Abstract
INTRODUCTION Rectal cancer is one of the top 10 cancers worldwide. Up to 80% of patients with rectal tumours have had sphincter-saving surgery, mainly due to the large expectation of anal preservation. However, patients tend to experience low anterior resection syndrome (LARS) after rectal resection, which is disordered bowel function that includes faecal incontinence, urgency, frequent defecation, constipation and evacuation difficulties. LARS, with an estimated prevalence of 41%, has been reported to substantially decrease the quality of life of patients. However, no comprehensive preventive strategies are currently available for LARS. This systematic review aims to synthesise evidence on the current LARS preventive strategies. METHODS AND ANALYSIS This protocol is reported according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Protocols (PRISMA-P) checklist. Literature in PubMed (via Medline), Embase and the Cochrane Library from inception to July 2023 will be searched to identify articles relevant to preventive effectiveness against LARS. The Cochrane Collaboration's risk of bias tool for randomised controlled trials and the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale for clinical controlled trials, cohort studies and case-control studies will be used to assess the risk of bias. We will group the included studies by the type of LARS prevention strategy and present an overview of the main findings in the form of evidence mapping. A meta-analysis is planned if there is no substantial clinical heterogeneity between the included studies. The Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) will be used to evaluate the quality of the evidence. ETHICS AND DISSEMINATION Ethical approval is not needed for systematic review of published data. The findings will be published in a peer-reviewed journal and disseminated at scientific conferences. Abstract
INTRODUCTION Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a highly prevalent gastrointestinal disorder that causes diverse esophageal and extraesophageal symptoms. Many clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) have been issued around the world to provide practical evidence regarding GERD management. However, some of the recommendations discussed in various CPGs are inconsistent across individual documents. OBJECTIVES We aimed to summarize the evidence from CPGs on GERD and assess the consistency of the recommendations. PATIENTS AND METHODS In this scoping review, we identified current CPGs on the clinical management of GERD, which were comprehensively searched for in electronic databases and on relevant scientific websites. The recommendations were extracted using the population‑intervention‑comparison framework and were subsequently categorized into tables. RESULTS Ultimately, 24 CPGs were identified. They included 86 recommendations, which were classified into 5 categories: definition, epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment, and complications. Among the identified recommendations, 68 were proposed in at least 2 CPGs, and they were assessed for the consistency of direction and strength. Overall, 32.4% of the recommendations (22/68) were consistent in direction and strength, whereas 60.3% (41/68) were consistent in direction but inconsistent in strength. Moreover, 7.4% (5/68) were inconsistent in direction. These referred to the relationship between GERD and tobacco consumption, Helicobacter pylori infection, diagnostic utility of the 2‑week proton pump inhibitor test, cessation of special food, and antireflux surgery for GERD with extraesophageal symptoms. CONCLUSIONS Most CPG recommendations regarding GERD were consistent in direction, except for 5 discrepancies, for which further well‑designed, large‑scale research is required to explain the inconsistency.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the learning curve of the "Double Grooves-Double Rings" (DGDR) technique of transurethral Thulium laser enucleation of the prostate (ThuLEP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) by a single surgeon. From June 2021 to July 2022, 84 patients mean age (69.0±8.0) years,preoperative prostate volume (90.9±40.3)ml with BPH underwent ThuLEP in the Department of Urology, Peking University First Hospital.Performed by a single surgeon who had no experience of transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) and any laser surgeries. The case scatter plots with the best fitting line were drawn to analyze the learning curve. According to the date of the surgeries, the patients were equally divided into three learning stages (28 patients for each group). The T-PSA,prostate volume,operative time,enucleation time, enucleation efficiency,catheter indwelling time, hemoglobin drop and perioperative complications (including re-TURP, blood transfusion, stress incontinence≥3 months and urethral stricture) were compared among the groups. The learning curve was divided into three stages, and the cutting point was shown on the 14th case. Except the prostate volume [stage1 (75.7±30.7) ml, stage2 (93.40±39.6)ml, stage3 (103.5±46.2) ml, P<0.05], there was no significant difference of the baseline data between three groups (P>0.05). Compared with those of stage 1(100.6±24.7) min,(0.55±0.22) g/min, a statistically significant improvement was observed in both of the operative time and the enucleation efficiency among stage 2[(84.5±36.6) min, (0.87±0.33) g/min and stage 3 (71.2±26.3) min, (1.27±0.45) g/min, P<0.05]. The learning curve of the DGDR technique for ThuLEP can be divided into three stages. A ThuLEP beginner can preliminarily master this technique after completing 14 cases.

