Abstract
BACKGROUND Gastro-tracheal fistula (GTF) is one of the most serious complications after esophagogastrostomy and radiotherapy, with very high disability and mortality rates. To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ventricular septal occluder devices (VSOD) for the treatment of Gastro-tracheal fistula (GTF). METHODS From January 2020 to May 2022, 14 patients with GTF underwent VSOD under real-time fluoroscopy. The technical success, complications, quality of life (QoL), Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) score, Karnofsky score, and median overall survival (mOS) were recorded and analyzed. RESULTS Technical success, and major complication rates were 71.4%, and 14.3%, respectively. Both the ECOG and the Karnofsky score showed significant improvement at the 2-month evaluation compared with the pretreatment value (p<0.05). For QoL, general health, physical function, vitality, role physical, and social function all improved at the 2-month evaluation (p<0.05), but bodily pain, role emotion, and mental health showed no significant difference (P>0.05). During the mean follow-up of 9.6 months, eight patients were alive, and the mOS was 11.4 months (95% CI, 8.5-14.3). CONCLUSIONS VSOD is a simple and safe technique for GTF treatment, but long-term observation is needed at multiple centers to confirm our findings.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Clopidogrel resistance (CR) is associated with adverse clinical outcomes in acute ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA) patients. However, whether CR affects the long-term clinical prognosis remains to be clarified. The ABCD-GENE score is a novel risk model that identifies CR in cardiovascular disease patients; its diagnostic ability and application in ischemic stroke or TIA remain to be studied. This study aimed to investigate the diagnostic ability of the ABCD-GENE score for CR and analyze the relationship between CR and long-term clinical prognosis in patients with ischemic stroke or TIA. METHODS From January 2018 to January 2021, 251 ischemic stroke or TIA patients who were treated with clopidogrel for more than three months after onset and maintained the medication until the follow-up time were enrolled, and platelet reactivity was detected by thromboelastography. CYP2C19 gene analysis was performed. Adverse clinical outcomes were recorded from 3months after onset. The median follow-up time was 878days. RESULTS The prevalence of CR was 33.9%. The proportion of CYP2C19 loss-of-function carriers was 62.2%. The ABCD-GENE score≥10 was independently associated with CR (OR=1.82, 95% CI: 1.02-3.24, P=0.041), and the C-statistic value of the score (as a binary and integer variable) on CR was 0.58 and 0.63, respectively. The risk of long-term adverse clinical outcomes was not significantly different between CR and clopidogrel sensitive groups (12.94% vs. 11.44%, HR=1.22, 95% CI: 0.57-2.62, P=0.603). A similar result was observed between ABCD-GENE score≥10 and ABCD-GENE score<10 groups (10.38% vs. 12.64%, HR=1.19, 95% CI: 0.55-2.60, P=0.666). CONCLUSIONS In ischemic stroke or TIA patients, the ABCD-GENE score could identify the risk of CR. CR was not associated with long-term adverse clinical outcomes.

