Abstract
BACKGROUND Researchers have increasingly differentiated trait-like tendencies toward impulsivity occurring during emotional states (emotion-related impulsivity [ERI]) from impulsivity not tied to emotion (non-ERI). Relative to non-ERI, ERI has shown robust correlations with psychopathology and mild to moderate associations with physical health parameters (e.g., physical activity, poor sleep quality, body mass index [BMI]). Therefore, we first aimed to investigate the unique contributions of ERI and non-ERI to psychopathology symptoms while controlling for neuroticism. Second, we sought to explore the combined associations of physical health parameters with several impulsivity forms. METHODS German-speaking adults (N = 350, 35.9 ± 14.6 years, 69.1% female, BMI: 24.0 ± 4.8 kg/m2 , mostly students or employees) completed measures of impulsivity, psychopathology symptoms, neuroticism, and physical health. We gathered measures of two ERI forms: Feelings Trigger Action and Pervasive Influence of Feelings. As a control comparison, we gathered a measure of non-ERI, the Lack of Follow-Through scale. We conducted separate path models for Aims 1 and 2. RESULTS For Aim 1, Pervasive Influence of Feelings showed strong links with internalizing symptoms. Feelings Trigger Action and Lack of Follow-Through showed small links with alcohol use. For Aim 2, poor sleep quality was related to all three impulsivity factors, while physical activity was only related to Pervasive Influence of Feelings and Lack of Follow-Through. BMI showed a curvilinear association with impulsivity. CONCLUSIONS ERI is more directly relevant than non-ERI for psychopathology symptoms, emphasizing the need to differentiate between the two ERI types. The association of ERI and non-ERI with physical activity and poor sleep quality may serve as potential treatment targets for impulsivity-related problems.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Only one-third of U.S. Army Soldiers meet the recommended sleep guideline of 7 or more hours per night. Soldiers meeting the recommended sleep guideline are more likely to perform better on cognitive and physical tasks. The purpose of this analysis was to compare the physical and behavioral characteristics of Soldiers who met and did not meet the sleep recommendation guideline and determine associations between physical and behavioral characteristics and the acquisition of recommended amounts of sleep per night. METHODS A survey was administered to U.S. Army Soldiers. Adjusted odds ratios and corresponding 95% confidence intervals were calculated to determine associations between achieving the recommended number of hours of sleep per night and age, physical characteristics, health behaviors, physical training, and physical performance. RESULTS A survey was completed by 4229 men and 969 women. Male Soldiers who met the recommended sleep requirement had lower estimated body fat [20.3 ± 4.2% vs. 21.1 ± 4.4%], were less likely to use tobacco [11.5% vs. 16.2%] and exercised more [259 ± 226 vs. 244 ± 224 min/wk] compared with those who did not obtain 7 hours of sleep per night. Female Soldiers who met the recommended sleep requirement had lower estimated body fat [31.4 ± 4% vs. 32.1 ± 4.6%] and exercised more [258 ± 206 vs. 241 ± 216 min/wk] compared with those who did not obtain 7 hours of sleep per night. CONCLUSION Soldiers who choose to adopt healthy lifestyle characteristics may be more likely to meet the recommended sleep duration guideline.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Various populations have experienced significant increases in depression and decreased quality of life (QOL) during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. This network analysis study was designed to elucidate interconnections between particular depressive symptoms and different aspects of QOL and identify the most clinically important symptoms in this network among adults in Wuhan China, the initial epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic. METHODS This cross-sectional, convenience-sampling study (N = 2459) was conducted between May 25 to June 18, 2020, after the lockdown policy had been lifted in Wuhan. Depressive symptoms and QOL were measured with the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) and first two items of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire - brief version (WHOQOL-BREF), respectively. A network structure was constructed from the extended Bayesian Information Criterion (EBIC) model. Network centrality strength and bridge strength were evaluated along with the stability of the derived network model. RESULTS Loss of energy (DEP-4) and Guilt feelings (DEP-6) were the two central symptoms with the highest strength as well as the two most prominent bridge symptoms connecting the clusters of depression and quality of life (QOL) in tandem with the two nodes from the QOL cluster. Network structure and bridge strengths remained stable after randomly dropping 75 % of the sample. CONCLUSION Interventions targeting "Loss of energy" and "Guilt feelings" should be evaluated as strategies for reducing depressive symptoms and promoting improved QOL in COVID-19-affected populations.