).14of 48 patients (29.1%) was diagnosed as Basal-like phenotype in TNBC. Clinical response rate for basal-like phenotype was worse than non basal-like phenotype (42.9% v 67.6%). Furthermore, both disease free survival and overall survival for basal-like subtype were significantly worse than non basal-like phenotype (p<0.05).Other parameters including age, histological grade, and tumor size were not significant for response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
 Conclusions:
 Patients with TNBC have higher PD rate but also pCR rate to treatment compared with non TNBC. Furthermore, basal-like phenotype could predict poor prognosis.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Hysterectomy is a very common gynaecological procedure which has a significant place in optimizing the reproductive health outcomes of women. OBJECTIVES To document the indications, the type of hysterectomy commonly performed, the difficulties encountered and complications of the procedure at the Central Hospital, Benin City. MATERIALS AND METHODS This was a retrospective review of the service delivery records of patients that had hysterectomy in the gynaecological unit between January, 1994 and December, 2003. RESULTS There were 1216 major gynaecological operations during the study period. Of these, 131 (10.8%) hysterectomies were done. Total abdominal hysterectomy accounted for 80.4% of the procedures performed and most were done by consultants (94.4%). The mean age of the patients was 45.7 years with a median of 46 years and they were commonly grandmultiparous (71.0%). The commonest indication for the procedure was symptomatic uterine fibroid (62.3%) followed by urogenital prolapse (13.1%). The crude morbidity rate was 30.3% and the mortality rate was 1.6%. CONCLUSION Hysterectomy in this centre is a fairly safe procedure. There is paucity of skills for vaginal and radical procedures. Training is advocated with a view to reducing the presently high morbidity rate as well as achieving our aim of optimizing the reproductive health outcomes of our women.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To investigate the contribution of nitric oxide (NO) and the glutamate systems to epileptogenicity of cavernoma (CA). METHODS Using immunohistochemistry we examined NO synthases (NOS; neuronal, inducible and endothelial) and N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor subunits 1(NR1) and 2A/B (NR2A/B) in tissues, with and without hemosiderin deposits, adjacent to CA resected from temporal (seven patients) and frontal (one patient) lobes. RESULTS All isoforms of NOS, especially iNOS expression, was significantly upregulated in company with NR2A/B expression, not only in declining neuronal cells but also in reactive astrocytes in the tissue, with hemosiderin deposits, adjacent to CA and moreover the degree of iNOS expression was significantly correlated with seizure frequency. CONCLUSIONS These preliminary results sustain a speculation that excessive NO may generate in the tissue surrounding CA with repeated microhaemorrhaging and seizures. The neuronal loss and reactive glial proliferation induced by iron or NO may play a role in epileptogenesis.

Abstract
We studied 21 patients (ASA 1 or 2) to investigate the skin vasomotor reflex (SVmR) and haemodynamic responses to insertion of an intubating laryngeal mask airway (ILMA), tracheal intubation using the ILMA and removal of the ILMA. Anaesthesia was induced with fentanyl, midazolam, vecuronium and nitrous oxide. A size 4 ILMA was inserted using the standard technique, and a silicone reinforced tracheal tube (7.5 mm, ID) was passed through it. After confirming successful intubation, the ILMA was removed using the stabilizing rod. The three procedures were performed at approximately one-minute intervals. Insertion of the ILMA, intubation and removal of the ILMA all significantly reduced the skin blood flow on the ring finger in all patients. The mean amplitudes of the SVmR were 0.46 (SD 0.29), 0.54 (0.32) and 0.68 (0.21) respectively. The magnitude of the SVmR and the haemodynamic changes induced by removal of the ILMA were significantly larger than those accompanying the other two procedures. Use of the ILMA for intubation and removal of the ILMA produces three stimuli and the removal of the ILMA produces the greatest response.

Abstract
A solid-state implementation of a quantum computer composed entirely of silicon is proposed. Qubits are 29Si nuclear spins arranged as chains in a 28Si (spin-0) matrix with Larmor frequencies separated by a large magnetic field gradient. No impurity dopants or electrical contacts are needed. Initialization is accomplished by optical pumping, algorithmic cooling, and pseudo-pure state techniques. Magnetic resonance force microscopy is used for ensemble measurement.