Abstract
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is one of the most common digestive diseases with high incidence, complicated clinical symptoms, difficulties in standard treatment, and heavy medical burden. At present, some GERD-relevant clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) have been issued by different countries and academic organizations, but some recommendations were inconsistent, which has caused some problems for the current clinical whole-course management of GERD. To summarize the relevant evidence among the CPGs on GERD and formulate the whole- course management strategies, we included GERD-relevant CPGs published or updated after 2010 by searching websites of guidelines, relevant professional societies, and electronic databases. We extracted the recommendations and summarized the evidence from the aspects of symptoms, epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment, which was presented in the form of evidence mapping. We included 24 CPGs, including three in Chinese and 21 in English. The clinical practice management strategies of GERD were formulated based on the evidence from the aspects of clinical symptoms, diagnostic methods, medical treatment, anti-reflux surgery and endoscopic treatment, psychological treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.

Association between preoperative anxiety and postoperative delirium in older patients: a systematic review and meta-analysis. BMC Geriatr 2023; 23:198. Abstract
BACKGROUND Postoperative delirium (POD) is a common postoperative complication associated with multiple adverse consequences on patient outcomes and higher medical expenses. Preoperative anxiety has been suggested as a possible precipitating factor for the development of POD. As such, we aimed to explore the association between preoperative anxiety and POD in older surgical patients. METHODS Electronic databases including MEDLINE (via PubMed), EMBASE (via Embase.com), Web of Science Core Collection, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL Complete; via EBSCOhost) and clinical trial registries were systematically searched to identify prospective studies examining preoperative anxiety as a risk factor for POD in older surgical patients. We used Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist for Cohort Studies to assess the quality of included studies. The association between preoperative anxiety and POD was summarized with odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) using DerSimonian-Laird random-effects meta-analysis. RESULTS Eleven studies were included (1691 participants; mean age ranging between 63.1-82.3 years). Five studies used a theoretical definition for preoperative anxiety, with the Anxiety subscale of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS-A) as the instrument being most often used. When using dichotomized measures and within the HADS-A subgroup analysis, preoperative anxiety was significantly associated with POD (OR = 2.17, 95%CI: 1.01-4.68, I2 = 54%, Tau2 = 0.4, n = 5; OR = 3.23, 95%CI: 1.70-6.13, I2 = 0, Tau2 = 0, n = 4; respectively). No association was observed when using continuous measurements (OR = 0.99, 95%CI: 0.93-1.05, I2 = 0, Tau2 = 0, n = 4), nor in the subgroup analysis of STAI-6 (six-item version of state scale of Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, OR = 1.07, 95%CI: 0.93-1.24, I2 = 0, Tau2 = 0, n = 2). We found the overall quality of included studies to be moderate to good. CONCLUSIONS An unclear association between preoperative anxiety and POD in older surgical patients was found in our study. Given the ambiguity in conceptualization and measurement instruments used for preoperative anxiety, more research is warranted in which a greater emphasis should be placed on how preoperative anxiety is operationalized and measured.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Five-year survival in childhood cancer has been improved markedly in the past decades. Childhood cancer survivors are at high risk of cardiovascular diseases due to anticancer therapy-induced cardiotoxicity. The comprehensive evidence for the prevention of anticancer therapy-induced cardiovascular disease is, however, sparse. The systematic review described in the protocol aims to summarise the effect of current prevention for anticancer therapy-induced cardiotoxicity among childhood cancer survivors. Abstract
Introduction Chemotherapy has significantly improved cancer survival rates at the cost of irreversible and frequent cardiovascular toxicity. As the main dose-dependent adverse effect, cardiotoxic effects not only limit the usage of chemotherapeutic agents, but also cause the high risk of severe poor prognoses for cancer survivors. Therefore, it is of great significance to seek more effective cardioprotective strategies. Some nutrients have been reported to diminish cardiac oxidative damage associated with chemotherapy. However, the currently available evidence is unclear, which requires a rigorous summary. As such, we conducted a systematic review of all available evidence and demonstrated whether nutrients derived from food could prevent cardiotoxicity caused by chemotherapy. Methods We searched Medline (via PubMed), Embase and the Cochrane Library from inception to Nov 9, 2021 to identify studies reporting dietary nutrients against cancer chemotherapy-related cardiotoxicity. We performed descriptive summaries on the included studies, and used forest plots to demonstrate the effects of various dietary nutrients. Results Fifty-seven eligible studies were identified, involving 53 animal studies carried on rats or mice and four human studies in cancer patients. Seven types of dietary nutrients were recognized including polyphenols (mainly extracted from grapes, grape seeds, and tea), allicin (mainly extracted form garlic), lycopene (mainly extracted from tomatoes), polyunsaturated fatty acids, amino acids (mainly referring to glutamine), coenzyme Q10, and trace elements (mainly referring to zinc and selenium). Dietary nutrients ameliorated left ventricular dysfunctions and myocardial oxidative stress at varying degrees, which were caused by chemotherapy. The overall risk of bias of included studies was at moderate to high risk. Conclusion The results indicated that dietary nutrients might be a potential strategy to protect cardiovascular system exposed to the chemotherapeutic agents, but more human studies are urged in this field.Systematic Review Registration: https://inplasy.com/inplasy-2022-3-0015/.

