Abstract
The first full angular analysis and an updated measurement of the decay-rate CP asymmetry of the D^{0}→π^{+}π^{-}μ^{+}μ^{-} and D^{0}→K^{+}K^{-}μ^{+}μ^{-} decays are reported. The analysis uses proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. The dataset corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. The full set of CP -averaged angular observables and their CP asymmetries are measured as a function of the dimuon invariant mass. The results are consistent with expectations from the standard model and with CP symmetry.

Abstract
BackgroundStudies have confirmed that JAKs-STATs signaling pathway is involved in the pathogenesis of a variety of autoinflammatory diseases, and has been transformed into the treatment of rheumatic diseases. So far, the research of JAKs-STATs in the mechanism of gout is very limited.ObjectivesTo determine whether JAKs-STATs pathway is involved in the pathogenesis of gouty inflammation.Methods1.The transcription and protein phosphorylation levels of 4 JAKs (JAK1, JAK2, JAK3 and Tyk2) and 7 STATs (STAT1, stat2, STAT3, STAT4, STAT5a/5b and STAT6) in PBMCs of 100 gout patients (concluding acute gout (AG) and intermittent gout (IG) patients 50 cases, respectively) and 50 healthy subjects (HC) were measured; 2.To detect the changes of JAK3-STAT5 signal pathway in synovium of rat ankle model of gouty inflammation;3.To explore the changes of JAK3-STAT5 signal pathway in synovium of gouty inflammation model after colchicine treatment.Results1.The phosphorylation levels of JAK3 and STAT5 in PBMCs,the plasma IL-2 level in the AG group were all significantly higher than those in the HC group (P<0.05, respectively; Figure 1G,H), while there were no differences with respect to the other JAKs and STATs molecules between the two groups (P>0.05, respectively); 2.JAK3 and STAT5 phosphorylation levels in synovial tissue of rat ankle, cytokine IL-1β and IL-2 productions in synovial fluid of rat ankle from gout model were all significantly increased (P<0.05, respectively;Figure 1A-F);3.Phosphorylation levels of JAK3 and STAT5,IL-1β and IL-2 levels were significantly reduced after colchicine treatment (P<0.05, respectively;Figure 1A-F)Figure 1.JAK3-STAT5 participates in the pathogenesis of gouty inflammation. In vivo experimental protocol (A-F): A. Male Wistar rats were used. The model Colchicine group was intragastrically administered with 0.104 mg/kg/d colchicine solution, and the Control group was intragastrically administered with the same amount of saline. After 3 days of continuous intragastric administration, the right ankle joint was injected with MSU (8 mg/100μl) or PBS (100 μl) to establish a gout arthritis model(MSU group) or Control group. B. Representative photographs of ankles 12 hr after MSU or PBS injection. C. Representative microscopic photos of ankle tissue sections from Control, MSU and Colchicine groups. D. Representative confocal laser scanning images showed JAK3 protein and its phosphorylated protein staining in ankle tissues in the three groups. Areas staining positive for JAK3 protein are shown in green. Regions staining positive for p-JAK3 protein are shown in red. E. F. At 12 h after MSU injection, JAK3 and STAT5 mRNA, protein in ankle tissues were determined by qRT-PCR and Western blotting, respectively. The panel displays the representative images of JAK3, STAT5, p-JAK3, p-STAT5a and GAPDH protein expression from the three groups.*P <.05,**P<.01,***P<.001, significantly different from Control group; #P<.05,##P<.01, ###P< .001, significantly different from MSU group. G.IL-2 and IL-7 levels in plasma of acute gout(AG), intermittent gout(IG) patients and healthy individuals (HC) were detected using ELISA. *P<.05, **P<.01, ***P < .001. H. JAK3 and STAT5 mRNA, protein levels in PBMCs of AG, IG, and HC groups were measured by qRT-PCR and Western blotting, respectively. *P<.05, **P<.01, ***P < .001.ConclusionIL-2-JAK3-STAT5 signaling pathway is involved in the regulation of gouty inflammation. Colchicine could treat gouty inflammation through inhibiting IL-2-JAK3-STAT5 pathway; JAK3 is expected to be a therapeutic target for acute gouty inflammation.Disclosure of InterestsNone declared

