Abstract
OBJECTIVE To provide an overview of healthcare professionals' experience of PCOS management and identify the relevant facilitators and barriers. METHODS A systematic search was conducted in MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHL, Web of Science, and Cochrane CENTRAL database from the earliest available date to April 2023. Qualitative and mixed methods studies that described healthcare professionals' experiences of PCOS management were included. RESULTS A total of 74 findings were extracted from the 8 included studies, which were categorized into facilitators and barriers. The barriers were meta-aggregated into four themes: the weakness of clinical evidence; women's low adherence to PCOS management; various obstacles that healthcare professionals face, and the influence of social environment and culture. The facilitators were meta-aggregated into three themes: chronic disease healthcare plan, communication techniques and healthcare professionals' ability and awareness. CONCLUSION The findings of this study have the potential to improve the care provided to women with PCOS. However, it is important for national health professionals and policy markers to consider the cultural context of their own country when implementing these findings. PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS This study illustrated several challenges in managing the heterogeneous condition of PCOS and provide insights for the development of medical policies and future research directions.

Abstract
Cellulose-based polymer scaffolds are highly diverse for designing and fabricating artificial bone substitutes. However, realizing the multi-biological functions of cellulose-based scaffolds has long been challenging. In this work, inspired by the structure and function of the extracellular matrix (ECM) of bone, we developed a novel yet feasible strategy to prepare ECM-like scaffolds with hybrid calcium/zinc mineralization. The 3D porous structure was formed via selective oxidation and freeze drying of bacterial cellulose. Following the principle of electrostatic interaction, calcium/zinc hybrid hydroxyapatite nucleated, crystallized, and precipitated on the 3D scaffold in simulated physiological conditions, which was well confirmed by morphology and composition analysis. Compared with alternative scaffold cohorts, this hybrid ion-loaded cellulose scaffold exhibited a pronounced elevation in alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity, osteogenic gene expression, and cranial defect regeneration. Notably, the hybrid ion-loaded cellulose scaffold effectively fostered an M2 macrophage milieu and had a strong immune effect in vivo. In summary, this study developed a hybrid multifunctional cellulose-based scaffold that appropriately simulates the ECM to regulate immunomodulatory and osteogenic differentiation, setting a measure for artificial bone substitutes.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the microbiota composition and diversity between autogenous and anautogenous Culex pipiens pallens, so as to provide insights into unraveling the pathogenesis of autogeny in Cx. pipiens pallens. METHODS Autogenous and anautogenous adult Cx. pipiens pallens samples were collected at 25 ℃, and the hypervariable regions of the microbial 16S ribosomal RNA (16S rRNA) gene was sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing platform. The microbiota abundance and diversity were evaluated using the alpha diversity index, and the difference in the microbiota structure was examined using the beta diversity index. The microbiota with significant differences in the abundance between autogenous and anautogenous adult Cx. pipiens pallens samples was identified using the linear discriminant analysis effect size (LEfSe). RESULTS The microbiota in autogenous and anautogenous Cx. pipiens pallens samples belonged to 18 phyla, 28 classes, 70 orders, 113 families, and 170 genera, and the dominant phyla included Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and so on. At the genus level, Wolbachia was a common dominant genus, and the relative abundance was (77.6 ± 11.3)% in autogenous Cx. pipiens pallens samples and (47.5 ± 8.5)% in anautogenous mosquito samples, while Faecalibaculum (0.4% ± 0.1%), Dubosiella (0.5% ± 0.0%) and Massilia (0.5% ± 0.1%) were specific species in autogenous Cx. pipiens pallens samples. Alpha diversity analysis showed that higher Chao1 index and ACE index in autogenous Cx. pipiens pallens samples than in anautogenous samples (both P values > 0.05), and lower Shannon index (P > 0.05) and Simpson index (P < 0.05) in autogenous Cx. pipiens pallens samples than in anautogenous samples. LEfSe analysis showed a total of 48 significantly different taxa between autogenous and anautogenous Cx. pipiens pallens samples (all P values < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS There is a significant difference in the microbiota diversity between autogenous and anautogenous Cx. pipiens pallens.

Abstract
PURPOSE This study aimed to assess the transition readiness of adolescents with cancer in central China and to explore the paths associated with transition readiness based on self-determination theory (SDT). METHODS Self-management and transition to adulthood with Rx = treatment questionnaire, patient activation measure, perceived social support scale and general self-efficacy scale were used to measure transition readiness as well as constructs pertaining to SDT (competence, relatedness and autonomy). The factors influencing transition readiness were evaluated using multiple linear regression. Models 4 and 6 in PROCESS Macro 3.3 were used to test the mediating effects and chain mediating effects, respectively. RESULTS A total of 217 adolescents with cancer were included; their mean transition readiness score was 59.95 (11.34). Age (t = 6.086, p < 0.000), duration of diagnosis (t = 2.218, p = 0.028), completion of treatment (t = -2.036, p = 0.043), insurance, and competence (t = 11.149, p < 0.000) were significantly associated with transition readiness. The direct effects of self-efficacy and perceived social support on transition readiness were not significant. However, two chain mediating paths were observed: perceived social support - self-efficacy - patient activation - transition readiness and self-efficacy - perceived social support - patient activation - transition readiness; the effect values of these paths were 0.0678 and 0.0703, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The findings of this study add to the evidence supporting the use of SDT-related constructs to promote transition readiness among adolescents with cancer, highlight the importance of encouraging patient activation, and clarify the ancillary roles of social support and self-efficacy in patient activation development during transitional period.

Abstract
Inflammation plays a key role in pathogenesis and rupture of aneurysms. Non-invasively and dynamically monitoring aneurysm inflammation is critical. This study evaluated myeloperoxidase (MPO) as an imaging biomarker and therapeutic target for aneurysm inflammation using an elastase-induced rabbit model treated with or without 4-aminobenzoic acid hydrazide (ABAH), an irreversible inhibitor of MPO. Myeloperoxidase-sensitive magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using Mn-TyrEDTA, a peroxidase activity-dependent contrast agent, revealed weak contrast enhancement in contralateral arteries and decreased contrast enhancement in aneurysm walls with ABAH treatment, indicating MPO activity decreased and inflammation mitigated. This was supported by reduced immune cell infiltration, matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-2 and - 9) activity, ROS production and arterial wall destruction on histology. Finally, the aneurysm expansion rate remained < 50% throughout the study in the ABAH(+) group, but increased gradually in the ABAH(-) group. Our results suggest that inhibition of MPO attenuated inflammation and expansion of experimental aneurysm and MPO-sensitive MRI showed promise as a noninvasive tool for monitoring aneurysm inflammation.

Abstract
Fetal growth restriction (FGR) is a common complication of pregnancy and can have significant impact on obstetric and neonatal outcomes. Increasing evidence has shown that the inhibited mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling in placenta is associated with FGR. However, interpretation of existing research is limited due to inconsistent methodologies and varying understanding of the mechanism by which mTOR activity contributes to FGR. Hereby, we have demonstrated that different anatomic regions of human and mouse placentas exhibited different levels of mTOR activity in normal compared to FGR pregnancies. When using the rapamycin-induced FGR mouse model, we found that placentas of FGR pregnancies exhibited abnormal morphological changes and reduced mTOR activity in the decidual-junctional layer. Using transcriptomics and lipidomics, we revealed that lipid and energy metabolism was significantly disrupted in the placentas of FGR mice. Finally, we demonstrated that maternal physical exercise during gestation in our FGR mouse model was associated with increased fetal and placental weight as well as increased placental mTOR activity and lipid metabolism. Collectively, our data indicate that the inhibited placental mTOR signaling contributes to FGR with altered lipid metabolism in mouse placentas, and maternal exercise could be an effective method to reduce the occurrence of FGR or alleviate the adverse outcomes associated with FGR.