Abstract
PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION There is a lack of guideline recommendations about the use of scalp cooling for preventing chemotherapy-induced alopecia (CIA). This overview was conducted to summarize effectiveness, safety, and tolerance of scalp cooling for CIA based on systematic reviews. LITERATURE SEARCH PubMed®, Embase®, Cochrane Library, and CNKI were searched from inception to May 15, 2021. DATA EVALUATION AMSTAR 2 was used to assess the methodologic quality. Qualitative and quantitative synthesis methods were used to identify the effectiveness, safety, and tolerance of scalp cooling. SYNTHESIS 14 systematic reviews were identified, and the quality assessment was poor. Scalp cooling has been considered to be effective for preventing chemotherapy-induced alopecia and has been confirmed in patients with breast cancer and other solid tumors. Most adverse effects were mild and moderate, and scalp cooling did not increase the risk of scalp metastases. IMPLICATIONS FOR RESEARCH This overview could guide nurses to provide access to scalp cooling to reduce the risk of severe or total chemotherapy-induced alopecia for patients undergoing chemotherapy. The large-scale application of scalp cooling may be promoted by establishing reimbursement mechanisms and increasing available devices in the future.

Abstract
BACKGROUND To evaluate the efficacy, safety, technical feasibility, and effect of reducing the incidence of reflux gastritis from uncut Roux-en-Y (URY) reconstruction after radical distal gastrectomy (RDG) for gastric cancer. METHODS A literature search was conducted in PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, and WanFang databases until June 30, 2020, to identify studies comparing URY reconstruction with other gastrointestinal tract reconstruction methods after RDG. The Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) and the Cochrane Collaboration's risk for bias assessment tool were used to assess the risk of bias. The study was performed using review manager RevMan 5.3.0 software. RESULTS A total of 35 original studies (six randomized clinical trials (RCTs) and 29 cohort studies) were included in this analysis with a total of 4100 patients. For reflux gastritis, URY anastomosis was significantly superior to the other four types of anastomoses (Billroth-I (odds ratio (OR) = 0.16 [0.10, 0.27], P < 0.00001); Billroth-II (OR = 0.32 [0.20, 0.51], P < 0.00001); Billroth-II with Braun (OR = 0.14 [0.007, 0.26], P < 0.00001), and Roux-en-Y (OR = 0.59 [0.38, 0.91], P = 0.02)). Furthermore, URY anastomosis was better than Billroth-II with Braun (OR = 0.07, 95%confidence interval (CI): [0.02, 0.28], P = 0.0001) and Billroth-II (OR = 0.14, 95%CI: [0.09, 0.24], P < 0.00001) anastomoses for preventing bile reflux. In addition, for anastomotic leakage, URY anastomosis was significantly superior to Roux-en-Y (OR = 0.34, 95%CI: [0.13, 0.87], P = 0.02) anastomosis, and no statistically significant difference between URY and the other three reconstruction methods was found. The postoperative hospital stay of patients receiving URY anastomosis was substantially shorter than those receiving Billroth-II with Braun (MD: 2.84, 95%CI: [-3.16, -1.80], P < 0.00001), Bollroth-II (MD: 1.23, 95%CI: [-2.10, -0.37], P = 0.005) and Roux-en-Y (MD: 1.98, 95%CI: [-2.17, -1.78], P < 0.00001) anastomoses. CONCLUSION URY reconstruction significantly reduce the rate of reflux gastritis after RDG, and it was a more favorable reconstruction method after RDG for its operative simplicity, safety, and reduced postoperative complications especially in Roux-en-Y stasis syndrome. Large sample size cohort studies and well-designed RCTs are needed for further confirmation of our findings. Abstract
BACKGROUND Biomarkers have played an important role in the treatment and management of patients with congenital heart disease (CHD). The 100 most frequently cited articles addressing the possible role of biomarkers assessment in treatment and outcomes in patients with CHD were reviewed. METHODS The Web of Science Core Collection database was selected as the database for this selection of publications. CiteSpace 5.7.R1 and VOSviewer 1.6.9 were used to analyze the information. RESULTS A total of 877 articles referencing cardiac biomarkers and CHD were identified in the search period January 1980-June 2020. After screening, the top 100 most cited articles were finally determined. These articles were published in 56 journals, of which the Pediatric Cardiology published the most articles (n=8). Countries collaboration involved a total of 10 countries, and the visualized map indicated the USA had the strongest collaboration network. Related topics of future research will still focus on prevention, general condition evaluation, surgical prognosis evaluation, and application of natriuretic peptide in CHD. CONCLUSIONS We conducted an insight to acquainting characteristics of highly cited publications of biomarkers in CHD and highlighting the research subjects, global research trends, and network collaboration between countries. Related topics of frontiers will focus on: (I) the application of natriuretic peptide, (II) the diagnostic and prognostic value of genes and their related transcriptional translation agents, (III) the use of biomarkers to evaluate and predict the postoperative injury caused by extracorporeal circulation, (IV) and the application of other biomarkers (such as oxidative stress, homocysteine, and thrombosis) to assess and predict damage circumstance.