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Community-delivered sleep education interventions have been demonstrated to be effective in improving sleep outcomes, but whether these benefits persist once the program ends is not well characterized. This study sought to determine whether the previously reported positive effects attributed to the SLeep Education for Elders Program (SLEEP) were maintained six months after program completion. METHOD Nineteen participants were surveyed three times: at baseline, program completion (six weeks), and the six-month post-program timepoint. Sleep outcomes for quality, duration, insomnia symptoms, sleep hygiene behaviors, and excessive daytime sleepiness were assessed using validated surveys, including the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (from which duration was also extracted), the Insomnia Severity Index, the Sleep Hygiene Index, and the Epworth Sleepiness Scale. RESULTS Longitudinal models adjusted for baseline sleep problems revealed the benefits achieved immediately after the program were retained at six months for sleep quality (estimate: -2.0 (95%CI: -2.7, -1.3)), sleep duration (estimate: 0.9 (95%CI: 0.6, 1.2)), insomnia symptoms (estimate: -3.5 95%CI: (-4.6, -2.3)), and sleep hygiene behaviors (estimate: -2.6 (-4.3, -0.9)). CONCLUSIONS These results suggest that a community-delivered sleep education intervention can produce sustained benefits for participants and should be considered as a tool to address uncomplicated sleep issues.

Abstract
This research aims to explore whether physical exercise can buffer the impact of the COVID-19 stressors. Based on the cross-stressor adaptation hypothesis, we proposed a moderated mediation model relating the COVID-19 stressors to sleep disorder via somatic and worry complaints, depending on the amount of physical exercise. A sample of working adults in Beijing (N = 207) filled surveys in two waves during the COVID-19 pandemic. Structural regression analysis showed that physical exercise moderates the impact of the COVID-19 stressors on sleep disorder via somatic complaints (index = -0.11, 95% CI [-0.22, -0.01]), rather than psychological worry complaints (index = -0.01, 95% CI [-0.07, 0.04]). Specifically, the COVID-19 stressors increase somatic complaints for people with a low amount of physical exercise (b = 0.17, p = 0.01]), while the COVID-19 stressors are not significantly related to somatic complaints for people with a high amount of physical exercise (b = -0.06, p = 0.33). This research extends the cross-stressor adaptation hypothesis and provides evidence on an individual intervention of physical exercise to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Sleep deficiency and sleep disorders disproportionally affect socially disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and groups. Recent evidence suggests that stigma, a social process characterized by labeling, stereotyping, and prejudice, is associated with sleep characteristics. PURPOSE Guided by the Health Stigma and Discrimination Framework, the purpose of this systematic review is to describe associations between dimensions of stigma and sleep deficiency and to identify future directions for research. METHODS We searched the OVIDPsycINFO, OVIDEMASE, OVIDMEDLINE, and CINAHL databases for empirical research studies that reported relationships between the 3 dimensions of stigma-internalized, perceived, and anticipated-and characteristics of sleep deficiency-duration, continuity/efficiency, timing, alertness/sleepiness, quality, and disorders. RESULTS Of 1717 articles, 15 met our inclusion criteria. The most frequently assessed dimensions of stigma were internalized and perceived stigma. Characteristics of sleep deficiency were measured by self-report and included sleep quality, duration, trouble sleeping, and insomnia symptoms. We found consistent evidence that stigma, whether internalized, perceived, or anticipated, is associated with self-reported characteristics of sleep deficiency. CONCLUSIONS This evidence base can be further strengthened with prospective studies that incorporate both multidimensional measures of stigma and objective measures of sleep characteristics. We outline research implications that can clarify underlying mechanisms and more precisely define the relationships between stigma and sleep and inform interventions to address stigma, improve sleep, and reduce the health inequities that disproportionately affect individuals from socially disadvantaged and marginalized groups.