Abstract
The clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat (CRISPR)-Cas12a system is a powerful tool in gene editing; however, crRNA-DNA mismatches might induce unwanted cleavage events, especially at the distal end of the PAM. To minimize this limitation, we engineered a hyper fidelity AsCas12a variant carrying the mutations S186A/R301A/T315A/Q1014A/K414A (termed HyperFi-As) by modifying amino acid residues interacting with the target DNA and crRNA strand. HyperFi-As retains on-target activities comparable to wild-type AsCas12a (AsCas12aWT) in human cells. We demonstrated that HyperFi-As has dramatically reduced off-target effects in human cells, and HyperFi-As possessed notably a lower tolerance to mismatch at the position of the PAM-distal region compared with the wild type. Further, a modified single-molecule DNA unzipping assay at proper constant force was applied to evaluate the stability and transient stages of the CRISPR/Cas ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complex. Multiple states were sensitively detected during the disassembly of the DNA-Cas12a-crRNA complexes. On off-target DNA substrates, the HyperFi-As-crRNA was harder to maintain the R-loop complex state compared to the AsCas12aWT, which could explain exactly why the HyperFi-As has low off-targeting effects in human cells. Our findings provide a novel version of AsCas12a variant with low off-target effects, especially capable of dealing with the high off-targeting in the distal region from the PAM. An insight into how the AsCas12a variant behaves at off-target sites was also revealed at the single-molecule level and the unzipping assay to evaluate multiple states of CRISPR/Cas RNP complexes might be greatly helpful for a deep understanding of how CRISPR/Cas behaves and how to engineer it in future.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Although the stigma associated with seeking professional psychological help has received significant attention, few studies have focused on the status and factors influencing this stigma among pregnant women, especially those with a Chinese cultural background. This study aimed to assess the status of stigma associated with seeking professional psychological help and its influencing factors. METHODS A total of 1325 pregnant women were recruited from Hunan Province, China. The Stigma for Seeking Professional Psychological Help questionnaire, Patient Health Questionnaire-9, Perceived Social Support Scale, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, and questionnaires on sociodemographic characteristics and pregnancy-related information were used. Descriptive, univariate, correlation, and multivariate linear regression analyses were used to investigate the status of stigma and identify its influencing factors. FINDINGS Pregnant Chinese women experienced a mild to moderate level of stigma associated with seeking professional psychological help, and self-stigma was more common than social stigma associated with seeking psychological help. The results of the multivariate analysis suggested that perceived social support, positive coping styles, negative coping styles, and depressive symptoms were the factors influencing self-stigma and social stigma associated with seeking professional psychological help. Advanced age and a low educational level were the only predictors associated with self-stigma, while a history of multiple pregnancies had an effect only on social stigma associated with seeking professional psychological help. CONCLUSION Chinese pregnant women experienced a mild to moderate level of stigma associated with seeking professional psychological help. Destigmatizing interventions focusing on self-stigma and social stigma should be designed according to maternal characteristics, social support, coping style, and depressive symptoms.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common chronic condition in women of child-bearing age. There is currently no effective treatment, so early and long-term management is essential. However, there are many problems in the practice of disease management in women with PCOS that make it difficult to achieve good outcomes. OBJECTIVE To explore women's experience of PCOS management and identify the relevant facilitators and barriers to management. SEARCH STRATEGY A structured search was undertaken in five bibliographic databases (MEDLINE, Web of Science, CINAHL, Embase, PubMed, and Cochrane) from the date of establishment of the database up to December 2022. SELECTION CRITERIA All qualitative and mixed-methods studies available in English describing the experience of PCOS management from the patients' perspective were included. DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS The Joanna Briggs Institute Qualitative Assessment and Review Instrument was used to appraise study quality. The evidence was synthesized using a pragmatic meta-aggregative approach guided by the capability, opportunity, and motivation model of behavior (COM-B). MAIN RESULTS A total of 13 studies were included with 85 equivocal findings and 12 credible findings. The findings were meta-aggregated into three themes: (1) capability of women with PCOS, including patients' attitudes toward disease and management, knowledge, and skills of the disease; (2) opportunities in PCOS management, including information about PCOS, diagnostic delay, disease characteristics, disease management plan, and logistical and environmental problems; and (3) motivation in PCOS management, including impact of symptoms, perceived needs, support and feedback, and unpleasant medical experience. CONCLUSIONS This study identifies facilitators and barriers to PCOS management from the patient perspective, which can guide the design and implementation of PCOS management programs for patients. This study also provides information for future research into how the COM-B theory can be incorporated into specific management plans to promote patient action.

Abstract
Resident memory T (Trm) cells which are specifically located in non-lymphoid tissues showed distinct phenotypes and functions compared to circulating memory T cells and were vital for the initiation of robust immune response within tissues. However, the heterogeneity in the transcriptional features, development pathways, and cancer response of Trm cells in the small intestine was not demonstrated. Here, we integrated scRNA-seq and scTCR-seq data pan-tissue T cells to explore the heterogeneity of Trm cells and their development pathways. Trm were enriched in tissue-specific immune response and those in the DUO specially interacted with B cells via TNF and MHC-I signatures. T cell lineage analyses demonstrated that Trm might be derived from the T_CD4/CD8 subset within the same organ or migrated from spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes. We compared the immune repertoire of Trm among organs and implied that clonotypes in both DUO and ILE were less expanded and hydrophilic TRB CDR3s were enriched in the DUO. We further demonstrated that Trm in the intestine infiltrated the colorectal cancer and several effector molecules were highly expressed. Finally, the TCGA dataset of colorectal cancer implied that the infiltration of Trm from the DUO and the ILE was beneficial for overall survival and the response to immune checkpoint blockade.

Abstract
Panax ginseng as a traditional medicinal plant with a long history of medicinal use. Ginsenoside Ro is the only oleanane-type ginsenoside in ginseng, and has various pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, detoxification, and antithrombotic activities. UDP-dependent glycosyltransferase (UGT) plays a key role in the synthesis of ginsenoside, and the excavation of UGT genes involved in the biosynthesis of ginsenoside Ro has great significance in enriching ginsenoside genetic resources and further revealing the synthesis mechanism of ginsenoside. In this work, ginsenoside-Ro-synthesis-related genes were mined using the P. ginseng reference-free transcriptome database. Fourteen hub transcripts were identified by differential expression analysis and weighted gene co-expression network analysis. Phylogenetic and synteny block analyses of PgUGAT252645, a UGT transcript among the hub transcripts, showed that PgUGAT252645 belonged to the UGT73 subfamily and was relatively conserved in ginseng plants. Functional analysis showed that PgUGAT252645 encodes a glucuronosyltransferase that catalyzes the glucuronide modification of the C3 position of oleanolic acid using uridine diphosphate glucuronide as the substrate. Furthermore, the mutation at 622 bp of its open reading frame resulted in amino acid substitutions that may significantly affect the catalytic activity of the enzyme, and, as a consequence, affect the biosynthesis of ginsenoside Ro. Results of the in vitro enzyme activity assay of the heterologous expression product in E. coli of PgUGAT252645 verified the above analyses. The function of PgUGAT252645 was further verified by the result that its overexpression in ginseng adventitious roots significantly increased the content of ginsenoside Ro. The present work identified a new UGT gene involved in the biosynthesis of ginsenoside Ro, which not only enriches the functional genes in the ginsenoside synthesis pathway, but also provides the technical basis and theoretical basis for the in-depth excavation of ginsenoside-synthesis-related genes.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The purpose of the study was to investigate the status of pregnancy stress and to explore factors associated with pregnancy stress among women by China's two-child policy. METHODS A mixed-method study involving both quantitative and qualitative methods was conducted using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The questionnaires encompassed socio-demographic and obstetric characteristics, as well as the Pregnancy Stress Rating Scale (PSRS) and the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS). Initially, the participants were required to complete the questionnaires, enabling us to assess their respective pregnancy stress statuses. Subsequently, we selectively interviewed pregnant women with a second child and exhibited at least mild pregnancy stress. The qualitative study sought to uncover the factors contributing to their stress during pregnancy. RESULTS A total of 463 subjects were enrolled; of the subjects, 22 (4.8%) had no stress, 407 (87.9%) had mild stress, 34 (7.3%) had moderate stress. Generalized linear regression analysis revealed significant factors (P<0.05) related to pregnancy stress, including family financial burden, subjective support, fertility desire, gender of the first child, and gender preference. Additionally, 16 subjects were interviewed, and through analysis, three major themes emerged, each comprising 12 sub-themes associated with pregnancy stress. These themes were identified as fertility factors (worry about maternal and child health, birth experience, and parenting stress), family factors ( financial burden, second child care problems, first child's acceptance of the second child, family concerns, fertility desire, and gender preference) and social factors (involving life events, career development and workload). CONCLUSION The diver factors contribute to pregnancy stress among pregnant women under China's two-child policy. Our study could be used to develop appropriate interventions to reduce pregnancy stress and to enhance the mental health of women pregnant with a second child.