Abstract
BackgroundUpadacitinib (UPA) was effective in global Phase 3 trials in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients (pts) with inadequate response (IR) to conventional synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (csDMARDs).ObjectivesTo assess the efficacy and safety of UPA in csDMARD-IR pts with RA in Chinese subgroup from a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo (PBO)-controlled study (NCT02955212) 1.MethodsPts were randomized to 12 weeks of blinded treatment with UPA 15 mg once daily (QD) or PBO, in combination with csDMARDs. Primary and secondary endpoints were analyzed in a Chinese subgroup, including American College of Rheumatology criteria (ACR) responses, remission and low disease activity measures. Safety was analyzed for pts who received ≥1 dose of study drug.Results228 Chinese pts (67.5% of overall trial population) were randomized and took at least one dose of study drug. Baseline characteristics were generally balanced between UPA and PBO. 46% and 35.1% used methotrexate (MTX) alone as concomitant csDMARD in UPA and PBO group, respectively. 38.9% in UPA and 43.0% in PBO group used concomitant csDMARDs other than MTX and 15.0% and 21.9% respectively used a combination. At week 12, more Chinese pts receiving UPA achieved the primary endpoint of ACR20 compared with PBO (71.9% vs 31.6%, nominal p<0.001). UPA also showed greater improvements in all secondary endpoints vs PBO at Week 12 (Table 1), including ACR50 and ACR70, mean change in Disease Activity Score in 28 joints using C-reactive protein (DAS28-CRP), Health Assessment Questionnaire-Disability Index (HAQ-DI), Short-Form 36-item Health Survey-Physical Component Summary (SF-36 PCS), as well as proportion of pts achieving low disease activity based on DAS28-CRP ≤3.2 and Clinical Disease Activity Index (CDAI) ≤10, and clinical remission based on DAS28-CRP <2.6. Onset of response was rapid with more pts receiving UPA achieving ACR20 by Week 1 versus PBO (25.4% vs 5.3%, nominal p<0.001). Through Week 12 treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs) occurred in 57.9% of pts on UPA and 49.1% on PBO. The rate of pts with serious AEs (SAEs) was numerically higher with UPA than with PBO (6.1% vs 4.4%). TEAEs reported in ≥ 3% of subjects and with a higher rate on UPA vs. PBO were: upper respiratory tract infection, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hypertension, diarrhea, and leukopenia. Overall safety was consistent with the trial population1 and similar with the reported safety profile of the global clinical program2.Table 1.Summary of Efficacy Endpoint Results at Week 12 in Chinese SubgroupEndpoint aUPA 15mg (N=114)PBO (N=114)Primary endpointACR20, %71.9***31.6Secondary endpointsΔ DAS28-CRP-2.42***-0.75Δ HAQ-DI-0.55***-0.11Δ SF-36 PCS7.63 b***2.94 cDAS28-CRP ≤3.2, %46.5***9.6DAS28-CRP <2.6, %28.1***1.8CDAI ≤10, %33.3***7.0ACR50, %39.5***7.0ACR70, %16.7***2.6ACR20 at Week 1, %25.4***5.3***Nominal p<0.001 vs PBOaNon-responder imputation for binary endpoints; ANCOVA with multiple imputation for DAS28(CRP) and HAQ-DI; mixed model repeated measures for other continuous endpoints. Abstract
BackgroundFew data on the prolonged diagnosis and its associated factors in Chinese axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is available.ObjectivesTo delineate the landscape of diagnostic delay in Chinese axSpA, investigate its associated factors and explore its potential impact on medication modalities.MethodsA total of 1,295 patients fulfilling the ASAS classification criteria were obtained. Demographic and clinical data were collected through predesigned questionnaires and available medical records. Logistic regression analyses in univariate and multivariable model were performed, using the median of diagnostic delay as cut-off point for group classification. Differences between early and late diagnosed group were subsequently compared by the Pearson chi-square test or Mann-Whitney U test.ResultsThe median (IQR) diagnostic delay in Chinese axSpA was 3.0 (1.0~7.0) years and 24.8% of them reported a history of misdiagnosis. Older age at onset (OR=0.97, P<0.001) and higher education attainment (P=0.001) were correlated with early diagnosis of axSpA, whereas coming from less developed areas (P=0.002), a history of peripheral arthritis at the time of diagnosis (OR=1.58, P=0.002) and history of misdiagnosis (OR=1.98, P<0.001) increased the risk of diagnostic delay. Medication modalities were similar between two groups, but the proportion with no medication ever and percentage without regular medication in recent 3 months were higher in the late diagnosed group than early group (26.5% vs. 20.7%, P=0.02; 34.7% vs. 28.6%, P=0.02).ConclusionOur findings depicted a detailed spectrum of diagnostic delay in Chinese axSpA, verified five associated factors and pinpointed a remarkable treatment delay even after diagnosis, especially in late diagnosis group.References[1]Masson Behar V, Dougados M, Etcheto A, Kreis S, Fabre S, Hudry C, et al. Abstract
Tests of lepton universality in B^{0}→K_{S}^{0}ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-} and B^{+}→K^{*+}ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-} decays where ℓ is either an electron or a muon are presented. The differential branching fractions of B^{0}→K_{S}^{0}e^{+}e^{-} and B^{+}→K^{*+}e^{+}e^{-} decays are measured in intervals of the dilepton invariant mass squared. The measurements are performed using proton-proton collision data recorded by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1} . The results are consistent with the standard model and previous tests of lepton universality in related decay modes. The first observation of B^{0}→K_{S}^{0}e^{+}e^{-} and B^{+}→K^{*+}e^{+}e^{-} decays is reported.

