Abstract
OBJECTIVE Changes in brain structure and neurotransmitter systems are involved in pain in Parkinson's disease (PD), and emotional factors are closely related to pain. Our study applied electroencephalography (EEG) to investigate the role of emotion in PD patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain. METHODS Forty-two PD patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain and 38 without were enrolled. EEG data were recorded under resting conditions, and while viewing pictures with neutral, positive, and negative content. We compared spectrum power, functional connectivity, and late positive potential (LPP), an event-related potential (ERP), between the groups. RESULTS PD patients with pain tended to have higher scores for the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HRSD). In the resting EEG, mean β-band amplitude was significantly higher in patients with pain than in those without. Logistic regression analysis showed that higher HRSD scores and higher mean β-band amplitude were associated with pain. ERP analysis revealed that the amplitudes of LPP difference waves (the absolute difference between positive and negative condition LPP and neutral condition LPP) at the central-parietal region were significantly reduced in patients with pain (P = 0.029). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the amplitudes of late (700-1000 ms) negative versus neutral condition LPP difference waves were negatively correlated with pain intensity, assessed by visual analogue scale, (r = -0.393, P = 0.010) and HRSD scores (r = -0.366, P = 0.017). CONCLUSION Dopaminergic and non-dopaminergic systems may be involved in musculoskeletal pain in PD by increasing β-band activity and weakening the connection of the θ-band at the central-parietal region. PD patients with musculoskeletal pain have higher cortical excitability to negative emotions. The changes in pain-related EEG may be used as electrophysiological markers and therapeutic targets in PD patients with chronic pain.

Abstract
We describe three cases of overlapping Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) Encephalitis and Autoimmune Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein Astrocytopathy (GFAP-A). The three cases all presented with initial symptoms of fever, headache, coma, and posture tremor of the upper limbs, then followed by limb weakness and dysuria. All of the three cases were on ventilators. Case 1 and 2 improved dramatically after intravenous methylprednisoloneand immunoglobulin treatment. However, case 3 presented dyspneic, and died from gastrointestinal hemorrhage. The GFAP-A triggered by EBV intracranial infection could initially masquerade as EBV encephalitis only, and the detection of GFAP antibody is essential for differentiation.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Studies suggest seasonal fluctuations of symptoms in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients in Western countries. However, the association between seasonal change and variation in nonmotor symptoms (NMS) in Chinese PD patients is unclear. Here, we studied whether there is a change rule with annual cycle with severity of NMS for patients with PD in Southeast China. METHODS We studied 1005 PD patients between April 2008 and October 2020. Patients were classified into four seasons according to the 24 Chinese solar terms, based on assessment date. We compared comprehensive NMS scales and polysomnography parameters among groups and conducted further analysis of disease severity. RESULTS Among the 1005 patients studied, the mean age was 64.2 ± 9.7 years and 569 (56.6%) of them were men. Relative to the summer group, patients assessed during winter had higher Scales for Outcomes in Parkinson's disease-Autonomic Dysfunction (SCOPA-AUT) scores ( P = 0.045). The sleep efficiency factor scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in patients were higher during spring than summer ( P = 0.009). Among patients who completed polysomnography during the same period ( n = 135), compared with summer follow-ups, we observed a higher percentage of NREMS1 in winter and spring follow-ups ( P = 0.042, P = 0.011), a higher NREMS1 time in spring follow-ups ( P = 0.0024), a lower NREMS2 time in winter follow-ups ( P = 0.007), and a higher percentage of phasic rapid eye movement (REM)-sleep without atonia in autumn and winter follow-ups ( P = 0.026 and P = 0.020, respectively). In a subset of patients with PD and REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD; n = 182), those visited during winter had higher scores for RBD questionnaire-Hong Kong and its factor 1 (dream-related sub-score) than those visited during summer ( P = 0.034, P = 0.020). We observed similar findings for SCOPA-AUT and sleep efficiency factor scores in early stage patients in subgroup analysis. CONCLUSIONS PD patients assessed for follow-up during summer showed less severe symptoms of autonomic dysfunction and RBD symptoms than those assessed in winter, and less sleep disturbance than those in spring and winter, suggesting that seasonal change and NMS fluctuation are related, especially in patients with early stage PD.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate whether nighttime sleep duration and snoring status were associated with incident heart failure (HF). METHODS A prospective study was conducted based on Kailuan cohort including 93 613 adults free of pre-existing cardiovascular diseases. Sleep duration and snoring status were assessed by self-reported questionnaire. Incident HF cases were ascertained by medical records. Cox proportional hazards model was applied to calculate the HR and 95% CI of risk of developing HF. Mediation analysis was used to understand whether hypertension and diabetes mediated the association between sleep duration, snoring and HF. Data analysis was performed from 1 June 2021 to 1 June 2022. RESULTS During a median follow-up of 8.8 years, we documented 1343 incident HF cases. Relative to sleep duration of 7.0-7.9 hour/night, short sleep duration was associated with higher risk of developing HF: adjusted HR was 1.24 (95% CI 1.01 to 1.55) for <6 hours/night and 1.29 (95% CI 1.06 to 1.57) for 6.0-6.9 hours/night, after adjustment for potential confounders such as age, sex, smoking, hypertension and diabetes. A similar 20%-30% higher risk of incident HF was found in individuals reporting occasional or frequent snoring relative to never/rare snorers: adjusted HR was 1.32 for occasional snoring (95% CI 1.14 to 1.52) and 1.24 (95% CI 1.06 to 1.46) for frequent snoring. Presence of diabetes significantly mediated the association between both short sleep duration and snoring and HF risk and hypertension significantly mediated the snoring-HF relationship. CONCLUSION Short sleep duration and snoring were associated with high risk of HF.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Sleep disorders and sarcopenia could contribute to the development of Alzheimer's disease (AD), which are risk factors that rapidly deteriorate cognitive functions. However, few studies have evaluated the relationship between sarcopenia and sleep disorders in female AD patients, who have a higher prevalence than male patients. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between sarcopenia and sleep status in female patients with mild to moderate AD. METHODS This cross-sectional study recruited 112 female outpatients aged between 60 and 85 years. Demographic characteristics, appendicular skeletal muscle mass index (ASMI), grip strength, and gait speed were assessed. Sarcopenia was diagnosed according to criteria of the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) assessed sleep variables. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) assessed cognitive function. Binary logistic regression models explored the relationship between sleep variables and cognitive function and sarcopenia, adjusting for potential cofounders. RESULTS The outpatients were divided into 36 AD patients with sarcopenia (ADSa) and 76 AD patients without sarcopenia (ADNSa), with a prevalence of 32.1%. ADSa had lower ASMI, weaker grip strength, slower gait speed, a higher incidence of poor sleep quality and poorer cognitive function. Multivariate binary logistic regression analysis showed that high total scores of PSQI (odds ratio (OR) = 1.13), poor sleep quality (OR = 2.73), poor subjective sleep quality (OR = 1.83), low MMSE (OR = 0.77) and MoCA (OR = 0.76) scores were associated with high odds of sarcopenia. Compared to sleep time ≤ 15 min, >60 min (OR = 5.01) were associated with sarcopenia. Sleep duration <6 h (OR = 3.99), 8-9 h (OR = 4.48) and ≥9 h (OR = 6.33) were associated with sarcopenia compared to 7-8 h. CONCLUSIONS More sleep symptoms and cognitive impairment exist in female patients with sarcopenia. The higher total scores of PSQI, poorer subjective sleep quality, longer sleep latency, excessive and insufficient sleep duration and poorer cognitive function are associated with higher odds of sarcopenia in female patients with mild to moderate AD.

