Abstract
Background Cutaneous involvement is common in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients and may be essential to the disease activity. This study aimed to describe cutaneous manifestations spectrum and determine the association of cutaneous lesions with the disease activity and systemic involvement among SLE patients in Malang, Indonesia. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted using 54 SLE patients from rheumatology outpatient clinic at Saiful Anwar General Hospital Malang, Indonesia. Cutaneous features were classified according to Gilliam and Sontheimer classification of cutaneous lupus. Disease activity and clinical manifestations were documented according to Mexican-SLE disease activity index (Mex-SLEDAI). Results Among 54 subjects, 50% of the patients had cutaneous manifestations. Subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (SCLE) was observed in 11.1% of patients, and malar rash in 20.4%. Subjects with cutaneous lesions had significantly higher Mex-SLEDAI scores, especially those who had SCLE (p<0.001), malar rash (p=0.002), alopecia (p=0.002), and photosensitivity (p=0.032). Six patients (11.1%) had skin infections with higher disease activity (9[8-11]vs.2[0-4];p<0.001). SCLE was significantly associated with malar rash (OR 11.7[1.8-76.5]), vasculitis (OR 43.0[4.1-445.6]), and fatigue (OR 15.0[2.1-108.8]). Malar rash was associated with photosensitivity (OR 8.4[1.6-44.0]), while oral or nasal ulcer was associated with fatigue (OR 8.6 [1.4-54.6]). Vasculitis (OR 5.9[1.0-35.1]) and nephritis (OR 11.7 [1.8-76.5]) were associated with the presence of skin infection. Conclusion SCLE and malar rash are the most common cutaneous lesions among subjects. Subjects with cutaneous lesions have relatively higher disease activity. Several skin lesions are also associated with SLE patients' systemic manifestations.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL) is a rare aggressive T-cell leukemia/lymphoma associated with human T lymphotropic virus type 1 infection. The patients might present with skin rash before, at, or after the diagnosis. The dermatopathologic finding might be diagnostically very challenging. METHODS We retrospectively identified 110 patients with ATLL at a single institution in a 19-year period, with 19 patients having skin biopsies. Clinical, dermatopathologic, immunophenotypic, and molecular findings were studied. RESULTS The cohort included 13 skin-first (5 acute, 5 lymphomatous, 2 chronic, 1 smoldering), 6 skin-second (4 acute, 1 lymphomatous, 1 smoldering), and 91 patients without skin biopsy. Some nonphotoprotected areas of body such as the forearm and lower lip were also seen. Skin manifestations included papular (5), erythroderma (1), nodulotumoral (3), plaques (1), patches (1), and a combination of skin rashes (2). Histopathologic findings included large pleomorphic cells, angiocentrism, epidermal infiltration with large Pautrier-like microabscesses, and folliculotropism. Fifteen (78.9%) cases showed CD4+/CD7-/CD25+. Next-generation sequencing study was conducted on 5 patients using either blood or bone marrow samples, revealing multiple genetic mutations across multiple signaling pathways. CONCLUSIONS Pleomorphic large, atypical cells with CD4+/CD25+/CD7- immunophenotype from a non-"bathing trunk" location, especially in a patient from endemic regions, raise suspicion for ATLL. T-cell receptor gene rearrangement is almost always positive, and the neoplasm usually demonstrates multiple mutations by next-generation sequencing study.

Abstract
Disseminated trichosporonosis is a rare fungal infection whose risk factors are hematological malignancies and neutropenia. Recently, breakthrough Trichosporon infections after administration of micafungin, the first-line systemic antifungal agent in compromised hosts, have been widely recognized. A man in his seventies about 1 month into chemotherapy for acute megakaryoblastic leukemia presented with a worsening fever and dyspnea. The patient was being administered with empirical micafungin therapy for suspected candidiasis. As the symptoms progressed, scattered erythema appeared on the trunk, some with a dark red vesicle at the center. Blood cultures identified Trichosporon asahii, as did the specimen of the skin biopsy. On the basis also of the presence of pneumonia on chest computed tomography, we confirmed the diagnosis of disseminated trichosporonosis and changed the antifungal agent from micafungin to voriconazole. Blood culture turned out to be negative 1 month after administrating voriconazole. However, the patient died of the leukemia. Our review of previous reports on cutaneous manifestations of disseminated trichosporonosis revealed that despite their morphological diversity, erythema with a red papule or vesicle at the center, implying necrosis, was also observed in previous cases. Our case report suggests that dermatologists should be aware of skin manifestations of disseminated trichosporonosis after micafungin administration, especially in cases of hematological malignancies.