Abstract
Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a common disease during pregnancy that has adverse effects on both the mother and fetus. There are currently rare researches on the effect of vitamin supplementation on GDM pregnant mother and their offspring on animal and cell levels systematically. This work supplemented the GDM pregnant mouse model with vitamin D and found that vitamin D can effectively alleviate the hyperglycemia in GDM pregnant mice, increase blood insulin and adiponectin concentrations, and improve GTT and ITT in pregnant mice. In addition, vitamin D can reduce the incidence of death and high birth weight of offspring caused by GDM. The offspring of GDM pregnant mice had higher blood glucose levels in the first 5 weeks after birth compared to the normal group, and then returned to normal levels. Vitamin D can alleviate abnormal glucose metabolism in newborn mice. The therapeutic effect exhibited by vitamin D may be due to their anti-inflammatory effects, as vitamin D supplementation significantly reduces the levels of TFN-?, MCP-1, IL-1? and IL-8 in the blood. Vitamin D also regulates liver lipid metabolism, resulting in a decrease in liver lipid accumulation and a decrease in blood triglycerides (TG) and cholesterol (CHO). The results of this study demonstrate that vitamin D supplementation can serve as an effective treatment strategy for alleviating GDM symptoms. Abstract
Objective: To analyze the detection of colorectal advanced neoplasms in the population who underwent colonoscopy screening in Henan Province as part of the Urban China Cancer Screening Program and its influencing factors. Methods: A cross-sectional study design was employed. Based on the Cancer Screening Program conducted in Henan Province, the study enrolled 7 454 urban residents who manifested no symptoms and were recruited from eight cities in the province, including Zhengzhou, Zhumadian, Anyang, Luoyang, Nanyang, Jiaozuo, Xinxiang, and Puyang from October 2013 to October 2019, and participated in colonoscopy screening. The χ2 test was used to compare the detection rates of colorectal advanced neoplasms among participants with different characteristics, and a multivariate logistic stepwise regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting the detection rates. Results: A total of 7 454 subjects underwent colonoscopy screening, and 112 cases of colorectal advanced neoplasms were detected. Multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that older age, smoking, higher meat intake, history of diabetes, and family history of colorectal cancer in a first-degree relative were risk factors for colorectal advanced neoplasms. The detection rate was significantly higher in people aged 60-74 years compared with those aged 40-49 years, with an odds ratio (OR) of 2.04 (95% CI: 1.23-3.38).The rates were higher in people who smoked than those who did not smoke, with an OR of 2.21 (95% CI: 1.48-3.31), and in people who consumed more meat than those who consumed less, with an OR of 1.53 (95% CI: 1.04-2.26). Those with diabetes had a higher detection rate compared with those without, with an OR of 1.69 (95% CI: 1.07-2.69), and those with a first-degree family history of colorectal cancer had a higher detection rate than those without, with an OR of 1.64 (95% CI: 1.09-2.46). Conclusion: The detection rate of colorectal advanced neoplasms through colonoscopy screening in Henan Province covered by the Urban China Cancer Screening Program is 1.50%. Older age, smoking, higher meat intake, history of diabetes, and family history of colorectal cancer in a first-degree relative are identified as risk factors for colorectal advanced neoplasms.

Abstract
Using data samples collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider at center-of-mass energies ranging from 3.80 to 4.95 GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 20 fb^{-1}, a measurement of Born cross sections for the e^{+}e^{-}→D^{0}D[over ¯]^{0} and D^{+}D^{-} processes is presented with unprecedented precision. Many clear peaks in the line shape of e^{+}e^{-}→D^{0}D[over ¯]^{0} and D^{+}D^{-} around the mass range of G(3900), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), Y(4260), and ψ(4415), etc., are foreseen. These results offer crucial experimental insights into the nature of hadron production in the open-charm region.

Abstract
A measurement is presented of a ratio observable that provides a measure of the azimuthal correlations among jets with large transverse momentum p T . This observable is measured in multijet events over the range ofp T = 360 - 3170 Ge V based on data collected by the CMS experiment in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 13Te V , corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 134fb - 1 . The results are compared with predictions from Monte Carlo parton-shower event generator simulations, as well as with fixed-order perturbative quantum chromodynamics (pQCD) predictions at next-to-leading-order (NLO) accuracy obtained with different parton distribution functions (PDFs) and corrected for nonperturbative and electroweak effects. Data and theory agree within uncertainties. From the comparison of the measured observable with the pQCD prediction obtained with the NNPDF3.1 NLO PDFs, the strong coupling at the Z boson mass scale isα S ( m Z ) = 0.1177 ± 0.0013 (exp) - 0.0073 + 0.0116 (theo) = 0 . 1177 - 0.0074 + 0.0117 , where the total uncertainty is dominated by the scale dependence of the fixed-order predictions. A test of the running of α S in theTe V region shows no deviation from the expected NLO pQCD behaviour.

