Abstract
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) causes coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), affecting multiple organ systems, including the respiratory tract and lungs. Several studies have reported that the tryptophan-kynurenine pathway is altered in COVID-19 patients. The tryptophan-kynurenine pathway plays a vital role in regulating inflammation, metabolism, immune responses, and musculoskeletal system biology. In this minireview, we surmise the effects of the kynurenine pathway in COVID-19 patients and how this pathway might impact muscle and bone biology.

Abstract
Recently, percutaneous microbiopsy needles have been used as a less invasive alternative to the Bergstrom needle for obtaining human skeletal muscle biopsy to assess changes in protein content, gene expression, and enzymatic activities. Unlike the Bergstrom muscle biopsy procedure, potential complications associated with microbiopsies of human skeletal muscle have not been documented. Therefore, the present case report follows a young male's recovery from a muscle biopsy-induced hemorrhage/hematoma of the right vastus lateralis with the specific aims of (1) informing future participants, researchers, and clinicians on expected time course of recovery and (2) informing methods to minimize future participant adverse event risk during and after the percutaneous microbiopsy procedure. The present case report demonstrates that the inadvertent hemorrhaging of a neighboring vessel by percutaneous microbiopsy procedure can be debilitating. To minimize the risk of muscle biopsy-induced hemorrhage/hematoma, we advise post-biopsy compression for up to 15 min and post-biopsy follow-up should be completed for up to 72 h. When there is indication of hematoma development, compression should be applied, and the participant should avoid exercise and physical activity.

Abstract
Capture myopathy (CM) is a metabolic disease associated with mortality in mass boma captured (MBC) wildlife. The condition is induced by the forced pursuit, capturing, and restraint of wild animals, although its causal biology remains to be confirmed. A core feature of MBC-CM is rhabdomyolysis, which is associated with myoglobinuria and hyperthermia. Towards developing a translational model of CM-associated rhabdomyolysis, we investigated forced treadmill running to induce physical exhaustion and trigger rhabdomyolysis in Sprague Dawley (SD) rats. Twenty-four (24) SD rats (12 per sex) were subjected to treadmill habituation in a speed-tiered approach. Forty-eight hours after the last habituation session, one strenuous exercise (SE) session was performed at 75% of the theoretical VO2MAX (30 m/min) until animals reached physical exhaustion. Core and skin surface temperatures were measured before the SE session and after rats reached exhaustion, after which a 1-h-cumulative urine sample was collected, and the myoglobin content assayed. We show that most SE, but not control-exposed (non-exercise) rats presented with myoglobinuria, while core and surface body temperatures in both male and female rats were significantly higher post-exercise. This pre-clinical model framework shows potential for investigating the pathophysiology of MBC-CM.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Critical illness polyneuropathy and myopathy (CIPNM) is a frequent neurological manifestation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) from coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection. CIPNM diagnosis is usually limited to clinical evaluation. We compared patients with ARDS from COVID-19 and other aetiologies, in whom a neurophysiological evaluation for the detection of CIPNM was performed. The aim was to determine if there were any differences between these two groups in frequency of CINPM and outcome at discharge from the intensive care unit (ICU). MATERIALS AND METHODS This was a single-centre retrospective study performed on mechanically ventilated patients consecutively admitted (January 2016-June 2020) to the ICU of Careggi Hospital, Florence, Italy, with ARDS of different aetiologies. Neurophysiological evaluation was performed on patients with stable ventilation parameters, but marked widespread hyposthenia (Medical Research Council score <48). Creatine phosphokinase (CPK), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and mean morning glycaemic values were collected. RESULTS From a total of 148 patients, 23 with COVID-19 infection and 21 with ARDS due to other aetiologies, underwent electroneurography/electromyography (ENG/EMG) recording. Incidence of CIPNM was similar in the two groups, 65% (15 of 23) in COVID-19 patients and 71% (15 of 21) in patients affected by ARDS of other aetiologies. At ICU discharge, subjects with CIPNM more frequently required ventilatory support, regardless the aetiology of ARDS. CONCLUSION ENG/EMG represents a useful tool in the identification of the neuromuscular causes underlying ventilator wean failure and patient stratification. A high incidence of CIPNM, with a similar percentage, has been observed in ARDS patients of all aetiologies.