Abstract
Influenza A virus infection during pregnancy can cause adverse maternal and fetal outcomes but the mechanism responsible remains elusive. Infection of outbred mice with 2009 H1N1 at embryonic day (E) 10 resulted in significant maternal morbidity, placental tissue damage and inflammation, fetal growth restriction, and developmental delays that lasted through weaning. Restriction of pulmonary virus replication was not inhibited during pregnancy, but infected dams had suppressed circulating and placental progesterone (P4) concentrations that were caused by H1N1-induced upregulation of pulmonary cyclooxygenase (COX)-1-, but not COX-2-, dependent synthesis and secretion of prostaglandin (PG) F2α. Treatment with 17-α-hydroxyprogesterone caproate (17-OHPC), a synthetic progestin that is safe to use in pregnancy, ameliorated the adverse maternal and fetal outcomes from H1N1 infection and prevented placental cell death and inflammation. These findings highlight the therapeutic potential of progestin treatments for influenza during pregnancy.IMPORTANCEPregnant individuals are at risk of severe outcomes from both seasonal and pandemic influenza A viruses. Influenza infection during pregnancy is associated with adverse fetal outcomes at birth and adverse consequences for offspring into adulthood. When outbred dams, with semi-allogenic fetuses, were infected with 2009 H1N1, in addition to pulmonary virus replication, lung damage, and inflammation, the placenta showed evidence of transient cell death and inflammation that was mediated by increased activity along the arachidonic acid pathway leading to suppression of circulating progesterone. Placental damage and suppressed progesterone were associated with detrimental effects on perinatal growth and developmental delays in offspring. Treatment of H1N1-infected pregnant mice with 17-OHPC, a synthetic progestin treatment that is safe to use in pregnancy, prevented placental damage and inflammation and adverse fetal outcomes. This novel therapeutic option for the treatment of influenza during pregnancy should be explored clinically.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Studies related to air pollutants and spontaneous abortion in urban northwestern China are scarce, and the main exposure windows of pollutants acting on pregnant women are unclear. STUDY DESIGN Case-control study. METHODS Data were collected from pregnant women in Tongchuan City from 2018 to 2019. A total of 289 cases of spontaneous abortion and 1156 cases of full-term labor were included and analyzed using a case-control study. Logistic regression models were developed to explore the relationship between air pollutants and spontaneous abortion after Chi square analysis and Air pollutant description. RESULTS O3 (odds ratio [OR] = 1.028) is a risk factor for spontaneous abortion throughout pregnancy. PM2.5 (OR = 1.015), PM10 (OR = 1.010), SO2 (OR = 1.026), and NO2 (OR = 1.028) are risk factors for spontaneous abortion in the 30 days before the last menstrual period. PM2.5 (OR = 1.015), PM10 (OR = 1.013), SO2 (OR = 1.036), and NO2 (OR = 1.033) are risk factors for spontaneous abortion in the 30-60 days before the last menstrual period. PM2.5 (OR = 1.028), PM10 (OR = 1.013), SO2 (OR = 1.035), and NO2 (OR = 1.059) are risk factors for spontaneous abortion in the 60-90 days before the last menstrual period. CONCLUSION Exposure to high levels of air pollutants may be a cause of increased risk of spontaneous abortion, especially in the first trimester of the last menstrual period.

Abstract
PURPOSE The discontinuation of fertility treatment could decrease the chances of achieving parenthood for infertile patients and often leads to economic loss and medical resource waste. However, the evidence on the factors associated with discontinuation is unclear and inconsistent in the context of fertility treatment. This scoping review aimed to summarize the evidence on factors associated with discontinuation in fertility treatment, identify the current knowledge gap, and generate recommendations for future research. METHODS We searched PubMed, Embase, The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CINAHL, American Psychological Association, and http://clinicaltrials.gov from inception to June 2023 without language or time restrictions. We also searched the grey literature in Open Grey and Google Scholar and hand-searched the reference lists of relevant studies to identify potentially eligible studies. Publications that studied factors associated with discontinuation in fertility treatment were included. The identified factors were mapped to the World Health Organization's treatment adherence model. RESULTS Thirty-seven articles involving 41,973 infertile patients from 13 countries were included in this scoping review. All studies identified the factors from the perspective of patients, except for one that described the factors from the healthcare providers' perspective. A total of 42 factors were identified, with most of them belonging to the patient-related dimension, followed by socio-economic-related, treatment-related, condition-related, and healthcare system-related dimensions. Female education level, social support, and insurance coverage decreased the likelihood of treatment discontinuation, whereas multiparous women, male infertility, depression, higher infertility duration, and treatment duration increased the likelihood of treatment discontinuation. Age, education level, and ethnicity are the commonly nonmodifiable factors for treatment discontinuation, while insurance coverage, depression, and anxiety symptoms are among some of the more commonly reported modifiable factors. CONCLUSION This is the first scoping review examining and synthesizing evidence on the factors influencing of discontinuation in fertility treatment. This review could inform researchers, clinicians, and policymakers to address modifiable barriers and facilitators to develop personalized and multicomponent interventions that could improve the discontinuation in fertility treatment.

Abstract
Currently, biomineralization is widely used as a surface modification approach to obtain ideal material surfaces with complex hierarchical nanostructures, morphologies, unique biological functions, and categorized organizations. The fabrication of biomineralized coating for the surfaces of scaffolds, especially synthetic polymer scaffolds, can alter surface characteristics, provide a favorable microenvironment, release various bioactive substances, regulate the cellular behaviors of osteoblasts, and promote bone regeneration after implantation. However, the biomineralized coating fabricated by immersion in a simulated body fluid has the disadvantages of non-uniformity, instability, and limited capacity to act as an effective reservoir of bioactive ions for bone regeneration. In this study, in order to promote the osteoinductivity of 3D-printed PCL scaffolds, we optimized the surface biomineralization procedure by nano-topographical guidance. Compared with biomineralized coating constructed by the conventional method, the nano-topographically guided biomineralized coating possessed more mineral substances and firmly existed on the surface of scaffolds. Additionally, nano-topographically guided biomineralized coating possessed better protein adsorption and ion release capacities. To this end, the present work also demonstrated that nano-topographically guided biomineralized coating on the surface of 3D-printed PCL scaffolds can regulate the cellular behaviors of USCs, guide the osteogenic differentiation of USCs, and provide a biomimetic microenvironment for bone regeneration.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study aimed to enhance the quintessential "five temporomandibular disorder (TMD) symptoms" (5Ts) screener by incorporating frequency options and distinguishing between TMJ and muscle pain. The diagnostic accuracy along with cut-off points for the effective identification of TMDs was also established. METHODS Participants, aged ≥18 years, were recruited from a university-based hospital. After completing surveys encompassing demographic data and the enhanced 5Ts (with frequency options [5Ts-F] and differentiation of TMJ/muscle pain [6Ts-F]), protocolized interviews and clinical examinations were performed following DC/TMD. The diagnostic accuracy and best cut-off points were determined with the area under the receiver operating characteristic curves (AUCs). RESULTS 324 participants were recruited (mean age 30.0 ± 11.4 years). Among these, 86.4% had TMDs. 5Ts exhibited high diagnostic accuracy for detecting all TMDs (AUC = 0.92) with sensitivity/specificity values of 83.9%/88.6%. Both 5Ts-F and 6Ts-F had slightly better accuracy (AUCs = 0.95/0.96), comparable sensitivity, and superior specificity (97.7%) compared to 5Ts. The best cut-off points were 1.5 for 5Ts and 2.5 for 5Ts-F/6Ts-F. CONCLUSIONS Although all three TMD screeners presented high diagnostic accuracy, 5Ts-F/6Ts-F had notably improved specificity. 5Ts scores of >1.5 and 5Ts-F/6Ts-F scores of >2.5 are to be applied for screening the presence of TMDs.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of skin flap grafting combined with vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) on ulcer area, pain level and serum inflammation in patients with diabetic foot (DF). METHODS In this retrospective study, 121 patients with DF who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Xinyang Vocational and Technical College between April 2018 and April 2022 were included as study subjects, including 50 cases receiving skin flap grafting (control group) and 71 cases receiving skin flap grafting combined with VSD (research group). Information on clinical efficacy, survival rate of the grafted flap, amputation and complications, ulcer area, rehabilitation (granulation tissue formation time, ulcer wound healing time), pain level (Visual Analogue Scale [VAS]), and serum inflammatory factors (interleukin [IL]-6, tumor necrosis factor [TNF]-α, and C-reactive protein [CRP]) were collected for comparative analyses. Univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted to screen the risk factors for patients' prognosis. RESULTS The overall response rate and the survival rate of the grafted flap in the research group were markedly higher compared with the control group, while the amputation rate was significantly lower (all P<0.05). Besides, the research group exhibited an evidently smaller post-treatment ulcer area, lower VAS, IL-6, TNF-α and CRP levels, and shorter granulation tissue formation time and ulcer wound healing time than the control group (all P<0.05). Neither group of patients experienced significant complications. The use of skin flap grafting + VSD was a protective factor for postoperative outcome. CONCLUSIONS Skin flap grafting combined with VSD is effective in treating DF patients, which can validly reduce ulcer area and inhibit serum inflammation after treatment, thus accelerating rehabilitation.

