Abstract
N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) is a widely utilized chemical solvent with various industrial applications. Previous studies have indicated that the liver is the most susceptible target to DMF exposure, whereas the underlying mechanisms remain to be elucidated. This study aimed to investigate the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in DMF-induced liver injury in mice by using two NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitors, Nlrp3-/- mice, Nfe2l2-/- mice, and a macrophage-depleting agent. RNA sequencing revealed that endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress and NLRP3 inflammasome-associated pathways were activated in the mouse liver after acute DMF exposure, which was validated by Western blotting. Interestingly, DMF-induced liver injury was effectively suppressed by two inflammasome inhibitors, MCC950 and Dapansutrile. In addition, knockout of Nlrp3 markedly attenuated DMF-induced liver injury without affecting the metabolism of DMF. Furthermore, silencing Nfe2l2 aggravated the liver injury and the NLRP3 inflammasome activation in mouse liver. Finally, the depletion of hepatic macrophages by clodronate liposomes significantly reduced the liver damage caused by DMF. These results suggest that NLRP3 inflammasome activation is the upstream molecular event in the development of acute liver injury induced by DMF.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Aberrant expressions of desmoglein 2 (Dsg2) and desmocollin 2(Dsc2), the two most widely distributed desmosomal cadherins, have been found to play various roles in cancer in a context-dependent manner. Their specific roles on breast cancer (BC) and the potential mechanisms remain unclear. METHODS The expressions of Dsg2 and Dsc2 in human BC tissues and cell lines were assessed by using bioinformatics analysis, immunohistochemistry and western blotting assays. Wound-healing and Transwell assays were performed to evaluate the cells' migration and invasion abilities. Plate colony-forming and MTT assays were used to examine the cells' capacity of proliferation. Mechanically, Dsg2 and Dsc2 knockdown-induced malignant behaviors were elucidated using western blotting assay as well as three inhibitors including MK2206 for AKT, PD98059 for ERK, and XAV-939 for β-catenin. RESULTS We found reduced expressions of Dsg2 and Dsc2 in human BC tissues and cell lines compared to normal counterparts. Furthermore, shRNA-mediated downregulation of Dsg2 and Dsc2 could significantly enhance cell proliferation, migration and invasion in triple-negative MDA-MB-231 and luminal MCF-7 BC cells. Mechanistically, EGFR activity was decreased but downstream AKT and ERK pathways were both activated maybe through other activated protein tyrosine kinases in shDsg2 and shDsc2 MDA-MB-231 cells since protein tyrosine kinases are key drivers of triple-negative BC survival. Additionally, AKT inhibitor treatment displayed much stronger capacity to abolish shDsg2 and shDsc2 induced progression compared to ERK inhibition, which was due to feedback activation of AKT pathway induced by ERK inhibition. In contrast, all of EGFR, AKT and ERK activities were attenuated, whereas β-catenin was accumulated in shDsg2 and shDsc2 MCF-7 cells. These results indicate that EGFR-targeted therapy is not a good choice for BC patients with low Dsg2 or Dsc2 expression. Comparatively, AKT inhibitors may be more helpful to triple-negative BC patients with low Dsg2 or Dsc2 expression, while therapies targeting β-catenin can be considered for luminal BC patients with low Dsg2 or Dsc2 expression. CONCLUSION Our finding demonstrate that single knockdown of Dsg2 or Dsc2 could promote proliferation, motility and invasion in triple-negative MDA-MB-231 and luminal MCF-7 cells. Nevertheless, the underlying mechanisms were cellular context-specific and distinct.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics of gastrointestinal tumors with SWI/SNF complex deficiency and to perform a prognostic analysis of the patients. Methods: Gastrointestinal tumor cases with SWI/SNF complex deficiency expression diagnosed at the Department of Pathology, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, Shanghai, China from August 2021 to May 2023 were collected. Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) stained slides were reviewed, and immunohistochemical results were analyzed. Clinical and pathological information was recorded, and relevant literature was reviewed. Results: A total of 36 cases of gastrointestinal tumor with loss of SWI/SNF complex expression were identified, including 28 males (77.8%) and 8 females (22.2%). The average age at diagnosis was 70 years (range 48-85 years). Clinical staging showed 3 cases in stage Ⅰ (8.3%), 12 cases in stage Ⅱ (33.3%), 19 cases in stage Ⅲ (52.8%), and 2 cases in stage Ⅳ (5.6%). Complete or partial loss of ARID1A expression was observed in 20 cases (55.6%); complete or partial loss of SMARCA2 expression was observed in 24 cases (66.7%). SMARCA4 exhibited complete loss of expression in 4 cases (11.1%). Eleven cases (30.6%) showed concurrent complete or partial losses of both ARID1A and SMARCA2 expression. Twelve cases (33.3%) had mismatch repair protein deficiency, all of which were characterized by MLH1/PMS2 absence. Mismatch repair protein deficiency was associated with loss of ARID1A expression (P<0.01). Patients with mismatch repair protein deficiency were also associated with earlier clinical stage and a lower risk of lymph node metastasis compared to the ones with intact mismatch repair proteins (P<0.05). Conclusions: SWI/SNF complex deficiency in gastrointestinal tumors is associated with dedifferentiation and often accompanied by mismatch repair protein deficiency. Compared to the cases with intact mismatch repair proteins, the cases with defective mismatch repair protein have an earlier clinical stage and a lower risk of lymph node metastasis.

Abstract
Phage therapy is one of the most important tools for the treatment of infections with multi-drug resistant bacteria. Such phages are usually isolated from hospital effluents, however, no systematic study on the distribution of phages in hospital effluents has been conducted so far. The aim of this study was to isolate the corresponding phages of common pathogenic bacteria isolated in the clinic as hosts, so as to assess the ecological distribution of phages in hospital wastewater and to provide a reference for the isolation and application of phages of drug-resistant bacteria in the clinic. A cross-sectional study design was used in this study. The 125 pathogenic bacteria (belonging to 16 different strains) isolated from the clinical microbiology laboratory of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from May to June 2023 were selected as the target strains, and the phages corresponding to these strains were isolated and purified from the hospital wastewater by using the double-layer plate sandwich method. At the same time, the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in the same batch of wastewater was analyzed with the help of mNGS sequencing technology, so as to preliminarily investigate the abundance correspondence between pathogenic bacteria and phages in wastewater. The results showed that a total of 56 phage strains were isolated from 125 clinical pathogens as hosts, corresponding to six pathogens, including Acinetobacter baumannii, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia. All six pathogenic bacteria contained strains with different degrees of drug resistance, with a higher percentage of multi-drug resistant strains in A. baumannii, Escherichia coli and P. aeruginosa. The phage acquisition rates of these six pathogens were, in descending order, Escherichia coli (80%), Stenotrophomonas maltophilia (75%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (70%), Klebsiella pneumoniae (66.67%), Acinetobacter baumannii (36.36%) and Staphylococcus aureus (12.5%). Preliminary mNGS sequencing results showed that the pathogenic bacteria with higher abundance in the batch of effluent were Enterococcus faecalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis, Acinetobacter baumannii, Klebsiella aerogenes, Klebsiella michiganensis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In conclusion, phages of most common clinical Gram-negative pathogens were isolated from hospital wastewater with high isolation rates; however, phages of Gram-positive pathogens were isolated at lower rates, and only phages corresponding to Staphylococcus aureus were isolated in this study. The corresponding mNGS sequencing results showed that the distribution of Gram-negative pathogens in sewage may had a positive correlation with the ecological distribution of phages.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the efficacy of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients with BCR::ABL1 fusion. Methods: The clinical data of seven AML patients with BCR::ABL1 fusion from November 2012 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and their survival status was followed up. Results: The median age of patients at the time of diagnosis was 35 years. Four cases (57.1%) were diagnosed with high leukocyte counts. All cases were assayed as BCR::ABL1 positive and accompanied by four types of gene mutations (NPM1, RUNX1, ASXL1, PHF6) . Seven patients received tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) combined with induction chemotherapy and bridged to allo-HSCT, and six patients received maintenance therapy with TKI. Before allo-HSCT, six patients achieved complete remission, and four patients achieved complete molecular remission (CMR) . After allo-HSCT, the three remaining cases also achieved CMR. All patients were in remission post-allo-HSCT. One case died of infection, and the remaining cases survived without relapse. The 3-year cumulative overall survival rate was (80.0±17.9) %. Conclusions: TKI combined with traditional chemotherapy could achieve a high response rate in AML patients with BCR::ABL1 fusion. In addition, allo-HSCT could enhance the molecular response rate. Maintenance therapy post-HSCT with TKI could improve prognosis.

Abstract
The study of children who experienced with febrile seizures(FS) as a result of COVID-19 infection to gain insight into the clinical characteristics and prognosis of neurological damage, with the aim of improving prevention, diagnosis, and the treatment of neurological complications. This study investigated the clinical features of 53 children with FS who were admitted to Sanya Women and Children's Hospital from December 1, 2022, to January 31, 2023. The results indicated that the duration of convulsion in the case and control group was 7.90±8.91 and 2.67±1.23 (minutes) respectively. The analysis reveals that convulsions occurred within 24 hours in 39 cases (95.12%) of the case group, and in 8 cases (66.7%) of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Additionally, the case group presented lower counts of WBC and NEU compared to the control group (p<0.05). The findings indicate that convulsions manifest at earlier stages of COVID-19 in children and the last longer than in the control group. It is therefore crucial for healthcare workers to remain attentive to patients with COVID-19 who report fever within 24 hours, and act promptly to implement preventive measures, particularly in cases of prolonged fever. It is essential to integrate the clinical manifestation, particularly convulsions, and the continuous numerical changes of inflammatory factors to assess COVID-19 linked with febrile seizures. In addition, larger-scale multi-center and systematic research are necessary to aid clinicians in monitoring neuropathological signals and biological targets, enabling more equitable diagnosis and treatment plans.