Abstract
In acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), the promyelocytic leukemia-retinoic acid receptor alpha (PML/RARα) fusion protein destroys PML nuclear bodies (NBs), leading to the formation of microspeckles. However, our understanding, largely learned from morphological observations, lacks insight into the mechanisms behind PML/RARα-mediated microspeckle formation and its role in APL leukemogenesis. This study presents evidence uncovering liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS) as a key mechanism in the formation of PML/RARα-mediated microspeckles. This process is facilitated by the intrinsically disordered region containing a large portion of PML and a smaller segment of RARα. We demonstrate the coassembly of bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4) within PML/RARα-mediated condensates, differing from wild-type PML-formed NBs. In the absence of PML/RARα, PML NBs and BRD4 puncta exist as two independent phases, but the presence of PML/RARα disrupts PML NBs and redistributes PML and BRD4 into a distinct phase, forming PML/RARα-assembled microspeckles. Genome-wide profiling reveals a PML/RARα-induced BRD4 redistribution across the genome, with preferential binding to super-enhancers and broad-promoters (SEBPs). Mechanistically, BRD4 is recruited by PML/RARα into nuclear condensates, facilitating BRD4 chromatin binding to exert transcriptional activation essential for APL survival. Perturbing LLPS through chemical inhibition (1, 6-hexanediol) significantly reduces chromatin co-occupancy of PML/RARα and BRD4, attenuating their target gene activation. Finally, a series of experimental validations in primary APL patient samples confirm that PML/RARα forms microspeckles through condensates, recruits BRD4 to coassemble condensates, and co-occupies SEBP regions. Our findings elucidate the biophysical, pathological, and transcriptional dynamics of PML/RARα-assembled microspeckles, underscoring the importance of BRD4 in mediating transcriptional activation that enables PML/RARα to initiate APL.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of kuwanon G (KG) on proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of gastric cancer cells and the molecular mechanisms. METHODS The effects of KG on proliferation and growth of gastric cancer cells were assessed with CCK-8 assay and cell clone formation assay, by observing tumor formation on the back of nude mice and using immunohistochemical analysis of Ki-67. The effect of KG on cell apoptosis was analyzed using Annexin V-FITC/PI apoptosis detection kit, Western blotting and TUNEL staining. The effects of KG on cell migration and invasion were detected using Transwell migration and invasion assay and Western blotting for matrix metalloproteinase (MMP). The role of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (AKT)/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway in KG-mediated regulation of gastric cancer cell proliferation, migration, and invasion was verified by Western blotting and rescue assay. RESULTS KG significantly inhibited proliferation and reduced clone formation ability of gastric cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner (P < 0.05). KG treatment also increased apoptosis, enhanced the expressions of cleaved caspase-3 and Bax, down-regulated Bcl-2, lowered migration and invasion capacities and inhibited the expression of MMP2 and MMP9 in gastric cancer cells (P < 0.05). Mechanistic validation showed that KG inhibited the activation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway, and IGF-1, an activator of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway, reversed the effects of KG on proliferation, migration and invasion of gastric cancer cells (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION KG inhibits proliferation, migration and invasion and promotes apoptosis of gastric cancer cells at least in part by inhibiting the activation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the expression of SPAG5 in gastric cancer tissues and its regulatory roles in gastric cancer cell growth. METHODS TCGA analysis, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining were used to analyze the expression patterns of SPAG5 and MKi67 in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues. In gastric cancer AGS and MGC803 cells, the effects of lentivirus-mediated SPAG5 knockdown on cell growth and apoptosis were evaluated using Celigo, MTT, clone formation assays and flow cytometry. RESULTS Proteinatlas and TCGA database analysis suggested that SPAG5 was highly expressed in gastric cancer, and Kaplan-Meier analysis and GEPIA analysis showed high expressions of SPAG 5 in lung adenocarcinoma, breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic carcinoma, cervical cancer and bladder carcinoma. Immunohistochemistry revealed that SPAG5 was highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues (P < 0.001), and immunofluorescence colocalization analysis demonstrated a significant correlation between SPAG5 and MKI67 (R=0.393, P < 0.001). RT-qPCR and Western blotting showed that SPAG5 was highly expressed in MKN74, BGC823, MGC803, SGC7901 and AGS cells. In AGS and MGC803 cells, SPAG5 knockdown significantly inhibited proliferation and promoted apoptosis. CONCLUSIONS The expressions of SPAG5 and MKi67 are correlated in gastric cancer tissues, and SPAG5 knockdown inhibits the proliferation of gastric cancer cells. SPAG5 is associated with the prognosis of gastric cancer patients and may serve as a promising biomarker for gastric cancer.

Abstract
Energy correlators that describe energy-weighted distances between two or three particles in a hadronic jet are measured using an event sample of sqrt[s]=13 TeV proton-proton collisions collected by the CMS experiment and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 36.3 fb^{-1}. The measured distributions are consistent with the trends in the simulation that reveal two key features of the strong interaction: confinement and asymptotic freedom. By comparing the ratio of the measured three- and two-particle energy correlator distributions with theoretical calculations that resum collinear emissions at approximate next-to-next-to-leading-logarithmic accuracy matched to a next-to-leading-order calculation, the strong coupling is determined at the Z boson mass: α_{S}(m_{Z})=0.1229_{-0.0050}^{+0.0040}, the most precise α_{S}(m_{Z}) value obtained using jet substructure observables.

