Abstract
The investigation was conducted to describe the status of coverage of HBV vaccination among the health care workers in Gansu province and to explore the associated factors of HBV vaccination in this study. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 1544 health care workers from 64 hospitals in Gansu province. A self-designed questionnaire was used to interview the health care workers about HBV vaccination coverage. A multivariate logistic regression model explored the associated factors with HBV vaccination. The vaccination coverage was 89.17% for health care workers, nurses (90.40%) had the highest rate, followed by administration staff (89.38%) and medical technicians (89.30%). The full-dose HBV vaccination coverage was 64.25% for health care workers, and administration staff (65.04%) had the highest rate, followed by nurses (65.00%). This study found that the associated factors with HBV vaccination and full-dose vaccination were the history of training and the detection of serological indicators. The coverage of HBV vaccination among health care workers in Gansu province was high, but full-dose HBV vaccination coverage was low. It is necessary to strengthen the HBV knowledge and training in HBV prevention and treatment among health care workers in Gansu Province.

Abstract
Background Health care workers (HCWs) constantly stand at a high risk of exposure to the hepatitis B virus because of the nature of their work. Hence, it is mandatory for HCWs to undergo hepatitis B vaccination. However, most HCWs in Ghana do not check their HBsAb titre after completion of their primary vaccination. This study assessed the prevalence of HBsAg and the seroconversion rate among vaccinated health care workers in the Ashanti Region, Ghana. Materials and Methods A semistructured open-ended questionnaire was pretested and administered to 424 HCWs. Two (2) ml of blood was drawn and qualitative analyses (HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb, and HBcAb) were done on the blood samples. Samples that tested positive to HBsAb were quantified using ELISA. Data obtained were analysed using GraphPad Prism 9. Results Out of the 424 study participants, 271 (63.9%) were females and 153 (36.1%) were males. Seroconversion (≥1 mIU/mL) and seroprotection (≥10 mIU/mL) through vaccination only among study participants were 67.5% (n/N = 286/424) and 58.0% (n/N = 246/424), respectively. Prevalence of hepatitis B viral infection was 2.4% (n/N = 10/424). Anti-HBc seropositivity was 13.2%, and anti-HBs seronegativity was 24.1%. 2.4% (n/N = 10/424) of study participants were negative to HBsAg but positive to HBcAb. In addition, 8.5% (n/N = 36/424) of the study participants were seroprotected due to exposure and recovery from previous HBV infection. Age, the number of doses received, taking a booster dose, and keeping a vaccination record card were significant factors influencing seroconversion status. Conclusion This study reaffirms the need for HCWs to undergo a supervised primary hepatitis B vaccination course. Postvaccination serological testing should be done for all HWCs to confirm immunity and reduce their chances of contracting HBV infection.

Abstract
Childhood HBV immunization remains globally fundamental to the elimination of hepatitis B virus (HBV). However, monitoring proportions of HBV vaccine seroprotection and their determinants among African Pediatric recipients is crucial. This study sought to verify extent of immune protection accorded by the HBV vaccine in African children of up to 17 years of age by pooling the prevalence of seroprotection reported by primary studies conducted in the Northern, Western, and Southern African regions. We included 19 eligible articles out of the 197 initially downloaded, published from 1999 to 2021 from African Journals Online (AJOL), EMBASE, Scopus, and PubMed. The study protocol was registered with the International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO), University of York Centre for Reviews and Dissemination, under the registration number CRD42022361277. Significantly higher (p < 0.0001) proportion of HBV vaccine seroprotection (69.07%) was found among children under 15 years of age than children 15-17 years (32.368%), 95% CI [34.2454-39.0847%]. Whereas successful integration of the HBV vaccine on the extended programs on immunizations (EPI) has been a major achievement in the reduction of HBV infection in Africa, markedly reduced HBV vaccine seroprotection is persistently demonstrated among adolescent children 15-17 years of age. Future studies are required to clarify the need for booster dose vaccination in most at risk populations and age groups.