Abstract
Hereditary hemochromatosis (HH) is characterized by elevated iron absorption in the body, leading to iron accumulation with subsequent dysfunction and end-organ damage. While the progression of the disease can result in arthralgias, hepatomegaly, cardiomyopathies, and diabetes, over a third of HH patients present with cutaneous manifestations. We present the case of a 56-year-old male with HH who presented to dermatology with a rash and diffuse scaling. The patient exhibited brown plate-like scales clinically consistent with diffuse ichthyosis vulgaris. While ichthyosis has been seen in patients with idiopathic hemochromatosis, its association with HH is not well reported. Due to the high prevalence of cutaneous involvement in hereditary hemochromatosis, physicians should familiarize themselves with ichthyosis and the other dermatologic manifestations of this disease.

Abstract
Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a challenging cutaneous manifestation associated with Dubowitz syndrome, a rare genetic disorder characterized by multiple congenital anomalies, developmental delay, and distinctive facial features. This review article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the association between Dubowitz syndrome and pyoderma gangrenosum, emphasizing the clinical presentation, challenges in diagnosis and management, and potential underlying mechanisms. A comprehensive literature search was conducted to gather relevant studies, and inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied to select appropriate articles. The association between Dubowitz syndrome and pyoderma gangrenosum has been documented in reported cases and studies. Clinical characteristics of Pyoderma gangrenosum in Dubowitz syndrome include painful necrotic ulcers with undermined borders. Diagnosing pyoderma gangrenosum in the context of Dubowitz syndrome can be challenging due to the overlapping clinical features and complexities associated with the syndrome. Managing pyoderma gangrenosum involves a multidisciplinary approach, with general principles of wound care, systemic therapy, and pain management. Specific considerations for treating pyoderma gangrenosum in Dubowitz syndrome include collaboration among specialists and careful monitoring. Future directions for management include further research to understand the underlying mechanisms and develop targeted therapies. Recognizing and addressing pyoderma gangrenosum in Dubowitz syndrome is crucial for optimal patient care. This review enhances awareness among healthcare professionals and provides insights for improving diagnosis, management, and treatment outcomes for individuals with this challenging combination of conditions.

A systemic parasitic infestation caused by the larval stages of the pork tapeworm, Taenia solium is known as Cysticercosis. While encysted form of the larval stage is attributed to rare variant of Cysticercosis of soft tissues. Muscle infestation by this parasite can lead to vague clinical presentation. We are presenting a series of 4 rare cases of extracranial, cervicofacial cysticercosis their clinical attributes and imaging characteristics leading to diagnosis of cysticercosis and approach to successful outcome with pharmacotherapy alone that spared the need of surgical management.

Abstract
Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are monoclonal antibodies that block key mediators of tumor-mediated immune evasion. The frequency of its use has increased rapidly and has extended to numerous cancers. ICIs target immune checkpoint molecules, such as programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), PD ligand 1 (PD-L1), and T cell activation, including cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein-4 (CTLA-4). However, ICI-driven alterations in the immune system can induce various immune-related adverse events (irAEs) that affect multiple organs. Among these, cutaneous irAEs are the most common and often the first to develop. Skin manifestations are characterized by a wide range of phenotypes, including maculopapular rash, psoriasiform eruption, lichen planus-like eruption, pruritus, vitiligo-like depigmentation, bullous diseases, alopecia, and Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis. In terms of pathogenesis, the mechanism of cutaneous irAEs remains unclear. Still, several hypotheses have been proposed, including activation of T cells against common antigens in normal tissues and tumor cells, increased release of proinflammatory cytokines associated with immune-related effects in specific tissues/organs, association with specific human leukocyte antigen variants and organ-specific irAEs, and acceleration of concurrent medication-induced drug eruptions. Based on recent literature, this review provides an overview of each ICI-induced skin manifestation and epidemiology and focuses on the mechanisms underlying cutaneous irAEs.