Abstract
Objective: To compare the differences in the prevalence of mild micro-hepatic encephalopathy (MHE) among patients with cirrhosis by using the psychometric hepatic encephalopathy score (PHES) and the Stroop smartphone application (Encephal App) test. Methods: This prospective, multi-center, real-world study was initiated by the National Clinical Medical Research Center for Infectious Diseases and the Portal Hypertension Alliance and registered with International ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT05140837). 354 cases of cirrhosis were enrolled in 19 hospitals across the country. PHES (including digital connection tests A and B, digital symbol tests, trajectory drawing tests, and serial management tests) and the Stroop test were conducted in all of them. PHES was differentiated using standard diagnostic criteria established by the two studies in China and South Korea. The Stroop test was evaluated based on the criteria of the research and development team. The impact of different diagnostic standards or methods on the incidence of MHE in patients with cirrhosis was analyzed. Data between groups were differentiated using the t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, and χ (2) test. A kappa test was used to compare the consistency between groups. Results: After PHES, the prevalence of MHE among 354 cases of cirrhosis was 78.53% and 15.25%, respectively, based on Chinese research standards and Korean research normal value standards. However, the prevalence of MHE was 56.78% based on the Stroop test, and the differences in pairwise comparisons among the three groups were statistically significant (kappa = -0.064, P < 0.001). Stratified analysis revealed that the MHE prevalence in three groups of patients with Child-Pugh classes A, B, and C was 74.14%, 83.33%, and 88.24%, respectively, according to the normal value standards of Chinese researchers, while the MHE prevalence rates in three groups of patients with Child-Pugh classes A, B, and C were 8.29%, 23.53%, and 38.24%, respectively, according to the normal value standards of Korean researchers. Furthermore, the prevalence rates of MHE in the three groups of patients with Child-Pugh grades A, B, and C were 52.68%, 58.82%, and 73.53%, respectively, according to the Stroop test standard. However, among the results of each diagnostic standard, the prevalence of MHE showed an increasing trend with an increasing Child-Pugh grade. Further comparison demonstrated that the scores obtained by the number connection test A and the number symbol test were consistent according to the normal value standards of the two studies in China and South Korea (Z = -0.982, -1.702; P = 0.326, 0.089), while the other three sub-tests had significant differences (P < 0.001). Conclusion: The prevalence rate of MHE in the cirrhotic population is high, but the prevalence of MHE obtained by using different diagnostic criteria or methods varies greatly. Therefore, in line with the current changes in demographics and disease spectrum, it is necessary to enroll a larger sample size of a healthy population as a control. Moreover, the establishment of more reliable diagnostic scoring criteria will serve as a basis for obtaining accurate MHE incidence and formulating diagnosis and treatment strategies in cirrhotic populations.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the change trends and risk factors of mesothelioma disease burden in Jiangsu Province from 1990 to 2019. Methods: In January 2022, using the 2019 Global Burden of Disease Study Data, the Joinpoint regression model was used to analyze the change trends of incidence, mortality, disable-adjusted life years (DALY) and premature mortality of mesothelioma residents in Jiangsu Province from 1990 to 2019, and the attribution level of mesothelioma risk factors was estimated by population attributing fraction. Results: The standardized incidence rates of mesothelioma in Jiangsu Province from 1990 to 2019 ranged from 0.07/10(5) to 0.09/10(5), with an average annual percentage change (AAPC) of -1.1% (t=-13.56, P<0.001). AAPCs in males and females were -0.3% (t=-2.18, P=0.029) and -1.6% (t=-11.39, P<0.001), respectively. The standardized mortality rates of mesothelioma ranged from 0.07/10(5) to 0.09/10(5), the AAPC was -1.1% (t=-12.23, P<0.001), AAPC was -1.6% (t=-14.09, P<0.001) for females, and there was no significant change in males (t=-1.83, P=0.068). The premature mortality was 0.004%-0.006%, the AAPC was -1.0% (t=-4.40, P<0.001), AAPC was -1.7% (t=-13.72, P<0.001) for females, and there was no significant change in males (t=-0.68, P=0.495). The standardized DALY rates ranged from 1.86/10(5) to 2.32/10(5), the AAPC was -0.9% (t=-11.08, P<0.001), AAPC was -1.6% (t=-11.05, P<0.001) for females, and there was no significant change in males (t=-0.95, P=0.343). Both the standardized years of life lost (YLL) rate and the standardized years lived with disability (YLD) rate showed a decreasing trend, and the AAPCs were -0.9% (t=-7.66, P<0.001) and -1.0% (t=-12.88, P<0.001), respectively. The proportion of YLL in DALY was more than 98.5%. Among the risk factors for mesothelioma burden attribution, the AAPC attributed to occupational asbestos exposure of DALY was 1.4% (t=3.43, P=0.001). The AAPC of DALY rate of standardized attribution was -1.7% (t=-12.11, P<0.001) . Conclusion: The overall burden of mesothelioma in Jiangsu Province is decreasing, occupational asbestos exposure is still the main risk factor of mesothelioma in Jiangsu Province, and early diagnosis and treatment should be strengthened.

[Human papillomavirus prevalence and type distribution in Chinese juvenile-onset recurrent respiratory papillomatosis patients]. Abstract
Objective: To evaluate HPV prevalence and type distribution in Chinese juvenile-onset recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (JoRRP) patients. Methods: We searched China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang data, China Biology Medicine disc, PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library for studies assessing HPV infection of Chinese JoRRP patients up to 1 October, 2022. Two authors independently performed literature selection, data extraction, and quality assessment. HPV prevalence and HPV type-specific prevalence were pooled using a random effects model after Freeman-Tukey double arcsine transformation. All analyses were performed with R 4.1.3 software. Results: Nineteen publications investigating HPV infection of JoRRP patients were included in the final analyses. Of these, 16 studies reported HPV prevalence with a sample size of 1 528 patients, and 11 studies reported HPV6 prevalence and HPV11 prevalence with a sample size of 611 patients. All studies were graded as medium quality. In Chinese JoRRP patients, the synthesized HPV prevalence was 92.0% (95%CI:86.0%-96.6%, I2=87%), HPV6 prevalence was 42.4% (95%CI:34.9%-50.1%, I2=61%), and HPV11 prevalence was 72.3% (95%CI:59.0%-83.9%, I2=87%). All the pooled prevalence persisted in subgroup analyses stratified by publication year, sample size, and specimen type (P>0.05). There was no evidence of publication bias. In Chinese JoRRP patients, HPV16, 18, 31, 33, 52, and 58 prevalence was very low. Conclusions: Our findings suggested high HPV prevalence in Chinese JoRRP patients, and the most common HPV types were HPV6 and HPV11.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the endoscopic ultrasonographic (EUS) characteristics of submucosal lesions of upper digestive tract suspected gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) and their correlation with biological behaviors and pathological risk grade of the tumors. Methods: Retrospective cohort study. The EUS findings, follow-up review, surgical treatment and pathological data of patients with suspected GIST at the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Center of Peking University People's Hospital from January 2013 to April 2021 were collected. All samples were divided into follow-up group and treatment group based on the pathological condition and the patient's treatment intention. According to whether or not the tumor was enlarged in EUS, the follow-up group was divided into non-enlarged group and enlarged group. Paired T-test was used to compare the lesion size before and after follow-up, and logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of tumor enlargement. According to the treatment methods, the treatment group was further divided into endoscopic treatment group and surgical treatment group. According to the pathological results and risk grade, the treatment group was further divided into the low-risk group and the medium-risk group. The risk factors of pathological malignant risk were analyzed by logistic regression, and the tumor diameter of patients with moderate or above pathological risk was predicted by receiver operation characteristic (ROC) curve. The relationship between the findings of EUS and the progression and pathological risk of GIST were also explored. Results: Seventy-three cases including 23 males and 50 females, with an age of 58 (30-88) years, were included in the follow-up group, with a mean lesion diameter of (1.21±0.49) cm before follow-up, median follow-up interval of 33.8 months, and a lesion diameter of (1.18±0.49) cm after follow-up. There was no significant difference (all P>0.05) in lesion diameter between before and after follow-up. There was no significant difference (all P>0.05) between tumor enlargement group (18 cases, 24.7%) and non-enlargement group (55 cases, 75.3%). One hundred and thirty-eight cases, including 52 males and 86 females, with an age of 60 (19-84) years, were enrolled in the treatment group, with a mean EUS estimated diameter of (2.55±1.35) cm and pathological diameters of (3.43±2.42) cm. Ninety-five (68.8%) of these cases were pathologically confirmed as GIST while 43 cases were diagnosed as other tumor types, including 37 benign tumors and 6 malignant tumors. In multifactorial logistic regression analysis, only the increase of tumor diameter [OR (95%CI): 1.800 (1.172-2.766), P=0.007] was a risk factor for pathological intermediate or higher risk. The optimal tumor diameter for predicting pathological intermediate or higher risk using ROC curve analysis was 2.75 cm, with a sensitivity 71.4%, specificity 79.0%, Youden index 0.5 and area under ROC curve 0.807 (95%CI: 0.703-0.909). Conclusions: EUS is essential for assessing the risk of progression and malignancy of submucosal lesions of upper digestive tract suspected GIST. For lesions of small diameter, the interval of follow-up shall be relatively extended while the indication of treatment could be partially waived.

Abstract
Objective: To observe the association between clinical phenotypes of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) patients and a rare calcium channel and regulatory gene variation (Ca2+ gene variation) and to compare clinical phenotypes of HCM patients with Ca2+ gene variation, a single sarcomere gene variation and without gene variation and to explore the influence of rare Ca2+ gene variation on the clinical phenotypes of HCM. Methods: Eight hundred forty-two non-related adult HCM patients diagnosed for the first time in Xijing Hospital from 2013 to 2019 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent exon analyses of 96 hereditary cardiac disease-related genes. Patients with diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, post alcohol septal ablation or septal myectomy, and patients who carried sarcomere gene variation of uncertain significance or carried>1 sarcomere gene variation or carried>1 Ca2+ gene variation, with HCM pseudophenotype or carrier of ion channel gene variations other than Ca2+ based on the genetic test results were excluded. Patients were divided into gene negative group (no sarcomere or Ca2+ gene variants), sarcomere gene variation group (only 1 sarcomere gene variant) and Ca2+ gene variant group (only 1 Ca2+ gene variant). Baseline data, echocardiography and electrocardiogram data were collected for analysis. Results: A total of 346 patients were enrolled, including 170 patients without gene variation (gene negative group), 154 patients with a single sarcomere gene variation (sarcomere gene variation group) and 22 patients with a single rare Ca2+ gene variation (Ca2+ gene variation group). Compared with gene negative group, patients in Ca2+ gene variation group had higher blood pressure and higher percentage of family history of HCM and sudden cardiac death (P<0.05); echocardiographic results showed that patients in Ca2+ gene variation group had thicker ventricular septum ((23.5±5.8) mm vs. (22.3±5.7) mm, P<0.05); electrocardiographic results showed that patients in Ca2+ gene variation group had prolonged QT interval ((416.6±23.1) ms vs. (400.6±47.2) ms, P<0.05) and higher RV5+SV1 ((4.51±2.26) mv vs. (3.50±1.65) mv, P<0.05). Compared with sarcomere gene variation group, patients in Ca2+ gene variation group had later onset age and higher blood pressure (P<0.05); echocardiographic results showed that there was no significant difference in ventricular septal thickness between two groups; patients in Ca2+ gene variation group had lower percentage of left ventricular outflow tract pressure gradient>30 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa, 22.8% vs. 48.1%, P<0.05) and the lower early diastolic peak velocity of the mitral valve inflow/early diastolic peak velocity of the mitral valve annulus (E/e') ratio ((13.0±2.5) vs. (15.9±4.2), P<0.05); patients in Ca2+ gene variation group had prolonged QT interval ((416.6±23.1) ms vs. (399.0±43.0) ms, P<0.05) and lower percentage of ST segment depression (9.1% vs. 40.3%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with gene negative group, the clinical phenotype of HCM is more severe in patients with rare Ca2+ gene variation; compared with patients with sarcomere gene variation, the clinical phenotype of HCM is milder in patients with rare Ca2+ gene variation.