Abstract
Anxiety and depressive symptoms are prevalent in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and there is a great need for culturally relevant interventions to improve anxiety and depressive symptoms in women with PCOS. The current study aimed to analyze the factors influencing body-image satisfaction, anxiety, and depressive symptoms in Chinese women with PCOS. It also aimed to clarify the association between body-image satisfaction and anxiety and depressive symptoms in women with PCOS, and whether this association was mediated by cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression. A total of 477 women with PCOS were recruited from the Department of Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine Center of one university-affiliated tertiary hospital in China. They completed the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 scale, the Patient Health Questionnaire-9, the Body Image States Scale, and the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire. The study found body-image satisfaction showed significant associations with anxiety and depressive symptoms. This association was mediated by cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression. The findings of this study offer new insights into the relationship between body image and anxiety and depressive symptoms in women with PCOS. They also emphasize the potential value of promoting body-image satisfaction and enhancing cognitive reappraisal abilities to improve the mental health of women with PCOS.

Abstract
Heat shock protein B6 (HSPB6) plays a certain role in the formation of several cancers, whereas its effect on osteosarcoma remains unclear. In this study, the effect of HSPB6 on osteosarcoma was validated through numerous experiments. HSPB6 was down-regulated in osteosarcoma. As indicated by the result of CCK-8 and colony formation assays, HSPB6 overexpression was likely to inhibit the osteosarcoma cells proliferation, whereas the flow cytometry analysis suggested that apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells was increased after HSPB6 overexpression. Furthermore, transwell and wound healing assays suggested that when HSPB6 was overexpressed, osteosarcoma cells migration and invasion were declined. Moreover, the western blotting assay suggested that the protein level of p-ERK1/2 was down-regulated in osteosarcoma when HSPB6 was overexpressed. Besides, the effect of HSPB6 on osteosarcoma in vivo was examined. As indicated by the result, HSPB6 overexpression was likely to prevent osteosarcoma growth and lung metastasis in vivo. As revealed by the findings of this study, HSPB6 overexpression exerted anticancer effects in osteosarcoma through the ERK signaling pathway and HSPB6 may be suitable target for osteosarcoma molecular therapies.

Abstract
Purpose: This study aims to investigate the experiences, emotional coping strategies, and help-seeking needs of women with PCOS from their perspective, considering common psychological issues such as stress, anxiety, and depression that are prevalent among individuals with PCOS. Materials and Methods: The study recruited 14 women with PCOS for semi-structured interviews between October and November 2022, using a descriptive phenomenology method design. The interviews were analyzed using NVivo 12 software. Results: Four themes and eleven subthemes were derived from the semi-structured interviews: (1) Negative Mental Health Status; (2) Four Patterns of Emotion Regulation; (3) The Psychological Double-Edged Sword: Family Social Network; (4) Strong Demands for Psychological Counseling and Lifestyle Guidance. Conclusion: The study suggests that interventions should focus on fostering internalized self-efficacy and emotional expression, promoting constructive familial support, and providing psychological counseling and lifestyle recommendations to alleviate psychological distress experienced by women with PCOS.

Abstract
Background Immunotherapy has revolutionized the treatment of cancer. However, microsatellite stable (MSS) metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) shows a low response to PD-1 inhibitors. Antiangiogenic therapy can enhance anti-PD-1 efficacy, but it still cannot meet clinical needs. Increasing evidence supported a close relationship between gut microbiome and anti-PD-1 efficacy. This study aimed to explore the efficacy and safety of the combination of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) and tislelizumab and fruquintinib in refractory MSS mCRC. Methods In the phase II trial, MSS mCRC patients were administered FMT plus tislelizumab and fruquintinib as a third-line or above treatment. The primary endpoint was progression-free survival (PFS). Secondary endpoints were overall survival (OS), objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), duration of response (DoR), clinical benefit rate (CBR), safety and quality of life. Feces and peripheral blood were collected for exploratory biomarker analysis. This study is registered with Chictr.org.cn, identifier ChiCTR2100046768. Findings From May 10, 2021 to January 17, 2022, 20 patients were enrolled. Median follow-up was 13.7 months. Median PFS was 9.6 months (95% CI 4.1-15.1). Median OS was 13.7 months (95% CI 9.3-17.7). Median DoR was 8.1 months (95% CI 1.7-10.6). ORR was 20% (95% CI 5.7-43.7). DCR was 95% (95% CI 75.1-99.9). CBR was 60% (95% CI 36.1-80.9). Nineteen patients (95%) experienced at least one treatment-related adverse event (TRAE). Six patients (30%) had grade 3-4 TRAEs, with the most common being albuminuria (10%), urine occult blood (10%), fecal occult blood (10%), hypertension (5%), hyperglycemia (5%), liver dysfunction (5%), hand-foot skin reaction (5%), and hypothyroidism (5%). No treatment-related deaths occurred. Responders had a high-abundance of Proteobacteria and Lachnospiraceae family and a low-abundance of Actinobacteriota and Bifidobacterium. The treatment did not change the structure of peripheral blood TCR repertoire. However, the expanded TCRs exhibited the characteristics of antigen-driven responses in responders. Interpretation FMT plus tislelizumab and fruquintinib as third-line or above treatment showed improved survival and manageable safety in refractory MSS mCRC, suggesting a valuable new treatment option for this patient population. Abstract
BACKGROUND A novel myeloperoxidase-activatable manganese-based (MPO-Mn) MRI probe may enable the activation state of inflammatory foci to be detected and monitored noninvasively. PURPOSE To evaluate the inflammatory response in a mouse model of acute gout using MPO as an imaging biomarker and a potential therapeutic target. STUDY TYPE Prospective. ANIMAL MODEL A total of 40 male Swiss mice with monosodium urate crystals induced acute gout. FIELD STRENGTH/SEQUENCE A 3.0 T/T1-weighted imaging with 2D fast spoiled gradient recalled echo and T2-weighted imaging with fast recovery fast spin-echo sequences. ASSESSMENT The difference in contrast-to-noise ratio between left hind limb (lesion) and right hind limb (internal reference) (ΔCNR), and normalized signal-to-noise ratio (nSNR) on the right hind limb were calculated and compared. The expression level and activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO) were analyzed using western blotting and spectrophotometric quantitation activity assay. MPO-positive cell infiltration and lesion volume were evaluated using immunofluorescence staining and T2-weighted images, respectively. STATISTICAL TESTS Student's t test. A P-value less than 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. RESULTS MPO-Mn resulted in a significantly higher ΔCNR than Gd-DTPA (22.54 ± 1.86 vs. 13.90 ± 2.22) but lower nSNR on the reference right hind limb (1.08 ± 0.07 vs. 1.21 ± 0.08). Compared to the nontreatment group, MPO-inhibition resulted in a significantly reduced contrast enhancement at the lesion (17.81 ± 1.58 vs. 22.96 ± 3.12), which was consistent with a remission of the inflammatory response, as evidenced by a substantial reduction of lesion volume (0.55 ± 0.16 mm3 /g vs. 1.14 ± 0.15 mm3 /g), myeloperoxidase expression level (0.98 ± 0.09 vs. 1.48 ± 0.19) and activity (0.75 ± 0.12 vs. 1.12 ± 0.07), and inflammatory cell recruitment. DATA CONCLUSION MPO-Mn MRI has potential to evaluate the activation state of inflammatory foci in the experimental model of acute gout. EVIDENCE LEVEL 1. TECHNICAL EFFICACY Stage 1.

