Abstract
OBJECTIVES This study aimed to investigate the association between different forms of sedentary behavior and cognitive function in Chinese community-dwelling older adults. DESIGN A longitudinal study with a 2-year follow-up. SETTING AND PARTICIPANTS Data from 5356 participants at baseline and 956 participants at the follow-up of the Anhui Healthy Longevity Survey (AHLS) were analysed. MEASUREMENTS Cognitive function was evaluated by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) was classified according to education-specific criteria. Self-report questionnaires were used to assess the sedentary behavior of the participants. RESULTS The participants who reported longer screen-watching sedentary duration had higher MMSE scores (1-2 hours: β=0.758, 95% CI: 0.450, 1.066; > 2 hours: β=1.240, 95% CI: 0.917, 1.562) and lower likelihoods of MCI (1-2 hours: OR= 0.787, 95% CI: 0.677, 0.914; >2 hours: OR=0.617, 95% CI: 0.524, 0.726). The participants who had played cards (or mahjong) sedentary had higher MMSE scores (β= 1.132, 95% CI: 0.788, 1.476) and lower likelihoods of MCI (OR=0.572, 95% CI: 0.476, 0.687). However, the participants who reported longer other forms of sedentary duration had lower MMSE scores (1-2 hours: β=-0.409, 95% CI: -0.735, -0.082; > 2 hours: β=-1.391, 95% CI: -1.696, -1.087) and higher likelihoods of MCI (1-2 hours: OR=1.271, 95% CI: 1.081, 1.496; > 2 hours: OR=1.632, 95% CI: 1.409, 1.889). No significant association was detected between sedentary duration and MCI incidence. CONCLUSION Variations in the impact of diverse sedentary behaviors on the cognitive function were detected in Chinese older adults. However, such associations were cross-sectional and longitudinal associations were not found in the current study.

Abstract
Elliptic flow measurements from two-, four-, and six-particle correlations are used to investigate flow fluctuations in collisions of U+U at sqrt[s_{NN}]=193 GeV, Cu+Au at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV and Au+Au spanning the range sqrt[s_{NN}]=11.5-200 GeV. The measurements show a strong dependence of the flow fluctuations on collision centrality, a modest dependence on system size, and very little if any, dependence on particle species and beam energy. The results, when compared to similar LHC measurements, viscous hydrodynamic calculations, and trento model eccentricities, indicate that initial-state-driven fluctuations predominate the flow fluctuations generated in the collisions studied.

Abstract
The incidence of cerebrovascular diseases increases significantly with aging. This study aimed to test the hypothesis that aging may influence the protein kinase A (PKA)-dependent vasodilation via RyR/BKCa pathway in the middle cerebral arteries (MCA). Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control (4-6 month-old) and aged (24-month-old) groups. The functions of MCA and ion channel activities in smooth muscle cells were examined using myograph system and patch-clamp. Aging decreased the isoproterenol/forskolin-induced relaxation in the MCA. Large-conductance Ca2+-activated-K+ (BKCa) channel inhibitor, iberiotoxin, significantly attenuated the forskolin-induced vasodilatation and hyperpolarization in the young group, but not in the aged group. The amplitude and frequency of spontaneous transient outward currents (STOCs) were significantly decreased in the aged group. Single channel recording revealed that the mean open time of BKCa channels were decreased, while an increased mean closed time of BKCa channels were found in the aged group. The Ca2+/voltage sensitivity of the channels was decreased accompanied by reduced BKCa α and β1-subunit, the expression of RyR2, PKA-Cα and PKA-Cβ subunits were also declined in the aged group. Aging induced down-regulation of PKA/BKCa pathway in cerebral artery in rats. The results provides new information on further understanding in cerebrovascular diseases resulted from age-related cerebral vascular dysfunction.

Abstract
Vine tea, a Chinese herbal medicine, is widely used in traditional Asian medicine to treat common health problems. Dihydromyricetin (DMY) is the main functional flavonoid compound extracted from vine tea. In recent years, preclinical studies have focused on the potential beneficial effects of dihydromyricetin, including glucose metabolism regulation, lipid metabolism regulation, neuroprotection, and anti-tumor effects. In addition, DMY may play a role in cardiovascular disease by resisting oxidative stress and participating in the regulation of inflammation. This review is the first review that summaries the applications of dihydromyricetin in cardiovascular diseases, including atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, myocardial hypertrophy, and diabetic cardiomyopathy. We also clarified the underlying mechanisms and signaling pathways involved in the above process. The aim of this review is to provide a better understanding and quick overview for future researches of dihydromyricetin in the field of cardiovascular diseases, and more detailed and robust researches are needed for evaluation and reference.

Abstract
PURPOSE Pseudohypoxia type (PHT) pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas (PPGLs) are more likely to metastasize and have a poor prognosis. However, application of genetic tests has many restrictions. The study aims to establish a novel nomogram for predicting the risk of PHT PPGLs. METHODS This retrospective cross-sectional study included 242 patients with pathology confirmed PPGLs in one tertiary care center in China in 2010-2021. Clinical and biochemical characteristics were collected. Next-generation sequencing was performed in all PPGLs patients for detection of mutation. Univariate and multivariable logistic regression analyses were used to select risk factors for constructing the nomogram. The area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC) was used to evaluate the discrimination of the nomogram and the calibration curve was performed. RESULTS Four variables including age ≤ 35 years, hypertension, 24 h urinary output of urinary vanillylmandelic acid (VMA) ≥ 100 umol/24 h and urinary 17-ketosteroide (17 KS) ≤ 50 umol/24 h levels were independently associated with PHT PPGLs in the logistic regression analysis and were included in the nomogram. The nomogram showed a good discrimination performance with AUC of 0.829 [95% confidence interval (CI), 0.767-0.891] in the training set and 0.797 (95%CI, 0.659-0.935) in the validation set, respectively. The calibration curve showed a bias-corrected AUC of 0.809 vs. 0.795, and a Hosmer-Lemeshow (H-L) test yielded a p value of 0.801 vs. 0.885, indicating the nomogram's good ability to distinguish PHT PPGLs from non-PHT PPGLs. CONCLUSION Our study has proposed a novel nomogram for individualized prediction of the PHT PPGLs, which may make contributions to guide the patients' personalized management, follow-up, and treatment.

Abstract
To evaluate the clinical efficacy of targeted therapy and immunotherapy combined with hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) of FOLFOX and lipiodol embolization in the treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. Patients included in the study were those who received targeted therapy and immunotherapy combined with HAIC of FOLFOX and lipiodol embolization in Zhongshan People's Hospital from December 2020 to June 2021 for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. Evaluation indicators included objective response rate (ORR), median progression-free survival (mPFS), median duration of response (mDOR), 1-year overall survival rate (OS), surgical conversion rate, and adverse events. Treatment response was assessed using Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (mRECIST and RECIST v1.1). A total of 35 patients were included in this study, 30 of whom completed treatment evaluation. According to mRECIST evaluation criteria, the objective response rate (ORR) was 83.3% (25/30); the complete response (CR) was 60% (18/30); the partial response (PR) was 23.3% (7/30), and stable disease (SD) was 16.7% (5/30). The mDOR was 10.3 months (95% Cl: 8.27-NE), and the mPFS was 13.2 months (95% CI: 10.3-NE); the surgical conversion rate was 30.0% (9/30). The 1-year OS was 96.7%. There were no serious surgical complications and grade 4 or 5 adverse events of targeted therapy, immunotherapy and HAIC. Some patients had grade 3 adverse reactions in gastrointestinal toxicity or hepatotoxicity, and the adverse reactions were improved after corresponding symptomatic treatment. We concluded that HAIC of FOLFOX and lipiodol embolization combined with targeted therapy and immunotherapy had a significant curative effect in the treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma, with no serious adverse reactions and a high rate of surgical conversion rate.