Abstract
The effects of the related cytokines interleukin-6 (IL-6), leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) and oncostatin-M on bone resorption and cytosolic Ca(2+) signaling were compared in isolated rat osteoclasts. In the traditional disaggregated osteoclast (pit) assay, IL-6 and LIF, but not oncostatin-M, conserved the bone resorption otherwise inhibited by high extracellular [Ca(2+)] (15 mM). It produced a paradoxical, concentration-dependent stimulation of resorption by elevated extracellular Ca(2+). In the micro-isolated single osteoclast resorption assay, IL-6, high [Ca(2+)] or IL-6 plus high [Ca(2+)] all increased pit formation. In contrast, the IL-6 receptor (IL-6R)-specific agonist antibody MT-18 inhibited bone resorption in a concentration-dependent manner (1:500 to 1:500 000). MT-18 triggered cytosolic Ca(2+) signals in fura 2-loaded osteoclasts within approximately 10 min of application. Each cytosolic Ca(2+) transient began with a peak deflection that persisted in Ca(2+)-free, EGTA-containing extracellular medium, consistent with a release of intracellularly stored Ca(2+). This was followed by a sustained elevation of cytosolic [Ca(2+)] that was abolished in Ca(2+)-free medium, as expected from an entry of extracellular Ca(2+), and by the Ca(2+) channel antagonist Ni(2+). The inclusion of either IL-6 or soluble human (sh) IL-6R specifically reversed both the above effects of MT-18, confirming that both effects were specific for the IL-6R. The findings suggest that IL-6R activation by IL-6 stimulates osteoclastic bone resorption either by reversing the inhibitory effect of high extracellular Ca(2+) in stromal-containing systems or itself stimulating bone resorption along with Ca(2+) by micro-isolated osteoclasts. In contrast, activation of the IL-6R by an agonist antibody produces an inhibition of bone resorption and an associated triggering of the cytosolic Ca(2+) signals previously associated with regulation of bone resorptive function in other situations.

Abstract
Using primary murine bone marrow cell cultures, we demonstrate that inhibin suppresses osteoblastogenesis and osteoclastogenesis. In contrast, activin supports osteoblast formation (by alkaline phosphatase-positive and mineralized colony formation); and activin also stimulates osteoclast formation (as measured by staining tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase-positive multinucleated cells). Inhibin, the activin antagonist follistatin, and the bone morphogenetic protein antagonist noggin can all suppress endogenous activin accumulation in bone marrow cultures. Associated with this decrease in activin is the loss of mineralized osteoblastic colony formation (colony forming unit-osteoblast; CFU-OB). However, exogenous activin administration, even in the presence of noggin, permits both alkaline phosphatase-positive and CFU-OB colony formation in vitro. In contrast, the stimulatory effects of locally produced activin on osteoblast and osteoclast development are not likely to be dominant over the suppressive effects of gonadally derived inhibin. The suppressive effect of inhibin is maintained in the presence of either activin or bone morphogenetic protein, suggesting the presence of a distinct inhibin-specific receptor. Taken together, the direct regulation of osteoblastogenesis and osteoclastogenesis by inhibin and activin in vitro suggest that changes in the inhibin/activin ratio detected by bone marrow cells, during the perimenopausal transition, contribute to altered cell differentiation and may be associated with the increased bone resorption observed at this time.

Abstract
The results of our present study indicate that 1 alpha, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3[1 alpha, 25(OH)2D3] directly induces fusion of mouse alveolar macrophages without any participation of T-lymphocytes by a mechanism involving RNA and protein synthesis but not DNA synthesis. We have reported that 1 alpha, 25(OH)2D3 induces fusion of alveolar macrophages by a direct mechanism and by a spleen cell-mediated indirect mechanism [(1983) Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 80, 5583-5587]. Alveolar macrophages pretreated with or without anti-Thy 1.2 antibody and complement fused similarly when they were incubated with 1 alpha, 25(OH)2D3. The vitamin suppressed DNA synthesis, but it significantly enhanced RNA and protein synthesis. The 1 alpha, 25(OH)2D3-induced fusion was blocked by adding actinomycin D or cycloheximide, but not by hydroxyurea.