Abstract
Background Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) affects different organ systems, including the skin. There are reports on cutaneous manifestations of COVID-19 available in the literature. In this study, we have tried to describe the dermatological signs of COVID-19 in different categories of patients. Materials and Methods A descriptive cross sectional study was conducted to describe various cutaneous manifestations of COVID-19 in different categories of reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)-positive COVID-19 patients in a COVID-designated tertiary care hospital. Approval was obtained from the Institutional Ethical Committee, and 5460 RT-PCR-confirmed COVID-19-positive patients were included under five categories. Investigators following a strict COVID protocol examined and documented the findings. Investigations and treatment were carried out as per the protocol, and the study was conducted for a period of 6 months. Results Out of the 5460 patients studied, 1.9% patients had cutaneous manifestations. Vasculitis (24%) and maculo papular rash (19%) were the common findings. The incidence of vasculitis was 44.4%, 61%, and 6.6% in categories A, B, and C, respectively. Maculopapular rash and urticaria were the common findings in categories D and E, respectively. COVID digit was seen in only one case. Other manifestations such as acne, adverse drug reaction, erythroderma, and bullous disorders were also noted. Conclusion Cutaneous manifestations because of vascular pathology were the most common association in severe COVID-19, which indicates that the presence of vasculitic skin signs correlated with disease severity and elevated d-dimer values. Urticaria and maculo-papular rash were transient and did not give any clue to the diagnosis or severity of the disease.

Abstract
Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) is a rare immune-mediated vasculitis associated with anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCAs). Having systemic and possibly severe involvement, a prompt recognition of its clinical features is crucial to achieve favorable patient outcomes. Although cutaneous manifestations represent key elements, these still remain poorly characterized. We report a case of ANCA-positive EGPA presenting with palpable purpura, livedo reticularis, and pemphigoid-like lesions that was successfully treated with glucocorticoid therapy and rituximab. This report portrays the evolution of cutaneous lesions in ANCA-positive EGPA and demonstrates how dermatologic signs may represent indicators of active disease, allowing for timely diagnosis and for the monitoring of disease activity during treatment.

Abstract
Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is an inflammatory dermatosis characterized by the rapid progression of a painful, necrolytic ulcer with an irregular and undermined border. The prevalence of PG in patients with Crohn’s disease (CD) has been estimated to be 0.7%. Here, we report a case that presented various painful skin lesions, including erythema, vesicles, plaques, and ulcers, one week before the fourth infliximab infusion for CD. PG was diagnosed and the lesions subsided after a 390-mg ustekinumab infusion for one month. It suggests that different lesions of PG may occur concomitantly in CD patients, and the therapy should be re-evaluated on time.

Abstract
The phenotypical profile of cutaneous and ocular manifestations in neurocutaneous syndromes is inconstant. We made a cross-sectional study over 18 months of children with neurocutaneous syndromes aged between 1-15 years. A varied presentation was found. Attention to both the typical but also the rare atypical presentations enhances an early identification of the disorder and therefore opportune management.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Cutaneous changes in obese adults have been investigated in numerous studies, but this issue has not been adequately investigated in children. OBJECTIVES We aimed to determine the prevalence of skin manifestations in children with obesity by comparing them to normal-weight children. METHODS A cross-sectional study was conducted between June 2017 and January 2019 in which 82 children with obesity and 86 normal-weight healthy control children were enrolled. Study participants had detailed full-body skin examinations performed by the same dermatologist; mycological and Wood's lamp examinations were performed when necessary. Sociodemographic and anthropometric measurements of the participants were recorded. RESULTS Striae distensae were the most common skin manifestation in children with obesity; striae were significantly higher in the obese than in the control group (72% vs. 26.7%, p < .001). The anatomical distribution of the striae distensae in the groups differed significantly. Striae distensae were most commonly observed on the buttocks in the control group, while the thighs were the most common site in the obese group. Acanthosis nigricans (63.4% vs. 3.5%, p < .001), acrochordons (17.1% vs. 1.2%, p < .001), keratosis pilaris (32.9% vs. 17.4%, p = .021), intertrigo (11% vs. 0%, p = .001), folliculitis (31.7% vs. 5.8%, p < .001), seborrheic dermatitis (12.2% vs. 3.5%, p = .035) and facial erythema (7.3% vs. 0%, p = .012) were found to be statistically significantly more common in the obese group compared to the control group. CONCLUSIONS Obesity in children is associated with numerous cutaneous manifestations. Further study is needed to identify whether weight loss can reduce skin manifestations in obese children.