Abstract
Short-chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) are ubiquitously distributed in various environmental matrics due to their wide production and consumption globally in the past and ongoing production and use in some developing countries. SCCPs have been detected in various human samples including serum, milk, placenta, nail, and hair, and internal SCCP levels were found to be positively correlated with biomarkers of some diseases. While the environmental occurrence has been reported in a lot of studies, the toxicity and underlying molecular mechanisms of SCCPs remain largely unknown. The current tolerable daily intakes (TDIs) recommended by the world health organization/international programme on chemical safety (WHO/IPCS, 100 μg/kg bw/d) and the UK Committee on Toxicity (COT, 30 μg/kg bw/d) were obtained based on a no observed adverse effect level (NOAEL) of SCCP from the repeated-dose study (90 d exposure) in rodents performed nearly 40 years ago. Importantly, the health risks assessment of SCCPs in a variety of studies has shown that the estimated daily intakes (EDIs) may approach and even over the established TDI by UK COT. Furthermore, recent studies revealed that lower doses of SCCPs could also result in damage to multiple organs including the liver, kidney, and thyroid. Long-term effects of SCCPs at environmental-related doses are warranted.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of pregnancy complicated with moyamoya disease on maternal and fetal outcomes. Methods: The general clinical data and maternal and fetal outcomes of 20 pregnancies of 15 patients with moyamoya disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2012 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: (1) General information: among the 20 pregnancies of 15 clearly diagnosed pregnant women complicated with moyamoya disease, 12 were diagnosed before pregnancy (60%, 12/20), 3 were diagnosed during pregnancy (15%, 3/20), and 5 were diagnosed during puerperal period (25%, 5/20). There were 7 cases of primipara (35%, 7/20) and 13 cases of multipara (65%, 13/20). (2) Pregnancy complications and maternal and infant outcomes: among the 20 pregnancies of 15 pregnant women with moyamoya disease, there were 9 pregnancy complications (45%, 9/20), including 5 gestational hypertension (25%, 5/20), 2 severe pre-eclampsia (10%, 2/20), 1 hyperlipidemia and 1 gestational diabetes mellitus (5%, 1/20). There were 2 case of drug abortion in the first trimester, 3 cases of labor induction in the second trimester, and 15 cases of delivery during the third trimester. All the 15 deliveries were cesarean section, of which 11 (11/15) were cesarean sections with medical indications, and 4 (4/15) were cesarean sections caused by personal factors. General anesthesia was used in 5 cases (5/15), epidural block anesthesia in 7 cases (7/15), and combined spinal and epidural anesthesia in 3 cases (3/15). The median gestational age of 15 neonates was 37.2 weeks (34.0 to 40.8 weeks), with 10 cases (10/15) were full-term infants, and 5 (5/15) were preterm infants (3 of which were associated with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy). The birth weight of 15 neonates was (2 853±454) g. Four neonates were admitted to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), of which 3 cases were admitted to NICU due to premature delivery and 1 case was admitted to NICU due to neonatal jaundice. There was no neonatal asphyxia or death. All neonates were followed up from 4 months to 6 years after birth, and all grew well. (3) Neurological symptoms during pregnancy: 8 cases (40%, 8/20) had neurological symptoms during pregnancy, and 6 cases (30%, 6/20) had hemorrhagic symptoms, of which 3 cases occurred during the puerperal period (3/6). There were 2 cases of ischemic symptoms (10%, 2/20), all of which occurred during the puerperal period (2/2). (4) Analysis of factors related to the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage: the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in patients with moyamoya disease diagnosed before pregnancy was significantly lower than that in those without a clear diagnosis, and the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in women with moyamoya disease was lower than that in primipara (all P<0.01). The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in moyamoya patients without hypertensive disorder complicating pregrancy was lower than that in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregrancy, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusions: Pregnancy combined with moyamoya disease has adverse effects on maternal and infant outcomes, and the incidence of pregnancy complications increases. Cerebral hemorrhage occurres in prenatal and puperium, while cerebral ischemia occurres mainly in puperium.

Abstract
Objective: To clarify the phenotypes of the newborns with SLC26A4 single-allele mutation in deafness genetic screening and second variant; to analyze the SLC26A4 genotype and hearing phenotype. Methods: 850 newborns born in Beijing from April 2015 to December 2019 were included and there were 468 males and 382 females. They received genetic deafness screening for 9 or 15 variants, with the result of SLC26A4 single-allele mutation. Firstly, three step deafness gene sequencing was adopted in this work, i.e., the first step was "SLC26A4 gene whole exons and splice sites" sequencing; the second step was "SLC26A4 gene promoter, FOXI1 gene and KCNJ10 gene whole exons" sequencing; and the third step was detection for "SLC26A4 gene copy number variation". Secondly, we collected the results of newborn hearing screening for all patients with the second mutation found in the three step test, and conducted audiological examinations, such as acoustic immittance, auditory brainstem response and auditory steady state response. Thirdly, for novel/VUS mutations, we searched the international deafness gene database or software, such as DVD, ClinVar and Mutation Taster, to predict the pathogenicity of mutations according to the ACMG guideline. Lastly, we analyzed the relationship between genotype and phenotype of newborns with SLC26A4 single allele mutation. Results: Among 850 cases, the median age of diagnosis was 4 months. In the first step, 850 cases were sequenced. A total of 32 cases (3.76%, 32/850) of a second variants were detected, including 18 cases (2.12%, 18/850) with identified pathogenic variants; 832 cases were sequenced and 8 cases of KCNJ10 gene missense variants were detected among the second step. No missense mutations in the FOXI1 gene and abnormal SLC26A4 gene promoter were detected; the third step sequencing results were all negative. Genotypes and hearing phenotypes included 18 cases combined with the second clear pathogenic variant, 16 cases (16/18) referred newborn hearing screening and 2 cases (2/18) passed in both ears; degree of hearing loss consisted of 18 profound ears (18/36), 13 severe ears (13/36) and 5 moderate ears (5/36); audiogram patterns comprised 17 high frequency drop ears (17/36), 14 flat ears (14/36), 3 undistinguished ears (3/36), and 2 U shaped ears (2/36); 11 cases underwent imaging examination, all of which were bilateral enlarged vestibular aqueduct. As for 22 cases of other genotypes, all passed neonatal hearing screening and the hearing diagnosis was normal, including 9 cases with VUS or possibly novel benign variants, 8 cases with KCNJ10 double gene heterozygous variants, and 5 cases with double heterozygous variants. Conclusions: The probability of individuals with SLC26A4 single-allele variant who merge with a second pathogenic variant is 2.12%, all of which are SNV, which can provide scientific basis for the genetic diagnosis and genetic counseling of SLC26A4 variants. Those who have merged with second pathogenic variant are all diagnosed with sensorineural hearing loss. Patients with KCNJ10 gene mutations do not manifest hearing loss during the infancy, suggesting the need for further follow-up.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the safety of the Triple-P procedure in women complicated with severe placenta accreta spectrum disorders (PAS) and its influence on second pregnancy. Methods: From January 2015 to December 2017, the outcomes of the second pregnancy after the Triple-P procedure in 11 pregnant women complicated with PAS in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed. Results: By December 2021, a total of 11 pregnant women who underwent the Triple-P procedure for PAS had a second pregnancy, with a median interval of 3 years (2-3 years). Of the 11 pregnant women, 7 delivered after 36 weeks of gestation. The median gestational age was 38 weeks, and 4 terminated within the first trimester. PAS recurred in 1 of 7 pregnant women (1/7) and was associated with placenta previa. All of the 7 pregnant women were delivered by cesarean section, with a median postpartum blood loss of 300 ml (200-450 ml), and only one pregnant woman required blood transfusion. None of the pregnant women were transferred to the intensive care unit, and there were no uterine rupture, bladder injury, puerperal infection, and neonatal adverse outcomes. Conclusion: Pregnant women who underwent the Triple-P procedure for severe PAS could be considered for second pregnancy with strictly management by an experienced multidisciplinary team, which may result in a good outcome.

Abstract
Objective: To study clinicopathological features and differential diagnosis of IgG4-related diseases (IgG4-RD) in nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed in patients presenting initially with rhinosinusitis or a nasal mass, who also underwent nasal mucosa biopsy in Beijing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, from March 2016 to March 2021. According to the latest international classification diagnostic criteria of IgG4-RD published by the American Society of Rheumatology (ACR)/European Association for Rheumatology (EULAR) in 2019, 10 cases of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses IgG4-RD were diagnosed and included in the study. The clinical features, histopathology and immunohistochemical expression of IgG and IgG4 were analyzed. Results: Among the 10 patients, five patients were male and five female. The age ranged from 30 to 71 years (median 52.7 years). Nasal polyp/nasal masses were seen in six cases, and lacrimal gland swelling was found in four cases. The serum IgG and IgG4 level was increased in four cases. Microscopically, all 10 cases showed intense lymphoplasmocytic infiltration and varying degrees of fibrosis in nasal or sinus mucosa, while four cases showed occlusive vasculitis. The number of IgG4 positive plasma cells in nasal mucosa was more than 10/high power field (HPF), with a mean of 67/HPF. The number of IgG4 positive plasma cells in the cases with severe fibrosis was significantly lower than in those without. The ratio of IgG4+/IgG+plasma cells was higher than 40% in six cases. Conclusions: IgG4-RD in nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses is a local manifestation of a systemic disease, while nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are rarely involved by IgG4-RD. The diagnosis is based on clinical symptoms, imaging, IgG4-related serology and histopathologic scores. Histopathology has a core diagnostic value. IgG4 serology and imaging have important diagnostic values in the cases without biopsy.