Abstract
Hepatitis B (HB) vaccination is recommended for people with human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS). We aimed to assess the immune response to the HB vaccine and associated factors using the standard vaccination schedule among people with HIV (PWH) in China. A prospective study was carried out from 2016 to 2020 in Beijing, China. PWH were given three 20 μg doses of recombinant HB vaccine at 0, 1, and 6 months. Blood samples were taken within 4-6 weeks after each dose to evaluate the anti-HBs levels. A total of 312 participants completed vaccination and serologic testing. The seroconversion (anti-HBs ≥ 10 IU/L) rates following the first, second, and third doses of the vaccine were 35.6% (95% CI: 30.3-40.9%), 55.1% (95% CI: 49.6-60.7%), and 86.5% (95% CI: 82.8-90.3%), respectively, and the geometric means of the anti-HBs titers were 0.8 IU/L (95% CI: 0.5-1.6 IU/L), 15.7 IU/L (95% CI: 9.4-26.3 IU/L), and 241.0 IU/L (95% CI: 170.3-341.1 IU/L), respectively. In multivariate analysis, after three doses of vaccination, age, CD4 cell count, and HIV-RNA viral load were significantly associated with strong, moderate, and weak response, respectively. These findings confirm that these personal health conditions are related to the HB response. HB vaccination in PWH using the standard schedule was still highly effective in the context of early treatment initiation, especially among participants aged 30 years and younger.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Chronic hepatitis B (HBV) and C virus (HCV) infections represent significant public health issues internationally. HBV vaccination has high sero-conversion rates in patients with mild to moderate chronic liver disease but has reduced efficacy in advanced stages. AIM to evaluate the efficacy of hepatitis B vaccination in HCV-related chronic liver disease and identify possible factors that may contribute to hypo-responsiveness in those patients. METHODS Our study was a retrospective observational clinical study carried out at the tropical medicine department. It was conducted on 500 individuals (400 chronic HCV patients and 100 healthy controls). Individuals were divided into 5 groups: A (control group), B (cirrhotic patient not receiving treatment), C (chronic hepatitis patients receiving treatment), D (cirrhotic patients receiving treatment), and E (HCC patients receiving treatment). All individuals were subjected for comprehensive history taking, clinical examination, laboratory investigations, and assessment of anti-HBs titer. RESULTS There is an inverse relationship between the level of anti-HBs Abs and the duration of vaccine. Diabetes and presence of cirrhosis have statistically significant relationship with serum anti-HBs Abs titer (P = 0.007). Oral DAAs therapy is associated with reduced response to HBV vaccine (only 31.75% of the patients were protected). CONCLUSION HCV infection and its complications significantly impair HBV vaccine response. Levels of anti-HBs Abs decline progressively with increasing duration from the last dose in immunization schedule of HBV vaccine. Diabetes and presence of cirrhosis being the main risk factors for vaccine hypo-responsiveness, also oral DAAs therapy is associated with reduced response to HBV vaccine.

Post-vaccination Immunity Against Hepatitis B Among Mongolian Adolescents and Youths. HEPATITIS MONTHLY 2022. Abstract
Background: Mongolia introduced vaccination against hepatitis B (HepB) in 1991, leading to a significant decline in the number of infections and mortality associated with the liver disease among this generation. However, the prevalence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and mortality rates among people born before the vaccination program have not declined. Although several studies have been conducted in Mongolia since the introduction of the HepB immunization program, long-term immunity has not been studied at the national level. Objectives: This study aimed to determine the prevalence of HBV infection in adolescents and young adults who received HepB vaccinations at 0, 2, and 8 months after birth and to assess their post-vaccination immunity against hepatitis B. Methods: A population-based cross-sectional study was conducted between December 2016 and December 2018 and included a sample aged 10 to 27 years in Mongolia who had received HepB vaccination according to the national program. A total of 3591 individuals were randomly selected, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire. Blood samples were collected, and serum titers of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), antibody to HBsAg (anti-HBs), and antibody to hepatitis B core antigen (anti-HBc) were determined by a two-step sandwich chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay. The age-specific geometric mean of anti-HBs was also estimated. Results: Overall, 98.3% of participants were vaccinated against HepB as infants, according to the interview. The majority had an inadequate anti-HBs titer, while 17.9% had an anti-HBs level of > 10 mIU/mL, of whom 5.7% had immunity induced by HBV infection. Up to 4% of children aged 10 - 19 years and an average of 8% of young adults were serologically positive for HBsAg. The geometric mean anti-HBs titer declined with age, from an average of 40.4 mIU/mL in 10-year-old children to 14.1 IU/mL in 27-year-old adults (P < 0.001). Conclusions: In Mongolia, a small proportion of the population aged 10 - 27 years is immune to HBV, and the geometric mean titer of anti-HBS tended to decrease with age. In order to attain long-term protection against HBV, booster vaccination in adulthood may be necessary.