Abstract
Currently, research on intestinal diseases is mainly based on animal models and cell lines in monolayers. However, these models have drawbacks that limit scientific advances in this field. Three-dimensional (3D) culture systems named organoids are emerging as a reliable research tool for recapitulating the human intestinal epithelium and represent a unique platform for patient-specific drug testing. Intestinal organoids (IOs) are crypt–villus structures that can be derived from adult intestinal stem cells (ISCs), embryonic stem cells (ESCs), or induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and have the potential to serve as a platform for individualized medicine and research. However, this emerging field has not been bibliometric summarized to date. Here, we performed a bibliometric analysis of the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database to evaluate 5,379 publications concerning the use of organoids; the studies were divided into four clusters associated with the current situation and future directions for the application of IOs. Based on the results of our bibliometric analysis of IO applications, we systematically summarized the latest advances and analyzed the limitations and prospects.

This study aimed to analyze the methodological quality of systematic reviews of Shuxuening Injection and evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of Shuxuening Injection in the treatment of different diseases,in order to provide supportive evidence for clinical practice. Three Chinese databases and three English databases were retrieved to identify systematic reviews and Meta-analysis on the efficacy and safety of Shuxuening Injection in the treatment of diseases. The AMSTAR 2( a measurement tool to assess systematic reviews 2) tool was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the included systematic reviews,and tables were created to present the results of Meta-analyses. Twenty-four systematic reviews were included,all with very low methodological quality. Among the 16 AMSTAR-2 items,only 5 items had a compliance rate greater than 60. 0%,and 8 items had a compliance rate less than 50. 0%. For patients with cerebral infarction,Shuxuening Injection combined with conventional treatment was more effective than conventional treatment alone in terms of clinical efficiency and neurological deficit improvement. For patients with angina pectoris,Shuxuening Injection was superior to Danshen/Compound Danshen Injection in terms of the total effective rate of angina pectoris and total effective rate of ECG. The efficacy of Shuxuening Injection combined with conventional treatment is significantly better than conventional treatment.Shuxuening Injection( alone or combined with conventional treatments) was better than conventional treatments for cerebral hemorrhage,ischemic cerebrovascular disease,chronic pulmonary heart disease,vertigo and sudden deafness. Shuxuening Injection had better efficacy and lower incidence of adverse reactions,but the methodological quality of included systematic reviews was low. The results of this study still need to be verified by high-quality systematic reviews.