Abstract
Objectives: To examine the landscape and metastases of the lymph nodes in prostatic anterior fat pad (PAFP) at radical prostatectomy (RP), and to describe the clinical characteristic of the patients with lymph node metastases in PAFP. Methods: The clinical and pathological data of 287 prostate cancer patients underwent RP from December 2019 to August 2021 in Department of Urology, Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center were collected and analyzed retrospectively. All patients were male, aging (66±7) years (range: 42 to 83 years). The preoperative prostate-specific antigen (PSA) (M(IQR)) were 16.00(29.64) μg/L (range: 0.01 to 99.90 μg/L). There were 244 patients with localized or locally advanced prostate cancer and 43 patients with metastatic prostate cancer. All PAFP were dissected at RP routinely and were sent for pathologic analysis respectively. The PAFP was dissected from the prostate apex caudally toward the bladder neck and dissection extended to the joint of the prostate and the endopelvic fascia bilaterally. All the specimen of PAFP were examined and reported by subspecialty pathologists of genitourinary tumors. Statistical analysis was performed by Student t test, Wilcoxon rank-sum test, χ2 test or Fisher exact test. Results: There were 8.0% (23/287) patients with lymph nodes in PAFP, 3.8% (11/287) patients with PAFP lymph node metastases. Pathologically upstaged occurred in 1 patient due to the PAFP lymph node as the solitary metastatic lesion. Patients with lymph node metastases in PAFP presented higher preoperative PSA (M(IQR): 48.2(73.0) μg/L vs. 15.4(26.5) μg/L, Z=3.158, P=0.002), clinical T stage and N stage (Z=2.977, P=0.003; Z=2.780, P=0.005) and preoperative Gleason score (Z=2.205, P=0.027). Conclusions: Routine dissection of PAFP at RP and separately pathological analysis may allow more lymph nodes and lymph node metastases detection. More accurate pathological N stage may be acquired and consequently may improve the survival of patients by offering more appropriate adjuvant or salvage therapy.

Abstract
BACKGROUND To evaluate the global prevalence of depression and anxiety symptoms among college students and potential associated factors. METHODS PubMed and Web of Science were searched from their inception to March 28, 2021. Random-effects models were used to calculate the pooled prevalence of depression and anxiety. Subgroup analyses were conducted to explore potential heterogeneity. Egger's and Begg's test were used to assess publication bias. RESULTS A total of 64 studies with 100,187 individuals were included in the present meta-analysis. The pooled prevalence of depression and anxiety symptoms among college students was 33.6% (95% confidence interval [CI] 29.3%-37.8%) and 39.0% (95% CI, 34.6%-43.4%), respectively. The highest prevalence of depression symptoms was found in Africa region (40.1%, 95% CI 12.3-67.9%), lower middle-income countries (42.5%, 95% CI 28.6-56.3%), and medical college students (39.4%, 95% CI 29.3-49.6%). For the prevalence of anxiety symptoms, the highest was observed in North America (48.3%, 95% CI 37.4-59.2%), lower middle-income countries (54.2%, 95% CI 35.0-73.4%), medical college students (47.1%, 95% CI 35.1-59.1%) and identified by Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) (49.1%, 95% CI 31.0-43.0%). Besides, the prevalence of depression symptoms (35.9%, 95% CI 20.2-51.7%) and anxiety symptoms (40.7%, 95% CI 39.5-42.0%) was higher in studies conducted after the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak. CONCLUSIONS Our study suggests that a lot of college students experience depression and anxiety symptoms and clarifies factors that are related to these mental disorders. Effective prevention and intervention strategies for mental disorders should be developed among college students.

Abstract
PURPOSE To investigate the relationship between fibrinogen-like protein 1 (FGL-1) concentrations and various metabolic characteristics in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and explore whether FGL-1 could be a predictive biomarker for PCOS. METHODS This case-control study included 136 patients with PCOS and 34 normal controls recruited in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital between May 2017 and June 2021. Anthropometric characteristics, metabolic parameters, and reproductive hormones were collected. Serum FGL-1 measurement was conducted using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits. RESULTS Serum FGL-1 concentrations were higher in patients with PCOS than in control subjects in body mass index (BMI) subgroups, insulin resistance (IR) subgroups, and hepatic function subgroups, respectively. Serum FGL-1 concentrations were significantly associated with BMI, glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c), and serum uric acid (SUA) in all individuals. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis revealed that the best cutoff value for FGL-1 levels to predict PCOS was 21.02 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 74.3% and a specificity of 70.6%. Both univariate and multiple logistic regressions indicated that the odds ratio (OR) for PCOS significantly increased in the subjects with high levels of FGL-1. CONCLUSION In our study, FGL-1 was associated with serum aminotransferase and various metabolic indexes. Moreover, the high risk of PCOS was independently associated with the increased FGL-1 levels, which suggested that FGL-1 could be a predictive biomarker for PCOS.

Abstract
A myopic patient with self-reported photorefractive keratectomy 9 years ago requested small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) as retreatment. The presence of interface bubbles while creating a corneal cap of the right eye revealed that the previous refractive surgery was laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Therefore, the SMILE procedure was resumed in the right eye, but flap-lift LASIK was performed in the left eye. Postoperative follow-up showed that the vision in both eyes reached the preoperative best corrected level. SMILE may be a potential option for refractive regression after LASIK.