Abstract
Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is limited through vaccination against HBsAg formulated in the Alum adjuvant. However, this alum-formulated vaccine fails to be preventive in some cases, also known as non-responders. Recent studies have shown the immunomodulatory effect of α-tocopherol in various models. Here, we developed a new formulation for HBsAg using α-tocopherol, followed by assessment of immune responses. Experimental BALB/c mice were immunized with a commercial alum-based vaccine or the one formulated in α-tocopherol at different doses. Mice were immunized subcutaneously with 5 μg of HBsAg with different formulations three times with 2-week intervals. Specific total IgG, IgG1, and IgG2a isotypes of antibodies were measured by ELISA. Immunologic cytokines, such as IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-2, and TNF-α, were also evaluated through commercial ELISA kits. Our results showed that the new α-tocopherol-formulated vaccine had the ability to reinforce specific total IgG responses. Moreover, α-tocopherol in the HBsAg vaccine increased IFN-γ, IL-2, and TNF-α cytokines at higher concentrations; however, the vaccine suppressed IL-4 cytokine release. At a lower concentration of α-tocopherol, the IL-4 cytokine response increased without a positive effect on IFN-γ and TNF-α cytokine response. It seems that α-tocopherol can change the immune responses against HBsAg; however, the type of response depends on the dose of α-tocopherol used in the vaccine formulation.

Abstract
AIMS Hepatitis B virus (HBV) immunization is regarded as the most effective method for the prevention of HBV infection. Various factors, including body mass index (BMI), may contribute to decreased immunization responses. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between BMI at the time of vaccination with anti-HBs levels over the following years. METHODS In this retrospective study, 790 vaccinated participants were recruited. Of these, individuals were selected whose hepatitis B antibody (HBsAb) information was available in 2017. The researchers contacted participants by phone to gather data regarding vaccination history, and weight at the time of vaccination. All data analysis was performed by SPSS. RESULTS This study included 165 eligible adults (28 males and 137 females). Among them, 79% participants were obese. Additionally, 46 (27.88%) and 119 (72.12%) had negative and positive HBsAb, respectively. There were no statistically significant differences seen across all characteristics, except for the number of HBV vaccinations between the positive and negative HBsAb groups. Multiple logistic regression also indicated no meaningful relationship between BMI and positive antibodies. CONCLUSION There was no relationship observed between BMI and immune response to HBV vaccine in bariatric candidates. Known risk factors (age, sex, diabetes, and the number of HBV vaccinations) were not independent predictors of the antibody response to the HBV vaccine.

