Abstract
BACKGROUND Steroids such as glucocorticoid have been widely used for their excellent anti-inflammatory, anti-immune, and anti-shock properties. However, the long-term use in high doses has been found to cause necrosis of femoral head and other serious adverse reactions. Thus, it is of great importance to safely use these medications on patients without inducing bone necrosis. METHODS In this preclinical study, we examined the effects of erythropoietin (EPO) to attenuate the induction of steroid-induced femoral bone necrosis using rats to build up the in-vivo models. Rats were randomly divided into three groups: negative control group (group A), disease group (group B), and EPO group (group C). 20 mg/kg methylprednisolone was administrated into group B and group C for 6 weeks with two intramuscular injections per week per rat. Group C was further given daily intraperitoneal injections of rHuEPO during this period. Group A received only injection of saline at the same schedule. 12 weeks after the initial drug administration, the rats' femoral tissues were harvested for HE staining, immunohistochemistry studies for PECAM-1(also CD31) expression and Western Blotting for VEGF expression. RESULTS Histology studies showed that compared with the disease group, EPO group had significant improvement and bone morphology being much closer to the negative control group. Immunohistochemical studies revealed that EPO group had statistically much more expression of PECAM-1 than the other groups did. Western Blot demonstrated that the EPO group had significantly higher VEGF expression than the disease group. CONCLUSION Results suggested that simultaneous injection of EPO could partially prevent steroid-induced ANFH.

Abstract
Hypoxia serves a critical role in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis. Hypoxia‑inducible factor 1α (HIF1‑α) is induced when cells are exposed to low O2 concentrations. Recently, it has been suggested that Rho‑associated coiled‑coil‑forming kinase 1 (ROCK1) may be an important HIF1‑α regulator. In the present study, it was analyzed whether crosstalk between HIF1‑α and ROCK1 regulates cell proliferation and collagen synthesis in hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) under hypoxic conditions. For this purpose, a rat hepatic HSC line (HSC‑T6) was cultured under hypoxic or normoxic conditions, and HIF1‑α and ROCK1 expression was measured at different time points. Additionally, HSC‑T6 cells were transfected with HIF1‑α small interfering RNA (siHIF1‑α), and measured protein expression and mRNA transcript levels of α‑smooth muscle actin, collagen 1A1 and ROCK1. Collagen 3A1 secretion was also measured by ELISA. Cell proliferation was assessed by the MTT assay under these hypoxic conditions. The results indicated that a specific ROCK inhibitor, Y‑27632, increased HIF1‑α and ROCK1 expression over time in HSC‑T6 cells in response to hypoxia. In addition, knockdown of HIF1‑α inhibited HSC‑T6 proliferation, suppressed collagen 1A1 expression, decreased collagen 3A1 secretion and attenuated ROCK1 expression. Notably, ROCK1 inhibition caused HSC‑T6 quiescence, suppressed collagen secretion and downregulated HIF1‑α expression. Collectively, these findings indicated that the interplay between HIF1‑α and ROCK1 may be a critical factor that regulates cell proliferation and collagen synthesis in rat HSCs under hypoxia.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is the primary risk factor for cervical cancer. HPV genotypes are associated with varying degrees of pathogenicity. To better formulate strategies for cervical cancer prevention, we investigated the population-specific distribution of HPV genotypes, including those with high carcinogenicity. METHODS From January to December 2012, a cervical cancer-screening program for HPV infection in Hakka women of Heyuan City Guangdong province was conducted. Of 736,000 women residents, 8,284 volunteers were recruited. The cytology specimens of 107 women were not adequate and excluded. Thus, 8,177 women submitted to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) sequencing of 16 HPV genotypes via MassARRAY spectrometry. RESULTS Risk stratification based on genotypes indicated that the prevalence of overall, high-risk, and low-risk HPV infections was 12.27%, 14.20%, and 0.79%, respectively. Of the 1,003 women positively infected, 82.75% were infected with a single HPV type; 17.25% were infected with ≥2 types. Analysis revealed a U-shaped curve in HPV prevalence that correlated with age group, with peaks at ages 18-24 y (22.03%) and 60-65 y (25%). The most frequently detected HPV genotype was HPV-52 (26.81%), and then HPV-16 (17.54%), HPV-58 (14.25%), HPV-18 (10.16%), HPV-68 (8.27%), HPV-39 (5.68%), and HPV-51 (5.38%). CONCLUSIONS HPV-52 is the most prevalent genotype infecting Hakka women. Therefore, vaccination against HPV-52 is imperative. The prevalence of HPV infection is highest in the younger (18-24 y) and older (60-65 y) age groups, indicating that screening for HPV in Hakka women should be performed early and maintained in the elderly.