Abstract
Study objectives Age related changes in sleep result in an increasing prevalence of poor sleep in mid-aged and older adults. Although physical activity has shown to benefit sleep in studies in controlled settings, this has not yet been examined in a real-life lifestyle program. The aims of this study were to: 1) examine the effects of a lifestyle program on moderate-to-vigorous physical activity and objective and subjective sleep in adults aged 55+ years; and 2) examine if the effects differed between good and poor sleepers. Methods This controlled pretest-posttest trial examined the effects of the 12-week group-based real-life lifestyle program ‘Lekker Actief’ on moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (measured using accelerometers) and sleep (measured using accelerometers and the Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index, PSQI). The main component of the program was a 12-week progressive walking program, complemented by an optional muscle strengthening program and one educational session on healthy nutrition. Of the 451 participants who were tested pre-intervention, 357 participants completed the posttest assessment (200 in the intervention group and 157 in the control group). Effects on moderate-to-vigorous physical activity and on objective sleep (sleep efficiency, total sleep time, wake time after sleep onset (WASO) and number of awakenings) as well as subjective sleep (sleep quality) were examined in crude and in adjusted multiple regression models. An interaction term between program (control versus intervention) and sleep category (good and poor) was included in all models. Results Moderate-to-vigorous physical activity levels significantly increased in the intervention group compared with the control group (43,02 min per day; 95%CI: 12.83–73.22; fully adjusted model). The interaction terms revealed no differences between good and poor sleepers regarding the effect of the intervention on moderate-to-vigorous physical activity. There were no significant effects on sleep, except for good sleepers who showed an increase in number of awakenings/night by 1.44 (CI 95% 0.49; 2.24). Conclusions Although this program was effective in increasing physical activity, it did not improve sleep. Lifestyle programs should be promoted to increase physical activity, but more is needed to improve sleep as well. This trial was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (Trial registration NCT03576209).

Abstract
Purpose: This study investigated the efficacy of Treatment for Establishing Motor Program Organization (TEMPOSM) in childhood apraxia of speech (CAS).Method: A mixed between- and within-participant design with multiple baselines across participants and behaviors was used to examine acquisition, generalization, and maintenance of skills. TEMPOSM was administered in four one-hour sessions a week over a four-week period for eleven participants (ages 5 to 8), allocated to either an immediate treatment group or a wait-list control group. Acoustic and perceptual variables were measured at baseline, immediate post-treatment, and one-month post-treatment.Results: Children demonstrated significant improvements in specific acoustic measures of segmentation and lexical stress, as well as perceptual measures of fluency, lexical stress, and speech-sound accuracy. Treatment and generalization effects were maintained one-month post-treatment with generalization to untreated stimuli.Conclusion: TEMPOSM was efficacious in improving segmental and suprasegmental impairments in the speech of children with CAS.

Abstract
PURPOSE Sleep problems pose serious public health concerns, and evidence suggests that the problem is worsening. Both sufficient sleep quantity and quality are needed for optimal health, particularly among older adults, but access to sleep care can be difficult. This study examined the efficacy of a six-week sleep behavior change program designed for older adults that was delivered virtually by health educators. PARTICIPANTS AND METHODS This quasi-experimental pilot study (intervention n = 22; control n = 31) explored the effects of the Sleep Education for Elders Program (SLEEP) on sleep outcomes, which included: 1) sleep quality, measured by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI); 2) sleep duration, extracted from the PSQI; 3) insomnia symptoms, measured by the Insomnia Severity Index; 4) sleep hygiene behaviors, obtained from the Sleep Hygiene Index; and 5) excessive daytime sleepiness, measured by the Epworth Sleepiness Scale. RESULTS After SLEEP, the intervention group experienced significantly improved sleep quality (p < 0.001), a reduction in maladaptive sleep hygiene behaviors (p = 0.007), and reduced daytime sleepiness (p < 0.027) compared to the control group. Effect sizes for all five sleep measures were medium or large. In the intervention group, all changes were judged to be clinically meaningful (≥ 0.5 SD) except for improvements in daytime sleepiness. CONCLUSION These data support the efficacy of a group-based, virtual behavior change intervention in improving sleep outcomes among older adults.