Background/Introduction
Obesity and metabolic dysregulation are closely associated with the pathophysiology of multiple cardiovascular diseases (CVD). To date, the pathophysiological mechanism(s) of obesity and its link with cardiovascular systems remain largely unknown. Adipose tissue inflammation as a result of excessive fat expansion in obesity, leading to increased systemic production of growth factors and recruitment of inflammatory cells have been postulated to be a major factor. Secreted frizzled-related protein 5 (SFRP5) is an anti-inflammatory adipokine that is linked with obesity and metabolic regulation and has been indicated to affect cardiovascular functions. Currently, the role of circulating SFRP5 levels as a biomarker for cardiovascular diseases are poorly understood, with studies yielding discordant results.
Purpose
This study aims to evaluate the relationship between circulating SFRP5 and cardiovascular functions in a cohort of patients with established CVD.
Methods
Patients (n=262, 148 male (56.5%), age (68±11 yrs)) presenting to the cardiology unit for cardiovascular investigations were recruited into the study. Plasma SFRP5 levels were measured via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Associations between plasma SFRP5 levels, cardiovascular functions, and patients' co-morbidities were analysed using univariate and multivariate analyses.
Results
Plasma SFRP5 levels were significantly lower in patients presenting with: heart failure (HF) vs non-HF (median; (10.7 vs 31.0; p<0.001); coronary artery disease (CAD) vs non-CAD; (11.0 vs 33.8; p<0.001); and atrial fibrillation (AF) vs non-AF; (11.2 vs 23.2; p=0.001). On univariate analyses, SFRP5 levels also significantly positively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) (r=0.52, p<0.001), estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) (r=0.16, p=0.02), total cholesterol levels and triglycerides (r=0.29, p<0.001; r=0.17, p<0.01 respectively). Low SFRP5 levels were correlated with high C-reactive protein (CRP) and E/E' (r=−0.29, p<0.001, r=−0.30, p<0.001, respectively). Patients with HF, CAD, statin use, low LVEF, low triglycerides, high CRP and high eGFR were associated with lower SFRP5 levels independent of age, BMI or diabetes on multivariate analysis (overall model r=0.729, SE=0.638).
Conclusion
Our results show that low plasma SFRP5 levels are independently associated with HF, CAD, and impaired systolic and diastolic functions. These results suggest that SFRP5 may regulate cardiovascular functions independent of obesity and metabolic regulations.

Background/Introduction
Age and sexual dimorphism contribute to the differential cardiometabolic dysfunctions associated with diet-induced obesity. However, the underlying mechanisms remain elusive. RNA modifications via RNA m6A methylation, is an emerging mediator of RNA stability, translation and localization responsible for regulation of multiple biological functions. RNA m6A modifications are regulated by “writers”, “erasers” and “readers”. The role of RNA methylation machinery genes in the heart is largely unexplored, and may provide insight into the influence of age and sex on cardiometabolic dysfunction.
Purpose
We aim to determine differential RNA methylation changes within the heart in a diet-induced cardiomyopathy mouse model, stratified according to age and sex.
Methods
Male and female C57BL/6 mice (6–8wk-old) were fed normal chow (NC) or high-fat/high-sucrose (HFHS) diet for 1 or 4 months. Echocardiographic measurements were performed at 1 and 4 months according to the American Society of Echocardiography and European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging guidelines. At study endpoint, glucose and insulin tolerance testing was conducted by injecting mice intraperitoneally with 2g/kg glucose or 0.6U/kg insulin, and monitoring blood glucose levels over a 2 hour period. RNA from heart tissue was subjected to quantitative PCR for RNA methylation machinery genes (FTO, ALKBH5, METTL3, METTL4, METTL14, YTHDF1 and YTHDF2). PPIA was used to normalise qPCR data.
Results
Both male and female mice showed evidence of age- and diet-induced metabolic dysfunction, however, males and females showed markedly different metabolic impairments. For example, glucose tolerance was exacerbated by 4 months of HFHS diet in males but not females; and only females showed impaired insulin tolerance. Echocardiography showed that males had systolic (stoke volume, cardiac output) and diastolic (E/A ratio) dysfunction after 4 months of HFHS diet, while females were unperturbed. We identified that METTL3 and METTL14, the “writers” of m6A methylation, were consistently increased in male mouse hearts at 1 vs 4 months of age but were unchanged or decreased in females, irrespective of diet. Conversely, YTHDF1, a “reader”, was unchanged in male mouse hearts at 1 vs. 4 months of age but was significantly increased in female hearts.
Conclusion
Our study confirms that markedly different cardiometabolic impairments occur in male versus female mice in response to long-term HFHS diet. Despite significant metabolic impairment in both sexes, cardiac dysfunction was only evident in males. RNA methylation machinery genes were differentially expressed in mouse hearts according to age and sex, suggesting that RNA methylation may be involved in age-related sexual dimorphism in cardiometabolic impairments.

Introduction
Doxorubicin (DOX) is among the most used anticancer drugs with associated cardiotoxicity. Follistatin-like 3 (FSTL3), a secreted member of the follistatins family that can selectively bind to members of the TGF-β superfamily, is involved in regulation of cardiac hypertrophy and heart failure. FSTL3 is also upregulated in breast and colorectal cancer tumours, is also an unfavourable prognostic indicator for various cancers.
Purpose
We aim to determine the dual role of FSTL3 in prevention of DOX-induced cardiotoxicity and synergistic anti-cancer effects.
Methods
Human cardiomyocytes (HCMs) were treated with DOX at 1uM (EC50) for 72 hours. Cell viability was assessed via CellTiter-Glo®. Secreted FSTL3 levels, as measured by ELISA (R&D systems). FSTL3 and TGF-β mRNA levels were measured by qPCR. Co-treatment of DOX with human anti-FSTL3 antibodies (Aviva Systems Biology) at 10ug/mL were introduced for 72hrs treatment.
Results
Secreted FSTL3 levels were significantly increased in DOX-treated HCMs at 72hrs compared to control (n=5, p<0.001). Consistently, FSTL3 and TGF-β mRNA levels, in collected HCMs were significantly increased in DOX-treated cells. Co-treatment of DOX with human anti-FSTL3 antibodies at 10ug/mL significantly improved HCM viability compared to IgG control group. Conversely, anti-FSTL3 antibodies provided synergistic anti-cancer effects with DOX: MCF-7 breast cancer cells were significantly reduced when co-treated with DOX and anti-FSTL3 antibody vs. IgG controls.
Conclusion
We show, for the first time, that: 1) FSTL3 is secreted directly from HCMs; 2) FSTL3 levels (both circulating and mRNA) is markedly elevated with DOX treatment; 3) neutralisation of FSTL3 in DOX-treated HCMs, restored HCM viability; and 4) exhibit synergistic anti-cancer effects with DOX. Taken together, FSTL3 is a potential target for dual anti-cancer and cardioprotective effects.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the physical growth of preterm infants with different intrauterine growth patterns. Methods: A total of 10 856 preterm infants who were born in various districts of Haikou City from October 1st, 2015 to June 1st, 2021 and received regular health care and management were retrospectively enrolled. The preterm infants were divided into appropriate for gestational age (AGA), small for gestational age (SGA) and large for gestational age (LGA) groups according to different intrauterine growth patterns. The general characteristics of preterm infants in different groups were compared by H test (Kruskal and Wallis) or Chi-squared test. And the developmental curves were plotted by local regression (LOESS) with their physical growth indexes. Results: Of the 10 856 preterm infants, 6 317 were boys and 4 539 were girls. The gestational age at birth was 35 (34, 36) weeks, and the birth weight was 2.5 (2.1, 2.8) kg. There were 754 (6.9%) SGA, 9 301 (85.7%) AGA, and 801 (7.4%) LGA preterm infants. All preterm infants were followed up until 18 months of corrected age. The birth weight of the SGA group was lower than that of the AGA and LGA groups (Z=2 274.93, P<0.001). The proportion of exclusive breastfeeding at the first health care interview was higher in the AGA group (68.6% (6 378/9 301)) than in the SGA group (62.9% (474/754)) (χ2=13.82, P=0.003). The LOESS curving fitting showed that the weight and height of the preterm infants in all the 3 groups increased rapidly during 0-6 months of corrected age. The regression prediction values of weight for age Z-score (WAZ), height for age Z-score (HAZ) and weight for height Z-score (WHZ) were around 0 s, while the regression prediction values of these three indicators in SGA were all below 0 s but greater than -1 s. The rates of low birth weight, growth retardation and wasting during 0-17 months of corrected age were 0.3% (16/4 838)-1.9% (47/2 506), 0.4% (18/4 838) -2.4% (51/2 124), and 2.1% (88/4 135) -4.4% (214/4 838) in AGA groups, and 0 (0/296) -1.0% (2/199), 0 (0/341) -1.6% (3/186) and 1.0% (2/199) -2.6% (9/341) in LGA group, whereas 7.6% (25/330) -16.8% (28/167), 5.2% (17/330)-10.6%(32/303) and 3.9% (3/77) -12.6% (21/167) in SGA group. In addition, the monthly growth of weight and height of preterm infants in all the 3 groups decreased with the increasing age, and the monthly weight gain. The length increment was 4.0 cm/month during corrected 0-2 month of age and 2.4 cm/month during corrected 2-5 month of age in the SGA preterm infants. Conclusions: Most of the preterm infants could have an appropriate catch-up growth, but the growth and development in the SGA preterm infants lags behind that of their AGA and LGA peers. The physical growth of SGA premature infants should be paid more attention to, to timely correct the growth deviations.