Abstract
Influenza A virus infection during pregnancy can cause adverse maternal and fetal outcomes, but the mechanism responsible remains elusive. Infection of outbred mice with 2009 H1N1 at embryonic day (E) 10 resulted in significant maternal morbidity, placental tissue damage and inflammation, fetal growth restriction, and developmental delays that lasted through weaning. Restriction of pulmonary virus replication was not inhibited during pregnancy, but infected dams had suppressed circulating and placental progesterone (P4) concentrations that were caused by H1N1-induced upregulation of pulmonary cyclooxygenase (COX)-1, but not COX-2-, dependent synthesis and secretion of prostaglandin (PG) F2α. Treatment with 17-α-hydroxyprogesterone caproate (17-OHPC), a synthetic progestin that is safe to use in pregnancy, ameliorated the adverse maternal and fetal outcomes from H1N1 infection and prevented placental cell death and inflammation. These findings highlight the therapeutic potential of progestin treatments for influenza during pregnancy.

Abstract
SARS-CoV-2 infection during pregnancy is associated with severe COVID-19 and adverse fetal outcomes, but the underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood. Moreover, clinical studies assessing therapeutics against SARS-CoV-2 in pregnancy are limited. To address these gaps, we developed a mouse model of SARS-CoV-2 infection during pregnancy. Outbred CD1 mice were infected at E6, E10, or E16 with a mouse-adapted SARS-CoV-2 (maSCV2) virus. Outcomes were gestational age-dependent, with greater morbidity, reduced antiviral immunity, greater viral titers, and impaired fetal growth and neurodevelopment occurring with infection at E16 (third trimester equivalent) than with infection at either E6 (first trimester equivalent) or E10 (second trimester equivalent). To assess the efficacy of ritonavir-boosted nirmatrelvir, which is recommended for individuals who are pregnant with COVID-19, we treated E16-infected dams with mouse-equivalent doses of nirmatrelvir and ritonavir. Treatment reduced pulmonary viral titers, decreased maternal morbidity, and prevented offspring growth restriction and neurodevelopmental impairments. Our results highlight that severe COVID-19 during pregnancy and fetal growth restriction is associated with heightened virus replication in maternal lungs. Ritonavir-boosted nirmatrelvir mitigated maternal morbidity along with fetal growth and neurodevelopment restriction after SARS-CoV-2 infection. These findings prompt the need for further consideration of pregnancy in preclinical and clinical studies of therapeutics against viral infections.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Nephrectomy, whether in the era of cytokine therapy or targeted therapy, has an important role in the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma. With the advent of immunotherapy, immunotherapy combined with targeted therapy has become the mainstream of systemic therapy, but the role of nephrectomy in metastatic renal cell carcinoma is unclear. In this study, we retrospectively analyzed the impact of nephrectomy on survival in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma who received immune-targeted therapy. METHODS Patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma who received immune-targeted therapy at three centers between May 17, 2019 and August 1, 2022 were collected, who were divided into two groups based on whether nephrectomy was performed or not. Survival, response rate and adverse event were compared between the two groups. The primary end point was progression free survival, Subgroup analysis and univariate and multivariable prognostic analyses were also assessed. RESULTS With a median follow-up time of 29.3 months (95% CI 28.5-30.2), 165 patients were recruited and divided into two groups based on whether they underwent nephrectomy or not. There were 68 patients in the non-nephrectomy group, 97 in the nephrectomy group. Compared to patients treated with immune-targeted therapy, patients treated with immune-targeted therapy plus nephrectomy were able to achieve survival benefits, with a median PFS of 10.8 months (95% CI 8.3-13.3) and 14.4 months (95% CI 12.6-16.2), respectively, as well as an HR of 0.476 (95% CI 0.323-0.701, p = 0.0002). The 12-month and 18-month PFS rates were 30.9% versus 60.8% and 7.4% versus 25.8%, respectively. The objective response rate (ORR) was 52.9% and 60.8%, respectively, in the non-nephrectomy and nephrectomy groups (p = 0.313), and the disease control rate (DCR) was 75% and 83.5%, respectively (p = 0.179). The most common adverse events related to treatment were hypothyroidism, immune-related pneumonitis and rash. Multivariate analysis showed that primary tumor nephrectomy prior to immune-targeted therapy, clear cell renal carcinoma and oligo metastasis were independent prognostic factors. CONCLUSIONS Nephrectomy may provide PFS benefit with tolerable safety for patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma who receive immune-targeted therapy. In multivariate analysis, nephrectomy, clear cell carcinoma, and oligo-organ metastasis were found to be favorable independent prognostic factors.

Abstract
This cross-sectional study aimed to identify latent mental health subgroups of reproductive-aged women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and examine differences in emotion regulation and social support. A total of 477 samples (age = 27.22 ± 5.37) diagnosed with PCOS were included in this study, all of whom were of the same ethnicity. Latent profile analysis (LPA) was conducted in Mplus version 8.3 to identify mental health latent profiles in women with PCOS based on the dual-factor approach. The current study identified three distinct mental health profiles within women with PCOS: High-Symptom and High-Well-being Profile, Low-Symptom and High-Well-being Profile, and High-Symptom and Low-Well-being Profile, with group proportions of 52.3%, 35.7%, and 11.1%, respectively. This study revealed that cognitive reappraisal and social support are important protective factors for the mental health of women with PCOS, whereas expressive suppression is a negative factor for their mental health.

Abstract
Few studies focused on the trajectory of perinatal suicidal ideation from early pregnancy and covered whole routine perinatal periods. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of suicidal ideation from early pregnancy to six weeks postpartum, and further explore the trajectories of perinatal suicidal ideation and their risk factors. A prospective longitudinal study was conducted in a comprehensive tertiary hospital in Hunan province, China among 1089 participants. Perinatal suicidal ideation and depression were assessed by item 9 of Patient Health Questionnaire 9 and the remaining eight items. Sociodemographic and psychological factors were collected by self-reported comprehensive questionnaires. Latent Growth Curve and Growth Mixture Modeling were used to identify the trajectories of suicidal ideation and logistic regression was used to explore risk factors of trajectories. A total of 629 participants were included. The prevalence of suicidal ideation was 16.4% from early pregnancy to six weeks postpartum, with 12.1% in pregnancy and 7.8% in postpartum. Two trajectories were identified: "persistent low levels of suicidal ideation" (92.9%) and "persistent high levels of suicidal ideation" (7.1%). 40.63% of women who screened positive for suicidal ideation during early pregnancy were in the "persistent high level of suicidal ideation" trajectory. A low level of neuroticism and anxiety symptoms during early pregnancy was associated with "persistent high levels of suicidal ideation". In conclusion, suicidal ideation of women during the perinatal period was dynamic, Suicidal ideation screening and identification in early pregnancy should be addressed for perinatal women to facilitate timely early interventions.