Abstract
Soil was sampled from 182 profiles in typical farmlands of Chongqing and analyzed for the stable carbon isotope composition of organic matter (δ13CSOC). The results showed that the values of δ13CSOC for each soil profile were gradually increasing with increasing soil depth, and the mean values were (-23.63±1.53)‰, (-22.43±1.59)‰, and (-21.42±1.90)‰ for surface, middle, and bottom layers, respectively. The δ13CSOC values in the northeastern region of Chongqing tended to be more negative, whereas those in central Chongqing were less negative. Paddy fields showed the most negative values of δ13CSOC, followed by rice-upland rotating fields and upland fields, with the average being (-25.32±0.93)‰, (-23.17±1.37)‰, and (-24.75±1.28)‰ for the surface layers, respectively. For different soil types, the δ13C values in the surface layers were in the order of paddy soil<alluvial soil<purplish soil<calcareous soil<yellow soil. According to the regression-tree analysis, the crop types predominantly influenced the variation in δ13CSOC in surface soils, and soil types mainly affected that in the middle- and bottom-layer soils. Other factors, such as soil properties (TN, SOC, and pH) and meteorological conditions (precipitation and air temperature) played only minor roles in the variation of δ13CSOC. In short, the stable isotope composition of organic carbon in the surface soils was primarily controlled by the input carbon source, whereas that in the deeper layers was closely linked with carbon cycling processes within the soils.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of pregnancy complicated with Takayasu arteritis (TA) on maternal and fetal outcomes. Methods: The clinical data of 17 TA patients with pregnancy and finally terminated admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2012 to December 2020 were collected and the maternal and infant outcomes were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the 24 pregnancies in 17 TA patients in our hispital, 11 patients in our hospital were primiparous (46%, 11/24) and 13 patients were multiparous (54%, 13/24); 4 cases of chronic hypertension before pregnancy (17%, 4/24), and 20 cases of non-hypertension (83%, 20/24) were abserved. Apart from the thoracoabdominal artery type, 15 cases (63%, 15/24) of brachiocephalic type, 8 cases (33%, 8/24) of extensive type, and 1 case of pulmonary artery type (4%, 1/24) were included in TA classification; the renal artery was damaged in 7 cases (7/8) of the extensive type. Among the 24 pregnancies of 17 TA patients, 8 cases of pregnancy complications occurred, including 4 cases (17%, 4/24) of preeclampsia, one case of (4%, 1/24) new-onset hypertension during pregnancy, exacerbation of existing hypertension, thrombocytopenia and ischemic stroke respectively; 3 cases of induced abortion, 1 case of induced labor, and 20 cases of final delivery were found. Of the 20 final deliveries, 3 cases (15%, 3/20) were delivered through the vagina; 17 cases (85%, 17/20) were delivered by cesarean section; 3 cases (15%, 3/20) of fetal growth restriction and 6 cases of oligohydramnios (30%, 6/20) were occurred. The median gestational age of pregnancy termination of 17 full-term neonates (85%, 17/20) and 3 premature neonates (15%, 3/20) was 38.4 weeks (range:29.6-40.9 weeks). All premature women were complicated with pre-eclampsia or severe pre-eclampsia, which lead to premature birth; the birth weight of the neonates was (2 791±783) g. Neonatal asphyxia occurred in 3 cases (15%, 3/20), and 6 cases (30%, 6/20) were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit. None of the newborns died. The patients were followed up for 3 months to 7 years. Except for one case who underwent surgical treatment 3 years after delivery and died of intraoperative hemorrhage, the other 16 patients were in stable condition; all the newborns grew and developed well. The incidences of maternal and infant adverse events were higher in those with chronic hypertension, renal artery involvement, and no use of hormones and aspirin during pregnancy, but the differences were not statistically significant (all P>0.05). Conclusions: Pregnancy with TA has adverse effects on maternal and infant outcomes. To reduce the occurrence of maternal and child adverse events, the condition of TA patients should be fully assessed before pregnancy, multidisciplinary cooperation, regular treatment, strengthened monitoring of the condition, timely treatment of complications, selection of appropriate delivery methods after pregnancy, and vigilance of postpartum complications should be properly carried out.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the performance of point-of-care testing for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions screening. Methods: In September 2020, 197 and 273 women were selected by using simple random sampling method from "self-sampling" cohort and "physician-sampling" cohort established in Xiangyuan county, Shanxi Province, China, respectively. Cervical exfoliated cells were collected by women themselves or gynecologists. All samples were detected by POCT and women with positive result were directly referred for colposcopy. Subsequently, all the samples were detected by careHPV and PCR test. Colposcopy and punch biopsy were performed for women with POCT negative but careHPV or PCR test positive at another visit. Using histopathological diagnosis as the gold standard, we calculated sensitivity, specificity and drew the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. The accuracy of POCT was analyzed and compared to that of careHPV and conventional PCR test in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions screening. Results: The median (Q1 , Q3) age of 470 women was 51 (45, 57) years old. Based on self-sampling, the sensitivity and specificity of POCT for CIN2+ were 100.00% (95%CI: 56.56%-100.00%) and 28.95% (95%CI: 22.97%-35.76%), respectively. Compared with POCT, POCT HPV16/18 test had similar sensitivity and higher specificity of 89.47% (95%CI: 84.30%-93.08%). Self-sampling POCT HPV16/18 test had an AUC of 0.947 (95%CI:0.910-0.985), which was higher than that of careHPV and PCR test. Physician-sampling POCT test had 100.00% sensitivity (95%CI: 64.57%-100.00%) and 55.85% specificity (95%CI: 49.83%-61.70%) for detecting CIN2+. POCT HPV16/18 test had lower sensitivity (71.43%, 95%CI: 35.90%-91.76%) and higher specificity (92.45%, 95%CI: 88.63%-95.06%). POCT HPV16/18 test generally showed similar AUC on both self-collected samples and clinician-collected samples (0.947 vs 0.819, P=0.217). Conclusion: POCT HPV16/18 test is an effective method with relatively high sensitivity and specificity for cervical cancer screening.

Abstract
Biodegradable plastic film is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of white pollution in agriculture. However, its impacts on soil-plant systems are not well documented. In order to provide a basis for the safety evaluation of large-scale application of biodegradable plastic film, pot experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of the types(H, S, and X) and doses(2.5, 10, and 40 g·kg-1) of biodegradable film raw material particles on the soil physiochemical properties, biological properties, growth, and nutrient absorption by wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). The results showed that three types of biodegradable film raw material particles significantly increased soil pH but had no significant effect on soil organic matter content; medium-high doses of H and low-medium doses of S plastic particles had a positive effect on soil nitrification and soil nitrogen availability, whereas X film particles had an inhibitory effect. H film particles increased soil available phosphorus content, and S and X had no significant effect. X film particles increased the content of soil available potassium, but S and H had no significant effect. The effects of three types of biodegradable raw material particles on soil enzyme activities varied with the types and doses of plastic film and enzyme types. With the increase in the doses of plastic film particles, the activities of three kinds of soil enzymes showed a downward trend. Except for the low and medium doses of the S treatment, the other treatments inhibited the growth of wheat, in which X film particles had the greatest inhibitory effect on the biomass of wheat roots, stems, leaves, and grain; with the increase in the doses of film particles, the inhibition effect of wheat biomass was more obvious. For wheat nutrients, the absorption of nitrogen was promoted at low doses and inhibited at high doses, and the three types of film particles inhibited the absorption of phosphorus and potassium. There were significant differences in the distribution ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus between the stems, leaves, and grains of wheat by all the film particles; however, there was no significant difference in the distribution ratio of potassium between those treatments. Correlation analysis showed that wheat biomass was the main factor affecting wheat nutrient accumulation.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of reported imported malaria cases in Zhengzhou City from 2016 to 2020, so as to provide insights into the management of imported malaria in the city. METHODS All data pertaining to cases with definitive diagnosis of malaria in Zhengzhou City from 2016 to 2020 were captured from the National Notifiable Disease Report System and the Information Management System for Parasitic Disease Control in China, including individual demographic data, and malaria onset, initial diagnosis and definitive diagnosis data. All data were descriptively analyzed. The duration from malaria onset to initial diagnosis, from initial diagnosis to definitive diagnosis and from onset to definitive diagnosis was compared among cases. In addition, the diagnoses of imported malaria cases in which definitive diagnosis was made were compared with the reexaminations by Zhengzhou Municipal Malaria Diagnosis Reference Laboratory. RESULTS A total of 302 cases with definitive diagnosis of malaria were reported in Zhengzhou City from 2016 to 2020, and all were imported cases, with Plasmodium falciparum malaria as the predominant type (230 cases, 76.2%). There were 293 malaria cases imported from Africa (293 cases, 97.0%), which mainly included Nigeria (48 cases, 15.9%), Angola (40 cases, 13.2%), and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (29 cases, 9.6%). There was no obvious seasonality found in the date of malaria onset and time of reporting malaria. The ratio of male to female malaria cases was 49.3:1, and there were 103 cases (34.1%) with the current residency address in Zhengzhou City, 193 cases (63.9%) with the current residency address in other cities of Henan Province and 6 cases (2.0%) in other provinces of China. There were 271 cases (89.7%) seeking initial diagnosis in medical institutions, and the diagnostic accuracy of malaria was 56.6% (171/302) at initial diagnosis institutions. A total of 122 cases (40.4%) sought medical care on the day of malaria onset, and 252 cases (86.4%) within 3 days; however, only 22 cases (7.3%) were definitively diagnosed on the day of onset, and 162 cases (53.6%) diagnosed within 3 days. There were no significant differences between malaria cases seeking initial diagnosis at medical institutions and disease control and prevention institutions in terms of the duration from malaria onset to initial diagnosis (Z = -1.663, P > 0.05), from initial diagnosis to definitive diagnosis (Z = -0.413, P > 0.05) or from malaria onset to definitive diagnosis (Z = -0.838, P > 0.05). The median duration (interquartile range) from initial diagnosis to definitive diagnosis of malaria was 3.00 (2.00), 3.00 (6.00), 2.00 (4.00) d and 1.00 (1.00) d among cases seeking medical care at township-level and lower, county-, city- and province-level medical institutions, and the median duration from initial diagnosis to definitive diagnosis of malaria was significantly longer among cases seeking medical care at township-level and lower medical institutions than at city (Z = -3.286, P < 0.008 33) and province-level medical institutions (Z = -9.119, P < 0.008 33), while the median duration from initial diagnosis to definitive diagnosis [1.00 (3.00) d vs. 2.00 (4.00) d; Z = -4.099, P < 0.016] and from malaria onset to definitive diagnosis [3.00 (4.00) d vs. 4.00 (5.00) d; Z = -2.868, P < 0.016] among malaria cases with the current residency address in Zhengzhou City was both shorter than in other cities of Henan Province. The diagnostic accuracy was 89.1% (269/302) among malaria cases in which definitive diagnosis was made, and the accuracy of malaria reexaminations was 94.0% (284/302) in Zhengzhou Municipal Malaria Diagnosis Reference Laboratory. CONCLUSIONS P. falciparum malaria was predominant among reported imported malaria cases in Zhengzhou City from 2016 to 2020, and these imported malaria cases were predominantly diagnosed at medical institutions; however, the diagnostic capability of malaria is poor in township-level and lower medical institutions. Strengthening the collaboration between medical institutions and disease control and prevention institutions and improving the diagnostic capability building at medical institutions are recommended to consolidate malaria elimination achivements.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and prognostic factors of SMARCB1 (INI1)-deficient sinonasal carcinoma (SDSC). Methods: Sixteen cases of SDSC diagnosed in the Department of Pathology, Beijing Tongren Hospital from January 2016 to September 2020 were enrolled. Ninety-nine cases of small round cell malignant tumors of the head and neck were selected as the control, including poorly-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (n=10), poorly-differentiated adenocarcinoma (n=5), undifferentiated carcinoma (SNUC, n=4), NUT carcinoma (n=5), neuroendocrine carcinoma (n=10), and other non-epithelial tumors [olfactory neuroblastoma (n=10), rhabdomyosarcoma (n=10), NK/T-cell lymphoma (n=10), malignant melanoma (n=10), Ewing's sarcoma/primitive neuroectodermal tumor (EWS/PNET, n=5)] and non-keratinizing undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma (n=20). The clinical and pathologic characteristics of SDSC, and immunohistochemical (IHC) expression of broad-spectrum CKpan, CK7, CK8/18, CK5/6, p63, p40, p16, INI1, NUT and neuroendocrine markers (Syn, CgA, CD56) were evaluated. In situ hybridization (ISH) was used to detect EBER and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) to detect INI1 gene deletion. Results: The 16 cases of SDSC accounted for 1.3% (16/1 218) of all malignant sinonasal tumors in the author's unit during this time period, and 2.4% (16/657) of all malignant epithelial tumors. Microscopically, there was no clear squamous and adenomatous differentiation, but "rhabdoid-like" cells, are often seen. All SDSC cases were positive for CKpan and CK8/18, negative for INI1; Epstein-Barr virus was not detected by ISH; and INI1 gene deletion was observed in all 11 SDSC patients with FISH. Twelve cases were followed up for 3-47 months. One died of tumor-related diseases half a year after diagnosis, and the remaining patients were alive with tumor, the longest survival time was 47 months. Conclusion: SDSC should be differentiated from a variety of poorly-differentiated tumors in the sinonasal area. Histologically, SDSC has no clear differentiation, but the tumor cells are characteristically basal-like or rhabdoid-like, with non-specific vacuoles, translucent or vacuolar nuclei, prominent nucleoli and necrotic foci. They are negative for INI1 IHC staining, and FISH demonstrates INI1 gene deletion. The clinical prognosis is still unclear, further studies on its biologic behavior and treatment methods are warranted.