Abstract
Objective: To examine the prevalence and trend of tobacco and e-cigarettes uses and identify the influencing factors for smoking behavior in junior middle school students in Shanghai, and provide data support and scientific basis for the development of tobacco control intervention strategy in adolescents. Methods: Multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to select junior middle school students in 8 districts and 10 districts in Shanghai in 2013 and in 2019 respectively. Information about tobacco and e-cigarettes uses in the students were collected by using self-administrated questionnaire. The prevalence of tobacco and e-cigarettes uses were calculated, the difference between two years was compared with χ2 test. The influencing factors were identified by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results: In 2019, the current smoking rate was 0.6% in junior middle school students in Shanghai, and the smoking attempt rate was 2.9%, both were lower than the levels in 2013 (0.7% and 6.9%). The current use rate of e-cigarettes was 0.6% in 2019,with no significant change compared with 2013 (0.6%). The proportion of the students who had heard of e-cigarettes in 2019 (78.4%) was higher than that in 2013 (47.2%). In 2019, the second-hand smoke (SHS) exposure rate at home, in both indoor and outdoor public places and on public transportations was 72.5%, which was slightly lower than the level in 2013 (73.0%), the differences were all significant (P<0.05). In 2019, the students seeing close friend smoking (OR=27.381, 95%CI: 12.037-62.287), seeing someone smoking in school (OR=2.477, 95%CI: 1.155-5.312), believing that SHS may not be harmful (OR=8.471, 95%CI: 1.464-49.005) had higher possibility of smoking. Being aged ≥15 years (compared with being aged ≤12 years, OR=8.688, 95%CI: 1.922-39.266), exposure to SHS in outdoor public place (OR=8.608, 95%CI: 1.048-70.692), close friend smoking (OR=8.115, 95%CI: 1.754-37.545) were positively associated with e-cigarettes use, and believing that smoking results in uncomfortable social contact [compared with believing that smoking results in comfortable social contact (OR=0.105,95%CI: 0.018-0.615)] were negatively associated with e-cigarettes use, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The prevalence of tobacco and e-cigarette uses in junior middle school students in Shanghai remained at a low level in recent years. The SHS exposure rate in junior middle school students is high. Smoking behavior of junior middle school students is closely related to personal attitude and awareness of tobacco, exposure to SHS, peer smoking and the situation of tobacco control in schools. Prevention and intervention should be carried out from multi-dimensions to effectively protect teenagers from tobacco hazards.

Abstract
The STAR Collaboration reports measurements of back-to-back azimuthal correlations of di-π^{0}s produced at forward pseudorapidities (2.6<η<4.0) in p+p, p+Al, and p+Au collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 200 GeV. We observe a clear suppression of the correlated yields of back-to-back π^{0} pairs in p+Al and p+Au collisions compared to the p+p data. The observed suppression of back-to-back pairs as a function of transverse momentum suggests nonlinear gluon dynamics arising at high parton densities. The larger suppression found in p+Au relative to p+Al collisions exhibits a dependence of the saturation scale Q_{s}^{2} on the mass number A. A linear scaling of the suppression with A^{1/3} is observed with a slope of -0.09±0.01.

Abstract
We performed a systematic review and meta-analysis to identify, classify and evaluate the body of evidence on novel wearable and contactless devices that measure heart rate, respiratory rate and oxygen saturations in the clinical setting. We included any studies of hospital inpatients, including sleep study clinics. Eighty-four studies were included in the final review. There were 56 studies of wearable devices and 29 of contactless devices. One study assessed both types of device. A high risk of patient selection and rater bias was present in proportionally more studies assessing contactless devices compared with studies assessing wearable devices (p = 0.023 and p < 0.0001, respectively). There was high but equivalent likelihood of blinding bias between the two types of studies (p = 0.076). Wearable device studies were commercially available devices validated in acute clinical settings by clinical staff and had more real-time data analysis (p = 0.04). Contactless devices were more experimental, and data were analysed post-hoc. Pooled estimates of mean (95%CI) heart rate and respiratory rate bias in wearable devices were 1.25 (-0.31-2.82) beats.min-1 (pooled 95% limits of agreement -9.36-10.08) and 0.68 (0.05-1.32) breaths.min-1 (pooled 95% limits of agreement -5.65-6.85). The pooled estimate for mean (95%CI) heart rate and respiratory rate bias in contactless devices was 2.18 (3.31-7.66) beats.min-1 (pooled limits of agreement -6.71-10.88) and 0.30 (-0.26-0.87) breaths.min-1 (pooled 95% limits of agreement -3.94-4.29). Only two studies of wearable devices measured Sp O2 ; these reported mean measurement biases of 3.54% (limits of agreement -5.65-11.45%) and 2.9% (-7.4-1.7%). Heterogeneity was observed across studies, but absent when devices were grouped by measurement modality and reference standard. We conclude that, while studies of wearable devices were of slightly better quality than contactless devices, in general all studies of novel devices were of low quality, with small (< 100) patient datasets, typically not blinded and often using inappropriate statistical techniques. Both types of devices were statistically equivalent in accuracy and precision, but wearable devices demonstrated less measurement bias and more precision at extreme vital signs. The statistical variability in precision and accuracy between studies is partially explained by differences in reference standards.