Abstract
Wide-spectrum displays require narrow-band red phosphors activated by Mn4+, but most of them, such as K2SiF6:Mn4+, have long fluorescence decay lifetimes (>7 ms) that hinder their use in fast-response backlights. Interestingly, K2LiAlF6:0.05Mn4+ has a shorter fluorescence lifetime (3.43 ms), but its disadvantage is that its luminescence intensity is relatively weak. So, in this study, the luminescence intensity of K2LiAlF6:0.05Mn4+ is improved by doping with Zn2+. The experimental results show that enhancement of the luminous intensity is as high as 39%, the fluorescence lifetime is only increased by 13% (3.89 ms), and it is still less than 4 ms. Through experiments and differential charge density calculations, it has been revealed that the luminescence intensity improvement is due to an increased crystalline quality during the synthesis process. Specifically, the co-doping of Zn2+ reduces the formation of impurity ions Mn2+ and Mn3+ and the generation of K+ vacancies caused by nonequivalent doping. We demonstrate the advantage of this phosphor over K2SiF6:Mn4+ in terms of response speed by using a camera. It emits only weak red light after the blue chip stops working for 5 ms, indicating its potential application in next-generation fast-response displays.

Abstract
Background Severe community-acquired pneumonia (sCAP) is life-threatening and characterized by intensive care unit (ICU) admission and high mortality. And they are vulnerable to hospital-acquired infection. In such a severe condition, metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) outperforms for short turnaround time and broad detection spectrum. Case presentation A 15-year-old male with severe influenza and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) pneumonia progressed rapidly, initially misdiagnosed as influenza co-infected with Aspergillus for misleading bronchoscopy manifestations. The turnaround time of mNGS is 13 h, which has the potential to expedite the clinical medication process. With the powerful support of mNGS and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), anti-infective therapy was adjusted accordingly, and vital signs gradually stabilized. After tortuous treatment and unremitting efforts, the patient recovered well. Conclusions Rapid mNGS applications, timely medication adjustments, strong ECMO support and active family compliance contribute to this miracle of life. False-negative or false-positive results are alarming, anti-infective medications should be adjusted after a comprehensive review of physical status and other indicators.

Abstract
This study attempts to explore the essential influencing factors of landslides and explores the effects of different datasets on landslide susceptibility mapping (LSM) at six grid resolutions (i.e., 10 m, 30 m, 300 m, 1000 m, 2000 m, and 3000 m). Firstly, the geospatial dataset of 21 influencing factors was extracted from 1847 historical landslide InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) points, which were taken as a sample for the Sino-Pakistani Karakorum Highway. Secondly, Spearman correlation coefficient (SCC), random forest feature selection (RFFS), and their combinations (SCC-RFFS) were selected at different grid resolutions to identify the essential influencing factors from the 21 original factors. A random division into training set (70%) and test set (30%) was performed. Then, the LSM models for the original influencing factors and the selected influencing factors were constructed separately using machine learning models. Finally, the reasonableness of the essential influencing factors was verified by comparing the accuracy of the models under different grid resolutions. The results show that (1) relief degree of land surface (RDLS), SPI, and rainfall have significant effects on landslide occurrence. (2) The primary elements (i.e., RDLS, slop, rainfall) are less affected by the grid resolution, while the secondary elements (TWI) are more affected by the grid resolution. (3) At 30 m, the SCC-RFFS-RF model can get the highest landslide susceptibility model accuracy. The prediction will also provide scientific guidance for the allocation of land resources on a regional and global scale, and minimize the human and economic costs along the highway, while ensuring safe highway operations.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES Negative surgical margins are significant in improving patient outcomes. However, surgeons can only rely on visual and tactile information to identify tumor margins intraoperatively. We hypothesized that intraoperative fluorescence imaging with indocyanine green (ICG) could serve as an assistive technology to evaluate surgical margins and guide surgery in bone and soft tissue tumor surgery. METHODS Seventy patients with bone and soft tissue tumors were enrolled in this prospective, non-randomized, single-arm feasibility study. All patients received intravenous indocyanine green (0.5 mg/kg) before surgery. Near-infrared (NIR) imaging was performed on in situ tumors, wounds, and ex vivo specimens. RESULTS 60/70 tumors were fluorescent at NIR imaging. The final surgical margins were positive in 2/55 cases, including 1/40 of the sarcomas. Surgical decisions were changed in 19 cases by NIR imaging, and in 7/19 cases final pathology demonstrated margins were improved. Fluorescence analysis showed that the tumor-to-background ratio (TBR) of primary malignant tumors was higher than that of benign, borderline, metastatic, and tumors ≥5 cm in size had higher TBR than those <5 cm. CONCLUSIONS ICG fluorescence imaging may be a beneficial technique to assist in surgical decision making and improving surgical margins in bone and soft tissue tumor surgery.

Abstract
Acidic electrolyzed water is a relatively mature bactericide, which has a certain inhibitory effect on a variety of microorganisms, and is widely used in the field of food processing for cleaning, sterilization and disinfection. This study investigated the deactivation mechanisms of Listeria monocytogenes by Tandem Mass Tags quantitative proteomics analysis. Samples were treated through A1S4 (Alkaline electrolytic water treatment for 1 min and Acid electrolytic water treatment for 4 min), S3A1S1 (Acid electrolyzed water treatment 3 min, Alkaline electrolyzed water treatment 1 min and Acid electrolyzed water treatment 1 min), S5 (Acid electrolytic water treatment for 5 min). Proteomic analysis showed that the mechanism of acid alkaline electrolyzed water treatment to eliminate the inactivation of the biofilm of L. monocytogenes was related to protein transcription and extension, RNA processing and synthesis, gene regulation, sugar and amino acid transport and metabolism, signal transduction and ATP binding. The study on the influence mechanism and action mechanism of the combination of acidic and alkaline electrolyzed water to remove L. monocytogenes biofilm is helpful to understand the development of the process of removing biofilm by electrolyzed water, and provides theoretical support for the treatment of other microbial contamination problems in food processing by electrolyzed water.

Abstract
Multilayer structures are not only applied to manipulate properties of synthetic polymer materials such as rainbow films and barrier films but also widely discovered in natural materials like nacre. In this work, in situ formation of an interconnected multi-nanolayer (IMN) structure in poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT)/poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) cocontinuous blends is designed by an extensional flow field during a "casting-thermal stretching" process, combining the properties of two components to a large extent. Hierarchical structures including phase morphology, crystal structure, and lamellar crystals in IMN films have been revealed, which clearly identifies the crucial role of extensional flow. The oriented PBAT phase in the IMN structure can be beneficial to the epitaxial growth of PBS crystals onto the PBAT nanolayers, thus improving interfacial adhesions. Furthermore, intense extensional stress can also promote crystallinity and thicken the lamellar structure. Given such distinct features in the fully biodegradable films, a simultaneous enhancement in tear strength, tensile strength, and puncture resistance has been achieved. To the best of our knowledge, the tear strength of IMN films about 285.9 kN/m is the highest level in the previous works of this system. Moreover, the proposed fabrication way of the IMN structure is facile and scalable, which is highly expected to be an efficient strategy for development of structured biodegradable polymers with excellent comprehensive properties.

Abstract
The flow diverter (FD) device has become a feasible and effective option for treating intracranial aneurysms. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tubridge FD (TFD) in treating intracranial aneurysms and provide evidence for further research and clinical application. Electronic databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, and the Cochrane Library from inception to July 31, 2022, were searched. The eligible studies should include TFD investigations in treating intracranial aneurysms. Pooled technical success rate, complete occlusion rate, improvement rate, stable rate, symptom elimination rate, and adverse events rate were calculated with either the fixed-effects model or the random-effects model, depending on the results of tests for heterogeneity. Egger's tests were performed to assess the potential publication bias. A total of 7 studies (145 patients) were included in this study. The pooled technical success rate was 0.98, the complete occlusion rate was 0.79, the improvement rate was 0.21, and the stable rate was 0.05. One included study reported that the surgery-related mortality rate in the Tubridge group was higher than that in the control group (3.66% vs. 1.61%), while the surgery-related morbidity rate in the Tubridge group was 2.4% and that in the control group was 0. Findings of this meta-analysis indicate that TFD manifests promising and effective performance with acceptable adverse events in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.