Abstract
Aside from its role in bone metabolism, vitamin D is a key immunomodulatory micronutrient. The active form of vitamin D (1,25(OH)D) seems to modulate the innate immune system through different mechanisms. The vitamin is involved in the differentiation of monocytes into macrophages, increasing the phagocytic and chemotactic functions of these cells. At the same time, vitamin D enables efferocytosis and prevents immunopathology. In addition, vitamin D is involved in other processes related to immune function, such as inflammation. Regarding muscle tissue, vitamin D plays an active role in muscle inflammatory response, protein synthesis, and regulation of skeletal muscle function. Two mechanisms have been proposed: A direct role of 1,25(OH)D binding to vitamin D receptors (VDRs) in muscle cells and the modulation of calcium transport in the sarcoplasmic reticulum. This second mechanism needs additional investigation. In conclusion, vitamin D seems to be effective in cases of deficiency and/or if there is a great muscular commitment, such as in high intensity exercises.

Abstract
Delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS) is associated with increases in acute inflammatory and biochemical markers, muscle swelling, pain, and reduced functional performance. This study aimed to investigate the preventative effects of crocodile blood supplementation on DOMS induced by eccentric exercise. Sixteen healthy males were randomly allocated to either a crocodile blood (CB, n = 8) or a placebo (PL, n = 8) treatment. Participants receiving the CB treatment consumed four capsules of freeze-dried CB powder (1 g day-1) over 18 days. Participants receiving the other treatment were administered a placebo over the same period. An eccentric exercise protocol was performed, and functional performance, visual analogue scale (VAS)-measured pain, knee range of movement (ROM), thigh circumference (swelling), and cytokines, enzymes, and biochemical parameters were assessed immediately after exercise as well as after 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. CB supplementation could significantly maintain maximum voluntary isometric contraction (MVIC) at 24 h (p = 0.001) and 48 h after exercise (p = 0.001) when comparing values at different times for the CB group. In the CB group, thigh circumference decreased only immediately after eccentric exercise (p = 0.031) in comparison with pre-eccentric exercise values. An 18-day supplementation (1 g day-1) of crocodile blood does aid in the maintenance of functional performance and muscle swelling after eccentric exercise. Our data indicate that 1 g day-1 of crocodile blood supplementation should be safe for human consumption.

Abstract
Sepsis induces a myopathy characterized by loss of muscle mass and weakness. Septic patients undergo prolonged periods of limb muscle disuse due to bed rest. The contribution of limb muscle disuse to the myopathy phenotype remains poorly described. To characterize sepsis-induced myopathy with hindlimb disuse, we combined the classic sepsis model via cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) with the disuse model of hindlimb suspension (HLS) in mice. Male C57bl/6j mice underwent CLP or SHAM surgeries. Four days after surgeries, mice underwent HLS or normal ambulation (NA) for 7 days. Soleus (SOL) and extensor digitorum longus (EDL) were dissected for in vitro muscle mechanics, morphological, and histological assessments. In SOL muscles, both CLP+NA and SHAM+HLS conditions elicited ~20% reduction in specific force (p < 0.05). When combined, CLP+HLS elicited ~35% decrease in specific force (p < 0.05). Loss of maximal specific force (~8%) was evident in EDL muscles only in CLP+HLS mice (p < 0.05). CLP+HLS reduced muscle fiber cross-sectional area (CSA) and mass in SOL (p < 0.05). In EDL muscles, CLP+HLS decreased absolute mass to a smaller extent (p < 0.05) with no changes in CSA. Immunohistochemistry revealed substantial myeloid cell infiltration (CD68+) in SOL, but not in EDL muscles, of CLP+HLS mice (p < 0.05). Combining CLP with HLS is a feasible model to study sepsis-induced myopathy in mice. Hindlimb disuse combined with sepsis induced muscle dysfunction and immune cell infiltration in a muscle dependent manner. These findings highlight the importance of rehabilitative interventions in septic hosts to prevent muscle disuse and help attenuate the myopathy.