Abstract
The first observation of the semileptonic b-baryon decay Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}τ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{τ}, with a significance of 6.1σ, is reported using a data sample corresponding to 3 fb^{-1} of integrated luminosity, collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV at the LHC. The τ^{-} lepton is reconstructed in the hadronic decay to three charged pions. The ratio K=B(Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}τ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{τ})/B(Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}π^{-}π^{+}π^{-}) is measured to be 2.46±0.27±0.40, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The branching fraction B(Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}τ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{τ})=(1.50±0.16±0.25±0.23)% is obtained, where the third uncertainty is from the external branching fraction of the normalization channel Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}π^{-}π^{+}π^{-}. The ratio of semileptonic branching fractions R(Λ_{c}^{+})≡B(Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}τ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{τ})/B(Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}μ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ}) is derived to be 0.242±0.026±0.040±0.059, where the external branching fraction uncertainty from the channel Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}μ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ} contributes to the last term. This result is in agreement with the standard model prediction.

Abstract
Chemical modifications of RNA are associated with fundamental biological processes such as RNA splicing, export, translation, and degradation, as well as human disease states, such as cancer. However, the analysis of ribonucleoside modifications is hampered by the hydrophilicity of the ribonucleoside molecules. In this work, we used solid-phase permethylation to first efficiently derivatize the ribonucleosides and quantitatively analyze them by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)-based method. We identified and quantified more than 60 RNA modifications simultaneously by ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (UHPLC-QqQ-MS) performed in the dynamic multiple reaction monitoring (dMRM) mode. The increased hydrophobicity of permethylated ribonucleosides significantly enhanced their retention, separation, and ionization efficiency, leading to improved detection and quantification. We further demonstrate that this novel approach is capable of quantifying cytosine methylation and hydroxymethylation in complex RNA samples obtained from mouse embryonic stem cells with genetic deficiencies in the ten-eleven translocation (TET) enzymes. The results match previously performed analyses and highlight the improved sensitivity, efficacy, and robustness of the new method. Our protocol is quantitative and robust and thus provides an augmented approach for comprehensive analysis of RNA modifications in biological samples.