Abstract
The phase diagram of the kagome metal family AV_{3}Sb_{5} (A=K, Rb, Cs) features both superconductivity and charge density wave (CDW) instabilities, which have generated tremendous recent attention. Nonetheless, significant questions remain. In particular, the temperature evolution and demise of the CDW state has not been extensively studied, and little is known about the coexistence of the CDW with superconductivity at low temperatures. We report an x-ray scattering study of CsV_{3}Sb_{5} over a broad range of temperatures from 300 to ∼2 K, below the onset of its superconductivity at T_{c}∼2.9 K. Order parameter measurements of the 2×2×2 CDW structure show an unusual and extended linear temperature dependence onsetting at T^{*}∼160 K, much higher than the susceptibility anomaly associated with CDW order at T_{CDW}=94 K. This implies strong CDW fluctuations exist to ∼1.7×T_{CDW}. The CDW order parameter is observed to be constant from T=16 to 2 K, implying that the CDW and superconducting order coexist below T_{c}, and, at ambient pressure, any possible competition between the two order parameters is manifested at temperatures well below T_{c}, if at all. Anomalies in the temperature dependence in the lattice parameters coincide with T_{CDW} for c(T) and with T^{*} for a(T).

Abstract
Background Several previous studies have indicated that the triglyceride-glucose index (TyG) index is associated with carotid atherosclerosis (CA); however, the evidence of the association is limited and inconsistent, which may result from small sample sizes or differences in study populations. Therefore, we examined the relation between the TyG index and CA in a large general population of Chinese middle-aged and elderly population. Methods A total of 59,123 middle-aged and elderly participants were enrolled. The TyG index was calculated as ln[fasting triglycerides (mg/dL)×fasting glucose (mg/dL)/2]. Logistic regression models were used to analyze the relationship between the TyG index as continuous variables and quartiles and CA. The relationships between the TyG index and CA according to sex, age groups, blood pressure groups and body mass index groups were also assessed. Results The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the TyG index was significantly associated with the prevalence of CA (OR: 1.48; 95% CI 1.39–1.56), carotid intima-media thickness (CMT) (1.55; 1.45–1.67), plaques (1.38; 1.30–1.47) and stenosis severity (> 50%) (1.33; 1.14–1.56). Compared with the quartile 1, quartile 4 was significantly associated with a higher prevalence of CA (1.59; 1.45–1.75), CMT (1.93; 1.82–2.18), plaques (1.36; 1.22–1.51) and stenosis severity (> 50%) (1.56; 1.20–2.04). Subgroup analyses showed significant associations between the continuous TyG index and the prevalence of CA, CMT, plaques and stenosis severity (> 50%) according to sex, with a higher prevalence of CA, CMT, and plaques among males, while a higher prevalence of stenosis severity in females (> 50%). For participants aged < 60 years old and with hypertension, the relationship between the TyG index and stenosis severity (> 50%) was not observed (1.47; 0.97–2.22 and 1.13; 0.91–1.41). For body mass index (BMI), the association was just observed among overweight participants (1.48; 1.17–1.86). In addition, similar results were also observed when the TyG index was used as a categorical variable. Conclusions There is a positive association between the TyG index and CA. The association is higher in males and middle-aged individuals than those in females and elderly individuals. Besides, the relationship is stronger among individuals with normal blood pressure and underweight subjects.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical, pathologic and radiologic features and molecular alterations in patients with primary cardiac leiomyosarcoma (PCLMS). Methods: Five cases of PCLMS were collected in Beijing Anzhen Hospital from January 2016 to December 2020. The clinical, pathologic and radiologic data, and molecular alterations were analyzed, and the patients were followed up. Results: All five patients were female, and had no history of leiomyosarcoma in other parts of the body. The age of patients ranged from 37 to 62 years (median 47 years). The main clinical symptoms were chest pain and dyspnea, one also presented with palpitation and lower limb weakness and one with dizziness. Two tumors were located in the left atrium, two in the right atrium, and one in the right ventricle, and they maximal diameter ranged from 2.5 to 14.0 cm (mean 6.2 cm). The neoplasms presented as medium-echo masses with a broad base in the echocardiography, and as a low-density, solid mass when detected by contrast-enhanced CT. Histologically, two tumors were well-differentiated and three were moderately and poorly differentiated, and two included extensive, loose myxoid stroma. Immunohistochemical staining showed that PCLMS was positive for SMA, desmin, MDM2, and epidermal growth factor receptor. Fluorescence in situ hybridization showed ALK gene rearrangement in two cases, and COL1A1-PDGFB fusion in three cases. All cases received surgical excision and two cases received chemotherapy. Three patients died within 0-11 months (mean survival of 7.7 months) and two patients were alive. Conclusions: PCLMS is a malignant tumor with a high recurrence rate and poor prognosis. These cases may provide useful information to improve the diagnosis and management of PCLMS.

Abstract
To explore prognostic factors in intermediate-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients with minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity (MRD<0.1%,MRD-)receiving autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (auto-HSCT).A total of 59 intermediate-risk AML patients with MRD-were treated with auto-HSCT from January 2015 to September 2021 at Affiliated People's Hospital of Ningbo University. The clinical data and laboratory results were collected retrospectively. Efficacy, clinical outcome and prognostic factors were analyzed. Univariate analysis was conducted by using log-rank test, the multivariate analysis by Cox proportional risk model.Among 59 patients, there were 27 males and 32 females with median age of 55 (31-69) years old.The median follow-up was 761(317-1 861)days. The 2-year overall survival (OS) rate and event-free survival (EFS) rate were 76.1%±11.4% and 73.4%±11.6% respectively.The univariate analysis showed that age older than 50 years, TET2 gene mutation (TET2+), achieving MRD negativity over 30 days (MRD30+) were unfavorable factors of OS (χ2=6.20, 33.20, 7.18;P=0.013,<0.001, 0.007). TET2+, WT1 gene mutation (WT1+), CD34+cells<2×106/kg, MRD30+were negative factors of EFS (χ2=17.29, 4.47, 3.94, 9.393;P<0.001, 0.035, 0.047, 0.002).Multivariate analysis showed that MRD30+, TET2+ were independent prognostic factors of OS and EFS (OS:HR=9.251, 25.839, P=0.036, 0.001;EFS:HR=5.851, 9.199, P=0.043, 0.002). Intermediate-risk AML patients with MRD30+or TET2+ have very poor prognosis after auto-HSCT. Alternative regimens should be investigated.