Abstract
Different types of scaffolds are used to reconstruct muscle volume loss injuries. In this experimental study, we correlated ultrasound observations with histological findings in a muscle volume loss injury reconstructed with autologous adipose tissue. The outcome is compared with decellularized and porous matrix implants. Autologous adipose tissue, decellularized matrix, and a porous collagen matrix were implanted in volumetric muscle loss (VML) injuries generated on the anterior tibial muscles of Wistar rats. Sixty days after implantation, ultrasound findings were compared with histological and histomorphometric analysis. The muscles with an autologous adipose tissue implant exhibited an ultrasound pattern that was quite similar to that of the regenerative control muscles. From a histological point of view, the defects had been occupied by newly formed muscle tissue with certain structural abnormalities that would explain the differences between the ultrasound patterns of the normal control muscles and the regenerated ones. While the decellularized muscle matrix implant resulted in fibrosis and an inflammatory response, the porous collagen matrix implant was replaced by regenerative muscle fibers with neurogenic atrophy and fibrosis. In both cases, the ultrasound images reflected echogenic, echotextural, and vascular changes compatible with the histological findings of failed muscle regeneration. The ultrasound analysis confirmed the histological findings observed in the VML injuries reconstructed by autologous adipose tissue implantation. Ultrasound can be a useful tool for evaluating the structure of muscles reconstructed through tissue engineering.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Factors related to presentation of neuropsychiatric (NP) SLE manifestations, early in the course of the disease, and during follow up have not been clearly established. PURPOSE To identify disease and non-disease related factors associated with NP manifestations in early SLE. METHODS We included 1193 patients from the GLADEL inception cohort free of NP involvement at cohort entry. We evaluated the association of demographic, clinical and laboratory data with NP involvement during follow-up. STATISTICAL METHODS Independent factors associated with NP involvement were identified using a multivariable Cox regression model. RESULTS Factors independently associated with NP manifestations were: mestizo ethnicity (HR 1.701, 95% CI 1.282-2.258, p = 0.0002), myalgias/myositis (HR 1.832, 95% CI 1.335-2.515, p = 0.0002), pneumonitis (HR 2.476, 95% CI 1.085-5.648, p = 0.0312), shrinking lung (HR 2.428, 95% CI 1.074-5.493, p = 0.0331) and hemolytic anemia (HR 1.629, 95% CI 1.130-2.347, p = 0.0089). Longer disease duration at cohort entry (13 to 24 months) was associated with a lower risk of developing NP manifestations (HR 0.642, 95% CI 0.441-0.934, p = 0.0206). CONCLUSIONS Patients with myalgias/myositis, pneumonitis, shrinking lung and hemolytic anemia are at higher risk of NP involvement, whereas longer disease duration at cohort entry is associated with a lower risk of developing NP involvement.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Glycogen storage disease type III is a rare inherited disease caused by decreased activity of glycogen debranching enzyme. It affects primarily the liver, cardiac muscle, and skeletal muscle. Pure involvement of the skeletal muscle with adult onset is extremely rare. We report on a patient with myopathy due to glycogen storage disease III, and describe the clinical features, and pathologic and genetic findings.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Glucocorticoid excess leads to muscle atrophy and weakness in patients with endogenous Cushing's syndrome. Insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) is known to have protective effects on muscle loss. We hypothesized that individual serum IGF-I concentrations might be predictive for long-term myopathy outcome in Cushing's syndrome. PATIENTS AND METHODS In a prospective longitudinal study of 31 patients with florid Cushing's syndrome, we analyzed IGF-I and IGF binding protein 3 (IGFBP 3) concentrations at the time of diagnosis and following surgical remission over a period of up to 3 years. We assessed muscle strength by grip strength measurements using a hand grip dynamometer and muscle mass by bio-impedance measurements. FINDINGS Individual serum IGF-I concentrations in the postoperative phase were strongly predictive of long-term grip strength outcome (rs = 0.696, P ≤ 0.001). Also, lower IGF-I concentrations were associated with a lower muscle mass after 3 years (rs = 0.404, P = 0.033). While patients with high IGF-I s.d. scores (SDS; >1.4) showed an improvement in grip strength within the follow-up period (P = 0.009), patients with lower IGF-I SDS (≤-0.4) had a worse outcome with persisting muscle dysfunction. In contrast, preoperative IGF-I concentrations during the florid phase of Cushing's syndrome did not predict long-term muscle function outcome (rs = 0.285, P = 0.127). CONCLUSION Lower individual IGF-I concentrations 6 months after curative surgery for Cushing's syndrome are associated with adverse long-term myopathy outcome and IGF-I might be essential for muscle regeneration in the early phase after correction of hypercortisolism.