Abstract
RNA is dynamically modified in cells by a plethora of chemical moieties to modulate molecular functions and processes. Over 140 modifications have been identified across species and RNA types, with the highest density and diversity of modifications found in tRNA (tRNA). The methods used to identify and quantify these modifications have developed over recent years and continue to advance, primarily in the fields of next-generation sequencing (NGS) and mass spectrometry (MS). Most current NGS methods are limited to antibody-recognized or chemically derivatized modifications and have limitations in identifying multiple modifications simultaneously. Mass spectrometry can overcome both of these issues, accurately identifying a large number of modifications in a single run. Here, we present advances in MS data acquisition for the purpose of RNA modification identification and quantitation. Using this approach, we identified multiple tRNA wobble position modifications in Arabidopsis thaliana that are upregulated in salt-stressed growth conditions and may stabilize translation of salt stress induced proteins. This work presents improvements in methods for studying RNA modifications and introduces a possible regulatory role of wobble position modifications in A. thaliana translation.

Abstract
Two narrow resonant states are observed in the Λ_{b}^{0}K^{-}π^{+} mass spectrum using a data sample of proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, collected by the LHCb experiment and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb^{-1}. The minimal quark content of the Λ_{b}^{0}K^{-}π^{+} system indicates that these are excited Ξ_{b}^{0} baryons. The masses of the Ξ_{b}(6327)^{0} and Ξ_{b}(6333)^{0} states are m[Ξ_{b}(6327)^{0}]=6327.28_{-0.21}^{+0.23}±0.12±0.24 and m[Ξ_{b}(6333)^{0}]=6332.69_{-0.18}^{+0.17}±0.03±0.22 MeV, respectively, with a mass splitting of Δm=5.41_{-0.27}^{+0.26}±0.12 MeV, where the uncertainties are statistical, systematic, and due to the Λ_{b}^{0} mass measurement. The measured natural widths of these states are consistent with zero, with upper limits of Γ[Ξ_{b}(6327)^{0}]<2.20(2.56) and Γ[Ξ_{b}(6333)^{0}]<1.60(1.92) MeV at a 90% (95%) credibility level. The significance of the two-peak hypothesis is larger than nine (five) Gaussian standard deviations compared to the no-peak (one-peak) hypothesis. The masses, widths, and resonant structure of the new states are in good agreement with the expectations for a doublet of 1D Ξ_{b}^{0} resonances.

Abstract
The rising prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is now the second largest indication for liver transplantation in Western countries, but viral hepatitis B and end-stage alcohol-related liver disease are still the main indications in China. With the improvement of people's living standards, the prevalence of metabolic syndrome, and the number of NAFLD patients has also gradually increased. At the same time, with the hepatitis B vaccination popularization and the nucleos(t)ide analogues and other drugs uses, it is predicted that NAFLD-related end-stage liver disease may become one of the main indications for liver transplantation in our country in the future. This article reviews the research progress of NAFLD and liver transplantation.

Abstract
The production of prompt charged particles in proton-lead collisions and in proton-proton collisions at the nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass energy sqrt[s_{NN}]=5 TeV is studied at LHCb as a function of pseudorapidity (η) and transverse momentum (p_{T}) with respect to the proton beam direction. The nuclear modification factor for charged particles is determined as a function of η between -4.8<η<-2.5 (backward region) and 2.0<η<4.8 (forward region), and p_{T} between 0.2<p_{T}<8.0 GeV/c. The results show a suppression of charged particle production in proton-lead collisions relative to proton-proton collisions in the forward region and an enhancement in the backward region for p_{T} larger than 1.5 GeV/c. This measurement constrains nuclear PDFs and saturation models at previously unexplored values of the parton momentum fraction down to 10^{-6}.