Abstract
Genetic and molecular knowledge of a species is crucial to its gene discovery and enhanced breeding. Here, we report the genetic and molecular dissection of ginseng, an important herb for healthy food and medicine. A mini-core collection consisting of 344 cultivars and landraces was developed for ginseng that represents the genetic variation of ginseng existing in its origin and diversity center. We sequenced the transcriptomes of all 344 cultivars and landraces; identified over 1.5 million genic SNPs, thereby revealing the genic diversity of ginseng; and analyzed them with 26,600 high-quality genic SNPs or a selection of them. Ginseng had a wide molecular diversity and was clustered into three subpopulations. Analysis of 16 ginsenosides, the major bioactive components for healthy food and medicine, showed that ginseng had a wide variation in the contents of all 16 ginsenosides and an extensive correlation of their contents, suggesting that they are synthesized through a single or multiple correlated pathways. Furthermore, we pair-wisely examined the relationships between the cultivars and landraces, revealing their relationships in gene expression, gene variation, and ginsenoside biosynthesis. These results provide new knowledge and new genetic and genic resources for advanced research and breeding of ginseng and related species.

Abstract
Previous research has identified the crossover of burnout among spouses or colleagues in workplaces, but little is known about how burnout crosses over from one student to another. This two-wave longitudinal study examined the mediating effects of changes in academic self-efficacy and value in the crossover of burnout among adolescent students based on the Expectancy-Value Theory. Data were collected from 2346 Chinese high school students (Mage = 15.60, S = 0.82; 44.16% boys) over a period of 3 months. The results reveal that after controlling for T1 student burnout, T1 friend burnout negatively predicts T1-T2 changes in academic self-efficacy and value (intrinsic value, attachment value, and utility value), which in turn negatively predict T2 student burnout. Thus, changes in academic self-efficacy and value completely mediate the crossover of burnout among adolescent students. These findings highlight the importance of taking into account the decline of academic motivation in understanding the crossover of burnout.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The eighth American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) staging system was flawed regarding the prognosis of stage II hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The aims of this study were to reveal the defect and make updates. METHODS Clinical and survival data of HCC patients from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results database were used. We re-classified stage II into T2aN0M0 (tumors >2 cm with vascular invasion) and T2bN0M0 (multiple tumors ≤5 cm). The Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test were used to estimate differences in overall survival (OS). Three propensity score matching analyses without (PSM1) or with (PSM2 and PSM3) consideration of surgical treatment were performed. Cox regression was used to reveal risk factors. RESULTS HCC patients identified as T1bN0M0, T2aN0M0, T2bN0M0, and T3N0M0 were recruited. OS in T2N0M0 was consistent with the eighth AJCC staging system after PSM1. T2bN0M0 had increased OS compared with T2aN0M0 after PSM2 (hazard ratio [HR] = 1.36; 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.06-1.73; P = 0.0141) or PSM3 (HR = 1.18; 95%CI = 1.01-1.37; P = 0.0283). No survival benefit existed between T1bN0M0 and T2bN0M0 after PSM2 (HR = 0.92; 95%CI = 0.80-1.05; P = 0.2171) or PSM3 (HR = 0.92; 95%CI = 0.84-1.01; P = 0.0888). Compared with T2aN0M0, T3N0M0 had shorter OS after PSM2 (HR = 0.64; 95%CI = 0.50-0.82; P = 0.0003) or PSM3 (HR = 0.63; 95%CI = 0.54-0.73; P < 0.0001). Cox regression analysis revealed that surgical treatment was associated with better prognosis (HR = 0.3; 95%CI = 0.3-0.4; P < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS The current staging for T2N0M0 is imprecise because surgical treatment is not adequately evaluated and would be ineffective if the proportion of T2bN0M0 patients with surgical treatment was increased.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is one of the main causes of disability in middle-aged and elderly people, and early activity plays an important role in functional recovery. This study aims to understand the factors that affect the implementation of early activity in patients with AIS and to provide reference for promoting early activity implementation and developing intervention strategies for AIS patients. METHODS Using purposive sampling, 19 AIS patients and their caregivers who visited at Stroke Center in the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University and the Third Hospital of Changsha from June to December 2021, as well as 19 medical staff, hospital administrators, or community workers providing medical health services to stroke patients, were selected as interviewes. A semi-structured interview was conducted based on the social ecological theory model, and the Colaizzi seven-step method was used to analyze the interview data. RESULTS According to qualitative interview results, the factors affecting early activity in AIS patients were summarized into 4 themes and 12 sub-themes: medical staff factors (insufficient knowledge and skills, insufficient knowledge of early activity, unclear division of responsibilities), patient factors (severity of the disease, lack of knowledge, psychological pressure, fear of falling), social environmental factors (lack of social support, shortage of human resources and rehabilitation equipment, insufficient medical insurance support), and evidence and norms (the evidence for early activity needs improvement, lack of standardized early activity procedures). CONCLUSIONS Early activity in AIS patients is impacted by factors at multiple levels, including medical staff, patients, social environment, and evidence and norms. Developing comprehensive intervention strategies to address these factors can promote early activity implementation in AIS patients.

Abstract
SARS-CoV-2 infection during pregnancy is associated with severe COVID-19 and adverse fetal outcomes, but the underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood. Moreover, clinical studies assessing therapeutics against SARS-CoV-2 in pregnancy are limited. To address these gaps, we developed a mouse model of SARS-CoV-2 infection during pregnancy. Outbred CD1 mice were infected at embryonic day (E) 6, E10, or E16 with a mouse adapted SARS-CoV-2 (maSCV2) virus. Outcomes were gestational age-dependent, with greater morbidity, reduced anti-viral immunity, greater viral titers, and more adverse fetal outcomes occurring with infection at E16 (3rd trimester-equivalent) than with infection at either E6 (1st trimester-equivalent) or E10 (2nd trimester-equivalent). To assess the efficacy of ritonavir-boosted nirmatrelvir (recommended for pregnant individuals with COVID-19), we treated E16-infected dams with mouse equivalent doses of nirmatrelvir and ritonavir. Treatment reduced pulmonary viral titers, decreased maternal morbidity, and prevented adverse offspring outcomes. Our results highlight that severe COVID-19 during pregnancy and adverse fetal outcomes are associated with heightened virus replication in maternal lungs. Ritonavir-boosted nirmatrelvir mitigated adverse maternal and fetal outcomes of SARS-CoV-2 infection. These findings prompt the need for further consideration of pregnancy in preclinical and clinical studies of therapeutics against viral infections.

Abstract
Cellulose-based dielectrics with attractive dielectric performance are promising candidates to develop eco-friendly electrostatic energy storage devices. Herein, all-cellulose composite films with superior dielectric constant were fabricated by manipulating the dissolution temperature of native cellulose, where we revealed the relationship among the hierarchical microstructure of the crystalline structure, the hydrogen bonding network, the relaxation behavior at a molecular level, and the dielectric performance of the cellulose film. The coexistence of cellulose I and cellulose II led to a weakened hydrogen bonding network and unstable C6 conformations. The increased mobility of cellulose chains in the cellulose I-amorphous interphase enhanced the dielectric relaxation strength of side groups and localized main chains. As a result, the as-prepared all-cellulose composite films exhibited a fascinating dielectric constant of as high as 13.9 at 1000 Hz. This work proposed here provides a significant step toward fundamentally understanding the dielectric relaxation of cellulose, thus developing high-performance and eco-friendly cellulose-based film capacitors.