PURPOSE We aimed to assess whether skeletal muscle loss during EGFR thyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy of advance non-small cell lung cancer patients is an independent prognostic factor for progression-free survival (PFS) and overal survival (OS). METHODS A total of 45 patients who had computed tomography images were retrospectively evaluated at the diagnosis and during the treatment period before progression occurs. RESULTS During treatment 19 patients (42.2%) had skeletal muscle loss. Objective response rates in muscle loss group and muscle stable group were 36.8% and 73.0%, respectively (p<0.01). Median follow-up time was 18.9 months (14.8-32.1). Median PFS was 14.7 months (95% CI 12.1-17.3) in muscle stable group and 7.6 months (95% CI 6.7-8.5) in muscle loss group (p<0.01). Median OS was 18.3 months (95% CI 16.5-20.2) in muscle loss group while it was 30.1 months (95% CI 22.1-38.2) in muscle stable group (p<0.01). In multivariate analysis for both PFS and OS, skeletal muscle loss was an independent prognostic factor. Hazard ratios (HR) for PFS and OS were 12.2 (95% CI 4.3-34.4) and 3.51 (95% CI 1.41-8.73) respectively. CONCLUSION On CT imaging skeletal muscle loss before progression is an independent prognostic factor for both PFS and OS in advance non-small cell lung cancer patients who received EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy.

Abstract
Knock-in homozygote VCPR155H/R155H mutant mice are a lethal model of valosin-containing protein (VCP)-associated inclusion body myopathy associated with Paget disease of bone, frontotemporal dementia and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Ceramide (d18:1/16:0) levels are elevated in skeletal muscle of the mutant mice, compared to wild-type controls. Moreover, exposure to a lipid-enriched diet reverses lethality, improves myopathy and normalizes ceramide levels in these mutant mice, suggesting that dysfunctions in lipid-derived signaling are critical to disease pathogenesis. Here, we investigated the potential role of ceramide in VCP disease using pharmacological agents that manipulate the ceramide levels in myoblast cultures from VCP mutant mice and VCP patients. Myoblasts from wild-type, VCPR155H/+ and VCPR155H/R155H mice, as well as patient-induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), were treated with an inhibitor of ceramide degradation to increase ceramide via acid ceramidase (ARN082) for proof of principle. Three chemically distinct inhibitors of ceramide biosynthesis via serine palmitoyl-CoA transferase (L-cycloserine, myriocin or ARN14494) were used as a therapeutic strategy to reduce ceramide in myoblasts. Acid ceramidase inhibitor, ARN082, elevated cellular ceramide levels and concomitantly enhanced pathology. Conversely, inhibitors of ceramide biosynthesis L-cycloserine, myriocin and ARN14494 reduced ceramide production. The results point to ceramide-mediated signaling as a key contributor to pathogenesis in VCP disease and suggest that manipulating this pathway by blocking ceramide biosynthesis might exert beneficial effects in patients with this condition. The ceramide pathway appears to be critical in VCP pathogenesis, and small-molecule inhibitors of ceramide biosynthesis might provide therapeutic benefits in VCP and related neurodegenerative diseases.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish the effect of statins on muscle symptoms in people who had previously reported muscle symptoms when taking statins. DESIGN Series of randomised, placebo controlled n-of-1 trials. SETTING Primary care across 50 sites in the United Kingdom, December 2016 to April 2018. PARTICIPANTS 200 participants who had recently stopped or were considering stopping treatment with statins because of muscle symptoms. INTERVENTIONS Participants were randomised to a sequence of six double blinded treatment periods (two months each) of atorvastatin 20 mg daily or placebo. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES At the end of each treatment period, participants rated their muscle symptoms on a visual analogue scale (0-10). The primary analysis compared symptom scores in the statin and placebo periods. RESULTS 151 participants provided symptoms scores for at least one statin period and one placebo period and were included in the primary analysis. Overall, no difference in muscle symptom scores was found between the statin and placebo periods (mean difference statin minus placebo -0.11, 95% confidence interval -0.36 to 0.14; P=0.40)). Withdrawals because of intolerable muscle symptoms were 18 participants (9%) during a statin period and 13 (7%) during a placebo period. Two thirds of those completing the trial reported restarting long term treatment with statins. CONCLUSIONS No overall effect of atorvastatin 20 mg on muscle symptoms compared with placebo was found in participants who had previously reported severe muscle symptoms when taking statins. Most people completing the trial intended to restart treatment with statins. N-of-1 trials can assess drug effects at the group level and guide individual treatment. Abstract
The muscle-specific ubiquitin ligase MuRF1 regulates muscle catabolism during chronic wasting states, although its roles in general metabolism are less-studied. Here, we metabolically profiled MuRF1-deficient knockout mice. We also included knockout mice for MuRF2 as its closely related gene homolog. MuRF1 and MuRF2-KO (knockout) mice have elevated serum glucose, elevated triglycerides, and reduced glucose tolerance. In addition, MuRF2-KO mice have a reduced tolerance to a fat-rich diet. Western blot and enzymatic studies on MuRF1-KO skeletal muscle showed perturbed FoxO-Akt signaling, elevated Akt-Ser-473 activation, and downregulated oxidative mitochondrial metabolism, indicating potential mechanisms for MuRF1,2-dependent glucose and fat metabolism regulation. Consistent with this, the adenoviral re-expression of MuRF1 in KO mice normalized Akt-Ser-473, serum glucose, and triglycerides. Finally, we tested the MuRF1/2 inhibitors MyoMed-205 and MyoMed-946 in a mouse model for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). After 28 days of treatment, T2DM mice developed progressive muscle weakness detected by wire hang tests, but this was attenuated by the MyoMed-205 treatment. While MyoMed-205 and MyoMed-946 had no significant effects on serum glucose, they did normalize the lymphocyte-granulocyte counts in diabetic sera as indicators of the immune response. Thus, small molecules directed to MuRF1 may be useful in attenuating skeletal muscle strength loss in T2DM conditions.

Abstract
A 66-year-old woman visited our hospital complaining of shortness of breath during exertion and progressive weakness in all her limb muscles. On admission, we noted muscle weakness in her trunk and in her proximal limb muscles, although, her muscle MRI showed no remarkable findings. However, her serum CK level (2,747U/L) was above the normal range. Histopathological examination of muscle biopsy, performed from the left biceps brachii muscle, revealed immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy (IMNM). Her serum samples were negative for myositis-associated autoantibodies (MAAs), anti-SRP, and HMGCR antibodies. However, as the anti-SS-A antibody level in her serum was high (53.2U/mL), we conducted the salivary gland biopsy and the Schirmer test on her eyes. We found lymphocytes infiltration in her salivary gland tissue, and thus, she was diagnosed with primary Sjögren syndrome (SjS). We also observed necrotizing myopathy associated with the SjS. Following her treatment with oral steroids, her symptoms and CK level improved. Although, inflammatory myositis frequently occurs in association with general collagen diseases, necrotizing myopathy has rarely been observed secondary to SjS. Abstract
The contribution of myofibrillar protein synthesis (MyoPS) to recovery from skeletal muscle damage in humans is unknown. Recreationally active men and women consumed a daily protein-polyphenol beverage targeted at increasing amino acid availability and reducing inflammation (PPB; n = 9), both known to affect MyoPS, or an isocaloric placebo (PLA; n = 9) during 168 h of recovery from 300 maximal unilateral eccentric contractions (EE). Muscle function was assessed daily. Muscle biopsies were collected for 24, 27, 36, 72, and 168 h for MyoPS measurements using 2H2O and expression of 224 genes using RT-qPCR and pathway analysis. PPB improved recovery of muscle function, which was impaired for 5 days after EE in PLA (interaction P < 0.05). Acute postprandial MyoPS rates were unaffected by nutritional intervention (24-27 h). EE increased overnight (27-36 h) MyoPS versus the control leg (PLA: 33 ± 19%; PPB: 79 ± 25%; leg P < 0.01), and PPB tended to increase this further (interaction P = 0.06). Daily