Abstract
Cervical cancer can be eliminated through primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention. Yet it remains one of the gravest threats to women's lives worldwide. In November 2020, WHO officially launched the global strategy to accelerate the elimination of cervical cancer, and underlined that screening and treatment for cervical pre-cancer lesions are two of three key measures for the elimination. In July 2021, the World Health Organization (WHO) issued the second edition of"WHO guideline for screening and treatment of cervical pre-cancer lesions for cervical cancer prevention"to provide important guidance to countries to support them in achieving the target of cervical cancer elimination in all women. This article will interpret the methods for the guideline development, the recommendations/good practice statements on screening and treatment to prevent cervical cancer (including the age to start/stop screening, screening methods, screening interval, the management of screen-positive women and treatment of the precancerous lesions, etc.) and its impact globally, providing reference for the updates of guideline and policy making on cervical cancer prevention and control in China.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of thermal ablation in the treatment of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) in Chinese women. Methods: The high-risk HPV-positive women aged 20-65 who were detected through a cervical cancer screening project implemented in three rural sites (Etuoke counties in Inner Mongolia, Xiangyuan and Yangcheng counties in Shanxi Province) and one urban site (Shenzhen) in China were included in this prospective study. Follow up evaluation was performed on HPV positive women who underwent thermal ablation (n=166) as well as received no treatment (n=2 716) in cervical cancer screening program. For women with thermal ablation treatment, HPV test and cytology were used for follow-up with the interval of 6 months or longer after treatment. For women without treatment, HPV test was used for annual follow-up. Women with positive results in either of the HPV tests or abnormal cytology were referred for a colposcopy or biopsy if necessary. The HPV clearance rate and the cure rate of CIN were compared between the two groups. Results: A total of 152 women treated with thermal ablation and 2 539 women without treatment reported for follow-up evaluation with the age M(Q1, Q3) of 42 (36, 48) and 47 (41, 54) years old, and the median time to follow-up time of 23.4 (12.4, 24.5) and 23.5 (12.4, 24.0)months, respectively. The HPV clearance rate in women undergoing thermal ablation was significantly higher than that in women with no treatment (73.0% vs 46.1%, P<0.001). The HPV16, HPV52 and HPV58 clearance rates among women receiving thermal ablation were higher than that in women without treatment with the OR (95%CI) of 2.8 (1.3-6.1), 3.2 (1.3-7.9) and 5.8 (2.1-15.6). For women with histologically confirmed CIN at baseline, cure rates were 77.4%(n=72) for thermal ablation. Cure rates of the thermal ablation were 81.0%(n=47) for CIN grade one (CIN1) and 71.4% (n=25) for CIN grade two or worse (CIN2+). Conclusions: Thermal ablation is effective to clear the HPV infection as well as to treat CIN. Particularly for the HPV genotypes with the paramount attributable proportion to cervical cancer and precancerous in China, the HPV clearance rate was significantly higher than that reported in the women without treatment.

Abstract
Objective: To systematically summarize and evaluate the current cervical cancer screening guidelines worldwide. Methods: "Cervical cancer/cervical intraepithelial neoplasia", "screening", and "guidelines/recommendations" were searched as keywords in PubMed, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data for cervical cancer screening guidelines. The language was limited to Chinese and English. A total of 29 guidelines were included before September 1, 2020. The basic information and recommendations of the guidelines issued were summarized. Results: Among the 29 cervical cancer screening guidelines, most guidelines targeted on the population aged 25-65 years. Cytology and human papillomavirus (HPV) testing are two commonly used methods for the cervical cancer screening, and HPV testing is increasingly recommended as the primary screening methods. Most guidelines recommended five years interval for the HPV testing-based screening or co-testing (HPV testing and cytology) based screening and three years for the cytology-based. For managing population with abnormal cervical cancer screening, triage or screening repeatedly to identify high-risk populations were more recommended. Direct colposcopy or treatment were allowed for women with higher risk of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) during the screening procedure. Several guidelines involving HPV vaccination population recommended them the same strategy as the general population without vaccination. Conclusion: Currently, most of the cervical cancer screening guidelines applied to the population with the average risk of the CINs and were issued by the developed countries. Primary methods for the cervical cancer screening have gradually changed from the cytology to the HPV testing. There is a lack of recommendations targeting special population on cervical cancer screening in the current guidelines.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of interpregnancy interval (IPI) on pregnancy outcomes of subsequent pregnancy. Methods: A multicenter retrospective study was conducted in 21 hospitals in China. Information of age, height, pre-pregnancy weight, IPI, history of diseases, complications of pregnancy, gestational age of delivery, delivery mode, and pregnancy outcomes of the participants were collected by consulting medical records of pregnant women who had two consecutive deliveries in the same hospital during 2011 to 2018. The participants were divided into 4 groups according to IPI:<18 months, 18-23 months, 24-59 months and ≥60 months. According to the WHO's recommendation, with the IPI of 24-59 months group as a reference, to the effects of IPI on pregnancy outcomes of subsequent pregnancy were analyzed. Stratified analysis was further carried out based on age, history of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), macrosomia, and premature delivery, to explore the differences in the effects of IPI on pregnancy outcomes among women with different characteristics. Results: A total of 8 026 women were included in this study. There were 423, 623, 5 512 and 1 468 participants in <18 months group, 18-23 months group, 24-59 months group and ≥60 months group, respectively. (1) The age, pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI), history of cesarean section, GDM, gestational hypertension and cesarean section delivery rate of <18 months group, 18-23 months group, 24-59 months group and ≥60 months group were gradually increased, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). (2) After adjusting for potential confounding factors, compared with women in the IPI of 24-59 months group, the risk of premature delivery, premature rupture of membranes, and oligohydramnios were increased by 42% (OR=1.42, 95%CI: 1.07-1.88, P=0.015), 46% (OR=1.46, 95%CI: 1.13-1.88, P=0.004), and 64% (OR=1.64, 95%CI: 1.13-2.38, P=0.009) respectively for women in the IPI≥60 months group. No effects of IPI on other pregnancy outcomes were found in this study (P>0.05). (3) After stratified by age and adjusted for confounding factors, compared with women in the IPI of 24-59 months group, IPI≥60 months would significantly increase the risk of oligohydramnios for women with advanced age (OR=2.87, 95%CI: 1.41-5.83, P=0.004); and <18 months could increase the risk of premature rupture of membranes for women under the age of 35 (OR=1.59, 95%CI: 1.04-2.43, P=0.032). Both the risk of premature rupture of membranes (OR=1.58, 95%CI: 1.18-2.13, P=0.002) and premature delivery (OR=1.52, 95%CI: 1.07-2.17, P=0.020) were significantly increased in the IPI≥60 months group. After stratified by history of GDM and adjusted for confounding factors, compared with women in the IPI of 24-59 months group, IPI≥60 months would lead to an increased risk of postpartum hemorrhage for women with a history of GDM (OR=5.34, 95%CI: 1.45-19.70, P=0.012) and an increased risk of premature rupture of membranes for women without a history of GDM (OR=1.44, 95%CI: 1.10-1.90, P=0.009). After stratified by history of macrosomia and adjusted for confounding factors, compared with women in the IPI of 24-59 months group, IPI≥60 months could increase the proportion of cesarean section for women with a history of macrosomia (OR=4.11, 95%CI: 1.18-14.27, P=0.026) and the risk of premature rupture of membranes for women without a history of macrosomia (OR=1.46, 95%CI: 1.12-1.89, P=0.005). After stratified by history of premature delivery and adjusted for confounding factors, compared with women in the IPI of 24-59 months group, IPI≥60 months would significantly increase the risk of premature rupture of membranes for women without a history of premature delivery (OR=1.47, 95%CI: 1.13-1.92, P=0.004). Conclusions: Both IPI≥60 months and <18 months would increase the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the subsequent pregnancy. Healthcare education and consultation should be conducted for women of reproductive age to maintain an appropriate IPI when they plan to pregnant again, to reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the subsequent pregnancy.