Abstract
Introduction: Endometriosis affects around 10% of women of reproductive age with symptoms of pelvic pain, dysmenorrhoea, dyspareunia, dyschezia, and infertility. Current research highlights a possible relationship between endometriosis and poor sleep quality. The aim of this study was to assess the relationship between sleep quality and endometriosis. Outcomes measured included sleep quality and quality of life and pain score. Methods: Thirty women with a histological diagnosis of endometriosis and 30 control patients completed an online questionnaire that assessed sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) and quality of life (WHO-QOL-BREF). Pain scores within the endometriosis group were evaluated using a visual analogue scale. Results: Women with endometriosis had significantly poorer sleep quality (80% vs 50%, p = 0.015) and lower quality of life scores when compared to the control group. Within the endometriosis group, there were trends between poor sleep, a reduced quality of life, and higher pain scores; however, these did not reach statistical significance. Discussion: Sleep quality and quality of life were significantly reduced in women with endometriosis when compared to controls.

Abstract
Study Design We investigated whether overnight ES is a feasible method to activate gluteal, quadriceps, and hamstrings muscles in a two-week experiment. Electrical stimulation (ES) induced muscle contractions have proven positive effects on risk factors for developing pressure ulcers in people with a spinal cord injury (SCI). Therefore prolonged overnight ES-induced muscle activation is interesting, but has never been studied. Objective To study feasibility of ES-induced leg muscle activation. In eight participants with motor complete SCI gluteal, hamstrings and quadriceps muscles were activated with a 2-weeks overnight stimulation protocol, 8 h per night, using specially developed ES-shorts. Setting The Netherlands. Methods Muscle fatigue was determined with a muscle contraction sensor. Questionnaires on sleep quality (SQ) and the ES-shorts usability were taken. Results After 8 h of activation muscles still contracted, although fatigue occurred, and mean contraction size was lower at the end of a cycle (p = 0.03). SQ (0-100) after intervention was 75, and 66 after 4 weeks without overnight ES (p = 0.04) indicating ES improves sleep quality. The usability of the ES-shorts was good. Conclusions This study shows that overnight ES-induced muscle activation using ES-shorts in SCI is a new, feasible method that does not interfere with sleep. The nightly use of the ES-shorts might be considered as an important part of the daily routine in SCI.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Somatic symptoms are commonly reported by patients on maintenance hemodialysis. Based on evidence that exercise can improve psychological state among the general population, we aimed to evaluate the effects of physical activity on somatic symptoms specifically in this clinical population. METHODS This was a multicenter, cross-sectional study that included patients receiving hemodialysis treatment ≥3 times per week for > 3 months, aged 18 years or older, and who were willing to complete our study questionnaires and wear a pedometer; they were recruited from four hemodialysis centers in Zhejiang, China. Physical activity was quantified using pedometer data, with somatic symptoms quantified using the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90). Hemodialysis information and blood laboratory tests were obtained from patients' medical record. The score on the somatic dimension of the SCL-90 (S1-score) subdivided into tertiles for analysis: ≤1.17 (Q1), 1.17-1.58 (Q2) and ≥ 1.58 (Q3). A multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to estimate the crude and adjusted odd ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for the S1- somatic score according to the physical activity level during the last week. For this analysis, patients were stratified in a high and low exercise group using a cutoff of 3000 MET-min/week. Model 1 was adjusted for skinfold thickness of the triceps, upper arm circumference, grip strength, 5-m walking time, and 30-s sit-to-stand test. In model 2, we further adjusted for the leukocyte count, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level, and albumin level. RESULTS After screening, 320 patients were enrolled into the study group (37.50% male, average age of 58.60 ± 14.2 years and mean average number of steps per day of 3725.92 ± 2663.47). The S1-score (1.51 ± 0.39) was significantly higher for patients than for the normal reference population (P < 0.001). As the S1-score increased, the average number of steps per day decreased, both on dialysis and non-dialysis days. Total physical activity, measured by pedometry, showed the best correlation to S1 scores (r = - 0.813; P < 0.01). The OR of a high S1-score was 1.97 [95% CI, 0.63-4.08] for patients in the low physical activity group. CONCLUSION Higher S1 (somatic symptom) score was related to low physical activity among patients on maintenance hemodialysis.