Abstract
Qingkailing Injection is one of the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine injections with significant clinical application for the treatment of multiple diseases. This study aims to analyze the systematic reviews( SRs) of Qingkailing Injection,in order to provide reference for the clinical application of Qingkailing Injection and the development of relevant clinical practice guidelines. We searched CNKI,CBM,Wanfang,VIP,Pub Med,Cochrane Library and EMbase to collect SRs from the time of database establishment to August 2020. The eligible SRs were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. AMSTAR 2 was used to assess the methodological quality. The diseases,drugs in combinations and results were extracted and analyzed. A total of 24 SRs were selected,including 10 for the treatment of acute cerebrovascular diseases,9 for respiratory infections,2 for viral hepatitis,1 for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and two for the adverse effects of Qingkailing Injection. Only three entries of AMSTAR 2 item were fully reported by over 70%,and the rest were reported by less than 70%,with no report about item 2,3 and 10. Twenty-nine outcome indicators were correlated with the included SRs,of which three mostly frequent outcomes were effectiveness,adverse reaction,and neurological deficit scores,showing a good efficacy of Qingkailing Injection. The common severe adverse reaction was anaphylaxis,and mild adverse reactions were skin and mucous membrane reactions. The most frequently combined drug was antibiotics,mainly Penicillin and Penicillin+Pioneeromycin. The existing evidences showed that the methodological quality of SRs of Qingkailing Injection needed to be improved and Qingkailing Injection had an obvious efficacy. However,the selection of outcome indicators for clinical trials and SRs shall be standardized,and the reporting of basic information,such as drug combination,shall be strengthened to provide more powerful clinical services.

Abstract
Background As single-cell sequencing technology has been gradually introduced, it is essential to characterize global collaboration networks and map development trends over the past 20 years. Objective The aim of this paper was to illustrate collaboration in the field of single-cell sequencing methods and explore key topics and future directions. Methods Bibliometric analyses were conducted with CiteSpace and VOSviewer software on publications prior to November 2019 from the Web of Science Core Collection about single-cell sequencing methods. Results Ultimately, we identified 2489 records, which were published in 495 journals by 14,202 authors from 1970 institutes in 61 countries. There was a noticeable increase in publications in 2014. The United States and high-income countries in Europe contributed to most of the records included. Harvard University, Stanford University, Karolinska Institutes, Peking University, and the University of Washington were the biggest nodes in every cluster of the collaboration network, and SA Teichmann, JC Marioni, A Regev, and FC Tang were the top-producing authors. Keywords co-occurrence analysis suggested applications in immunology as a developing research trend. Conclusions We concluded that the global collaboration network was unformed and that high-income countries contributed more to the rapidly growth of publications of single-cell sequencing technology. Furthermore, the application in immunology might be the next research hotspot and developmental direction.

Abstract
BACKGROUD Pressure injuries (PIs) bring a considerable physical and mental burden on immobile patients, and have put families and government under tremendous pressure to cover the cost of treatment. Therefore, this protocol proposes to identify risk factors of developing PIs in immobile patients from systematic reviews (SRs) and clinical practice guidelines (CPGs), in order to establish a risk prediction model for developing PIs and identify individual risk factors that can be modified to aid prevention. METHODS Electronic databases and specific databases for CPGs and SRs will be searched. Study selection and data collection will be performed independently by two reviewers. All included SRs and CPGs will be subject to critical appraisal. RevMan 5.3 will be used to calculate the pooled odds ratio (ORP) after appraising the quality of eligible studies, and the risk predictive model will be established using logistic regression model. A narrative synthesis, evidence summary table, and Sankey diagram will also be performed. RESULTS The results of this study will be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal for publication. Abstract
BACKGROUND Multiple gastrointestinal stromal tumors (MGISTs) are a very rare type of gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) and are usually observed in syndrome.
AIM The paper aimed to describe the clinical and oncological features of MGISTs and to offer evidence for the diagnosis and treatment.
METHODS Data of consecutive patients with MGISTs who were diagnosed at Peking University People’s Hospital (PKUPH) from 2008 to 2019 were retrospectively evaluated. Further, a literature search was conducted by retrieving data from PubMed, EMBASE, and the Cochrane library databases from inception up to November 30, 2019.
RESULTS In all, 12 patients were diagnosed with MGISTs at PKUPH, and 43 published records were ultimately included following the literature review. Combined analysis of the whole individual patient data showed that female (59.30%), young (14.45%), and syndromic GIST (63.95%) patients comprised a large proportion of the total patient population. Tumors were mainly located in the small intestine (58.92%), and both CD117 and CD34 were generally positive. After a mean 78.32-mo follow-up, the estimated median overall survival duration (11.5 years) was similar to single GISTs, but recurrence-free survival was relatively poorer.
CONCLUSION The clinical and oncological features are potentially different between MGISTs and single GIST. Further studies are needed to explore appropriate surgical approach and adjuvant therapy.