Abstract
A pot experiment was carried out to study the impacts of five organic materials (rape straw, broad bean stalk, peat, pig manure compost, and biochar) on the availability of arsenic (As) and cadmium (Cd) in soil, the amount of iron plaque on the root surface, as well as the uptake and translocation of As and Cd in rice grown in an As/Cd co-contaminated yellow paddy soil. The results indicated that the application of organic materials significantly increased the contents of the soil organic matter and the yield of rice. The application of broad bean stalk, peat, pig manure compost, and biochar remarkably increased the soil pH, while the application of rape straw exerted no significant influence. The addition of organic matter reduced the available Cd content by 34.77%-82.69%. However, the effects of organic materials on the availability of As varied with the organic materials. The soil-available As content was significantly increased by the application of pig manure compost and biochar, while it was significantly decreased by adding rape straw and peat. The application of organic materials increased As and Cd contents in the Fe plaques on rice root surface by 28.49%-94.86% and 17.73%-151.03%, respectively. It also reduced the As and Cd contents in brown rice by 27.04%-82.51% and 15.87%-79.45%, respectively. The largest decrease was observed in the biochar treatment. The application of organic materials also remarkably reduced the translocation efficiency of Cd from the root-stem-leaf-grain and that of As from the stem to grain. The correlation analysis revealed that the soil pH, available Cd, and Cd content in the Fe plaques are the major factors influencing the accumulation of Cd in the rice grain. Furthermore, the soil pH, soil organic matter, and As content in the Fe plaques are the major factors influencing the accumulation of As in the rice grain. Therefore, it has been concluded that organic materials could influence the uptake and translocation of As and Cd in rice through changing the soil pH, organic matter content, and As and Cd contents in the Fe plaques.

[Effects of Water Management and Silicon Application on Iron Plaque Formation and Uptake of Arsenic and Cadmium by Rice]. HUAN JING KE XUE= HUANJING KEXUE 2021; 42:1535-1544. Abstract
To explore the effects of water management and silicon application on the bioavailability of soil arsenic (As) and cadmium (Cd), and the accumulation of As and Cd in rice, pot experiments were carried out using As/Cd co-contaminated paddy soil from a field in Kaiyang County, Guizhou Province. The experimental treatments had the following five water application modes with and without silicon addition:flooding during the entire growth period (T1); flooding for three weeks (0-105 d) after transplanting with wet irrigation (moisture content 50%-60%) during other growth periods (T2); flooding for three weeks before heading (0-65d), three weeks after heading (84-105d), and wet irrigation during other growth periods (T3); flooding from heading to three weeks after heading (84-105d) and wet irrigation during the other growth periods (T4); and wet irrigation during the entire growth period (T5). The results showed that compared with flooding and wet irrigation, flooding combined with wet irrigation was more conducive to the formation of iron plaque (DCB-Fe) on the surfaces of roots. As and Cd content increased with an increasing of content of DCB-Fe. Silicon application increased soil pH and the content of DCB-As but decreased available As and Cd in the soil and, with the exception of the flooding treatment, the DCB-Fe/Cd content. The shorter the flooding time, the higher the accumulation of Cd and the lower the accumulation of As in each part of the rice. Silicon application increased the biomass of rice but decrease the Cd content of roots, stems, leaves, and grain by 4.23%-31.06%, 11.41%-52.90%, 1.74%-35.73%, and 19.25%-39.76%, respectively. Silicon application also decreased the As content of roots, stems, leaves, and grain by 1.47%-52.60%, 6.12%-63.02%, 2.97%-28.41%, and 16.33%-61.23%, respectively. Among the five modes of water application tested, silicon application combined with the T3 mode achieved the highest rice biomass and lowest rice As and Cd contents. Therefore, it is suggested that selecting water management and silicon application regimes according to the level of As/Cd pollution can effectively decrease the bioavailability of As/Cd in the soil, thereby reducing the accumulation of As/Cd in rice.

Abstract
The hindgut epithelial barrier plays an important role in maintaining absorption and immune homeostasis in ruminants. However, little information is available on changes in colon epithelial barrier structure and function following grain-induced subacute ruminal acidosis (SARA). The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of grain-induced SARA on colon epithelial morphological structure, permeability, and gene expression involved in epithelial barrier function. Twelve mid-lactating (136 ± 2 d in milk; milk yield = 1.68 ± 0.15 kg/d) Saanen dairy goats with 62.13 ± 4.76 kg of body weight were randomly divided into either the control (CON) treatment (n = 6) or SARA treatment (n = 6). The CON goats were fed a basal diet with a nonfiber carbohydrates to neutral detergent fiber ratio of 1.15 for 60 d. The SARA goats were fed 4 diets with increasing nonfiber carbohydrates to neutral detergent fiber ratio at 1.15, 1.49, 2.12, and 2.66 to induce SARA, with each diet (referred to as period) being fed for 15 d, including 12 d for adaptation and 3 d for sampling. Continuous ruminal pH recordings were used to diagnose the severity of SARA. Additionally, colonic tissues were collected to evaluate the epithelial morphological structure, permeability, and expression of tight junction proteins using transmission electron microscopy, Ussing chamber, quantitative real-time PCR, and Western blotting. Profound disruption in the colonic epithelium was mainly manifested as the electron density of tight junctions decreased, intercellular space widened, and mitochondria swelled in SARA goats. Colon epithelial short-circuit current, tissue conductance, and the mucosal-to-serosal flux of fluorescein isothiocyanate-dextran 4 kDa were increased and potential difference was decreased in SARA goats compared with CON goats. Subacute ruminal acidosis increased mRNA and protein expression levels of CLDN1 and OCLN in the colonic epithelium. Overall, the data of the present study demonstrate that SARA can impair the barrier function of the colonic epithelium at both structural and functional levels, which is associated with severe epithelial structural damage and increased permeability and changes in the expression of tight junction proteins.

[Genotype distribution and behavioral risk factor analysis of human papillomavirus infection among Kazak women in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region]. Abstract
Objective: To investigate the prevalence and genotype distribution of high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) and the correlation between cervical lesions and analyze the risk factors for HR-HPV infection. Methods: In June 2018, a population-based study for cervical cancer screening in Tuoli county of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was conducted. A total of 2 000 Kazak women aged 25-64 years were included in the study. Three cervical exfoliated cells samples were collected from them for careHPV, PCR HPV, p16(INK4a), and liquid-based cytology (LBC) tests. Women with any positive test were referred for colposcopy with biopsies taken at abnormal sites. Histo-pathological diagnoses were used as the gold standard. Results: The overall prevalence of HPV was 14.55%, among which the infection rate of HR-HPV was 12.90%, which was even higher in the 50-54 years age group. The most prevalent genotypes of HR-HPV were HPV16 (2.80%), HPV51(2.35%), HPV52 (1.70%), HPV56 (1.50%), and HPV39 (1.20%). The most common HPV infection was a single infection (71.48%). In the age group of 50-54 years, the multiple infection rates were higher, with the majority of double infection (69.88%), and HPV42 and 56 were the most common co-infection types. HPV16 (31.82%), HPV51 (27.27%) and HPV18 (13.64%) were higher in cervical intraepithelial neplasia grade 1, HPV16 (57.14%) was higher in cervical intraepithelial neplasia grade 2, and HPV16 (55.56%) and HPV18 (33.33%) were higher in cervical intraepithelial neplasia grade 3 or worse. Results from the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that higher education, menopause, and syphilis infection increased the HPV infection. Conclusions: The most common prevalence genotypes of HR-HPV among Kazak women were HPV16, HPV51, and HPV52. The infection rate of HR-HPV among Kazak women was correlated with education level, menopausal status, and syphilis infection. Measures should be taken targeting high-risk factors. This result suggests that STD patients and women aged 50 and above should be encouraged for screening.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate and analyze disease status and risk factors of venous thromboembolism (VTE) during pregnancy and puerperium in our country. Methods: Clinical datas were collected from 575 patients diagnosed with VTE during pregnancy and puerperium and hospitalized in nine medical institutions in our country from January 1, 2015 to November 30, 2019, and retrospectively analyzed it's disease status and risk factors. Results: (1) The proportion of VTE in pregnancy and puerperium was 50.6% (291/575) and 49.4% (284/575), respectively. Four patients died, the mortality rate was 0.7% (4/575). The cause of death was pulmonary embolism. (2) The location of VTE during pregnancy and puerperium was mainly in the lower limb vascular (76.2%, 438/575), followed by pulmonary vessels (7.1%, 41/575). (3) In the risk factors of VTE, cesarean section accounted for 32.3% (186/575), maternal advance age accounted for 27.7% (159/575), braking or hospitalization during pregnancy accounted for 13.6% (78/575), other risk factors accounted for more than 5% were previous VTE, obesity, preterm birth, assistant reproductive technology conception and so on, pre-eclampsia and multiple pregnancy accounted for 4.9% (28/575) respectively. In addition, some patients with VTE did not have any of the above risk factors, and the incidence rate was as high as 23.1% (133/575). Conclusions: The occurrence of VTE during pregnancy and puerperium is related to multiple risk factors, and could lead to matemal death, It is very necessary to screen VTE risk factors for all pregnant women, to make corresponding prevention and control measures.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and early identification of spontaneous rupture of uterus caused by placenta percreta. Methods: The clinical data of 12 patients with spontaneous uterine rupture caused by placenta percreta and admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2014 to December 2019 were collected. The age, gestational age, gestational history, clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods, uterine operation history, rupture location, surgical method, treatment and outcome were analyzed. Results: (1) General condition: the median age of pregnant women was 37 years (range: 30-43 years), and the median gestational week of uterine rupture was 29+6 weeks (range: 18+3-36+3 weeks). (2) Clinical manifestation: among the 12 pregnant women, 9 showed different degrees of abdominal pain; chest distress accompanied by waist soreness, abdominal distension in 2 cases; one asymptomatic pregnant women was found with uterine rupture during elective cesarean section. Preoperative color Doppler ultrasonography indicated that 9 of the 12 pregnant women had peritoneal effusion, and 6 of them underwent diagnostic peritoneal puncture or posterior vault puncture for non-clotting blood extraction. (3) Uterine operation history and rupture location: among the 12 cases of spontaneous rupture of uterus caused by placenta percreta pregnant women, 10 had placenta previa after cesarean section, including 4 cases of rupture at the incision of the original cesarean section, 3 cases of rupture at the penetrating placental implantation of the lower segment of the anterior wall of the uterus, and 1 case of placenta percreta occurred at the myomectomy site of the right angle of the uterus. Among the 2 pregnant women with spontaneous uterine rupture caused by penetrating placental implantation without a history of cesarean section, 1 case with history of multiple abortions, and uterine rupture occurred at the bottom of the palace, 1 had rupture of placental penetrating implantation after hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyps, and the uterine rupture occurred at the anterior wall of the lower segment of the uterus. (4) Maternal and fetal outcomes: 11 pregnant women were injected with suspension RBC and 1 pregnant woman was not injected with blood products. Nine cases underwent hysteroplasty and 3 cases underwent subtotal hysterectomy. There were 11 maternal survivors and 1 maternal death; 7 neonates survived and 6 stillbirths. Conclusions: Uterine rupture caused by placenta percreta is of great harm to mother and infant, due to its heterogeneity in clinical manifestations, which increases the possibility of misdiagnosis. For pregnant women with risk factors of placenta percreta, early diagnosis should be made during pregnancy. For those who have been diagnosed with placenta percreta, when there is typical or atypical uterine rupture, doctors should be alert to the occurrence of uterine rupture.