Abstract
Sleep is considered vital to human health and well-being, and is critical to physiological and cognitive functioning. Elite athletes experience high training and competition demands, and are often exposed to various factors, situations, and environments that can cause sleep impairments. Previous research has shown that athletes commonly experience sleep loss in the lead up to and following competition, which could have significant impacts on their preparation, performance, and recovery. In particular, the results from previous research show significant reductions in total sleep time (~1:40 h:min) and significant increases in sleep latency (~45 minutes) following evening competition. Napping is common in both the training and competition setting in athletes; however, research on the effect of napping on physiology and performance is limited. In contrast, research on strategies and interventions to improve sleep are increasing in the athletic population, with sleep hygiene research resulting in significant improvements in key sleep indices. This review investigates the physiological importance of sleep in athletes, current tools to monitor athletes' sleep, the role of sleep for cognitive functioning and athletic performance, the prevalence of sleep disturbances and the potential mechanisms causing sleep disturbances, the role of napping, and different intervention strategies to improve sleep.

Abstract
Background Insomnia is common. However, no systematic reviews have examined the effect of exercise on patients with primary and secondary insomnia, defined as both sleep disruption and daytime impairment. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to examine the effectiveness/efficacy of exercise in patients with insomnia. Methods We searched the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, MEDLINE, Embase, PsycINFO, World Health Organization International Clinical Trials Registry Platform, and ClinicalTrials.gov to identify all randomized controlled trials that examined the effects of exercise on various sleep parameters in patients with insomnia. All participants were diagnosed with insomnia, using standard diagnostic criteria or predetermined criteria and standard measures. Data on outcome measures were subjected to meta-analyses using random-effects models. The Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool and Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation approach were used to assess the quality of the individual studies and the body of evidence, respectively. Results We included nine studies with a total of 557 participants. According to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (mean difference [MD], 2.87 points lower in the intervention group; 95% confidence interval [CI], 3.95 points lower to 1.79 points lower; low-quality evidence) and the Insomnia Severity Index (MD, 3.22 points lower in the intervention group; 95% CI, 5.36 points lower to 1.07 points lower; very low-quality evidence), exercise was beneficial. However, exercise interventions were not associated with improved sleep efficiency (MD, 0.56% lower in the intervention group; 95% CI, 3.42% lower to 2.31% higher; moderate-quality evidence). Only four studies noted adverse effects. Most studies had a high or unclear risk of selection bias. Discussion Our findings suggest that exercise can improve sleep quality without notable adverse effects. Most trials had a high risk of selection bias. Higher quality research is needed.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between lifestyle and overall health in high school children. METHODS Subjects were from the Toyama Birth Cohort Study, a prospective, longitudinal study of children born between 1989 and 1990, and who lived in Toyama Prefecture, Japan, at the time of the survey. This investigation used data from phase 5 of the Birth Cohort Study, which was conducted in 2005, when the children were in high school. Participants included 4,966 children (2,449 boys and 2,517 girls) aged 15-16 years old. A questionnaire was designed to measure lifestyle factors such as eating habits, physical activity, sedentary behavior, and sleeping pattern. A question from a validated Japanese version of the Dartmouth Primary Care Cooperative Information Project was used to evaluate overall health in children. Logistic regression analysis was used to determine if lifestyle factors are associated with overall health in high school children. RESULTS Boys who skipped breakfast and had short night-time sleep duration (≤6 h per night) were more likely to have poor health status. Girls who skipped breakfast, and had night-time eating patterns, personal computer use >4 h per day, and short night-time sleep duration (≤6 h/night) were more likely to have poor health status. CONCLUSIONS Undesirable lifestyle was associated with poor health status in high school boys and girls. Further understanding of these relationships is needed to facilitate the development of interventions that will help children with poor health status.