Abstract
The postharvest lifespan of horticultural products is closely related to loss of nutritional quality, accompanied by a rapid decline in shelf life, commercial value, and marketability. Melatonin (MT) application not only maintains quality but also delays senescence in horticultural products. This paper reviews biosynthesis and metabolism of endogenous MT, summarizes significant effects of exogenous MT application on postharvest horticultural products, examines regulatory mechanisms of MT-mediated effects, and provides an integrated review for understanding the positive role of MT in senescence delay and quality maintenance. As a multifunctional molecule, MT coordinates other signal molecules, such as ABA, ETH, JA, SA, NO, and Ca2+, to regulate postharvest ripening and senescence. Several metabolic pathways are involved in regulation of MT during postharvest senescence, including synthesis and signal transduction of plant hormones, redox homeostasis, energy metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, and degradation of pigment and cell wall components. Moreover, MT regulates expression of genes related to plant hormones, antioxidant systems, energy generation, fruit firmness and colour, membrane integrity, and carbohydrate storage. Consequently, MT could become an emerging and eco-friendly preservative to extend shelf life and maintain postharvest quality of horticultural products.

Abstract
On 9 October 2022, the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO) reported the observation of the very early TeV afterglow of the brightest-of-all-time gamma-ray burst 221009A, recording the highest photon statistics in the TeV band ever obtained from a gamma-ray burst. We use this unique observation to place stringent constraints on the energy dependence of the speed of light in vacuum, a manifestation of Lorentz invariance violation (LIV) predicted by some quantum gravity (QG) theories. Our results show that the 95% confidence level lower limits on the QG energy scales are E_{QG,1}>10 times the Planck energy E_{Pl} for the linear LIV effect, and E_{QG,2}>6×10^{-8}E_{Pl} for the quadratic LIV effect. Our limits on the quadratic LIV case improve previous best bounds by factors of 5-7.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate clinical outcomes and visual quality after femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (FS-LASIK) performed with the Q-value-guided optimized monocular vision protocol (Custom-Q) for correction of low-to-moderate myopia and compensation for age-related accommodation deficiency. Methods: A prospective study was performed based on patients with myopia and age-related accommodation deficiency, who underwent Custom-Q FS-LASIK in the Peking University Third Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023. Monocular and binocular distance, intermediate, and near visual acuities, simulated whole-course visual acuity (binocular defocus curve), objective and subjective refractions, anterior corneal Q factor, anterior corneal higher-order aberrations and a subjective questionnaire assessing near visual acuity and visual quality were evaluated at 3 months postoperatively. Visual acuity was recorded using the logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution. The data were analyzed using the t-test and the Wilcoxon rank-sum test. Results: A total of 45 patients (90 eyes) who met the inclusion criteria and completed the 3-month follow-up were included in the study. The mean age of the 21 men (42 eyes) and 24 women (48 eyes) was (42.82±2.72) years. During the 3-month follow-up, all the patients achieved binocular uncorrected distance visual acuity not less than 0.00 and uncorrected near visual acuity not less than 0.20. Defocus curves revealed better results at 3 months postoperatively [0.00 (-0.08, 0.00), -0.08 (-0.08, 0.00)] at intermediate and near vergence (-1.50 to -1.00 D) compared to the preoperative values [0.00 (-0.08, 0.05), -0.08 (-0.08, 0.00)] (P<0.05). All the 45 patients maintained 0.10 or better vision at the defocus range from -2.50 to 0.00 D. The Q value in the dominant eyes was more positive postoperatively (0.01±0.26 vs.-0.15±0.14, P<0.05), while in the nondominant eyes, the Q value and corneal spherical aberration coefficient became more negative than those before surgery (-0.27±0.32 vs.-0.14±0.11, P<0.05; 0.08±0.05 vs. 0.12±0.03, P<0.05). The questionnaire demonstrated 42 (93.3%) patients were satisfied with near vision. The three most commonly reported visual discomforts after surgery were blurred vision, glare and halos. These symptoms were all mild to moderate in severity and did not interfere with daily life. Conclusion: For myopic patients with age-related accommodation deficiency, the Custom-Q algorithm proved to be a safe and effective way to achieve acceptable near vision and visual quality without compromising distance vision.