Abstract
Montanide ISA 51VG adjuvant has been approved for human clinical application and stimulates cellular and humoral immune responses. Here, HBsAg was formulated in Montanide ISA51VG adjuvant to compare its potency with the Fendrix and HBsAg-alum vaccines. In particular, the long-term humoral response was assessed up to 220 days after the final immunization. BALB/c mice were allocated into six groups. Treatment groups were injected with HBsAg-Montanide ISA51VG, the Fendrix and commercial HBsAg-alum, respectively. Montanide ISA51 VG, Alum and PBS injected mice were considered as control groups. Mice were immunized three times with 2-week intervals on days 0, 14 and 28 by subcutaneous injection. Lymphocyte proliferation was assessed with the BrdU method. IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-4 cytokines, specific total IgG and IgG1/IgG2a isotypes were assessed using ELISA. The HBsAg-Montanide ISA51VG vaccine resulted in a significant increase in lymphocyte proliferation versus HBsAg-alum and higher IL-2 cytokine production versus the Fendrix. Comparable IL-4 and IFN-γ cytokines responses were observed for these vaccines. Following the first immunization, IgG increased more in HBs-Montanide 51VG group versus the HBs-alum group, while after the second and third shots comparable responses were observed in comparison to the HBs-alum group. Monitoring for 220 days after the final vaccination showed the superiority of HBsAg-Montanide ISA 51VG vaccine versus HBsAg-alum and even the Fendrix vaccine in the induction of long-term antibody responses. This study suggests that HBsAg-Montanide ISA51VG as a novel vaccine formulation can trigger both cellular and long-lasting humoral immune responses more efficiently than conventional HBsAg vaccines.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Previous reports show conflicting results regarding hepatitis B virus (HBV) vaccine efficacy in Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infected individuals and in those with isolated hepatitis B core antibodies (HBcAb). We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of HBV vaccine and identify possible factors that may contribute to hyporesponsivness in HCV-treated patients, including those with isolated HBcAb. METHODS We conducted a prospective study with 118 enrolled chronic HCV patients who followed a 12-week regimen of direct acting antivirals (DAAs) and were evaluated for HBV serological markers. Eventually, 98 received appropriate HBV vaccination and were assessed for response. RESULTS A total of 57.1% were vaccine responders although only 5.1% achieved a seroprotective level of HBsAb titre. The response rate was significantly lower among treated HCV patients with isolated HBcAb [2 (5.6%) vs. 40 (64.5%) respectively]. On multivariate analysis, advanced age [OR (95% CI) = 1.09 (1.02-1.17)] and presence of isolated HbcAb [OR (95% CI) = 39.59 (7.98-196.63)] were predictors of vaccine non-response. In our cost-effectiveness models, the cost of HBV serological screening was less than the nationally adopted non-screening approach. A model ratifying reinforced vaccination in non-responder HBcAb seropositive HCV patients would incur extra cost. CONCLUSION Hyporesponsiveness to the HBV vaccination is frequent in chronic HCV patients even after achieving SVR following DAAs. Although there is no consensus on the clinical management of patients with isolated HBcAb, our cost-effectiveness options may support decision-making for better clinical benefit and proper health investments.

Abstract
The burden of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a serious public health problem all over the world. Vaccination remains the most effective prevention measure, and safe and effective HBV vaccines have been available since 1982. Health care workers (HCWs) vaccinated against HBV and prospectively followed up for at least 14 years were classified by their antibody titers after primary vaccination as: poor responders (10–99 mIU/mL); moderate responders (100–999 mIU/mL); and good responders (≥1000 mIU/mL). The incidence of antibody loss was calculated for 1000 person-years and the anti-HBs persistence was calculated. The analysis concerned 539 HCWs: 494 good responders (91.7%); 37 moderate responders (6.9%); and eight poor responders (1.5%). The incidence of anti-HBs loss was 52.1 per 1000 person-years for the poor responders, 11.3 per 1000 person-years for the moderate responders, and 1.4 per 1000 person-years for the good responders. The mean persistence of anti-HBs differed significantly between the three groups, being: 19.2 years (95% CI: 15.6–22.8), 25.4 years (95% CI: 23.0–27.9), and 31.0 years (95% CI: 30.5–31.5) for the poor, moderate and good responders, respectively. In conclusion, our findings demonstrate a good persistence of protective anti-HBs titers in HCWs exposed to occupational risk for up to 30 years after a primary vaccination cycle (even without a booster dose) if their titer was initially higher than 100 mIU/mL.