Abstract
There are few studies on lead's effect on bone mineral density (BMD) in childhood. In this study, we examined the association between lead exposure and BMD among 13,951 children and adolescents aged 8-19 years from NHANES 1999-2006 and 2011-2018. The whole blood lead levels (BLLs) were used as lead exposure biomarkers, and total BMD, subtotal BMD, lumbar spine BMD and limb BMD were used as outcome variables. The survey weighted multivariable generalized additive models (GAMs) with smoothing terms were used to explore the association between blood lead levels and BMDs, adjusted for age, sex, race/ethnicity, height, weight, family-income-to-poverty ratio and blood cadmium. Subgroup analyses stratified by sex and bony sites were further performed. We found an N-shaped curve association between BLLs and total BMD, subtotal BMD and limb BMD for males and females, whereas the association between BLLs and lumbar spine BMD was only significantly negative for females. The findings suggested that lead exposure had different effects on BMD of different bony sites (highly cortical or trabecular regions) in childhood and adolescence and had different effects on the same bone among different ages population and/or at different levels.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) in children with frequently relapsing or steroid-dependent nephrotic syndrome. Methods: The clinical data of 38 children with frequently relapsing or steroid-dependent nephrotic syndrome who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology, the Children Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2015 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The general information, clinical manifestations, laboratory data of the children and follow-up (till 12 months after treatment) were collected. The patients were divided into ACTH group and Glucocorticoid (GC) group according to treatment plan. Cumulative remission, average recurrence rate, GC dosage, height and weight change and peripheral blood CD19+B lymphocyte count were compared between the two groups to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of ACTH. Fisher's exact test, t test or rank sum test was used for comparison between groups. Results: Among the 38 patients, 28 were male and 10 were female, aged 84 (24, 180) months; 19 were in ACTH group and 19 were in GC group. The cumulative remission rate of 12 months in ACTH group was higher than that in GC group (9/19 vs. 2/19,χ²=6.81,P=0.009), the average recurrence rate was lower than that in GC group ((0.7±0.8) vs. (1.7±1.1) times, t=-3.27, P=0.011), and the average dosage of GC was lower than that in GC group ((0.27±0.16) vs. (0.51±0.27) mg/(kg·d), t=-3.21, P=0.014). The increase in height was higher than that in the GC group (4 (3,5) vs. 3 (2, 3) cm/year, Z=2.58, P=0.010), and the peripheral blood CD19+B lymphocyte count was lower than that in the GC group ((223±149)×106 vs. (410±213)×106/L,t=-3.35, P=0.009). In safety, 19 cases had transient decreased urine volume, 7 cases had hyperglycemia, and 3 cases had hypertension during the infusion of ACTH, which could be relieved after drug withdrawal. Conclusion: ACTH has a better effect on children with frequently relapsing or steroid-dependent nephrotic syndrome, which can improve cumulative sustained remission rate, lower relapses rate and decrease the dosage of GC, with good safety.

Abstract
Glycans on the host cell membrane and viral proteins play critical roles in pathogenesis. Highly glycosylated epithelial cells represent the primary boundary separating embedded host tissues from pathogens within the respiratory and intestinal tracts. SARS-CoV-2, the causative agent for the COVID-19 pandemic, reaches into the respiratory tract. We found purified human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) inhibited the viral binding on cells. Spike (S) protein receptor binding domain (RBD) binding to host cells were partly blocked by co-incubation with exogenous HMOs, most by 2-6-sialyl-lactose (6′SL), supporting the notion that HMOs can function as decoys in defense against SARS-Cov2. To investigate the effect of host cell glycocalyx on viral adherence, we metabolically modified and confirmed with glycomic methods the cell surface glycome to enrich specific N-glycan types including those containing sialic acids, fucose, mannose, and terminal galactose. Additionally, Immunofluorescence studies demonstrated that the S protein preferentially binds to terminal sialic acids with α-(2,6)-linkages. Furthermore, site-specific glycosylation of S protein RBD and its human receptor ACE2 were characterized using LC-MS/MS. We then performed molecular dynamics calculations on the interaction complex to further explore the interactive complex between ACE2 and the S protein. The results showed that hydrogen bonds mediated the interactions between ACE2 glycans and S protein with desialylated glycans forming significantly fewer hydrogen bonds. These results supported a mechanism where the virus binds initially to glycans on host cells preferring α-(2,6)-sialic acids and finds ACE2 and with the proper orientation infects the cell.