Abstract
In this Letter we try to search for signals generated by ultraheavy dark matter at the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO) data. We look for possible γ rays by dark matter annihilation or decay from 16 dwarf spheroidal galaxies in the field of view of the LHAASO. Dwarf spheroidal galaxies are among the most promising targets for indirect detection of dark matter that have low fluxes of astrophysical γ-ray background while having large amount of dark matter. By analyzing more than 700 days of observational data at LHAASO, no significant dark matter signal from 1 TeV to 1 EeV is detected. Accordingly we derive the most stringent constraints on the ultraheavy dark matter annihilation cross section up to EeV. The constraints on the lifetime of dark matter in decay mode are also derived.

Abstract
Intermetallic alloys have traditionally been characterized by their inherent brittleness due to their lack of sufficient slip systems and absence of strain hardening. However, here we developed a single-phase B2 high-entropy intermetallic alloy that is both strong and plastic. Unlike conventional intermetallics, this high-entropy alloy features a highly distorted crystalline lattice with complex chemical order, leading to multiple slip systems and high flow stress. In addition, the alloy exhibits a dynamic hardening mechanism triggered by dislocation gliding that preserves its strength across a wide range of temperatures. As a result, this high-entropy intermetallic circumvents precipitous thermal softening, with extensive plastic flows even at high homologous temperatures, outperforming a variety of both body-centered cubic and B2 alloys. These findings reveal a promising direction for the development of intermetallic alloys with broad engineering applications.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To characterize the species of common sandflies in Henan Province using DNA barcoding with cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene as the molecular marker, and to analyze the genetic polymorphisms of sandflies, so as to provide insights into visceral leishmaniasis prevention and control in Henan Province. METHODS Sandfly specimens were sampled from 13 sandflies surveillance sites from 2021 to 2023 in Anyang City, Zhengzhou, Luoyang and Xuchang cities (Zhengzhou-Luoyang-Xuchang areas) where visceral leishmaniasis cases were reported and in Jiaozuo and Xinxiang cities (Jiaozuo-Xinxiang areas) without visceral leishmaniasis cases reported. Genomic DNA was extracted from a single sandfly, and COI gene was amplified. The amplification product was subjected to bidirectional sequencing. Following sequence assembly, the species of sandflies was characterized through sequence alignment using the BLAST tool. The intra-specific and inter-specific genetic distances of sandflies were estimated among different areas using the software Mega 11, and phylogenetic trees were created. The polymorphisms of nucleotide sequences in the sandflies COI gene were estimated using the software DnaSP. The fixation index (FST) of different geographical isolates of sandflies was calculated using the Arlequin software, and the gene flow value (Nm) was used to measure the gene flow in the sandflies populations. In addition, the population genetic structure of different geographical populations of Phlebotomus chinensis was analyzed using the STRUCTURE software. RESULTS A total of 978 sandflies were collected from 13 sandflies surveillance sites in Zhengzhou-Luoyang-Xuchang areas, Jiaozuo-Xinxiang areas and Anyang City of Henan Province from 2021 to 2023, and 475 sandflies were randomly sampled for subsequent detections. A total of 304 Ph. chinensis, 162 Se. squamirostris and 9 Se. bailyi were identified based on molecular biological detection of the COI gene, and Se. bailyi was reported for the first time in Henan Province. The intraspecific genetic distances of sandflies were 0.000 to 0.040, and the inter-specific genetic distances ranged from 0.133 to 0.161. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that each of the three sandfly species was clustered into a clade. The genetic polymorphisms of Ph. chinensis populations varied among different areas, with the highest haplotype diversity (0.966 ± 0.007) and the greatest nucleotide diversity (0.011) in Zhengzhou-Luoyang-Xuchang areas, and the lowest haplotype diversity (0.720 ± 0.091) and nucleotide diversity (0.004) in Anyang City. The dominant haplotype of Ph. chinensis populations was Pch_Hap_2 in Anyang City and Jiaozuo-Xinxiang areas, with moderate genetic differentiation (0.05 < FST < 0.15) and frequent gene exchange (Nm value > 1) between Ph. chinensis populations sampled from Anyang City, and Jiaozuo-Xinxiang areas. Population genetic structure analysis showed that the dominant component of Ph. chinensis populations was K5 in Anyang City and Jiaozuo-Xinxiang areas. No obvious dominant haplotype was observed in Ph. chinensis populations sampled from Zhengzhou-Luoyang-Xuchang areas, which had very high genetic differentiation (FST > 0.25) and little gene exchange (Nm value < 1) with Ph. chinensis populations from Anyang City, and Jiaozuo-Xinxiang areas, with K3 as the dominant component. In addition, there was no significant difference in the genetic polymorphism level among Se. squamirostris populations from the three areas. CONCLUSIONS There are Ph. chinensis, Se. squamirostris and Se. bailyi in Henan Province, and S. bailyi is recorded for the first time in Henan Province by molecular biological assays. There are different levels of genetic differentiation and gene exchange among P. chinensis populations in different areas of Henan Province.