Abstract
BackgroundClinical and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) disease activity score (DAS) are measuring different aspects of axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA), they are essential in disease activity assessment. The radiomics was on facilitating readings by clinical specialists via enhancing the medical images in which subtle data differences could be distinguished.ObjectivesIf the additional information of MRI imaging can be considered as a predictor for axSpA disease activity? In this study, we sought to construct a nomogram integrating the sacroiliac joint (SIJ)- MRI radiomics features and the inflammatory biomarkers to assess disease activity and compare it with clinical disease acitivity index in axSpA patients.Methods203 patients data were collected prospectively and confirmed as axSpA were randomly divided into training (n = 143) and validation cohorts (n = 60). 1316 radiomics features were extracted from the 3.0T SIJ-MRI. The performance of clinics, Rad-score and nomogram models were evaluated by ROC analysis, calibration curve and decision curve analysis (DCA), and compared with the disease activity index(Ankylosing Spondylitis DAS (ASDAS)-C reactive protein (CRP), ASDAS-erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI)) and Spondyloarthritis Research Consortium of Canada (SPARCC) MRI scoring system.ResultsThe Rad-score allowed a good discrimination in the training (AUC, 0.91; 95% CI, 0.85-0.96) and the validation cohort (AUC, 0.84; 95% CI, 0.73-0.96). The CRP-radiomics nomogram model also showed favorable discrimination in the training (AUC, 0.96; 95% CI, 0.93-0.99) and the validation cohort (AUC, 0.89; 95% CI, 0.80-0.98), better than BASDAI(AUC, 0.58), ASDAS-CRP(AUC, 0.72), ASDAS-ESR(AUC, 0.77), ESR(AUC, 0.72), CRP(AUC, 0.77) and BASFI(AUC, 0.73), had no statistical difference with SPARCC(AUC, 0.87). Calibration curves and DCA demonstrated the nomogram fit well (p > 0.05) and was useful for activity evaluation.ConclusionRad-score showed good discriminative ability to assess disease activity in axSpA. Abstract
BackgroundBone marrow oedema (BMO) of the sacroiliac joints (SIJs) is evaluated to diagnose, classify and monitor disease activity in patients with axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA). Available quantitative methodologies rely on human visual assessment, and errors can’t be completely avoided. Radiomics can extract and select discriminative and quantified features from regions of interest (ROIs), making a more accurate and objective description of BMO.ObjectivesTo develop a more objective and efficient method based on radiomics to evaluate BMO of the SIJs by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in patients with axSpA in comparison with Spondyloarthritis Research Consortium of Canada (SPARCC) scoring system.MethodsFrom September 2013 to July 2021, 523 patients with axSpA underwent 3.0T SIJ-MRI were included, who were randomly classified as training cohort(n=367) and validation cohort(n=156). The optimal radiomics features, selected from the 3.0T SIJ-MRI in the training cohort, were included to build the radiomics model. Four clinical risk predictors were adopted to build the clinical model. The performance of the clinical and radiomics models was evaluated by ROC analysis and decision curve analysis (DCA). Rad-scores were calculated by the radiomics model and SPARCC scores were performed to quantify the BMO of SIJs. We also assessed the correlation between Rad-score and SPARCC score.ResultsThe radiomics model, built by 15 optimal features, showed favorable discrimination about SPARCC score <2 or ≥2 both in the training (AUC, 0.91; 95% CI: 0.88-0.94) and the validation cohort (AUC, 0.89; 95% CI, 0.84-0.94). DCA confirmed that the radiomics model was clinically useful. Furthermore, Rad-score has significant correlation with SPARCC score for scoring the status of BMO (rs=0.78, P< 0.001), and moderation correlation for scoring the change (r=0.40, P=0.005).ConclusionThe radiomics can accurately assess the BMO of the SIJs in axSpA, providing an alternative to SPARCC scoring system. Abstract
OBJECTIVE To examine the reasons behind Australian oral health therapists (OHTs) pursuing different career pathways. BASIC RESEARCH DESIGN Qualitative study with thematic analysis within an inductive realist approach. METHODS A convenience sample of OHTs completed semi-structured interviews on Zoom. Participants discussed their experiences working as OHTs and commented on the future directions for the profession in Australia. RESULTS Participants (n=21) chose clinical practice due to excellent job availability, good remuneration, and the opportunity to use their knowledge. Many indicated that non-clinical careers helped relieve the stress and fatigue of clinical practice. Some also enjoyed the variety that non-clinical jobs brought and viewed them as a means to advance their career. Participants indicated the need to better communicate the professional role and scope of practice of the OHT profession to other healthcare providers such as dentists and the general public. Some viewed independent practice as a way to serve the community. Others did not feel that they had the knowledge and skills to do so. CONCLUSION These findings may help individual OHTs in career decision-making. OHTs could assume a major role in addressing oral healthcare inequality in Australia.

Abstract
We report cumulants of the proton multiplicity distribution from dedicated fixed-target Au+Au collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=3.0 GeV, measured by the STAR experiment in the kinematic acceptance of rapidity (y) and transverse momentum (p_{T}) within -0.5<y<0 and 0.4<p_{T}<2.0 GeV/c. In the most central 0%-5% collisions, a proton cumulant ratio is measured to be C_{4}/C_{2}=-0.85±0.09 (stat)±0.82 (syst), which is 2σ below the Poisson baseline with respect to both the statistical and systematic uncertainties. The hadronic transport UrQMD model reproduces our C_{4}/C_{2} in the measured acceptance. Compared to higher energy results and the transport model calculations, the suppression in C_{4}/C_{2} is consistent with fluctuations driven by baryon number conservation and indicates an energy regime dominated by hadronic interactions. These data imply that the QCD critical region, if created in heavy-ion collisions, could only exist at energies higher than 3 GeV.

Abstract
We report precision measurements of hypernuclei _{Λ}^{3}H and _{Λ}^{4}H lifetimes obtained from Au+Au collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=3.0 GeV and 7.2 GeV collected by the STAR experiment at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider, and the first measurement of _{Λ}^{3}H and _{Λ}^{4}H midrapidity yields in Au+Au collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=3.0 GeV. _{Λ}^{3}H and _{Λ}^{4}H, being the two simplest bound states composed of hyperons and nucleons, are cornerstones in the field of hypernuclear physics. Their lifetimes are measured to be 221±15(stat)±19(syst) ps for _{Λ}^{3}H and 218±6(stat)±13(syst) ps for _{Λ}^{4}H. The p_{T}-integrated yields of _{Λ}^{3}H and _{Λ}^{4}H are presented in different centrality and rapidity intervals. It is observed that the shape of the rapidity distribution of _{Λ}^{4}H is different for 0%-10% and 10%-50% centrality collisions. Thermal model calculations, using the canonical ensemble for strangeness, describes the _{Λ}^{3}H yield well, while underestimating the _{Λ}^{4}H yield. Transport models, combining baryonic mean-field and coalescence (jam) or utilizing dynamical cluster formation via baryonic interactions (phqmd) for light nuclei and hypernuclei production, approximately describe the measured _{Λ}^{3}H and _{Λ}^{4}H yields. Our measurements provide means to precisely assess our understanding of the fundamental baryonic interactions with strange quarks, which can impact our understanding of more complicated systems involving hyperons, such as the interior of neutron stars or exotic hypernuclei.

Abstract
Despite their crucial role in health and disease, our knowledge of immune cells within human tissues remains limited. We surveyed the immune compartment of 16 tissues from 12 adult donors by single-cell RNA sequencing and VDJ sequencing generating a dataset of ~360,000 cells. To systematically resolve immune cell heterogeneity across tissues, we developed CellTypist, a machine learning tool for rapid and precise cell type annotation. Using this approach, combined with detailed curation, we determined the tissue distribution of finely phenotyped immune cell types, revealing hitherto unappreciated tissue-specific features and clonal architecture of T and B cells. Our multitissue approach lays the foundation for identifying highly resolved immune cell types by leveraging a common reference dataset, tissue-integrated expression analysis, and antigen receptor sequencing.