Abstract
Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is a newly emerged and highly contagious respiratory disease. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has both systematism theory knowledge and clinical practical value in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. Therefore, it was particularly important to examine the effect of TCM in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. The patents of TCM might reflect the latest progression of scientific research. We aimed to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by extracting and analyzing the TCM patents from the Patent Information Sharing Platform of COVID-19. The antiviral TCM patents were screened and exported from the Patent Information Sharing Platform. VOSviewer 1.6.14 was used to visualize and analyze the network of TCM in these patents. There were total 292 TCM patents, including 52 patents for etiological treatment and 240 patents for symptomatic treatment. Thirty-two provinces and 1 076 inventors were involved, mainly from Beijing, Guangdong and Jiangsu. Overall, there were 356 TCMs, 71 single prescriptions, and 221 compound prescriptions. The patents for treatment of coronavirus mainly focused on the treatment of coronavirus, while the patents for symptomatic treatment mainly focuses on the improvement of respiratory symptoms, such as fever and cough. There were 14 highly frequently used TCMs, including Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Scutellariae Radix, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, Forsythiae Fructus, Isatidis Radix, Astragali Radix, Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, Gypsum Fibrosum, Houttuyniae Herba, Isatidis Folium, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Gardeniae Fructus, Platycodonis Radix, Armeniacae Semen Amarum. The analyzed results of the TCM patents from the patent information sharing platform of COVID-19 were consistent with the Guideline of Diagnosis and Treatment of COVID-19(7th edition), and the combination of TCM in each cluster may also provide future directions for drug compatibility.

Abstract
Background The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has caused a worldwide pandemic, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has played an important role in response. We aimed to analyze the published literature on TCM for COVID-19, and provide reference for later research. Methods This study searched the CBM, CNKI, PubMed, and EMBASE from its establishment to March 11, 2020. VOSviewer 1.6.11 and gCLUTO 2.0 software were used to visually analyze the included studies. Results A total of 309 studies were included, including 61 journals, 1441 authors, 277 institutions, and 27 provinces. Research collaborations among regions were among those close in geographical distance. The collaborations of institutions and authors were more likely to be restricted to the same region. Among the authors with frequency greater than two (65 authors), only 19 authors had connection with others. More than 70% (358/491) of keywords were only presented once, and 20 keywords were shown more than 10 times. Five research topics were identified: Data mining method based analysis on the medication law of Chinese medicine in prevention and management of COVID-19; exploration of active compounds of Chinese medicine for COVID-19 treatment based on network pharmacology and molecular docking; expert consensus and interpretation of COVID-19 treatment; research on the etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19; and clinical research of TCM for COVID-19 treatment. Conclusion The research hotspots were scattered, and the collaboration between authors and institutions needed to be further strengthened. To improve the quality and efficiency of research output, the integration of scientific research and resources, as well as scientific collaboration are needed.

METHODS Electronic databases and specific databases of CPGs will be searched. Study selection and data collection will be performed independently by two reviewers. The Appraisal of Guidelines for Research & Evaluation II (AGREE II) Instrument and Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare (RIGHT) will be used to assess the methodological quality and reporting quality of included CPGs. Bubble plot will be used to describe the difference of the quality, and mind mapping will be plotted to illustrate the comparison of recommendations of a guideline when needed. R software, MindMaster and Excel will be used. RESULTS The results of this study will be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal for publication. Abstract
AIM To report the initial experiences with functional cine magnetic resonance urography (cine MRU) and assess its usefulness as a novel postoperative evaluation method of ileal ureter substitution. MATERIALS AND METHODS The medical records of 17 patients from who underwent cine MRU during June 2010 to December 2019 during their follow-up after ileal ureter substitution were collected. The cine MRU videos of reconstructive urinary tract were observed, and the luminal diameter, contraction ratio, peristaltic waves, and ureteral jets were measured. RESULTS Seventeen patients underwent cine MRU after ileal ureter substitution during their follow-up. Based on their cine MRU videos assessing the morphology and the peristaltic motility of the reconstructive urinary tract, there was resolution of preoperative hydronephrosis, which matched their ameliorative renal function. Clearly, peristaltic motility of the ileal graft was observed in 14 patients with obvious peristaltic waves and ureteral jets. CONCLUSION This study is the first to assess the clinical utility of functional cine MRU during the patient follow-up after ileal ureter substitution. Cine MRU is a radiation-free, non-invasive imaging method that can clearly show the morphology and the peristaltic motility of the ileal graft. Therefore, cine MRU, as a novel technique, will be extremely useful in the postoperative evaluation of patients after ileal ureter substitution.