Abstract
A study of the anomalous couplings of the Higgs boson to vector bosons, including CP -violation effects, has been conducted using its production and decay in the WW channel. This analysis is performed on proton-proton collision data collected with the CMS detector at the CERN LHC during 2016-2018 at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 138fb - 1 . The different-flavor dilepton ( e μ ) final state is analyzed, with dedicated categories targeting gluon fusion, electroweak vector boson fusion, and associated production with a W or Z boson. Kinematic information from associated jets is combined using matrix element techniques to increase the sensitivity to anomalous effects at the production vertex. A simultaneous measurement of four Higgs boson couplings to electroweak vector bosons is performed in the framework of a standard model effective field theory. All measurements are consistent with the expectations for the standard model Higgs boson and constraints are set on the fractional contribution of the anomalous couplings to the Higgs boson production cross section.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of oral testosterone therapy in individuals diagnosed with androgen insensitivity syndrome (AIS). Methods: A self-controlled study design was utilized, focusing on individuals with AIS who were genetically diagnosed at the Department of Endocrinology, Genetics, and Metabolism of Beijing Children's Hospital between 2009 and 2021. These patients underwent treatment involving the administration of testosterone. The primary observed indexes include the measurement of penis length, which should meet the minimal surgical standard (penis length≥2.5 cm) or greater than or equal to -2.5 s (lower limit of normal). Secondary observed indexes include penile length standard deviation score (PL-SDS), an increase in penis longitude (ΔPL), medication dosage, the course of therapy, and safety indicators, among others. There were 4 courses of treatment. After each course, patients were evaluated to determine whether termination of treatment was appropriate. Patients who exhibited inadequate post-treatment penile length growth were advised to continue with further treatment. The statistical methodology included t-test, and a Wilcoxon rank sum test to describe efficacy and safety. The patients were followed up until 2023. Results: The study comprised a total of 51 individuals with AIS, comprising 33 males and 18 females (gender of registered permanent residence). Among these patients, 10 were diagnosed with complete androgen insensitivity syndrome (CAIS) and 41 were diagnosed with partial androgen insensitive syndrome (PAIS). There were 2 children with CAIS were diagnosed by doctors and prescribed testosterone undecanoate, but the children did not really take medicine.The penile length of CAIS patients could not be measured (penile length<0.5 cm) before and after treatment. For PAIS patients, baseline penile length and PL-SDS were (2.3±0.6) cm and -3.7±1.3, respectively. The measurements for penile length and PL-SDS after each treatment course were recorded as follows: (2.7±0.8), (2.8±0.6), (2.6±0.4), (2.6±0.4) cm and -2.8±1.6, 2.5±1.6, 2.9±1.2, -3.2±0.9, respectively. Both penile length and PL-SDS interventions showed statistically significant gains when compared to the baseline performance of the 4 courses (t=4.05、3.56、2.55、2.23 and 3.88、3.50、2.50、2.19, all P<0.05). Before treatment, 13 PAIS patients (32%) reached 2.5 cm and seven (17%) reached greater than or equal to -2.5 s. Following the initial, subsequent, third, and fourth therapeutic interventions, 18 cases (44%), 24 cases (59%), 25 cases (61%), and 26 cases (63%) reached 2.5 cm, respectively. Additionally, A total of 12 cases (29%), 15 cases (37%), 20 cases (49%), and 21 cases (51%), respectively, were found to reach greater than or equal to -2.5 s. The study involved the longitudinal monitoring of patients with the highest recorded age being 13.7 years. The weight, height, body mass index, bone age/age, cholesterol, hemoglobin and so on were all within the normal range and the difference were not statistically significant (all P>0.05). All 49 patients were no abnormalities in blood electrolyte, liver and kidney function and thyroid function and no changes in precocious puberty, pubic hair growth, aggressive behavior, vulvar skin darkening, diarrhea or other conditions. Conclusions: Testosterone undecanote in children with CAIS was no effective. The initial course of treatment for patients with PAIS demonstrates observable enhancements in penile length and PL-SDS. For patients with inadequate penile length growth, continued treatment in subsequent courses (such as the second, third, and fourth courses) is recommended toenhance outcomes gradually. Testosterone undecanoate was safe and effective for the majority of individuals with PAIS patients, with few adverse effects and good treatment tolerance.