Abstract
PURPOSE To explore the underlying risk factors and to prevent misdiagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) coexisted with vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia (VaIN). METHODS Clinical data of patients pathologically diagnosed with CIN were collected from January 2017 to December 2018. A total of 446 cases were analyzed, including 406 cases of single lesions ('CIN single' group) and 40 cases complicated with VAIN ('VAIN concurrent' group). RESULTS The median age of the VAIN concurrent group was 53 years (46.25-59 years), and the median age of the CIN single group was 44 years (36-50 years). Regarding menopausal status, there were 28 cases (70.0%) in the VAIN concurrent group and 89 cases (21.9%) in the CIN single group (P < 0.005). The median load of high-risk human papillomavirus (Hr-HPV) in the VAIN concurrent and CIN single group was 923.4 relative light units/cutoff (RLU/CO) (145-2172.2 RLU/CO) and 229.155 RLU/CO (18.615-638.1275 RLU/CO), respectively (P = 0.037). The results revealed that the menopausal status was an independent risk factor for VAIN occurrence in CIN patients. The risk of VAIN in menopausal patients was higher than that in non-menopausal CIN patients (OR = 8.311, 95% CI 4.062-17.005). Age and HPV load were also related to the concurrence of VAIN and CIN. CONCLUSION Examinations regarding vaginal screening are of great importance in the diagnosis of perimenopausal and postmenopausal CIN patients, especially patients with Hr-HPV load. Colposcopy and tissue biopsy should also be performed, when necessary, to avoid misdiagnosis and the appearance of vaginal lesions.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES The bidirectional association between osteoarthritis (OA) and urate levels and gout, though well-documented, is inconclusive. This Mendelian randomization (MR) study aims to examine the bidirectional causality between OA and urate levels as well as gout. METHODS We used summary statistics data for serum urate levels from 288,649 CKDGen participants and gout from 69,374 Global Urate Genetics Consortium participants. The summary statistics data for OA were obtained from genome-wide association studies including up to 826,690 participants of mainly European ancestry. MR was performed using established analytical methods including the Wald ratio, inverse variance weighted (IVW), weighted median (WM) and MR-Egger. RESULTS Genetically determined urate levels [IVW odds ratio (OR) = 0.99, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 0.96, 1.02, P = 0.484] and gout (Wald ratio OR = 1.00, 95% CI = 0.98, 1.02, P = 0.908) were not associated with the risk of total OA. In site-specific OA analyses, there was no causal effect of urate levels on knee, hip, spine, thumb and hand OA, and no evidence was provided that gout increased the risk of OA at any site. In the reverse MR analyses, we found no causal effect of total OA on urate levels (IVW Beta = -0.011, 95% CI = -0.095, 0.074, P = 0.807) or gout (IVW OR = 1.05, 95% CI = 0.66, 1.68, P = 0.839). A null effect of site-specific OA was also observed. CONCLUSION Our MR study supports no bidirectional causal effect of urate levels and gout on total and site-specific OA.

Abstract
Understanding gluon density distributions and how they are modified in nuclei are among the most important goals in nuclear physics. In recent years, diffractive vector meson production measured in ultraperipheral collisions (UPCs) at heavy-ion colliders has provided a new tool for probing the gluon density. In this Letter, we report the first measurement of J/ψ photoproduction off the deuteron in UPCs at the center-of-mass energy sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV in d+Au collisions. The differential cross section as a function of momentum transfer -t is measured. In addition, data with a neutron tagged in the deuteron-going zero-degree calorimeter is investigated for the first time, which is found to be consistent with the expectation of incoherent diffractive scattering at low momentum transfer. Theoretical predictions based on the color glass condensate saturation model and the leading twist approximation nuclear shadowing model are compared with the data quantitatively. A better agreement with the saturation model has been observed. With the current measurement, the results are found to be directly sensitive to the gluon density distribution of the deuteron and the deuteron breakup process, which provides insights into the nuclear gluonic structure.

Abstract
Objective: To examine the associations between plasma n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in the second trimester and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) among Chinese pregnant women. Methods: Based on data from the Tongji-Shuangliu Birth Cohort enrolled from 2017 to 2019 in the Shuangliu Maternal and Child Health Hospital, it conducted a case-control study among 269 GDM cases who were diagnosed by 75 g oral glucose tolerance test, and 538 non-GDM controls matched at a 1∶2 ratio on maternal age and gestational weeks. The age range of the 807 women was 18-40 years. Fasting plasma n-3 PUFAs were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in the second trimester (24-28 weeks). Participants were categorized into quartiles (Q1-Q4) of plasma n-3 PUFAs based on distributions in the control group. Conditional logistic regression models were applied to estimate the associations between plasma n-3 PUFAs and GDM. Results: The median (interquartile) relative concentrations of plasma n-3 PUFA C22∶5n-3 was significantly lower in women with GDM 0.87 (0.72, 1.07) compared with women without GDM 0.94 (0.75, 1.19)(P=0.001). Plasma n-3 PUFA C22∶5n-3 was inversely associated with GDM, with an OR (95%CI) of 0.75 (0.62-0.90) for each SD increase of relative concentration. Compared with the Q1 group, the OR values and 95%CIs of Q2, Q3, and Q4 groups were 0.97 (0.62-1.51), 0.72 (0.45-1.15), and 0.54 (0.32-0.90), respectively (Ptrend<0.05). However, there were no significant associations of C18∶3n-3, C20∶5n-3, C22∶6n-3, and total n-3 PUFAs with GDM. Conclusion: Plasma n-3 PUFA C22∶5n-3 was inversely associated with GDM during the second trimester.

Abstract
The micronucleomics test can comprehensively display a variety of harmful endpoints, such as DNA damage and repair, chromosome breakage or loss and cell growth inhibition, with fast, simple and economical feature. Micronucleomics is not only widely used in the comprehensive assessment of the types and modes of genetic action of exogenous chemicals (such as drugs, food additives, cosmetics, environmental pollutants, etc.), but also plays an important role in the screening and risk assessment of cancer population at high risk. However, the traditional micronucleomics image counting method has the characteristics of time-consuming, low accuracy, and high cost, which cannot meet the current analysis requirements of large-scale, multi-index, rapidity, high precision and visualization. In recent years, with the rapid development of the era of precision medicine based on big data, visualized analysis of new micronucleomics based on machine learning and detection strategies based on deep learning have shown a good application prospect. This review, based on the application value of micronucleomics, systematically compares the traditional and new artificial intelligence counting of micronucleus images, and discusses the future direction of micronucleus image detection.

Abstract
The chiral magnetic effect (CME) refers to charge separation along a strong magnetic field due to imbalanced chirality of quarks in local parity and charge-parity violating domains in quantum chromodynamics. The experimental measurement of the charge separation is made difficult by the presence of a major background from elliptic azimuthal anisotropy. This background and the CME signal have different sensitivities to the spectator and participant planes, and could thus be determined by measurements with respect to these planes. We report such measurements in Au+Au collisions at a nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass energy of 200 GeV at the Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collider. It is found that the charge separation, with the flow background removed, is consistent with zero in peripheral (large impact parameter) collisions. Some indication of finite CME signals is seen in midcentral (intermediate impact parameter) collisions. Significant residual background effects may, however, still be present.