Abstract
BACKGROUND As a significantly important part of clinical practice, the professional nursing process can be advanced in many ways. Despite the fact that case reports are regarded to be of a lower quality grade in the hierarchy of evidence, one of the principles of evidence-based medicine is that decision-making should be based on a systematic summary of evidence. However, the evidence on the reporting characteristics of case reports in the nursing field is deficient.
AIM To use the CARE guidelines to assess reporting quality and factors influencing the quality of case reports in the nursing field.
METHODS Nursing science citation indexed (SCI-indexed) journals were identified from the professional website. Each of the identified journals was searched on their website for articles published before December 2017. Twenty-one sub-items on the CARE checklist were recorded as “YES”, “PARTLY”, or “NO” according to information reported by the included studies. The responses were assigned corresponding scores of 1, 0.5, and 0, respectively. The overall score was the sum of the 21 sub-items and was defined as “high” (more than 15), “medium” (10.5 to 14.5), and “low” (less than 10). The means, standard deviations, odds ratios (OR), and the associated 95% confidence interval (CI) were determined using Stata 12.0 software.
RESULTS Ultimately, 184 case reports from 16 SCI-indexed journals were identified, with overall scores ranging from 6.5 to 18 (mean = 13.6 ± 2.3). Of the included case reports, 10.3% were regarded low-quality, 52.7% were considered middle-quality, and 37% were regarded high-quality. There were statistical differences in the mean overall scores of the included case reports with funding versus those without funding (14.2 ± 1.7 vs 13.6 ± 2.4, respectively; P = 0.4456) and journal impact factor < 1.8 versus impact factor ≥ 1.8 (13.3 ± 2.3 vs 13.6 ± 2.4, respectively; P = 0.4977). Five items from the CARE guidelines, 5a (Patient), 6 (Clinical findings), 8c (Diagnostic reasoning), 9 (Therapeutic intervention), and 11d (The main take-away lessons) were well-reported (Reporting rate more than 90%) in most of the included case reports. However, only three items, 2 (Keywords, OR = 0.42, 95%CI: 0.19-0.92, P = 0.03), 4 (Introduction, OR = 0.35, 95%CI: 0.15-0.83, P = 0.017), and 11b (The relevant medical literature, OR = 0.19, 95%CI: 0.06-0.56, P = 0.003) were considered better-reported after the CARE guidelines published in 2013.
CONCLUSION The reporting quality of case reports in the nursing field apparently has not improved since the publication of the CARE guidelines.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the totally extraperitoneal renal autotransplantation with boari flap-pelvis anastomosis in the treatment of upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC), and to review the experience of renal autotransplantation for UTUC treatment. METHODS One case of applying the totally extraperitoneal renal autotransplantation with boari flap-pelvis anastomosis to the UTUC treatment was reported, and related literature was reviewed. The patient was a sixty-four-year old man who received right radical nephroureterectomy for right ureteral carcinoma 1 year before and diagnosed as left ureteral carcinoma(G2, high grade) this time. In order to preserve his renal function and avoid the shortness of common kidney-sparing surgery, a totally extraperitoneal procedure, including retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy, ureterectomy, renal autotransplantation and Boari flap-pelvis anastomosis, was performed to the patient. RESULTS The operation was completed successfully without perioperative complications. The renal function recovered to preoperative level within 1 week. No deterioration of renal function during the follow-up and no tumor recurrence was observed under cystoscopy at the 3-month postoperative consult. CONCLUSION The totally extraperitoneal renal autotransplantation with Boari flap-pelvis anastomosis is a feasible and effective treatment for UTUC. The innovative procedure has several advantages compared to the former ones. The extraperitoneal procedure results in significantly less pain, shorter hospital stay, decreased overall time to recovery and lower bowel complications risk without warm ischemia time extension. Meanwhile, the Boari flap-pelvis anastomosis simplifies the follow -up protocols and creates an easy route for cystoscopy and topical therapy. From the systematic clinical analysis, as well as the related literature review, it's been concluded that the renal autotransplantation can be a reasonable option for the patients who have UTUC in solitary kidney or have bilateral UTUC. This type of treatment possesses advantages of preservation of renal function and total resection of malignant lesions. But long-term data and large cohort study on renal function or tumor recurrence are still absent which will be necessary to confirm the advantages of this approach.