Abstract
We report a measurement of exclusive J/ψ and ψ(2s) photoproduction in Au+Au ultraperipheral collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV using the STAR detector. For the first time, (i) the ψ(2s) photoproduction in midrapidity at the Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collider has been experimentally measured; (ii) nuclear suppression factors are measured for both the coherent and incoherent J/ψ production. At average photon-nucleon center-of-mass energy of 25.0 GeV, the coherent and incoherent J/ψ cross sections of Au nuclei are found to be 71±10% and 36±7%, respectively, of that of free protons. The stronger suppression observed in the incoherent production provides a new experimental handle to study the initial-state parton density in heavy nuclei. Data are compared with theoretical models quantitatively.

Abstract
At the origin of the Universe, an asymmetry between the amount of created matter and antimatter led to the matter-dominated Universe as we know it today. The origins of this asymmetry remain unknown so far. High-energy nuclear collisions create conditions similar to the Universe microseconds after the Big Bang, with comparable amounts of matter and antimatter1-6. Much of the created antimatter escapes the rapidly expanding fireball without annihilating, making such collisions an effective experimental tool to create heavy antimatter nuclear objects and to study their properties7-14, hoping to shed some light on the existing questions on the asymmetry between matter and antimatter. Here we report the observation of the antimatter hypernucleusH ¯ Λ ¯ 4 , composed of aΛ ¯ , an antiproton and two antineutrons. The discovery was made through its two-body decay after production in ultrarelativistic heavy-ion collisions by the STAR experiment at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider15,16. In total, 15.6 candidateH ¯ Λ ¯ 4 antimatter hypernuclei are obtained with an estimated background count of 6.4. The lifetimes of the antihypernucleiH ¯ Λ ¯ 3 andH ¯ Λ ¯ 4 are measured and compared with the lifetimes of their corresponding hypernuclei, testing the symmetry between matter and antimatter. Various production yield ratios among (anti)hypernuclei (hypernuclei and/or antihypernuclei) and (anti)nuclei (nuclei and/or antinuclei) are also measured and compared with theoretical model predictions, shedding light on their production mechanisms.

Abstract
To reduce the working coefficient and jitter of the three-electrode gas switch used in linear transformer drivers, a novel trigger method that uses a nanosecond pulse in cooperation with the microplasma jet generated by capillary discharge was developed. A microplasma jet was generated by the nanosecond trigger pulse and injected into the follow-up breakdown gap of the gas switch to decrease the working coefficient. The influence of capillary parameters on the development of the microplasma jet was simulated. The results showed that the microplasma jet significantly reduced the breakdown delay time, jitter, and working coefficient. Increasing the capillary length and decreasing the diameter results in better triggered breakdown performance. Furthermore, the gas switch triggered by a positive pulse exhibits a lower breakdown delay and jitter. Combined with the intensified charge coupled device's shooting results, it can be concluded that the microplasma jet has a distinct influence on streamer formation, which is important for improving the working performance of the gas switch.

Abstract
AIM To validate the inter-equipment generality of the radiomics based on PET images to predict the EGFR mutation status of patients with non-small cell lung cancer. MATERIALS AND METHODS Patients were retrospectively collected in the departments of nuclear medicine of Heyi branch (Siemens equipment) and East branch (General Electric (GE) equipment) of the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university. 5 predicting logistic regression models were established. The 1st one was trained and tested by the GE dataset; The 2nd one was trained and tested by the Siemens dataset; The 3rd one was trained and tested by the mixed dataset consisting of GE and Siemens. The 4th one was trained by GE and tested by Siemens; The 5th one was trained by Siemens and tested by GE. RESULTS For the 1st ∼ 5th models, the mean values of AUCs for training/testing datasets were 0.78/0.73, 0.74/0.72, 0.75/0.70, 0.74/0.65 and 0.68/0.63, respectively. CONCLUSION The AUCs of the models trained and tested on the datasets from the same equipment were higher than those for different equipment. The inter-equipment generality of the radiomics was not good enough in clinical practice.
