Abstract
Ningnanmycin is a widely used antibiotic in agricultural production that effectively controls fungal and viral diseases in tea trees and chrysanthemums. The polarity characteristic of ningnanmycin has posed limitations on the development of robust detection methods, thereby hindering effective monitoring and control measures. By combining cation exchange solid phase extraction (SPE) with hydrophilic interaction chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HILIC-MS/MS), we have effectively tackled the issue pertaining to the separation and retention of ningnanmycin. The average recoveries of ningnanmycin in green tea, black tea, and chrysanthemum were 77.3-82.0%, 80.1-81.5%, and 74.0-80.0%, respectively. The intraday and interday relative standard deviations (RSDs) were below and equal to 7.7%. Good linearity was observed in the concentration range of 1-1000 μg/L (R2 > 0.998). The limits of detection (LODs) ranged from 1.1 μg/kg to 7.1 μg/kg, and the limits of quantification (LOQs) ranged from 3.6 μg/kg to 23.7 μg/kg for ningnanmycin. These results indicate the good accuracy, repeatability, reproducibility, and sensitivity of the method. It is suitable for detecting ningnanmycin in tea and chrysanthemum.

Abstract
Pesticides effectively reduce the population of various pests that harm crops and increase productivity, but leave residues that adversely affect health and the environment. Here, a simultaneous multicomponent analysis method based on ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-QTOF-MS) pretreated by the QuEChERS method was developed to control the maximum residual levels. Among the 140 pesticides with high frequency of detection in agricultural products in Gyeongnam region in Korea for 5 years, 12 pesticides with high detection frequency in sweet pepper were selected. The analytical method is validated, linearities are r2 > 0.999, limit of detection (LOD) ranges from 1.4 to 3.2 µg/kg, and limit of quantification (LOQ) ranges from 4.1 to 9.7 µg/kg, and the recovery rate was 81.7-99.7%. In addition, it was confirmed that a meaningful value of these parameters can be achieved by determining the measurement uncertainty. The results proved that parameters such as recovery rate and relative standard deviation of the analysis method were within international standards. Using the developed method, better and safer sweet peppers will be provided to consumers, and effective pesticide residue management will be possible by expanding to other agricultural products.

Abstract
This research involves the construction of a phenylboronic acid-functionalized magnetic UiO-66 metal-organic framework (MOF) nanoparticle (CPBA@UiO-66@Fe3O4). Its design is primarily for the magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) of benzoylurea insecticides. An organic ligand, 2-amino terephthalic acid (2-ATPA), facilitated the introduction of amino groups while keeping the original crystal structure of UiO-66 intact. The constructed UiO-66 MOF showcases a porous structure and extensive surface area, thereby providing an optimal platform for further functionalization. The employment of 4-carboxylphenylboronic acid as a modifier notably amplified the extraction efficiency for benzoylureas. This improvement was due to the formation of B-N coordination and other secondary interactions. By integrating this with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), we established a quantitative analytical method for benzoylurea insecticides. This method achieved a wide linear range (2.5-500 μg L-1 or 5-500 μg L-1), satisfactory recoveries (83.3-95.1%), and acceptable limits of detection (LODs: 0.3-1.0 μg L-1). The developed method proved successful when applied to six tea infusion samples, representing China's six major tea categories. Semi-fermented and light-fermented tea samples demonstrated relatively higher spiking recoveries.

Abstract
In this study, a novel dispersive micro-solid phase extraction (D-μSPE) technique with H-ZSM-5 zeolite as an adsorbent was developed for the determination of 21 trace pesticides in tea beverages. The adsorption and desorption of H-ZSM-5 zeolites were investigated based on structural characteristics and adsorption properties similar to those of H-beta zeolites. In combination with the properties of the adsorbates, it was explained that the adsorption reaction occurred on the microporous surface and mesopores of H-ZSM-5. Based on optimal parameters, the beverage samples were extracted by 50 mg of zeolite within 1 min. The zeolite was eluted with 2 mL of an acetonitrile-water mixture after separation, and the eluent was filtered prior to HPLC-MS/MS analysis. The D-μSPE protocol demonstrated acceptable accuracy and precision, with recoveries between 62.1% and 106.6% and relative standard deviations of 1.4% to 12.6%, as validated by analytical reliability. The correlation coefficient in the linear range of 0.2–50 ng·mL−1 was greater than 0.98, with limits of detection of 0.05–0.1 ng·mL−1 and limits of quantification of 0.1–0.2 ng·mL−1. The matrix effects ranged from 76.2% to 112.7%. The results indicate that the novel D-μSPE technique based on H-ZSM-5 is a rapid, simple, green and economical method for the determination of pesticide residues in tea beverages. The proposed method achieved simultaneously low adsorbent dosage, 20-fold enrichment factor, rapid pre-concentration in 12 min, minimal organic wastes, and effective reduction of matrix interference.