Abstract
Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is the most significant reactive oxygen species in biological systems. Here, we reported an electrochemical sensor for the detection of H2O2 on the basis of bimetallic gold-platinum nanoparticles (Au3Pt7 NPs) supported by Co-based metal organic frameworks (Co-MOFs). First, Au3Pt7 NPs, with optimal electrocatalytic activity and accessible active surface, can be deposited on the surface of the Co-MOF–modified glassy carbon electrodes (Au3Pt7/Co-MOFs/GCE) by one-step electrodeposition method. Then, the electrochemical results demonstrated that the two-dimensional (2D) Co-MOF nanosheets as the supporting material displayed better electrocatalytic properties than the 3D Co-MOF crystals for reduction of H2O2. The fabricated Au3Pt7/2D Co-MOF exhibited high electrocatalytic activity, and the catalytic current was linear with H2O2 concentration from 0.1 μM to 5 mM, and 5–60 mM with a low detection limit of 0.02 μM (S/N = 3). The remarkable electroanalytical performance of Au3Pt7/2D Co-MOF can be attributed to the synergistic effect of the high dispersion of the Au3Pt7 NPs with the marvelous electrochemical properties and the 2D Co-MOF with high-specific surface areas. Furthermore, this sensor has been utilized to detect H2O2 concentrations released from the human Hela cells. This work provides a new method for improving the performance of electrochemical sensors by choosing the proper support materials from diverse crystal morphology materials.

Short-term changes in algal blooms and phytoplankton community after the passage of Super Typhoon Lekima in a temperate and inner sea (Bohai Sea) in China. Abstract
Extensive multi-species harmful algal blooms (HABs) were triggered by Super Typhoon Lekima in Laizhou Bay (Bohai Sea) in August 2019. After conducting two field cruises before and after the typhoon passage, we employed both high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-pigment and microscopic methods to study the changes in the phytoplankton community and biomass. Following the passage of Lekima, the average surface salinity decreased, while dissolved inorganic nitrogen and dissolved silicate concentrations increased in the study area. The phytoplankton abundance and Chl a significantly increased after the typhoon event. Post-typhoon, the highest abundance values of Pseudo-nitzschia spp., Noctiluca scintillans, and Coscinodiscus spp. reached 106 cells/L and those of Bacillaria paxillifera, Ceratium spp., and Gymnodinium catenatum were in the order of 105 cells/L. HPLC-pigment CHEMTAX analysis showed that the biomass (Chl a) of dinoflagellates, diatoms, cryptophytes, chlorophytes, and haptophytes increased significantly after the typhoon. The increase in Chl a concentration was mainly attributable to large-sized phytoplankton, which are mostly diatoms and dinoflagellates. This study highlights that typhoons may cause HABs by introducing large amounts of freshwater and nutrients and change the phytoplankton community in a temperate and inner bay.

Study of Z Bosons Produced in Association with Charm in the Forward Region. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2022; 128:082001. Abstract
Events containing a Z boson and a charm jet are studied for the first time in the forward region of proton-proton collisions. The data sample used corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb^{-1} collected at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV with the LHCb detector. In events with a Z boson and a jet, the fraction of charm jets is determined in intervals of Z-boson rapidity in the range 2.0<y(Z)<4.5. A sizable enhancement is observed in the forwardmost y(Z) interval, which could be indicative of a valencelike intrinsic-charm component in the proton wave function.

Abstract
An amplitude analysis of flavor-untagged B_{s}^{0}→J/ψpp[over ¯] decays is performed using a sample of 797±31 decays reconstructed with the LHCb detector. The data, collected in proton-proton collisions between 2011 and 2018, correspond to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. Evidence for a new structure in the J/ψp and J/ψp[over ¯] systems with a mass of 4337_{-4}^{+7} _{-2}^{+2} MeV and a width of 29_{-12}^{+26} _{-14}^{+14} MeV is found, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic, with a significance in the range of 3.1 to 3.7σ, depending on the assigned J^{P} hypothesis.