Abstract
Some patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19) develop skin manifestations. There may be regional and racial differences in the frequency and type of COVID‐19‐associated skin manifestations. There are, however, few reports on skin manifestations in COVID‐19 patients in Asia, including Japan. We retrospectively investigated the frequency, type, and clinical course of skin manifestations in Japanese patients with COVID‐19. From 22 February 2020 to 16 August 2021, 738 Japanese patients (median age 59 years, 55% male) with laboratory‐confirmed COVID‐19 on polymerase chain reaction or antigen tests were admitted to our hospital. We mainly admitted patients with mild to moderate severity who had symptoms such as cough, fever, and oxygen demand but did not require mechanical ventilation. A total of 2.8% (21/738) of the COVID‐19 patients treated at our hospital were diagnosed with viral eruptions caused by COVID‐19. Of the 21 patients, 19 developed erythematous papules, and two developed urticaria. There were no cases of pernio‐like lesions, known as COVID toes. The median duration from the onset of other COVID‐19 symptoms to the development of skin manifestations was 9 days. This study revealed that approximately 2–3% of Japanese patients with COVID‐19 developed COVID‐19‐associated viral eruptions, most of which were erythematous papules.

Abstract
The novel coronavirus infection has been, and still is, a pressing medical problem with a catastrophic effect, not only from a medical point of view, but also from an economic and social one. The cutaneous manifestations of the disease have a diverse morphology and can signal the presence of the infection. The present article reports the case of a 77-year-old male patient admitted at The Sf. Parascheva Clinical Hospital of Infectious Diseases in Iasi (Romania) after testing positive for SARS CoV-2 infection. Initially, the patient presented a pruriginous generalized maculopapular-erythematous eruption with a tendency towards confluence, peri-oro-nasal meliceric crusts and desquamation of the skin on the third anterosuperior and posterior thorax, scalp and forehead, which was accompanied by low back pain, headache and orbital pain. The suspicion of Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) was raised, and treatment was given according to the recommendation of the hospital dermatologist. This association raises multiple questions regarding whether SJS is a cutaneous manifestation of COVID-19 or if there was a concomitance between the viral infection and the immune reaction. The combination of SJS and COVID-19 can have a fatal outcome if not recognized and promptly treated. To our knowledge, this is the first case of SJS in a patient diagnosed with SARS CoV-2 infection in Romania.

Abstract
Sjogren’s syndrome is classically characterized by symptoms of keratoconjunctivitis sicca and xerostomia, secondary to lymphocytic infiltration of the salivary and lacrimal glands. Cutaneous findings of this disease are infrequently discussed and thus rarely considered among patients without the typical symptomatology. However, these patients can develop xerosis, alopecia, vitiligo, papular or nodular lesions, or cutaneous vasculitis. A 56-year-old Asian female presented with intermittent cutaneous erythematous lesions of her bilateral pinna and preauricular areas. Despite initial symptom presentation causing concern for tumid lupus versus cutaneous T cell lymphoma versus relapsing polychondritis, extensive serologic and histopathologic workup eventually indicated a likely diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome. This case brings to light that Sjogren’s syndrome is truly a multi-systemic disease and can present with primarily extra glandular cutaneous symptoms. When approaching the workup of a new patient, it is absolutely vital to maintain a broad differential and keep in mind that overlap syndromes among multiple autoimmune diseases do exist as well.