Abstract
Cognitive impairment and personality disorders are severe comorbidities commonly observed in patients with epilepsy, and together they decrease the quality of patients' life. This study aimed to evaluate cognitive function and personality traits in patients with epilepsy with the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Chinese revised and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and investigate the underlying influencing factors. Compared with the control group, our results showed that patients with epilepsy were presented with significant cognitive impairment and particular personality traits. Epileptic seizure-related factors including earlier age of onset, longer duration of epileptic history, and higher seizure frequency were significantly associated with the observed defects in cognition and personality traits. In addition, the temporal lobe was more likely to affect cognition and personality, and the left hemisphere was closely related to verbal intelligence quotient, which needs to be the focus of future research. These results will be instrumental for guiding the treatment of epilepsy.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of electromagnetic pulse irradiation on the mouse blood-testicle barrier (BTB) and spermatogenesis. METHODS After whole body irradiation with 400 kV/m electromagnetic pulse irradiation, the mouse testicles and BTB permeability were observed using hematoxylin-eosin, Evans blue, and lanthanum nitrate as tracers. The expression of the BTB tight junction protein occludin was examined using real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting. RESULTS At 1, 7, and 14 days after irradiation, the BTB structure was damaged, the BTB permeability was significantly increased, numerous apoptotic or necrotic spermatogenic cells were found in the lumen, and the mRNA and protein expression levels of occludin were markedly decreased. The BTB structure and occludin expression levels had gradually recovered by 21 and 28 days after irradiation. CONCLUSION Electromagnetic pulse irradiation damaged the structure and function of mouse BTB, resulting in apoptosis or necrosis of the spermatogenic cells.

Abstract
BACKGROUND We compared the effectiveness and safety of endotracheal intubation using the GlideScope (GS) video laryngoscope, CTrach laryngeal mask airway (LMA), or Shikani optical stylet rigid laryngoscope (SOS) during elective cervical surgery. METHODS Forty-five patients undergoing elective cervical surgery were randomly and equally assigned to endotracheal intubation via GS, LMA, or SOS airway management. RESULTS Endotracheal intubation was successfully completed in all patients. The mean intubation times of the groups differed significantly (P < .01): GS, 17.9 ± 3.1 s; SOS, 40.4 ± 13.7 s; and LMA, 80.5 ± 22.5 s. The groups had similar heart rates and mean arterial pressures throughout the intubation, except that at 2 minutes after intubation the mean arterial pressure of the GS group (106.1 ± 18.5 mm Hg) was significantly higher than that of the LMA (89.7 ± 18.5 mm Hg) or SOS (89.7 ± 18.5 mm Hg; P < .01). The change in C2-5 Cobb angle from baseline was significantly higher in the GS group (GS, 34.2° ± 7.3°) than the LMA (24.4° ± 5.8°) or SOS (25.5° ± 6.4°); P < .01). CONCLUSIONS The CTrach LMA and SOS rigid laryngoscope are effective, safe alternatives to the GS video laryngoscope for patients undergoing elective cervical surgery.