Abstract
The association between polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) exposure and hearing loss is rarely assessed. We aimed to evaluate the relationship of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) exposure and hearing loss among US adults and adolescents, and to explore the mediating role of systemic inflammation in the associations. Participants from the National health and Nutrition Examination Surveys (NHANES, 2001-2016) were included. Multiple logistic regression models were used to explore the associations between PAH metabolites and hearing loss. A total of 4200 adults and 1337 adolescents were included in the present analysis. For adults, we found positive association between urinary PAH metabolites and hearing loss, including total, speech-frequency and high-frequency hearing loss. The odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for each one-unit increase in the log-transformed level of 3-Hydroxyfluorene (3-OHFlu), 2-Hydroxyfluorene (2-OHFlu) and 2 & 3-Hydroxyphenanthrene (2&3-OHPh) with total hearing loss were 1.17 (1.04-1.31), 1.24 (1.07-1.43), and 1.18 (1.03-1.37), respectively. For adolescents, urinary PAH metabolites were positively associated with total and speech-frequency hearing loss, not with high-frequency. The ORs and 95% CIs for each one-unit increase in the log-transformed level of 3-OHFlu, 2-OHFlu and total urinary PAH metabolites with total hearing loss were 1.34 (1.06-1.68), 1.48 (1.13-1.93), and 1.33 (1.04-1.72), respectively. Each one-unit increase in the log-transformed level 2-OHFlu (β = 0.112, 95%CI = 0.018-0.206) and 2&3-OHPh (β = 0.145, 95%CI = 0.037-0.253) were positively associated with C-reactive protein (CRP) among adolescents, but not among adults. No mediating effect for CRP on the association of urinary PAH metabolites with hearing loss was found (all P > 0.05). 3-OHFlu and 2-OHFlu are associated with increased prevalence of hearing loss among adults and adolescents. Systemic inflammation does not mediate the associations. Further studies should be conducted to verify the results.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Several commercial and academic autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) products targeting CD19 have been approved in Europe for relapsed/refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, high-grade B-cell lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma. Products for other diseases such as multiple myeloma and follicular lymphoma are likely to be approved by the European Medicines Agency in the near future. DESIGN The European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT)-Joint Accreditation Committee of ISCT and EBMT (JACIE) and the European Haematology Association collaborated to draft best practice recommendations based on the current literature to support health care professionals in delivering consistent, high-quality care in this rapidly moving field. RESULTS Thirty-six CAR-T experts (medical, nursing, pharmacy/laboratory) assembled to draft recommendations to cover all aspects of CAR-T patient care and supply chain management, from patient selection to long-term follow-up, post-authorisation safety surveillance and regulatory issues. CONCLUSIONS We provide practical, clinically relevant recommendations on the use of these high-cost, logistically complex therapies for haematologists/oncologists, nurses and other stakeholders including pharmacists and health sector administrators involved in the delivery of CAR-T in the clinic.

Abstract
Background Coronary artery perforation is a rare but potentially lethal complication of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with an associated mortality of 7–17%. We report the case of coronary artery perforation complicating Absorb bioresorbable vascular scaffold (BVS) implantation and the associated technical challenges with managing this life-threatening complication. Case report A 46-year-old male was referred to our institution and underwent PCI with an Absorb bioabsorbable vascular scaffold (BVS) to a proximal LAD long segment bifurcation lesion. Following pre-dilation and deployment of the 3.5 × 28 mm Absorb BVS, high pressure post-dilation of the distal scaffold was complicated by a large, Ellis type III coronary perforation with no flow to the distal LAD beyond the rupture, and associated with a large pericardial effusion confirmed on bedside transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE). The insult was temporised with prolonged balloon inflation within the Absorb BVS immediately proximal to the site of perforation, permitting urgent insertion of a pericardial drain. After deflation of the balloon, a 3.0 × 21 mm BeGraft covered stent was deployed across the perforation, restoring normal LAD flow and abolishing the perforation. Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation was not required and the patient remained conscious throughout the procedure. TTE demonstrated normal left ventricular function and the patient was discharged 3 days later. Repeat angiography at 3 months showed patent stents with TIMI III flow, and optical coherence tomography (OCT) showed good expansion and apposition of the proximal Absorb BVS and BeGraft. The patient has remained well 4 years after PCI with no major cardiovascular events. Conclusion The utility of bioresorbable scaffold technology remains controversial although meticulous implantation techniques are associated with improved clinical outcomes. Adoption of the Pre-dilatation, Sizing and Post-dilatation (‘PSP’) method of BVS implantation with routine aggressive vessel preparation and scaffold optimization however may contribute to a higher risk of vessel perforation. The case emphasises the importance of accurate sizing of the vessel with intracoronary imaging and demonstrates the value of newer generation covered stents with single-layer design and slimmer crossing profile producing improved deliverability and procedural success. Abstract
Objective: To compare the short-term and long-term outcomes between robotic-assisted and laparoscopic-assisted radical right hemicolectomy in patients with adenocarcinoma of the right colon. Methods: Retrospective review of a prospectively collected database identified 288 right colon cancer patients who underwent either robotic-assisted (n=57) or laparoscopic-assisted right hemicolectomy (n=231) between October 2014 and October 2020 at Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University. There were 161 males and 127 females, aging (60.3±12.8) years (range: 17 to 86 years). After propensity score matching as 1∶4 between robotic-assisted and laparoscopic-assisted right hemicolectomy, there were 56 cases in robotic group and 176 cases in laparoscipic group. Perioperative outcomes and overall survival were compared between the two groups using t test, Wilcoxon rank sum test, χ2 test, Fisher exact test, Kaplan-Meier method and Log-rank test, respectively. Results: The total operative time was similar between the robotic and laparoscopic group ((206.9±60.7) minutes vs. (219.9±56.3) minutes, t=-1.477, P=0.141). Intraoperative bleeding was less in the robotic group (50 (20) ml vs. 50 (50) ml, Z=-4.591, P<0.01), while the number of lymph nodes retrieved was significantly higher (36.0±10.0 vs. 29.0±10.1, t=4.491, P<0.01). Patients in robotic group experienced significantly shorter hospital stay, shorter time to first flatus, and defecation (t: -2.888, -2.946, -2.328, all P<0.05). Moreover, the overall peri-operative complication rate was similar between robotic and laparoscopic group (17.9% vs. 22.7%, χ²=0.596,P=0.465). The 3-year overall survival were 92.9% and 87.9% respectively and the 3-year disease-free survival rates were 83.1% and 82.6% with no statistical significance between the robotic and laparoscopic group (P>0.05). Conclusions: Compared to laparoscopic-assisted right hemicolectomy, robot-assisted right hemicolectomy could improve some short-term clinical outcomes. The two procedures are both achieving comparable survival.