Abstract
Background HBV vaccine is known to offer protection against transmission of HBV infection. Health care workers are mandated to have this vaccination as part of their occupational health safety measures. Post vaccination response data for HCWs in our setting is not available. This study therefore aimed to evaluate the anti-HBs titre levels after Hepatitis B vaccination among HCWs from selected heath facilities in the Cape Coast Metropolis, Ghana. Methods A multicenter (3 selected sites) analytical cross-sectional study involving 711 HCWs was conducted. Five (5mls) of blood samples were collected from each study participant and the serum used for HBV immunological profile testing anti-HBs quantification by ELISA test (Fortress Diagnostics Limited, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom). Data analyses were performed using Stata version 14.0 software (STATA Corp, Texas USA). Results The median age of participants was 29 years (IQR = 26–35 years). Majority (80.9%, n = 575) took their vaccination from Government health facilities compared with 19.1% (n = 136) from private vaccination sources. A total of 7 (3 males and 4 females) were found to be HBsAg positive giving prevalence of 1%. In all, 8.2% (n = 58) of the HCWs had anti-HBs titre levels <10IU/ml giving a sero-protection rate of 91.8%. HCWs who received 3 doses of HBV vaccine were more likely to be sero-protected as compared to those who received only one dose in multivariate analysis (aOR = 3.39, 95%CI: 1.08–10.67), p<0.037). Gender, cigarette smoking and alcohol consumption were not found to be associated with sero-protection. Conclusion There is a high HBV vaccine efficacy among HCWs in the Cape Coast Metropolis of Ghana with higher prevalence of anti-HBs titre level associated with full vaccine dose adherence. Post vaccination antibody titre determination could be an integral part of HBV vaccination protocol for HCWs in Ghana.

Abstract
AIM In the present study, a new formulation of HBsAg vaccine was developed and compared with a commercial peer. BACKGROUND Vaccination of hepatitis B infection has been an unavoidable affair since the 1980s, though it has numerous limitations such as inefficacy in the induction of cellular immune responses. To address these limitations, research on novel formulations is necessary to develop a superior formulation with the potency of induction of both cellular and humoral immune responses. METHODS HBsAg was formulated in oil-in-water adjuvant Montanide ISA-266 (5 µg/dose) using homogenizer. Balb/C mice were then immunized three times at days 0, 14, and 28 with HBsAg/Montanide ISA-266 or HBsAg/alum with proper control groups. Two weeks after the last immunization, immunological parameters including IL-2, IL-4, TNF-α, IFN-γ, total IgG and IgG1/IgG2a isotypes were assessed by ELISA. RESULTS The results demonstrated that the formulation of HBsAg with Montanide ISA-266 enhanced humoral immune responses versus the commercial vaccine and control groups. No significant difference in terms of Th1 pattern was found between HBsAg/Montanide ISA-266 and the commercial vaccine. CONCLUSION Formulation of HBsAg with an oil-based adjuvant may be useful for the induction of a more potent humoral immune response compared to the commercially available HBV vaccine.

Abstract
Background: Hepatitis B is a dangerous disease with high morbidity and mortality rates all around the world. Vaccination is the most important way to its prevention and control. This cross-sectional study was carried out to study the levels of immunogenicity to hepatitis B vaccine in students. Materials and Methods: Six hundred and forty-four students aged 6–18 years including 316 girls and 328 boys were selected from the Chaharmahal Va Bakhtiari province. Selected students had been received three doses of recombinant vaccine (0, 1, and 6 months). Blood samples were taken and the titers of hepatitis B surface antigen were studied. Results: From a total of 644 students, 396 (61.5%) had a titer lesser than 10 mIu/ml and 248 (38.5%) had a titer higher than 10 mIu/ml. Therefore, the level of respond to vaccine with 95% confidence was 38.5% (34.7%–42.4%). Levels of respond to vaccine were related to age, body mass index (BMI), and educational level and were not related to sex and habit of students. Conclusion: Reverse significant relation was seen between the respond to vaccine and age and BMI in a way which the titers of antibody were lower in students with higher age and BMI.

Abstract
Background Hepatitis B is one of the most important occupational hazards among healthcare workers (HCWs). This study aimed to measure the anti-HBs titres among the medical students and HCWs vaccinated against hepatitis B virus and to determine the association between anti-HBs levels and time since vaccination. Materials and Methods In this cross-sectional study, medical students and healthcare workers who had received all three doses of hepatitis B vaccination and completed at least six months after vaccination since the last dose were included. 3 ml blood was collected from subjects (n = 340) and anti-HBs titre was estimated using ELISA. Results A total of 340/400 subjects were aged between 18 and 60 years; 204 were females and 136 males. The median and interquartile range for time since vaccination were 5 and 5 years, respectively. Duration since vaccination was ≤5 years in 223 (65.5%), 6–10 years in 84 (24.7%), and >10 years in 33 (9.70%); among them, antibody titres were >10 mIU/ml in 94.1%, 79.7%, and 72.7% subjects, respectively. There was significant decline in antibody titres as duration of postvaccination increased. Conclusion The proportion of subjects who were unprotected after 5 and 10 years after vaccination were 20% and 27%, respectively. The need for a booster dose can be made mandatory at least for healthcare professionals.