MyoPS rates were greater with PPB between 72 and 168 h after EE, albeit after function had recovered. Inflammatory and regenerative signaling pathways were dramatically upregulated and clustered after EE but were unaffected by nutritional intervention. These results suggest that accelerated recovery from EE is not explained by elevated MyoPS or suppression of inflammation.NEW & NOTEWORTHY The present study investigated the contribution of myofibrillar protein synthesis (MyoPS) and associated gene signaling to recovery from 300 muscle-damaging, eccentric contractions. Measured with 2H2O, MyoPS rates were elevated during recovery and observed alongside expression of inflammatory and regenerative signaling pathways. A nutritional intervention accelerated recovery; however, MyoPS and gene signaling were unchanged compared with placebo. These data indicate that MyoPS and associated signaling do not explain accelerated recovery from muscle damage.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Bone and skeletal muscle represent a single functional unit. We cross-sectionally investigated body composition, risk of fall and circulating osteocalcin (OC) isoforms in osteoporotic postmenopausal women to test the hypothesis of an involvement of OC in the bone-muscle crosstalk. MATERIALS AND METHODS Twenty-nine non-diabetic, non-obese, postmenopausal osteoporotic women (age 72.4 ± 6.8 years; BMI 23.0 ± 3.3 kg/m2) underwent to: 1) fasting blood sampling for biochemical and hormone assays, including carboxylated (cOC) and uncarboxylated (uOC) osteocalcin; 2) whole-body dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) to assess total and regional body composition; 3) magnetic resonance imaging to determine cross-sectional muscle area (CSA) and intermuscular adipose tissue (IMAT) of thigh muscles; 4) risk of fall assessment through the OAK system. RESULTS Appendicular skeletal muscle index (ASMMI) was low in 45% of patients. Forty percent got a low OAK score, consistent with moderate-severe risk of fall, which was predicted by low legs lean mass and increased total fat mass. Circulating cOC levels showed significantly correlated with βCTx-I, lean mass parameters including IMAT, and OAK score. Fractured and unfractured women did not differ for any of the analyzed parameters, though cOC and uOC positively correlated with legs lean mass, OAK score and bone markers only in fractured women. CONCLUSIONS Data supported the relationship between OC and skeletal muscle mass and function in postmenopausal osteoporotic women. Serum cOC, but not uOC, emerges as mediator in the bone-muscle crosstalk. Circulating cOC and uOC levels may be differentially regulated in fractured and unfractured osteoporotic women, suggesting underlying differences in bone metabolism.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Albeit primarily a disease of respiratory tract, the 2019 coronavirus infectious disease (COVID-19) has been found to have causal association with a plethora of neurological, neuropsychiatric and psychological effects. This review aims to analyze them with a discussion of evolving therapeutic recommendations. METHODS PubMed and Google Scholar were searched from 1 January 2020 to 30 May 2020 with the following key terms: "COVID-19", "SARS-CoV-2", "pandemic", "neuro-COVID", "stroke-COVID", "epilepsy-COVID", "COVID-encephalopathy", "SARS-CoV-2-encephalitis", "SARS-CoV-2-rhabdomyolysis", "COVID-demyelinating disease", "neurological manifestations", "psychosocial manifestations", "treatment recommendations", "COVID-19 and therapeutic changes", "psychiatry", "marginalised", "telemedicine", "mental health", "quarantine", "infodemic" and "social media". A few newspaper reports related to COVID-19 and psychosocial impacts have also been added as per context. RESULTS Neurological and neuropsychiatric manifestations of COVID-19 are abundant. Clinical features of both central and peripheral nervous system involvement are evident. These have been categorically analyzed briefly with literature support. Most of the psychological effects are secondary to pandemic-associated regulatory, socioeconomic and psychosocial changes. CONCLUSION Neurological and neuropsychiatric manifestations of this disease are only beginning to unravel. This demands a wide index of suspicion for prompt diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 to prevent further complications and mortality.