Abstract
Ureteral injury can be classified as iatrogenic or traumatic, which represents a rare but challenging field of reconstructive urology. Due to their close proximity to vital abdominal and pelvic organs, the ureters are highly susceptible to iatrogenic injury, while ureteral injury caused by external trauma is relatively rare. The signs of ureteric injury are difficult to identify initially and often present after a delay. The treatment of ureteral injury, which is depended on the type, location, and degree of injury, the time of diagnosis and the patient's overall clinical condition, ranges from simple endoscopic management to complex surgical reconstruction. And long defect of the ureter presents much greater challenges to urologists. Ureterotomy under endoscopy using laser or cold-knife is available for the treatment of 2-3 cm benign ureteral injuries or strictures. Pyeloplasty is an effective treatment for ureteropelvic junction obstruction and some improved methods showed the possibility of repairing long-segment (10-15 cm) stenosis. Proximal and mid-ureteral injuries or strictures of 2-3 cm long can often be managed by primary ureteroureterostomy. When not feasible due to ureteral defects of longer segment, mobilization of the kidney should be considered, and transureteroureterostomy is alternative if the proximal ureter is of sufficient length. And autotransplantation or nephrectomy is regarded as the last resorts. Most of the injuries or strictures are observed in the distal ureter, below the pelvic brim, and are usually treated with ureteroneocystostomy. A non-refluxing technique together with a ureteral nipple or submucosal tunnel method, is preferable as it minimizes vesico-ureteral reflux and the risk of infection. In order to cover a longer distance, ureteroneocystostomy in combination with a psoas hitch (covering 6-10 cm of defect) or a Boari flap (covering 12-15 cm) is often adopted. Among various ureteral replacement procedures, only intestinal ureteral substitution, which includes ileal ureter, appendiceal interposition and reconfigured colon substitution, has gained wide acceptance when urothelial tissue is insufficient. Ileal ureter can be used to replace the ureter of >15 cm defect and even to replace the entire unbilateral ureter or bilateral ureter. Laparoscopic and robotic-assisted techniques are increasingly being employed for ureteral reconstruction and adopted with encouraging results.

Abstract
Objectives: The aim of this study is to explore the safety and feasibility of early oral feeding (EOF) on short-term postoperative outcomes. Trial design: A prospective randomized non-inferiority trial. Materials and methods: From August 27, 2015 to March 31, 2017, 100 consecutive patients with gastric cancer in Xijing Hospital were recruited. Patients undergoing total laparoscopic radical gastrectomy (TLRG) received either EOF group or delayed oral feeding (DOF group). The endpoints were anastomotic leakage, the recovery of bowel function, the postoperative complications and costs. The process of randomization used a computer-generated sequence that was kept in a sealed envelope by a nurse that did not participate in the trial. None of the participants, administrators of interventions and those assessing outcomes was blinded. Results: Ultimately, 51 patients were in EOF group and 49 in DOF group, which both are comparable. The postoperative hospital stay in EOF group was significantly lower than DOF group (5.18±1.47 days vs 6.18±2.46 days, P=0.016). Furthermore, there was a trend for a reduction in the time of first flatus (10.3 hrs) and defecation (12.7 hrs) in EOF group compared to DOF group, but it was not statistically significant. Meanwhile, there were no significant differences in postoperative complications between two groups. One patient in the EOF group developed a fistula in the surgical remnant, which was recorded as other leakages; there was no difference between the two groups (P=0.582). Conclusion: EOF does not seem to be more harmful than DOF, and might significantly improve the short-term outcomes for patients receiving TLRG.

Abstract
The community structure of colonised bacteria in the gastrointestinal tracts (GITs) of pre-weaned calves is affected by extrinsic factors, such as the genetics and diet of the calves; however, the dietary impact is not fully understood and warrants further research. Our study revealed that a total of 6, 5, 2 and 10 bacterial genera showed biologically significant differences in the GITs of pre-weaned calves fed four waste-milk diets: acidified waste milk, pasteurised waste milk, untreated bulk milk, and untreated waste milk, respectively. Specifically, generic biomarkers were observed in the rumen (e.g., Bifidobacterium, Parabacteroides, Fibrobacter, Clostridium, etc.), caecum (e.g., Faecalibacterium, Oxalobacter, Odoribacter, etc.) and colon (e.g., Megamonas, Comamonas, Stenotrophomonas, etc.) but not in the faeces. In addition, the predicted metabolic pathways showed that the expression of genes related to metabolic diseases was increased in the calves fed untreated waste milk, which indicated that untreated waste milk is not a suitable liquid diet for pre-weaned calves. This is the first study to demonstrate how different types of waste milk fed to pre-weaned calves affect the community structure of colonised bacteria, and the results may provide insights for the intentional adjustment of diets and gastrointestinal bacterial communities.