Abstract
UNLABELLED Kawasaki disease (KD) is associated with the development of coronary arterial lesions (CALs) in children. We aimed to test the hypothesis that circulating 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 [25-(OH)D3] could be identified as a clinical parameter for predicting CALs secondary to KD in children. We enrolled 35 children with KD in the acute phase and measured serum 25-(OH)D3 levels in all of them, then followed up by echocardiography for CALs. Additionally, serum 25-(OH)D3 levels were obtained in 23 febrile children with respiratory tract infections and 30 healthy children. Of the 35 KD children, nine had CALs according to echocardiography and 26 did not (NCALs). Serum 25-(OH)D3 levels were not significantly different between NCALs and healthy children (49.2 ± 23.8 versus 44.1 ± 30.2 ng/ml; P = 0.49). Serum 25-(OH)D3 levels were significantly higher in children with CALs than those without CALs (83.9 ± 26.3 versus 49.2 ± 23.8 ng/ml; P = 0.001). The cutoff value of 65 ng/ml to predict subsequent CALs had a specificity of 0.73, sensitivity of 0.78, and diagnostic accuracy of 0.74. CONCLUSION Serum 25-(OH)D3 levels were elevated dur-ing the acute phase in KD children who had subsequent CALs. Serum 25-(OH)D3 levels in the acute phase of KD may be used to predict subsequent CALs.

Abstract
Grass Carp reovirus (GCRV) is one of the most pathogenic agents among aquareovirus isolates and has the ability to cause a severe epidemic outbreak of hemorrhagic disease, thus resulting in both a high mortality rate during the culture of Grass Carp Ctenopharyngodon idella and an enormous economic loss. Aptamers have been demonstrated to have strong promising applications in antiviral drug development. In the present study, a complementary DNA fragment encoding the S10 gene of GCRV was cloned. The S10 protein was expressed and purified. Aptamers for S10 protein were selected by the method of selective evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX), and their characteristics and antiviral actions were examined. All targeting-selected aptamers formed a similar structure, forming a 5-7 base loop at the terminus. The results show that the aptamers could inhibit the GCRV infection. The most significant inhibitory effect was obsereved when the aptamers were added to the cell culture for 1 h before the cells were infected by GCRV. Our data showed that these novel molecular agents could be considered suitable candidates for anti-GCRV therapy. Received August 23, 2016; accepted February 5, 2017.

Abstract
We investigated the correlation between BAG-1 expression and sensitivity to platinum-based chemotherapeutics in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). mRNA and protein expression of BAG-1 in lung tissue of NSCLC postoperative patients (I-IIIA stage) or healthy subjects were detected using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry, respectively. Cox regression analysis was used to quantify the association of prognostic factors with survival in NSCLC patients. Venous blood samples from patients newly diagnosed with advanced NSCLC (IIIB-IV stage) were collected before chemotherapy to analyze allelic frequency and gene polymorphisms. Compared to healthy controls (11.67%, 14 cases), levels of mRNA and protein of BAG-1 in lung tissues was significantly higher in NSCLC patients (61.67%, 74 cases) (χ²=5.601, P<0.05). Moreover, BAG-1 expression was identified as an independent prognostic factor for survival in NSCLC patients. As time to progression and survival rate was dramatically increased, patients with a positive expression of BAG-1 exhibited a prolonged survival period (TTP, 49.3 months; 5-year survival rat, 16.21%) compared with those without BAG-1 expression (χ²=7.243, P<0.05). Two BAG-1 digestion patterns (CC and CT) were identified and confirmed. patients (77.46%) had a C/C genotype at BAG-1 codon 324, while 22.54% had the C/T genotype. The T/T genotype was not present in these patients. The progression risk of patients carrying the C/C genotype at Bag-1 codon 324 was 1.87 times higher than that of patients carrying the C/T genotype (P<0.001). Follow-up examination showed that the chemotherapeutic sensitivity of patients carrying the C/C genotype was 2.852 times higher than that of patients carrying the C/T genotype (95% CI, 1.133-7.182; P=0.026). Significant differences were found in the median progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) of these two cohorts of patients. Compared to patients carrying the C/T genotype of BAG-1, patients carrying the C/C genotype at Bag-1 codon 324 exhibited better responses to platinum-based chemotherapy. Hence, the expression of BAG-1 was closely associated with the sensitivity to platinum-based chemotherapeutics in NSCLC patients.