Abstract
目的 评估伊马替尼对慢性髓性白血病慢性期(CML-CP)儿童身高的影响。 方法 2018年7月至2019年7月,在全国范围内对诊断时年龄<18周岁、接受伊马替尼治疗至少3个月的CML儿童或其家长发放问卷,调查受访者伊马替尼治疗前后身高的变化。主要评价指标为身高标准差积分值(HtSDS)以及标准差积分的差值(ΔHtSDS),并分析其相关影响因素。 结果 共有238例受访者符合标准并被纳入研究,男性138例(58.0%),初诊时中位年龄11.0(1.4~17.9)岁,青春期前93例(39.0%),至填写答卷时,中位年龄15.0(2.0~34.0)岁,中位伊马替尼服药时间28(3~213)个月。受访者填写答卷时HtSDS(−0.063±1.361)较治疗前HtSDS(0.391±1.244)显著下降(P<0.001),71.0%的患儿出现身高增长减慢。青春期前服药者治疗后HtSDS下降显著(P<0.05),而青春期开始后服药者HtSDS变化不明显(P>0.05)。多因素分析显示,服药初始年龄较小(偏回归系数为0.122,B=0.572,t=10.733,P<0.001)和服药时间较长(偏回归系数为−0.006,B=−0.211,t=−4.062,P<0.001)是伊马替尼抑制身高增长的独立影响因素。 结论 伊马替尼引起CML-CP儿童身高增长障碍,服药初始年龄越小、服药时间越长,伊马替尼对身高的影响越明显。

[Effects of clopidogrel resistence and CYP2C19 genotype on the clinical prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention]. Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of clopidogrel resistence and CYP2C19 genotype on the clinical prognosis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods: This study was a retrospective cohort study. ACS patients who underwent PCI in Beijing Anzhen Hospital from October 2015 to January 2017 were recruited. The inhibition rate of adenosine diphosphate(ADP) was monitored by thromboelastography. All of these patients were divided into clopidogrel resistance and non-resistance group according to the monitoring results. CYP2C19 genotype was detected by TaqMan probe-based real-time quantitative PCR. Patients were divided into slow, medium and fast metabolic group, according to the CYP2C19 genotype. After 12 months of follow-up, the end points included all-cause death, cardiac death, angina, myocardial infarction, stent thrombosis, ischemic stroke and hemorrhage were collected. Combined thrombotic events were defined as a composite of angina, myocardial infarction, stent thrombosis and ischemic stroke. The differences of the incidence of clinical events between groups were compared. Cox regression was used to analyze the effects of clopidogrel resistance and CYP2C19 genotype on the combined thrombotic events, cardiac death and hemorrhage. Results: A total of 1 696 patients were included, and the age was (59.4±9.6) years, with 1 280(75.5%) males. There were 471 cases(27.8%) in clopidogrel resistance group, and 1 225 cases(72.2%) in clopidogrel non-resistance group. There were 218 patients(12.9%) were in slow metabolic group, 668(39.4%) in medium metabolic group, and 810 (47.8%) in fast metabolic group. The median follow-up time was 13.3 months, and 131 cases were lost to follow-up, with a loss follow-up rate of 7.7%. Compared with the clopidogrel non-resistance group, the clopidogrel resistance group had a higher incidence of myocardial infarction(7.6%(36/471) vs. 5.1%(62/1 225), P=0.041), a lower incidence of hemorrhage (13.2%(62/471) vs. 17.9%(219/1 225), P=0.020) and minor hemorrhage(11.5%(54/471) vs. 15.8% (194/1 225), P=0.022). There were no statistically significant difference in all-cause death, cardiac death, angina, stent thrombosis, ischemic stroke and severe bleeding between clopidogrel resistance and non-resistance group(all P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of endpoint events among different CYP2C19 genotypes (all P>0.05). Cox regression analysis showed that clopidogrel resistance was an independent factor of combined thrombotic events (OR=2.334, 95%CI 1.215-4.443, P=0.016) and bleeding events (OR=0.481, 95%CI 0.174-0.901, P=0.023). While CYP2C19 genotype was not independent factor for combined thrombotic events, cardiac death and hemorrhage (all P>0.05). Conclusion: For ACS patients after PCI, clopidogrel resistance can increase the risk of combined thrombotic events, but also reduce the risk of bleeding; while CYP2C19 genotype is not an independent factor for clinical prognosis.

Abstract
目的 探讨利妥昔单抗联合短疗程、高强度方案治疗成人Burkitt白血病患者的疗效和安全性。 方法 收集2006年1月30日至2018年9月12日中国医学科学院血液病医院收治的11例Burkitt白血病患者病例资料,分析统计患者的临床特征、完全缓解(CR)率、总生存率、无复发生存率及不良事件。 结果 11例患者中位年龄34(15~54)岁,其中男6例,女5例。发病时中位WBC 12.28(2.21~48.46)×109/L,HGB 113(74~147)g/L,PLT 35(13~172)×109/L,乳酸脱氢酶2 721(803~17 370)U/L,外周血中位原始细胞比例0.40(0.03~0.76),骨髓中位原始细胞比例0.840(0.295~0.945)。10例患者接受利妥昔单抗联合短疗程、高强度化疗,其中2例患者巩固化疗后行自体造血干细胞移植。所有治疗患者1个疗程CR率为100%,4年总生存率为90%,4年无复发生存率为90%。所有治疗患者中,只有1例患者在诱导化疗中出现肿瘤溶解综合征,经血液透析等治疗后肾功能恢复。无治疗相关性死亡病例。 结论 利妥昔单抗联合短疗程、高强度方案治疗成人Burkitt白血病疗效及安全性均较为理想。

Abstract
目的 评价人组织相容性抗原(HLA)匹配同胞供者外周血干细胞移植(MSD-PBSCT)治疗骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的疗效。 方法 回顾性总结2005年9月至2017年12月接受MSD-PBSCT治疗的138例MDS患者临床资料,观察患者总生存(OS)率、无病生存(DFS)率、复发(RR)率及非复发死亡率(NRM),分析影响移植预后的危险因素。 结果 ①中位随访1 050(4~4 988)d,3年OS率、DFS率分别为(66.6±4.1)%、(63.3±4.1)%,3年累积RR率、NRM分别为(13.9±0.1)%、(22.2±0.1)%。②单因素分析显示,发生Ⅲ~Ⅳ度急性移植物抗宿主病(aGVHD)、造血干细胞移植合并症指数(HCT-CI)≥2分组和修订的国际预后积分系统(IPSS-R)极高危组的OS率均显著降低[(42.9±13.2)%对(72.9±4.2)%,χ2=8.620,P=0.003;(53.3±7.6)%对(72.6±4.7)%,χ2=6.681,P=0.010;(53.8±6.8)%对(76.6±6.2)%、(73.3±7.7)%,χ2=6.337,P=0.042]。MDS伴有原始细胞过多-2(MDS-EB2)和MDS转化急性髓系白血病(MDS-AML)患者,移植前接收化疗或去甲基化治疗不改善OS[(60.4±7.8)%对(59.2±9.6)%,χ2=0.042,P=0.838]。③多因素分析显示,HCT-CI是影响移植后OS和DFS的独立危险因素(P=0.012,HR=2.108,95%CI 1.174~3.785;P=0.008,HR=2.128,95%CI 1.219~3.712)。 结论 HCT-CI评价MDS患者移植后预后优于IPSS-R预后分组;发生Ⅲ~Ⅳ度aGVHD是影响移植后OS的不良预后因素;MDS-EB2和MDS-AML患者可以不化疗直接行MSD-PBSCT。

[Comparison of high-risk human papillomavirus infection rate and genotype distribution between Han and Mongolian women]. Abstract
Objective: To understand the infection rate and genotype distribution of high risk-human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) and the detection rate of different grades of cervical lesions in Han and Mongolian women in China and provide evidence for the development of screening and vaccination strategies for the prevention and control of cervical cancer in different ethnic groups. Methods: In June 2017, a multicenter, population-based study for cervical cancer screening in low-resource settings in China was conducted in three rural areas: Xiangyuan and Yangcheng counties in Shanxi province, and Etuoke county in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. A total of 9 517 women aged 30-65 years were included in the study, and two cervical and vaginal secretion samples were collected from them for HPV and PCR-based HPV DNA tests. The positive samples in any of two tests were used for PCR-based HPV genotyping test by using Sansure-pioneered One-Step Fast Release technology. Women with positive results in any the HPV tests were referred for colposcopy and punch biopsy was given if cervical intraepithelial neoplasia lesion (low-grade lesion or worse) was suspected in colposcopy evaluation. Endocervical curettage was performed if women had an unsatisfactory colposcopy exam (the squamocolumnar junction was not completely visible). Pathological detection result was used as the golden standard of diagnosis. Results: HR-HPV infection rates in Han and Mongolian women were 21.83% (1 842/8 438) and 24.93% (269/1 079), respectively. There were statistical differences in HPV infection rates between the two ethnic groups (χ(2)=5.328, P=0.021). The detection rate of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 1 in Mongolian women (2.83%) was higher than that in Han women (0.87%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ(2)=33.509, P<0.001). There were no significant differences in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 or worse detection rate between the two ethnic groups [Mongolian woman: 1.04% (11/1 059), Han Woman: 0.95% (80/8 378), χ(2)=0.069, P=0.793]. Among Han and Mongolian women with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 or worse, the three most common HR-HPV types were HPV16, HPV52 and HPV58. There was no significant difference for multiple infection rate between Han and Mongolian women (41.37% vs. 44.35%, χ(2)=0.764, P=0.382). Conclusions: The results show that HPV infection rate in Mongolian women was higher than that in Han women. Close attention should be paid to HPV16, 52 and 58 in the prevention and control of cervical cancer in Han and Mongolian women.