Abstract
BACKGROUND A two-dose preoperative vaccination schedule against HBV has been the widely accepted policy in Poland. However, its effectiveness has not yet been assessed. OBJECTIVE To evaluate a two-dose preoperative HBV vaccination policy by an assessment of the proportion of patients who don't present a protective level of anti-HBs (<10.0 mIU/ml). METHODS Consecutive patients from surgical/gynecologic wards of 12 randomly selected hospitals in West Pomerania, Poland, hospitalized between 2010 and 2013, vaccinated against HBV with a two-dose regimen, were asked to complete an anonymous questionnaire. Serum samples were assayed for anti-HBs with the use of third-generation testing methods. To compare sensitivity versus specificity across a range of values for the ability to predict a dichotomous outcome (a protection against HBV infection) a Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was determined. RESULTS There were 193 patients, 58.5% women, median age 52 years. Almost a half (46.0%) of the patients were operated on within 0-60 days of taking the second vaccine dose, 16.2% - 61-180 days after, 37.8% >180 days after. Anti-HBs titer was below a protective level in 49.2% of participants (0.0 mIU/ml in 17.8%, 0.1-9.9 mIU/ml in 31.4%); none of them were aware of this fact. Age ≤ 52 years (OR = 1.89) and having surgery more than 37.5 days after HBV vaccination (OR = 2.70) were associated with greater odds of being protected against HBV infection through vaccination. For the time frame between the second dose implementation and surgery 23 days, a sensitivity of 84% and specificity of 22% for obtaining protection against HBV infection was found, for the time frame >37.5 days - sensitivity remained high (80%), while specificity increased (41%); there was an apparent peek on the ROC curve between 38 and 60 day. In the group vaccinated 0-37.5 days before surgery, less patients had the protective level of anti-HBs titer than in vaccinated 38-60 days before surgery (32.3% vs 60.0%; p = 0.03). CONCLUSIONS The success rate in achieving adequate immune protection with two dose HBV vaccination schedule in preoperatively vaccinated patients is relatively low, especially among those vaccinated less than five weeks prior to surgery. In more than a third of cases the standard three-dose regimen could have been implemented, as participants had time to complete a third dose. Current recommendations regarding a preoperative policy with a 2-dose vaccination schedule in Poland should be revised; the best time to perform surgery after the implementation of the second dose of vaccine in the context of patient protection against HBV infection would be between 38 and 60 days.

Abstract
Hepatitis B was still a worldwide health problem. This study aimed to conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess a more precise estimation of factors that influence the response to hepatitis B vaccine in adults. Our included studies examined seroprotection rates close to the end of vaccination schedules in healthy adult populations. This meta-analysis including 21053 adults in 37 articles showed that a significantly decreased response to hepatitis B vaccine appeared in adults (age ≥ 40) (RR:1.86, 95% CI:1.55–2.23), male adults (RR:1.40, 95% CI:1.22–1.61), BMI ≥ 25 adults (RR:1.56, 95% CI:1.12–2.17), smoker (RR:1.53, 95% CI:1.21–1.93), and adults with concomitant disease (RR:1.39, 95% CI:1.04–1.86). Meanwhile, we further found a decreased response to hepatitis B vaccine appeared in adults (age ≥ 30) (RR:1.77, 95% CI:1.48–2.10), and adults (age ≥ 60) (RR:1.30, 95% CI:1.01–1.68). However, there were no difference in response to hepatitis B vaccine both in alcoholic (RR:0.90, 95% CI:0.64–1.26) and 0-1-12 vs. 0-1-6 vaccination schedule (RR:1.39, 95% CI:0.41–4.67). Pooling of these studies recommended the sooner the better for adult hepatitis B vaccine strategy. More vaccine doses, supplemental/additional strengthening immunity should be emphasized on the susceptible population of increasing aged, male, BMI ≥ 25, smoking and concomitant disease. The conventional 0-1-6 vaccination schedule could be still worth to be recommended.