Abstract
Branching fraction and effective lifetime measurements of the rare decay B_{s}^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-} and searches for the decays B^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-} and B_{s}^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-}γ are reported using proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV, corresponding to a luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. The branching fraction B(B_{s}^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-})=(3.09_{-0.43-0.11}^{+0.46+0.15})×10^{-9} and the effective lifetime τ(B_{s}^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-})=2.07±0.29±0.03 ps are measured, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. No significant signal for B^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-} and B_{s}^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-}γ decays is found and upper limits B(B^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-})<2.6×10^{-10} and B(B_{s}^{0}→μ^{+}μ^{-}γ)<2.0×10^{-9} at the 95% C.L. are determined, where the latter is limited to the range m_{μμ}>4.9 GeV/c^{2}. The results are in agreement with the standard model expectations.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlations of cholesterol ester transfer protein (CTEP) TaqIB gene polymorphism with lipid metabolism abnormalities and cerebral infarction (CI) in patients with atherosclerosis (AS). PATIENTS AND METHODS A case-control study was conducted on 100 AS patients complicated with (CI) as AS+CI group, and 200 AS patients with matched age, gender and race as controls (AS group). Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) rs102313, rs118231 and rs201832 in the promoter region of CTEP TaqIB gene were classified by conformational differential gel electrophoresis. Then, Chi-square test was carried out to determine whether the distribution frequency of CTEP TaqIB genotypes conforms to the law of genetic equilibrium. In the meantime, the correlations of gene polymorphisms and allelotypes in the promoter region of CTEP TaqIB with CI and lipid metabolism abnormalities in AS patients were analyzed. RESULTS Hardy-Weinberg genetic equilibrium analysis showed that the three polymorphisms of CTEP TaqIB gene were in accordance with the genetic equilibrium distribution (p>0.05). Moreover, the results of gene association analysis revealed that the polymorphisms rs102313 and rs118231 and allelotypes in the promoter region of CTEP TaqIB gene were correlated with CI in AS patients (p<0.05). Specifically, AS patients with GG genotype and allele G at rs102313 and those with TT genotype and allele T at rs118231 had a higher risk of CI (p<0.05). Besides, the polymorphism rs102313 in the promoter region of CTEP TaqIB gene was markedly related to lipid metabolism abnormalities in AS patients (p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS The polymorphisms rs102313 and rs118231 in the promoter region of CTEP TaqIB gene are associated with CI in AS patients, and the polymorphism rs102313 is remarkably correlated with lipid metabolism abnormalities in AS patients.

Abstract
AIM To explore the utility of multiple energy spectrum computed tomography (CT) parameters in distinguishing thymic epithelial tumours (TETs) from thymic cysts among lesions <5 cm in diameter. MATERIALS AND METHODS Data pertaining to 56 patients with TETs and thymic cysts <5 cm in diameter were assessed retrospectively. All patients underwent surgical resection and the diagnosis was confirmed histopathologically. Thirty-five patients with TETs (average age, 51.97 years) and 21 patients with thymic cysts (average age, 50.54 years) were included. The region of interest for the lesion on the energy spectrum CT was delineated on the post-processing workstation, and multiple parameters of the energy spectrum CT were obtained. The diagnostic efficacies of the parameters were analysed using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. RESULTS To distinguish small TETs from thymic cysts, a single-energy CT value of 60 keV showed good differential diagnostic performance in the arterial phase (cut-off value = 68.42 HU; area under the curve [AUC] = 0.978), a single-energy CT value of 70 keV showed good differential diagnostic performance in the venous phase (cut-off value = 59.77 HU; AUC = 0.956). In the arterial and venous phases, effective atomic numbers of 8.065 and 8.175, respectively, were used as cut-off values to distinguish small TETs from thymic cysts (AUC = 0.972 and AUC = 0.961, respectively). Iodine concentrations of 10.99 and 11.05 were used as cut-off values to distinguish small TETs from thymic cysts (AUC = 0.956 and AUC = 0.924, respectively). CONCLUSION According to the present study, energy spectrum CT parameters may have clinical value in the differential diagnosis of TETs and thymic cysts.