Abstract
BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES Oncology patients present with various skin manifestations related to primary disease and treatments. Although these skin toxicities are well described in adults, studies of pediatric oncology patients are limited. The objective of this study was to evaluate the cutaneous findings in pediatric oncology patients receiving chemotherapy. METHODS In this prospective cohort study conducted from December 2018 to March 2020, all pediatric oncology patients were examined and patients who had a dermatologic finding at any point during their treatments were recorded. Dermatologic examinations were performed by the same dermatologists, and biopsy and microbiologic tests were performed according to clinical need. Patients were grouped according to their oncologic diagnoses and types of chemotherapies. RESULTS A total of 80 patients with a mean age of 9.1 ± 5.0 years were included in the study. Seventy-five (93.7%) of them developed a dermatologic manifestation during the study period. Most of the patients had hematologic malignancies (n = 48, 60%). Antimetabolites were the most frequently used class of chemotherapeutic agents. Anagen effluvium was the most common dermatologic finding (61.3%, n = 49), followed by inflammatory dermatoses (51.2%, n = 41, most commonly diaper dermatitis in 33 patients), xerosis (35%, n = 28), and nail changes (20%, n = 16, most commonly nail pigmentation in seven patients). Mucositis was seen in 13 (16.2%) patients. Five patients (6.2%) had drug-induced cutaneous hyperpigmentation, and five (6.2%) had toxic erythema of chemotherapy. The highest percentage of xerosis (45.4%) was detected in patients using antitumor antibiotics, whereas inflammatory dermatoses were observed more in patients using antimetabolites (48.6% of patients using antimetabolites), and pigmentation changes were more frequently detected in patients using alkylating agents. CONCLUSION Identification, diagnosis, and treatment of these reactions are important to dermatologists and oncologists so that appropriate management may be provided to pediatric oncology patients.

Abstract
Extra-intestinal manifestations (EIMs) of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) occur
frequently and contribute to morbidity and reduced quality of life. The
musculoskeletal, ocular and cutaneous organ systems are frequently involved in
IBD-related EIMs. By focusing on manifestations involving the joints, skin and
eyes, this review will discuss the most common clinically relevant and
burdensome EIMs that affect IBD patients, and strives for early recognition,
adequate treatment and timely referral. For this purpose, we aimed to create a
comprehensive overview on this topic, with the main focus on the treatment of
reactive and associated EIMs, including spondyloarthropathies, pyoderma
gangrenosum, erythema nodosum, psoriasis and anterior uveitis. The recently
developed biologicals enable simultaneous treatment of inflammatory disorders.
This review can be used as a helpful guide in daily clinical practice for
physicians who are involved in the treatment of IBD patients.

Abstract
Cutaneous manifestations of COVID‐19 disease have not yet been fully described. To describe cutaneous manifestations of COVID‐19 disease in hospitalized patients. We examined the cutaneous manifestations of 210 hospitalized patients. Cutaneous findings were observed during COVID‐19 infection in 52 of the patients. Lesions may be classified as erythematous scaly rash (32.7%), maculopapular rash (23%), urticarial lesions (13.5%), petechial purpuric rash (7.7%), necrosis (7.7%), enanthema and apthous stomatitis (5.8%), vesicular rash (5.8%), pernio (1.9%), and pruritus (1.9%). Cutaneous manifestations were observed statistically significantly more in certain age groups: patients of 55 to 64 and 65 to 74 years of age complained of more cutaneous manifestations than the other age groups. As for gender, there was no significant difference between male and female patients in terms of cutaneus findings. The relationship between comorbidity and dermatological finding status was statistically significant. The relationship increases linearly according to the comorbidities. According to the statistical results, the patients who were hospitalized in the intensive care unit had a higher risk of having cutaneous findings due to COVID‐19 infection. With this study, we may highlight the importance of overlooked dermatological findings in patients that are hospitalized.

Abstract
A novel coronavirus (severe acute respiratory syndrome corononavirus-2; SARS-CoV-2) has affected millions of people across the world. The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) resulting from SARS-CoV-2 manifests in variable clinical severity, featuring both respiratory and extra-respiratory symptoms. Dermatological manifestations of COVID-19 are sparsely reported. To study the various dermatological findings in SARS-CoV-2 positive patients in Indian population. Institutional ethical committee permission was sought and102 SARS-CoV-2 positive patients were included in the study. A thorough clinical examination was done to determine the nature and frequency of various dermatological manifestations in these patients. Out of the 102 positive cases, 95 were males. The mean age of the group was 39.30 years. Thirteen patients (12.7%) were found to have dermatological manifestations. Three (2.9%) had maculopapular rash, two (1.9%) had urticarial lesions and eight (7.8%) patients had itching without any specific cutaneous signs. Trunk was the most frequently affected area, followed by the extremities. No mucosal signs and symptoms were detected. Dermatological manifestations were seen in a small group of COVID-19 patients. The presentation may vary in different population groups and based on severity of disease.