Abstract
ObjectivesA radiomics-based explainable eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) model was developed to predict central cervical lymph node metastasis (CCLNM) in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC), including positive and negative effects.MethodsA total of 587 PTC patients admitted at Binzhou Medical University Hospital from 2017 to 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were randomized into the training and test cohorts with an 8:2 ratio. Radiomics features were extracted from ultrasound images of the primary PTC lesions. The minimum redundancy maximum relevance algorithm and the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression were used to select CCLNM positively-related features and radiomics scores were constructed. Clinical features, ultrasound features, and radiomics score were screened out by the Boruta algorithm, and the XGBoost model was constructed from these characteristics. SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) was used for individualized and visualized interpretation. SHAP addressed the cognitive opacity of machine learning models.ResultsEleven radiomics features were used to calculate the radiomics score. Five critical elements were used to build the XGBoost model: capsular invasion, radiomics score, diameter, age, and calcification. The area under the curve was 91.53% and 90.88% in the training and test cohorts, respectively. SHAP plots showed the influence of each parameter on the XGBoost model, including positive (i.e., capsular invasion, radiomics score, diameter, and calcification) and negative (i.e., age) impacts. The XGBoost model outperformed the radiologist, increasing the AUC by 44%.ConclusionsThe radiomics-based XGBoost model predicted CCLNM in PTC patients. Visual interpretation using SHAP made the model an effective tool for preoperative guidance of clinical procedures, including positive and negative impacts.

Abstract
Natural killer (NK) cells act as innate immune cells against hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Interferon-α (IFN-α) and ribavirin are the standard treatments for patients with HCV infection. This study is aimed at investigating the dynamic changes in the frequency of different subsets of NK cells following treatment in xx chronic hepatitis C (CHC) patients. CHC patients were treated with peg-IFN or IFN-α, and followed up for 72 weeks. The frequency of different subsets of NK in CHC patients was determined longitudinally by flow cytometry. Treatment with the standard therapy increased the percentages of NKp30(+), NKp46(+), and CD107a(+) NK cells, which were positively correlated with the declining of serum HCV-RNA, but not IFN-γ(+) NK cells. NKG2A(+) and KIR2DL3(+) NK cells were associated with an early virological response in CHC patients. Treatment with IFN-α adjusts the balance of activated receptors and inhibitory receptors and enhances the cytotoxic activity of NK cells. Therefore, measuring NK subsets may be valuable for therapeutic responses in CHC patients.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Extensive controversies exist over the use of preoperative biliary drainage preceding radical resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma. This study assessed the effectiveness and safety of percutaneous transhepatic cholangiodrainage (PTCD) with bile re-infusion in the preoperative optimization of hilar cholangiocarcinoma patients. METHODS Eligible hilar cholangiocarcinoma patients received preoperative PTCD with bile re-infusion (treatment group, n = 56) through a nasoduodenal tube for 2 weeks, and the control group (n = 60) received conservative treatment alone. Operable patients were assigned to undergo either a radical or palliative resection. The outcome measures included the overall resection rate, R0 resection rate, surgical morbidity rate and 1-year and 5-year overall survival rates. RESULTS The treatment group exhibited a significant decrease in serum bilirubin levels after PTCD with bile re-infusion. The overall resection rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (85.5% vs. 65.0%, P < 0.05), and the palliative resection rate was also significantly higher in the treatment group (53.5% vs. 35.0%, P < 0.05). However, the R0 resection rate was comparable between the 2 groups (32.1% vs. 30.0%, P > 0.05). The morbidity rate was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (29.1% vs. 51.3%, P < 0.05). One-year and 5-year survival rates were similar between the 2 groups (69.6% vs. 66.7%, P > 0.05; 5.3% vs. 3.6%, P > 0.05). CONCLUSIONS Preoperative PTCD with bile re-infusion improves the resection rate and shows a good safety profile in patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma.