Abstract
The use of aspirin is associated with reduced incidence of colorectal cancer (CRC). However, the detailed mechanism remains unclear. In this study, we reported that colon cancer cells treated with aspirin showed the hallmarks of immunogenic cell death (ICD), including surface expression of calreticulin (CRT) and heat shock protein 70 (HSP70). Mechanistically, aspirin induced endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress in colon cancer cells. In addition, aspirin decreased the expression of the glucose transporters, GLUT3, and reduced the key enzyme of glycolysis, including HK2, PFKM, PKM2 and LDHA. The changes of tumor glycolysis after aspirin treatment were associated with c-MYC downregulation. Moreover, aspirin potentiated the antitumor efficacy of anti-PD-1 antibody and anti-CTLA-4 antibody in CT26 tumors. However, this antitumor activity of aspirin in combination with anti-PD-1 antibody was abolished by the depletion of CD8+ T cells. Vaccination with tumor antigens is one of the strategies for activating T-cell response against tumors. Here, we demonstrated that aspirin-treated tumor cells in combination with tumor antigens (AH1 peptide) or protective substituted peptide (A5 peptide) could be served as a potent vaccine to eradicate tumors. Overall, our data indicated that aspirin can be used as an inducer of ICD for CRC therapy.

Abstract
Objective Robotic surgery has more advantages than traditional surgical approaches to complex liver resection; however, the robotic approach is invariably associated with increased cost. Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocols are beneficial in conventional surgeries. Methods The present study investigated the effects of robotic surgery combined with an ERAS protocol on perioperative outcomes and hospitalization costs of patients undergoing complex hepatectomy. Clinical data from consecutive robotic and open liver resections (RLR and OLR, respectively) performed in our unit in the pre-ERAS (January 2019-June 2020) and ERAS (July 2020-December 2021) periods were collected. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to determine the impact of ERAS and surgical approaches-alone or in combination-on LOS and costs. Results A total of 171 consecutive complex liver resections were analyzed. ERAS patients had a shorter median LOS and decreased total hospitalization cost, without a significant difference in the complication rate compared with the pre-ERAS cohort. RLR patients had a shorter median LOS and decreased major complications, but with increased total hospitalization cost, compared with OLR patients. Comparing the four combinations of perioperative management and surgical approaches, ERAS + RLR had the shortest LOS and the fewest major complications, whereas pre-ERAS + RLR had the highest hospitalization costs. Multivariate analysis found that the robotic approach was protective against prolonged LOS, whereas the ERAS pathway was protective against high costs. Conclusions The ERAS + RLR approach optimized postoperative complex liver resection outcomes and hospitalization costs compared with other combinations. The robotic approach combined with ERAS synergistically optimized outcome and overall cost compared with other strategies, and may be the best combination for optimizing perioperative outcomes for complex RLR.

Abstract
(1) Background: Biopsies are the gold standard for the diagnosis of musculoskeletal tumors. In this study, we aimed to explore whether indocyanine green near-infrared fluorescence imaging can assist in the biopsy of bone and soft tissue tumors and improve the success rate of biopsy. (2) Method: We recruited patients with clinically considered bone and soft tissue tumors and planned biopsies. In the test group, indocyanine green (0.3 mg/kg) was injected. After identifying the lesion, a near-infrared fluorescence camera system was used to verify the ex vivo specimens of the biopsy in real time. If the biopsy specimens were not developed, we assumed that we failed to acquire lesions, so the needle track and needle position were adjusted for the supplementary biopsy, and then real-time imaging was performed again. Finally, we conducted a pathological examination. In the control group, normal biopsy was performed. (3) Results: The total diagnosis rate of musculoskeletal tumors in the test group was 94.92% (56/59) and that in the control group was 82.36% (42/51). In the test group, 14 cases were not developed, as seen from real-time fluorescence in the core biopsy, and then underwent the supplementary biopsy after changing the puncture direction and the location of the needle channel immediately, of which 7 cases showed new fluorescence. (4) Conclusions: Using the near-infrared fluorescence real-time development technique to assist the biopsy of musculoskeletal tumors may improve the accuracy of core biopsy and help to avoid missed diagnoses, especially for some selected tumors.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To identify barriers and facilitators related to psychological help-seeking behaviors of perinatal depression from all related stakeholders (e.g., perinatal women, family members, mental health care providers, and policymakers). DESIGN A literature search of six English-language databases (PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, PsycINFO, the Cochrane Library, CINAHL) and three Chinese-language databases (China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wan Fang, Chinese Biomedical Literature Databases). Studies published in English or Chinese using qualitative or mixed methods to explore the psychological help-seeking behaviors of women with perinatal depression were included. Data extraction was synthesized for common themes based on the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research. The Joanna Briggs Institute Qualitative Assessment and Review Instrument was used to appraise methodologic quality. PARTICIPANTS AND SETTINGS Perinatal women with depression, mental health care providers (e.g., pediatricians/nurses, social workers, nurse-midwives, perinatal psychiatrists, community health workers, and administrators), partners and informal caregivers (e.g., community birth attendants, elderly mothers, and men of reproductive age) based in high, middle and low income countries. FINDINGS Forty-three articles were included in this review and presented according to the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research domains (in parentheses). The most common barriers to help seeking were stigma (individual characteristics), misconceptions (individual characteristics), cultural beliefs (inner setting), and lack of social support (outer setting). The most common facilitators were providing adequate support (outer setting) and perinatal health care professional training on how to detect, manage and discuss depression; establishing supportive relationships with mental health care providers; and eroding stigma (all three implementation processes). KEY CONCLUSIONS AND IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE This systematic review could serve as a reference framework for health authorities to develop diverse strategies for improving the psychological help-seeking behaviors of women with perinatal depression. More high-quality studies focused on the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research characteristics of available interventions, and implementation processes are needed in future research.

Abstract
This review aimed to examine the effects of mindfulness-based interventions on physical and psychological outcomes in women with infertility. Studies were included if participants were women diagnosed with infertility, were over the age of 18, and the design was a randomized controlled trial of a mindfulness-based intervention program. Two independent reviewers undertook eligibility screening, data extraction, and methodological quality assessment. We used RevMan software version 5.4 (The Cochrane Collaboration) to conduct the meta-analyses. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) was followed. Ten articles were finally included in the current meta-analysis. The results of the meta-analysis revealed large, significant effects of mindfulness-based interventions that can effectively reduce depression[SMD = -1.28, 95% CI (-1.95, -0.60), P < 0.0001], anxiety [SMD = -0.89, 95% CI (-1.26, -0.51), P < 0.00001] symptoms, and improve five domains of health-related quality of life (physical function [MD = 9.47, 95% CI (4.33, 14.61), P = 0.0003], general health [MD = 15.77, 95% CI (7.62, 23.92), P = 0.0002], vitality [MD = 14.85, 95% CI (4.95, 24.74), P = 0.003], role-physical [MD = 22.44, 95% CI (14.97, 29.91), P < 0.00001] and social function [MD = 8.27, 95% CI (3.56, 12.97), P = 0.0006)] in women with infertility. The current meta-analysis results revealed that mindfulness-based interventions could effectively reduce depression and anxiety symptoms and improve health-related quality of life in women with infertility. Future rigorously designed, high-quality research is required to demonstrate whether mindfulness-based intervention programs can effectively reduce perceived stress and BMI.

Abstract
Scene graph generation (SGG) is one of the hottest topics in computer vision and has attracted many interests since it provides rich semantic information between objects. In practice, the SGG datasets are often dual imbalanced, presented as a large number of backgrounds and rarely few foregrounds, and highly skewed foreground relationships categories (i.e., the long-tailed distribution). How to tackle this dual imbalanced problem is crucial but rarely studied in literature. Existing methods only consider the long-tailed distribution of foregrounds classes and ignore the background-foreground imbalance in SGG, which results in a biased model and prevents it from being applied in the downstream tasks widely. To reduce its side effect and make the contributions of different categories equally, we propose a novel debiased SGG method (named DSDI) by incorporating biased resistance loss and causal intervention tree. We first deeply analyze the potential causes of dual imbalanced problem in SGG. Then, to learn more discriminate representation of the foreground by expanding the foreground features space, the biased resistance loss decouples the background classification from foreground relationship recognition. Meanwhile, a causal graph of content and context is designed to remove the context bias and learn unbiased relationship features via casual intervention tree. Extensive experimental results on two extremely imbalanced datasets: VG150 and VrR-VG, demonstrate our DSDI outperforms other state-of-the-art methods.