Abstract
For minor crops such as jasmine, the lack of pesticide registration and maximum residue limits are important issues that need to be solved in order to facilitate trading and ensure food safety. Meanwhile, reliable and quick analytical methods for multi-pesticide residues in these commodities are few, but required by various stakeholders. In this study, a method for detecting twenty-five most frequently used pesticides in jasmine flower and its scented tea by multi-plug filtration cleanup and ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed and validated. The cleanup process was optimized and compared with the dispersive solid phase extraction procedure. The method was validated, showing that except for methomyl, recoveries of twenty-five pesticides were 64%-108%, with relative standard deviations (n = 5) of 0.33%-10%. The method was successfully applied to detect pesticide residues in marketed samples. The results showed that some flower and tea samples contained a combination of different pesticide residues.

Abstract
Robots replacing humans as the executioners is crucial work for intelligent multi-pesticide residue analysis to maximize reproducibility and throughput while minimizing the expertise required to perform the entire process. Traditional analysis methods are predicated on manual execution, so we configured our robot experimenter, automated the analytical workflow, and achieved the goal of robotics execution. Our robot experimenter with an X-Y-Z axis robotic arm was interfaced with seven modules and ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) for automated standard solution preparation, sample pre-treatment, and UPLC-MS/MS detection. An algorithm was established to make the prepared matrix-matched standard solutions meet the monitoring requirements. The strategy was demonstrated and validated for the detection of 325 pesticides in 4 typical food matrices, suggesting that the developed method is applicable for the analysis of pesticide residues in vegetables and tea as part of regulatory monitoring programs and other purposes.

Abstract
In this study, a novel nitrogen-rich magnetic hypercrosslinked polymer (Fe3O4@Ph-HCP) was fabricated via a facile one-pot reaction of 1,3,5-triphenylbenzene, 2,4-dichloropyrimidine and phenyl-functionalized magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The Fe3O4@Ph-HCP possessed high specific surface, abundant nanopores and good stability. Especially, Fe3O4@Ph-HCP exhibited excellent adsorption capability with fast adsorption rate to neonicotinoid insecticides. It was applied as a superior magnetic adsorbent for rapid enrichment and isolation of four neonicotinoid insecticides (thiamethoxam, imidacloprid, acetamiprid and thiacloprid) from honey, tomato, lettuce and Chinese cabbage samples prior to high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection. Under the optimized conditions, the good linearity was obtained in the range of 1-1000 ng g-1 for honey, tomato, lettuce and Chinese cabbage samples, and the detection limits (S/N = 3) were 0.30-0.67 ng g-1 for honey, 1-1.5 ng g-1 for tomato, lettuce and Chinese cabbage. The spiked recoveries were 80.1-111%, and relative standard deviations were less than 10.0%. These results demonstrate that the developed method can be used as a good alternative method for sensitive determination of neonicotinoid insecticides in complex samples.

Abstract
Soaking tea leaves make tea consumers exposure to pesticide residues more easily. However, there are few studies on the removal of pesticides in tea infusions. Therefore, a low-cost carbonized bacterial cellulose material was prepared by direct calcination method, and used to remove multiple pesticides in tea infusions quickly and efficiently. CBC-350 has the best removal efficiency for 9 pesticides and then screened the best adsorption conditions. The adsorption isotherm experiment was carried out and indicated that the adsorption process was in consist with the Freundlich model. The thermodynamic parameters are also calculated. Moreover, the adsorption mechanism was discussed, which suggests that π-π interaction and hydrophobic action are the driving force during the adsorption process.