Abstract
Certain nasal neoplasms, such as ectopic menigioma, present as nasal polyps, together with similar symptoms. The present study reports the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic meningioma in the bilateral nasal olfactory cleft in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic meningioma in the nasal cavity. By retrospectively analyzing the clinical data and reviewing the associated literature, a detailed introduction to the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of ectopic meningioma of the nasal cavity was ascertained. The tumor was removed from the sinus by functional endoscopy surgery. Regular follow-up appointments were scheduled every three months, with no evidence of recurrence to date. The olfactory recovery and nasal ventilation were normal subsequent to surgery. Meningiomas are infrequently occurring tumors with unpredictable clinical behavior. A clear understanding of the etiology and appropriate diagnostic and management principles may aid in overcoming the challenges of treating primary extracranial meningiomas.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) are originated from circulating mononuclear cells in peripheral blood. They result from the recruitment of tumor cells and are a vital constituent of the tumor microenvironment. TAMs may be involved in the immunological escape of vicious clonal plasma cells (PC) in the bone marrow (BM) of sufferers with myeloma. METHODS From March 2020 to January 2021, 28 healthy controls (HC) and 86 multiple myeloma (MM) (53 newly diagnosed MM [NDMM] and 33 remissions) patients were enrolled as objects of the study. The expression of TAMs in the BM, CSF1 on CD138 + cells, and CSF1R on macrophages were detected by the method of flow cytometry, and the expression of PD-1 on CD8 + T cells and PD-L1 on TAMs were also done. Bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) were extracted and cultured into TAMs, CD8 + T cells were sorted by magnetic beads and cultured, a coculture system was established and different inhibitors were added. The expression of the perforin and granzyme B was detected by flow cytometry. RESULTS The percentage of TAMs in NDMM group (61.49 ± 2.176%) increased when compared with remission (23.08 ± 1.699%, p < 0.001) and HC group (17.95 ± 1.865%, p < 0.001), and TAMs decreased after adding CSF1R inhibitor. Moreover, the expression of CSF1 on CD138 + cells increased significantly in NDMM group (17.090 ± 0.9156%) than remission (8.214 ± 0.5911% p < 0.001), and HC group (5.257 ± 0.6231%, p < 0.001), and CSF1R on macrophages increased significantly in NDMM group (58.78 ± 2.286%) than remission (20.74 ± 1.376%, p < 0.001) and HC group (17.42 ± 1.081%, p < 0.001). The expression of PD-1 on CD8 + T cells in NDMM group (32.64 ± 2.982%) increased than remission (20.35 ± 2.335% p < 0.01) and HC group (17.53 ± 1.349%, p < 0.001), and PD-L1 on TAMs also increased in NDMM group (50.92 ± 2.554%) than remission (20.02 ± 1.893%, p < 0.001) and HC group (13.08 ± 1.289%, p < 0.001). When CD8 + T cells were cocultured with TAMs, the perforin and granzyme B levels decreased significantly. However, the perforin and granzyme B levels were partly restored after adding CSF1R inhibitor and anti-PD-L1 antibody. CONCLUSION Our study shows that TAMs were increased in MM patients which can inhibit the function of cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) through the PD-1/ PD-L1 signaling pathway and participate in the occurrence of immune escape of myeloma cells.