Abstract
COVID-19 had a great impact on medical approaches among dermatologist. This systematic review focuses on all skin problems related to COVID-19, including primary and secondary COVID-related cutaneous presentations and the experts recommendations about dermatological managements especially immunomodulators usage issues. Search was performed on PubMed, Scopus, Embase and ScienceDirect. Other additional resources were searched included Cochrane, WHO, Medscape and coronavirus dermatology resource of Nottingham university. The search completed on May 3, 2020. Three hundred seventy-seven articles assigned to the inclusion and exclusion groups. Eighty-nine articles entered the review. Primary mucocutaneous and appendageal presentations could be the initial or evolving signs of COVID-19. It could be manifest most commonly as a maculopapular exanthamatous or morbiliform eruption, generalized urticaria or pseudo chilblains recognized as "COVID toes" (pernio-like acral lesions or vasculopathic rashes). During pandemic, Non-infected non-at risk patients with immune-medicated dermatologic disorders under treatment with immunosuppressive immunomodulators do not need to alter their regimen or discontinue their therapies. At-risk o suspected patients may need dose reduction, interval increase or temporary drug discontinuation (at least 2 weeks). Patients with an active COVID-19 infection should hold the biologic or non-biologic immunosuppressives until the complete recovery occur (at least 4 weeks).

Abstract
Reactive cutaneous coccidioidal skin manifestations are commonly noticed during the early stage of coccidioidomycosis. These skin lesions are devoid of any active coccidioidal organism, and the immune trigger mechanisms are not elucidated. We describe 6 cases of unusual reactive cutaneous coccidioidal manifestation, characterized by painful vesiculobullous lesions known as erythema sweetobullosum. The biopsy of the lesions revealed neutrophilic dermatosis with inflammatory cells resulting in a cleft and elevation of the most superficial layer of the skin forming a bulla. The reactive cutaneous lesion is self-limited and requires no specific therapy.

Abstract
Sweet's syndrome, or acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis, is an uncommon severe cutaneous condition, not previously associated with allopurinol therapy. We describe the case of an 87-year-old woman with hyperuricemia who developed classic Sweet's syndrome manifestations 8 days after being treated with allopurinol. Patient's symptoms included fever, painful edema in the hands and lower limbs with non-pruritic erythematous plaques topped by pus-filled skin blisters, right eye conjunctivitis, splenomegaly and joint pain. At the emergency department, blood tests showed neutrophilic leukocytosis, inflammatory state and altered liver function. During hospitalization, she received unsuccessful treatments with two different antibiotics (namely ceftriaxone and levofloxacin), while treatment with intravenous methylprednisolone produced a rapid clinical remission of symptoms, cutaneous lesion pain improvement, normalization of her body temperature and her blood values returned to normal. Use of the Naranjo adverse drug reaction probability scale indicated a probable relationship between the patient's development of Sweet's syndrome and allopurinol therapy. Because the signs and symptoms of Sweet's syndrome resemble an infectious process, the correct diagnosis may be delayed and inappropriate treatment regimen with antibiotics may often precede glucocorticoid therapy.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Cutaneous involvement by Hodgkin lymphoma is extremely rare and usually follows extensive involvement of the lymph nodes. Cutaneous manifestations of Hodgkin lymphoma may be divided into specific and non-specific. Generalized pruritus is one of the most common non-specific presentations of Hodgkin lymphoma as is cutaneous granulomas. Such signs and symptoms should prompt thorough physical exam, including evaluation of lymph nodes, especially in a young patient. MAIN OBSERVATION We report a case of a 22-year-old man who presented with night sweats, weight loss, dry cough, and generalized maculopapular eruption that started with a large patch in the center of the chest and spread to the extremities. Biopsy of the rash revealed pityriasis rosea-like findings. A computerized tomography scan of the chest revealed a mediastinal mass. Biopsy of the mediastinal mass revealed Reed-Sternberg cells in a fibrotic background, diagnostic of Hodgkin lymphoma, nodular sclerosis type. CONCLUSION In conclusion, the presentation of Hodgkin lymphoma as a pityriasis rosea-like cutaneous eruption is rare and clinicians should be aware of this presentation. In this paper we review the non-specific cutaneous manifestations of Hodgkin lymphoma in an effort to raise awareness of the diversity of early cutaneous signs of Hodgkin lymphoma.