Abstract
BACKGROUND CONTEXT Some biomechanical studies have demonstrated that bone mineral density of the lumbar spine (BMD) affects the stability of pedicle screws in vitro. PURPOSE To investigate influence of BMD on loosening and related failure of pedicle screws in vivo. STUDY DESIGN/SETTING A clinical study of 52 patients who underwent pedicle screw fixation augmenting posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF). PATIENT SAMPLE There were 13 men and 39 women, with an average age of 63 years (range, 45-76 years) at the time of operation. The mean follow-up period was 2.8 years (range, 2-6 years). OUTCOME MEASURES Relationship between BMD, screw loosening, and its related failures were statistically analyzed. METHODS BMD was measured by the dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) method. Radiographic assessments were done by the first author and independently by another orthopedist who was not informed of the values of BMD. RESULTS The mean BMD of all patients was 0.879 +/- 0.215 (mean +/- S.D.) g/cm2. The mean BMD in patients with and without screw loosening was 0.720 +/- 0.078 g/cm2 (n=11) and 0.922 +/- 0.221 g/cm2 (n=41). There was a significant difference between the mean BMD of patients with and without screw loosening (P<.01). The mean BMD of patients with "union," "nonunion" and "undetermined union" was 0.934 +/- 0.210 g/cm2 (n=40), 0.674 +/- 0.104 g/cm2 (n=4) and 0.710 +/- 0.116 g/cm2 (n=8), respectively. The mean BMD of patients with "union" was significantly greater than those with "nonunion" and "undetermined union" (P<.05). CONCLUSION It could be concluded that BMD has a close relation with the stability of pedicle screws in vivo, and BMD value below 0.674 +/- 0.104 g/cm2 suggests a potential increased risk of "nonunion" when pedicle screw fixation is performed in conjunction with PLIF.

Abstract
The objective of this study was to determine the effect of pedicle screw coupling on the pullout strength of pedicle screws in the osteoporotic spine. The vertebral bone mineral density (BMD) of 33 cadaveric lumbar vertebrae were measured by quantitative computed tomography. Pedicle screws were inserted into each pedicle. The pullout strength and displacement of the screws, without coupling and with single or double couplers, were studied, and the relationship between pullout strength and BMD was analyzed. The average pullout strength of the pedicle screws without screw coupling was 909.3 +/- 188.6 N (n = 9), that coupled with a single coupler was 1,409.0 +/- 469.1 N (n = 9), and that with double couplers was 1,494.0 +/- 691.6 N (n = 9). The pullout strength of the screws coupled with single or double couplers was significantly greater than that of screws without couplers (p < 0.01); however, there was no significant difference between the groups of single and double couplers. The improvement of pullout strength by screw coupling was significant in a test group with BMD of more than 90 mg/ml (p < 0.01), but was not in the group with BMD less than 90 mg/ml (p = 0.55). These results suggest that the coupling of pedicle screws improves pullout strength; however, the effect tends to be less significant in severely osteoporotic spines.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Breast cancer metastasis to bone causes resorption of the mineralized matrix by osteoclasts. Macrophage colony stimulating factor (M-CSF)and receptor activator of the NF-kappaB ligand (RANKL) are produced by stromal cells and are essential for osteoclast formation. The human breast cancer cell line, MDA-MB-231, reliably forms bone metastases in a murine model and stimulates osteoclast formation in culture. We hypothesized that MDA-MB-231 stimulates osteoclast formation through secretion of M-CSF and/or RANKL. MATERIALS AND METHODS We cocultured MDA-MB-231 and a bone marrow derived cell line, UAMS-33, and evaluated the expression of M-CSF and RANKL mRNA. Osteoclast formation was assessed using these cells added to hematopoietic cell cultures. RESULTS MDA-MB-231 exhibited constitutive expression of M-CSF mRNA. As expected, addition of recombinant M-CSF (30 ng/ml) and RANKL (30 ng/ml) to hematopoietic osteoclast precursors supported osteoclast formation, while the addition of soluble RANKL alone or MDA-231 without added RANKL did not. Notably, coculture of MDA-231 with hematopoietic cells and added soluble RANKL stimulated significant osteoclast formation, indicating that MDA-231 served as an effective source for M-CSF. MDA-231 did not express RANKL. However, when cocultured with the murine bone marrow stromal cell line UAMS-33, RANKL expression was significantly increased in the latter cells. MDA-231 also stimulated osteoclast formation in coculture with UAMS-33 and hematopoietic cells. CONCLUSIONS We conclude that MDA-MB-231 increases osteoclast formation by secreting adequate amounts of M-CSF protein and enhancing the expression of RANKL by stromal support cells. The ability to stimulate osteoclasts may explain the ability to metastasize to bone.

Abstract
A ternary silicide Sr(Ga(0.37),Si(0.63))(2) was synthesized by a floating zone method. Electron diffraction and powder x-ray diffraction measurements indicate that the silicide has the AlB(2)-type structure with the lattice constants of a = 4.1427(6) A and c = 4.7998(9) A, where Si and Ga atoms are arranged in a chemically disordered honeycomb lattice and Sr atoms are inercalated between them. The silicide is isostructural with the high-temperature superconductor MgB(2) reported recently. Electrical resistivity and dc magnetization measurements revealed that it is a type-II superconductor with onset temperature of 3.5 K.