Abstract
Antifungal drugs have already been established as an effective treatment option for Candida parapsilosis infections, but there is no universal consensus on the ideal target for clinical efficacy and safety of antifungal drugs for the treatment of C. parapsilosis infections. Few studies have directly compared the efficacies of antifungal drugs for the treatment of C. parapsilosis infections. We hypothesize that different antifungal drugs offer differing clinical efficacy and safety for the treatment of C. parapsilosis infections. We performed a comprehensive network meta-analysis on different strategies for C. parapsilosis infection treatment and compared the clinical efficacy and safety of antifungal drugs as interventions for C. parapsilosis infections. The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Medline, Embase, PubMed, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Technology of Chongqing VIP database, Wan Fang Data, and SinoMed databases were searched to identify appropriate randomized trials. Among the extracted C. parapsilosis cases, the survival and death rates with treatment of C. parapsilosis infection were compared among groups treated with different antifungal drugs. According to the evidence-network analysis, echinocandins were a better choice than other drugs for treating C. parapsilosis infections, and more importantly, caspofungin showed a more preferable effect for decreasing the risk of 30 day mortality. In conclusion, this study systematically evaluated the effectiveness and safety of antifungal drugs for the purpose of helping clinicians choose the most appropriate antifungal drugs. Future studies with larger samples are needed to evaluate the effects of patient factors on the clinical efficacy and safety of antifungal drugs for C. parapsilosis infections.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Several fibrosis-related factors influence liver stiffness measurements (LSM); however, these changes have not been investigated in the context of the various disease stages of chronic hepatitis B (CHB). AIM The aim of this study was to assess the correlations between fibrosis-related factors and LSM in different disease stages of CHB. PATIENTS AND METHODS Patients with mild CHB (n=305) and cirrhotic hepatitis B (cirrhotic HB) (n=137) were compared with determine the relationship between LSM and fibrosis-related factors including parameters of liver inflammation [aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), total bilirubin (Tbil)], albumin, globulin, peripheral blood cells (neutrophil granulocytes, red blood cells, platelets), abdominal ultrasound B-scan parameters including right liver thickness, portal vein inradium, diameter of spleen (DS), thickness of spleen (TS), and splenic vein inradium (SV). RESULTS In patients with mild CHB, LSM was correlated strongly with ALT (r=0.3534, P<0.0001), AST (r=0.3976, P<0.0001), and ALT+AST (r=0.3760, P<0.0001). LSM was correlated closely with Tbil (r=0.2237, P<0.0001), albumin (r=-0.3126, P<0.0001), albumin/globulin (r=-0.3086, P<0.0001), SV (r=0.3317, P<0.0001), DS (r=0.4157, P<0.0001), and spleen volume (DS×TS) (r=-0.4399, P<0.0001). Red blood cells were correlated negatively with LSM in both mild CHB and cirrhotic HB patients (r=-0.1981, P=0.0203; r=-0.1593, P=0.0053). LSM was not correlated with age, peripheral blood cell parameters, right liver thickness, portal vein inradium, or TS in mild CHB or cirrhosis HB patients. However, in patients with cirrhotic HB, LSM values were not correlated significantly with other fibrosis-related factors, except for Tbil (r=0.2272, P=0.0076). CONCLUSION Our findings suggest that the magnitude of these correlations differs significantly between mild CHB and cirrhotic HB patients.

Abstract
Background: The benefit of blood cholesterol reduction for secondary prevention of ischemic stroke remains undetermined in Chinese patients. The purpose of this meta-analysis was to determine whether lipid-lowering agents including statins, fibrates, nicotinic acid, and ezetimibe reduced the risk of recurrent stroke in ischemic stroke patients in China and whether such findings could inform treatment decisions for blood lipid-lowering treatment in China. Methods: The English electronic databases PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library and Chinese databases CNKI, Sino-Med, Wan Fang, and VIP were searched for studies published between January 1990 and April 2020. This meta-analysis included published data from trials that randomly assigned patients to groups treated with either blood lipid-lowering regimens or placebo. Effect comparisons were made using fixed effects model in meta-analysis and linear and spline regression were performed to identify the relative risk of stroke recurrence. The primary outcome was the reduction of total ischemic stroke events, and relative risk values were obtained using a risk prediction equation developed from the control groups of the included trials. Results: Five studies including 4,999 individuals with available data met the inclusion criteria. Relative to the control groups, the pooled estimated odds ratio (OR) for recurrent stroke among those who received lipid-lowering therapy was 0.79 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.63-1.00). A 50% or greater reduction in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) significantly reduced the risk of ischemic stroke recurrence (OR: 0.15 [95% CI: 0.11-0.20]). The overall beneficial effect of statin therapy was confirmed to prevent ischemic stroke with an OR of 0.51 (95% CI: 0.36-0.72). Conclusions: Effective lipid-lowering therapy could decrease the blood LDL-C level, which had a protective effect against stroke recurrence. These results support the use of predicted baseline cerebrovascular disease risk equations to inform decisions regarding blood lipid-lowering treatment in ischemic stroke patients in China.