Abstract
Epidemiological studies have shown an association between physical activity and sleep, but it is unclear what the temporal order of this association is and whether it differs for depressed patients and healthy controls. Using a multiple repeated observations design, 27 depressed and 27 pair-matched nondepressed participants completed daily measurements of subjective sleep quality and duration during 30 consecutive days while an accelerometer continuously registered their physical activity. Changes in sleep duration, not quality, predicted next-day changes in physical activity (B = -0.21, p < .001), but not the other way around. Significant heterogeneity between individuals was observed, but the effect was not different for depressed and nondepressed participants. The findings underline the strength of a multiple repeated observations design in observational sleep research.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Sleep complaints are common and enduring among old people. The study aimed to extend current knowledge by exploring the effects of episodic versus chronic sleep complaints on a range of physical and mental health outcomes. METHODS Older adults (N = 8934, mean age = 64) who participated in Waves 1, 2 and 4 of the Survey of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe (SHARE) reported sleep and health outcome measures. Episodic sleep complaints, in the first or in the second wave and chronic sleep complaints, in both waves were recorded. Outcomes in Wave 4 included physical symptoms, difficulties in activities of daily living and low quality of life. RESULTS Logistic regressions examined whether episodic and chronic sleep complaints at W1 and W2 predict W4 health outcomes. Chronic sleep complaints predicted worse outcomes, compared to no sleep difficulties and to episodic sleep complaints, even after adjusting for demographic characteristics and previous levels of health. CONCLUSION Sleep complaints and mainly chronic sleep complaints are related to elevated risk of future health and functional problems. Caregivers are encouraged to address sleep complaints and provide their older patients with help before sleep complaints become persistent.

In other populations (eg shift workers and adolescent students), sleep hygiene education may serve to acutely improve sleep indices. However, this is yet to be examined in an elite athlete setting. Therefore, the aim of the current study was to evaluate the effect of a sleep hygiene education session on sleep indices in elite athletes. The study involved 26 elite female netball athletes performing one week of baseline sleep monitoring (PRE), followed by a sleep hygiene education session and a further week of sleep monitoring (POST) in a single group, pre- post design. The sleep hygiene education session focused on providing information on the importance of sleep for athletes and practical tips to improve sleep quality and quantity. Sleep monitoring was performed using wrist actigraphy to assess total sleep time (TST), sleep efficiency (SE%), total time in bed (TTB), sleep latency (SL), wake episodes per night (WE), sleep onset variance (SOV), wake variance (WV) wake episode duration (WED), sleep onset time (SOT), and wake time (WT). There was a significant improvement in TST (mean ± SD; 22.3 ± 39.9 minutes, p=0.01) PRE to POST sleep hygiene education session, the difference associated with a small effect (ES: 0.39). A significant improvement PRE to POST was found for WV (p=0.03), and for WED (p=0.03). There were no significant differences for SE%, SL, TTB, WE, SOV, SOT, WT. The current study reports that a sleep hygiene education session is effective in improving sleep quantity in elite female athletes in an acute setting.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The aim of this pilot study was to examine the impact of a brief physical activity intervention on adolescents' subjective sleep quality. Cross-sectional studies indicate that physically active adolescents have better subjective sleep quality than those with more sedentary habits. However, less is known about the effectiveness of physical activity interventions in improving adolescents' subjective sleep quality. METHODS In a three-week physical activity intervention, four Icelandic upper secondary schools were randomized to either an intervention group with pedometers and step diaries or a control group without pedometers and diaries. Out of 84, a total of 53 students, aged 15-16 years, provided complete data or a minimum of two days step data (out of three possible) as well as sleep quality measures at baseline and follow-up. Subjective sleep quality, the primary outcome in this study, was assessed with four individual items: sleep onset latency, nightly awakenings, general sleep quality, and sleep sufficiency. Daily steps were assessed with Yamax CW-701 pedometers. RESULTS The intervention group ( n = 26) had significantly higher average step-count ( p = 0.03, partial η2 = 0.093) compared to the control group ( n = 27) at follow-up. Subjective sleep quality improved ( p = 0.02, partial η2 = 0.203) over time in the intervention group but not in the control group. CONCLUSIONS Brief physical activity interventions based on pedometers and step diaries may be effective in improving adolescents' subjective sleep quality. This has important public health relevance as the intervention can easily be disseminated and incorporated into school curricula.