Abstract
Objective: The authors aim to provide genetic counselling and prenatal gene diagnosis to the families with osteogenesis imperfecta(OI), based on the identification of pathogenetic mutations in large cohort genetic testing. Methods: DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood of parents of the fetuses, and from the villi tissue, amniotic fluid or cord blood of the fetuses using a standard sodium dodecyl sulfate-proteinase K-phenol/chloroform extraction method. PCR combined with Sanger DNA sequencing was performed to validate the pathogenic mutations of 200 fetuses at risk of OI and their parents from 158 families. Allelic analysis of microsatellite markers was applied to exclude the false positive caused by maternal DNA contamination, when both the fetus and the mother harbored the same pathogenic genotype. Results: A total of 83 affected fetuses (83/200, 41.5%) and 12 (12/200, 6.0%) recessive carriers were identified among the 200 fetuses. The 83 affected fetuses included 78 heterozygotes (45 of COL1A1, 32 of COL1A2, one of IFITM5), and 5 compound heterozygotes or homozygotes of recessive OI (two of FKBP10, one of SEC24D, one of WNT1 and one of CRTAP); The 12 recessive carriers included 7 of WNT1, 4 of SERPINF1 and one of SERPINH1. Maternal DNA contamination was excluded from the genomic DNA samples of OI fetuses when their mother with the same affected genotypes. Conclusion: In this study, the authors used an optimized gene diagnosis system of OI to perform prenatal genetic diagnosis to 200 fetuses at high risk of OI, and provided precisely genetic counselling to the OI families.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical values of 4 types of ceramides (Cer1, Cer2, Cer3, Cer4) in the coronary artery stenosis, clinical diagnosis and risk prediction. Methods: A total of 890 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in Beijing Anzhen Hospital between March 2018 and August 2018 were enrolled. The relationships between different degrees of coronary artery stenosis and ceramide levels was investigated. Diagnostic value of ceramides on acute myocardial infarction was analyzed. Meanwhile, Major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events (MACCE) in 1 year after discharging were collected to evaluate the predictive value of ceramides on risk of CHD and stroke. Results: This study showed that there were no significant differences of ceramide levels in CHD patients with different degrees of coronary artery stenosis (P>0.05), and the area under receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction patients was 0.725. Conclusions: Ceramide is proved to be helpful in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction and MACCE prediction. The relationships between ceramide and degrees of coronary artery stenosis as well as the prognosis of CHD need further elucidation.

Abstract
An incubation experiment and a pot experiment were carried out to investigate the effects of organic materials on microbial biomass carbon (MBC) and nitrogen (MBN) content, dry weight, and nitrogen uptake of maize seedlings grown in an acidic purple soil and a calcareous purple soil. The organic materials used included pig manure biogas residue (PM), cattle manure biogas residue (CM), sludge compost (SC), compost from rural domestic waste both with and without 20% sludge (RWC1 and RWC2, respectively). The results showed that MBC content in the acidic and calcareous purple soils increased by 53.63%-102.91% and 12.14%-137.00%, respectively. The slower the decomposition of organic materials and the higher the C/N ratio, the bigger the MBC content of the soils. Furthermore, MBN contents, which were affected by the different forms of organic, increased by 23.37%-150.08% and 35.02%-160.02%, respectively. The MBC/MBN contents of both soils decreased with the increase in the C/N ratio of the organic materials, but a higher C/N ratio was beneficial for maintaining a higher MBN content over an extended period of time. With the exception of CM, the addition of organic materials improved the biomass of maize seedlings, and their nitrogen uptake and utilization rate in both soils were also significantly enhanced, although these effects were less than that achieved through conventional fertilization. The uptake and utilization of nitrogen followed the order of SC > PM > RWC2 > RWC1. The inhibiting effect of CM was related to its higher C/N ratio, while the promoting effect of the other materials on nitrogen uptake by the corn seedlings increased as soil MBC/MBN content decreased. Therefore, the influence of organic materials on the change and supply of soil nitrogen was not only related to their properties but also to their effects on soil MBC/MBN content.

Abstract
目的 比较初诊急性髓系白血病(AML)患者诱导化疗后骨髓抑制期应用聚乙二醇化重组人G-CSF(PEG-rhG-CSF)与普通重组人G-CSF(rhG-CSF)促进中性粒细胞或白细胞恢复的时间。同时比较两种药物对患者感染发生率、住院时间的影响。 方法 采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,将2014年8月至2017年12月间符合入组条件的初诊AML患者诱导治疗后按1∶1比例随机分成两组:PEG-rhG-CSF组和rhG-CSF组。对比分析两组患者中性粒细胞计数(ANC)或WBC恢复时间、感染发生率和住院时间。 结果 共入组初诊AML患者60例,PEG-rhG-CSF组30例,rhG-CSF组30例。两组患者除性别构成外,在年龄、化疗方案、化疗前ANC、WBC、诱导化疗疗效方面差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。PEG-rhG-CSF组患者与rhG-CSF组患者的ANC、WBC恢复中位时间分别为19(14~35)d、19(15~26)d,差异无统计学意义(t=0.580,P=0.566)。PEG-rhG-CSF组、rhG-CSF组患者骨髓抑制期感染的发生率分别为90.0%、93.3%,差异无统计学意义(P=1.000)。两组患者的中位住院时间分别为20.5(17~49)d、21(19~43)d,差异无统计学意义(P=0.530)。 结论 AML患者诱导治疗后应用PEG-rhG-CSF与rhG-CSF无论在ANC或WBC恢复时间,还是在感染的发生率及住院时间均相当。

Abstract
目的 探讨含地西他滨预处理方案异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)治疗骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、MDS转变急性髓系白血病(MDS-AML)及慢性粒-单核细胞白血病(CMML)的疗效及安全性。 方法 回顾性分析2013年3月1日至2015年5月25日接受包含地西他滨预处理allo-HSCT治疗的22例MDS、CMML、MDS-AML患者的临床资料。 结果 ①全部22例患者中男14例、女8例,中位年龄42.5(24~56)岁;MDS 14例,CMML、MDS-AML各4例。②15例采用地西他滨(20 mg·m−2·d−1× 5 d)+白消安+环磷酰胺+氟达拉滨+阿糖胞苷预处理方案,7例采用地西他滨+白消安+氟达拉滨+阿糖胞苷预处理方案。无关供者移植、单倍型移植预处理加用兔抗人胸腺细胞免疫球蛋白(ATG)2.5 mg·kg−1·d−1×4 d。③22例(100%)患者均获得粒细胞植入,中位植入时间为13(12~18)d;21例(95.5%)患者获得血小板植入,中位植入时间为16(13~81)d。④急性GVHD、Ⅲ/Ⅳ度急性GVHD发生率分别为(41.3±10.6)%、(18.4±9.7)%;慢性GVHD、广泛型慢性GVHD发生率分别为(56.4±11.3)%、(36.4±12.1)%。⑤8例发生巨细胞病毒(CMV)血症;18例发生感染,其中6例发生于骨髓抑制期,12例发生于造血重建后;2年、3年非复发死亡率分别为(13.9±7.4)%、(24.3±9.5)%。⑥随访至2018年3月31日,14例患者存活,2年、3年总生存率分别为(77.3±8.9)%、(67.9±10.0)%;2年、3年无复发生存率分别为(72.7±9.5)%、(63.6±10.3)%。 结论 对于MDS、CMML和MDS-AML患者而言,包含地西他滨预处理allo-HSCT是一种安全可行的治疗方法。

Abstract
To understand the status of agricultural non-point source pollution and to find out the primary pollution sources and the key control areas in the Hanfeng Lake Basin, the discharges of total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) from farming, livestock and poultry breeding, and rural living in thirty-two counties in 2015 were estimated using the pollutant discharge coefficient method. The spatial distribution characteristics of the quality and intensity of the TN and TP emissions from these sources were investigated using the GIS spatial analysis method. Pollution evaluation and source analysis were also carried out using the equivalent pollution load method. The results show that the total loads of TN and TP in the Hanfeng Lake Basin are 2721.42 t and 492.04 t, respectively. The discharge of pollutants is the largest in the Nanhe Basin and the smallest in the area around Hanfeng Lake. The total pollutant loads from the agricultural non-point sources varied greatly, with fertilizer application and livestock and poultry breeding being the main sources. The contribution from fertilizer application is 76.92%, which represents the primary source of TN and TP pollution in the Hanfeng Lake Basin. Among the townships, the equivalent pollution loads of Dunhao, Tieqiao, and Baiqiao are higher than 350 m3·a-1; thus, these are the key control towns. According to the results of the equivalent pollution method and cluster analysis, the 32 counties were divided into four types of pollution areas. These areas are planting-livestock breeding dominant area, fertilizer-livestock breeding dominant area, fertilizer dominant area, and heavily polluted planting dominant area.

Abstract
目的 分析巩固化疗期间伴发革兰阴性菌(G−菌)血流感染的急性髓系白血病(AML)患者抗感染疗程对感染转归的影响。 方法 回顾性分析2010年9月至2016年1月入组“依据危险度分层对急性髓系白血病优化治疗的研究”临床试验的591例AML(非急性早幼粒细胞白血病)患者的血流感染资料,将其中巩固化疗期间发生G−菌血流感染且持续发热时间<7 d的114例次血流感染(89例患者)纳入研究,分析抗感染疗程对感染转归的影响。 结果 114例次血流感染发生时,患者中位ANC为0(0~5.62)×109/L,中性粒细胞缺乏(粒缺)持续的中位时间为9(3~26)d,抗感染治疗的中位时间为7(4~14)d。抗感染疗程≤7 d与>7 d组比较,停药后3 d内再发热比例、再次发生相同菌株血流感染比例分别为1.2%对3.0%、18.5%对21.2%,差异均无统计学意义(P=0.522,OR=0.400,95%CI 0.024~6.591;P=0.741,OR=0.844,95%CI 0.309~2.307)。同时,两组患者均未发生7 d及30 d内感染相关死亡。且倾向性评分平衡患者特征及用药差异因素后,抗感染疗程≤7 d较>7 d组再次发生相同菌株血流感染比例仍无明显增高(P=0.525,OR=0.663,95%CI 0.187~2.352)。 结论 对于巩固化疗期间伴发G−菌血流感染的AML患者,若发热时间<7 d,敏感抗菌药物治疗7 d后停药并不增加停药后3 d内再发热,粒缺期再次出现相同菌株血流感染及感染相关7 d、30 d内死亡风险。提示短疗程抗感染方案可以成为巩固化疗伴发G−菌血流感染AML患者感染控制情况下合理的治疗选择。
