Abstract
OBJECTIVES The Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines include recommendations for healthy levels of physical activity, sedentary behaviour, and sleep. Meeting these recommendations could help immigrants stay healthy. However, little is known about the movement behaviours of adult immigrants in Canada nor how these differ in relation to non-immigrants or time since immigration. The objectives were to estimate and compare the prevalence of meeting the 24-Hour Movement Guideline recommendations among adult non-immigrants, established immigrants, and recent immigrants in Canada across different sex groups. METHODS Self-reported data from the 2017 and 2018 cycles of the Canadian Community Health Survey were used. Meeting the guideline recommendations was based on the following: accumulating ≥ 150 min/week of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA), limiting screen time to ≤ 3 h/day, and getting 7-9 h/day of sleep for adults aged 18-64 or 7-8 h/day of sleep for adults aged 65 + . Logistic regression was used to compare guideline adherence according to immigration status while controlling for age, sex, income, marital status, and education. RESULTS Among immigrants, 21.5% met all three guideline recommendations, 43.7% met 2 of 3 recommendations, and 28.5% met a single recommendation. The corresponding values for non-immigrants were 26.2%, 42.7%, and 24.6%. Compared to established immigrants, recent immigrants were more likely to meet all three recommendations (OR = 1.27; 95% CI (1.07, 1.50)) and to meet the sleep recommendation (OR = 1.29; 95% CI (1.07, 1.54)) after controlling for confounders. CONCLUSION Approximately 1 in 5 immigrants in Canada met all three recommendations of the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines. Movement behaviours vary according to immigrant status.

Abstract
BACKGROUND It is known that 24-hour movement behaviors, including physical activity (PA), sedentary behavior (SB), and sleep, are crucial components affecting older adults' health. Canadian 24-hour movement guidelines for older adults were launched in 2020, emphasizing the combined role of these 3 movement behaviors in promoting older adults' health. However, research on the prevalence and correlates of guideline adherence and its associations with health-related outcomes is limited, especially among Chinese older adults. OBJECTIVE This study aimed to investigate the prevalence and correlates of meeting 24-hour movement guidelines among Chinese older adults. Furthermore, this study aimed to examine the associations of guideline adherence with older adults' physical and mental health outcomes. METHODS Using a stratified cluster random sampling approach, a total of 4562 older adults (mean age 67.68 years, SD 5.03 years; female proportion: 2544/4562, 55.8%) were recruited from the latest provincial health surveillance of Hubei China from July 25 to November 19, 2020. Measures included demographics, movement behaviors (PA, SB, and sleep), BMI, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio (WHR), percentage body fat (PBF), systolic and diastolic blood pressure, physical fitness, depressive symptoms, and loneliness. Generalized linear mixed models were employed to examine the associations between variables using SPSS 28.0 (IBM Corp). RESULTS Only 1.8% (83/4562) of participants met all 3 movement guidelines, while 32.1% (1466/4562), 3.4% (155/4562), and 66.4% (3031/4562) met the individual behavioral guidelines for PA, SB, and sleep, respectively. Participants who were older, were female, and lived in municipalities with lower economic levels were less likely to meet all 3 movement guidelines. Adhering to individual or combined movement guidelines was associated with greater physical fitness and lower values of BMI, waist circumference, WHR, PBF, depressive symptoms, and loneliness, with the exception of the relationship of SB+sleep guidelines with loneliness. Furthermore, only meeting SB guidelines or meeting both PA and SB guidelines was associated with lower systolic blood pressure. CONCLUSIONS This is the first study to investigate adherence to 24-hour movement guidelines among Chinese older adults with regard to prevalence, correlates, and associations with physical and mental health outcomes. The findings emphasize the urgent need for promoting healthy movement behaviors among Chinese older adults. Future interventions to improve older adults' physical and mental health should involve enhancing their overall movement behaviors and should consider demographic differences.

Abstract
Objective Time spent among the 24-h movement behaviors (physical activity [PA], sleep, sedentary behavior [SB]) in the perinatal period is important for maternal and child health. We described changes to 24-h movement behaviors and behavior guideline attainment during pregnancy and postpartum and identified correlates of behavior changes. Methods This secondary data analysis included the standard of care group (n = 439) from the U.S.-based Lifestyle Interventions For Expectant Moms (LIFE-Moms) consortium, including persons with overweight and obesity. Wrist-worn accelerometry was used to measure movement behaviors early (9-15 weeks) and late (35-36 weeks) pregnancy, and ∼ 1-year postpartum. Sleep and moderate-to-vigorous PA (MVPA) were compared to adult and pregnancy-specific guidelines, respectively. SB was classified into quartiles. PA and SB context were quantified using questionnaires. Mixed models were used to examine changes in behaviors and guidelines and identify correlates. Results Participants were 31.3 ± 3.5 years, 53.5 % were Black or Hispanic, and 45.1 % had overweight. Sleep duration decreased across time, but participants consistently met the guideline (range: 85.0-93.6 %). SB increased during pregnancy and decreased postpartum, while light PA and MVPA followed the inverse pattern. Participants met slightly fewer guidelines late pregnancy (1.2 ± 0.7 guidelines) but more postpartum (1.7 ± 0.8 guidelines) than early pregnancy (1.4 ± 0.8 guidelines). Black or Hispanic race/ethnicity, higher pregravid body mass index, and non-day work-shift (e.g., night-shift) were identified correlates of lower guideline adherence and varying PA and SB context. Conclusion Perinatal interventions should consider strategies to prevent SB increase and sustain MVPA to promote guideline adherence.

Abstract
Awareness and knowledge of national movement behaviour guidelines are needed to influence individual behaviour and public health policies. This study assessed the awareness and knowledge of the Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for Adults Aged 18-64 Years and Adults Aged 65 Years or Older (24HMG) recommendations among adults living in Canada across three timepoints. Online surveys were distributed to representative samples of adults living in Canada over a 6-month period. Findings suggest that short-term dissemination efforts were successful in increasing awareness of the 24HMG following guideline release. However, other strategies, such as education, may be needed to influence knowledge of guideline recommendations.

Abstract
This study examined the longitudinal changes of movement behaviors and their relationships with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) among university students during the coronavirus disease 2019 in China. A total of 569 university students completed online surveys twice (Time 1: between December 2020 and January 2021; Time 2: between November and December 2021). Physical activity, sedentary behavior, sleep duration and quality, as well as PTSD were self-reported. According to Canadian 24-h movement guidelines, the longitudinal shifts in each movement behavior from Time 1 to Time 2 were divided into four categories (consistently meeting the guidelines, from meeting to not meeting the guidelines, from not meeting to meeting the guidelines, and consistently not meeting the guidelines). Generalized linear mixed models were conducted using 410 valid responses (20.2 ± 1.0 years old at Time 2, 41.2% males). From Time 1 to Time 2, 22.2%, 2.0%, and 45.6% of the students consistently met the physical activity, sedentary behavior, and sleep guidelines, respectively. Compared to those who consistently met the sedentary behavior guideline, students who consistently failed to meet or changed from meeting to not meeting the guidelines had higher levels of PTSD. Students who had poor sleep quality at both time points or changed from good to bad sleep quality had higher levels of PTSD than those who maintained good sleep quality over time. Compared to those who consistently failed to meet the guideline, students who consistently met the PA guideline had higher levels of PTSD. These findings highlight the needs to improve and maintain healthy behaviors for mental health.