Abstract
PURPOSE Idiopathic rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (iRBD) is the prodromal marker of α-synuclein degeneration with markedly high predictive value. We aim to evaluate the value of electroencephalography (EEG) data during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep and subjective RBD severity in predicting the conversion to neurodegenerative diseases in iRBD patients. METHODS At the baseline, iRBD patients underwent clinical assessment and video-polysomnography (PSG). Relative spectral power for nine frequency bands during phasic and tonic REM sleep in three regions of interest, slow-to-fast ratios, clinical and PSG variables were estimated and compared between iRBD patients who converted to neurodegenerative diseases (iRBD-C) and iRBD patients who remained disease-free (iRBD-NC). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves evaluated the predictive performance of slow-to-fast ratios, and subjective RBD severity as assessed with RBD Questionnaire-Hong Kong. RESULTS Twenty-two (33.8%) patients eventually developed neurodegenerative diseases. The iRBD-C group showed shorter total sleep time (p < 0.001), lower stage 2 sleep percentage (p = 0.044), more periodic leg-movement-related arousal index (p = 0.004), increased tonic chin electromyelographic activity (p = 0.040) and higher REM density in the third REM episode (p = 0.034) than the iRBD-NC group. EEG spectral power analyses revealed that iRBD phenoconverters showed significantly higher delta and lower alpha power, especially in central and occipital regions during the phasic REM state compared to the iRBD-NC group. Significantly higher slow-to-fast ratios were observed in a more generalized way during the phasic state in the iRBD-C group compared to the iRBD-NC group. ROC analyses of the slowing ratio in occipital areas during phasic REM sleep yielded an area under the curve of 0.749 (p = 0.001), while no significant predictive value of subjective RBD severity was observed. CONCLUSION Our study shows that EEG slowing, especially in a more generalized manner during the phasic period, may be a promising marker in predicting phenoconversion in iRBD, rather than subjective RBD severity.

Abstract
PURPOSE Cognitive impairment (CI) is a common but debilitating non-motor symptom in Parkinson's disease (PD). Although cerebrovascular functions are related to cognitive performance in healthy individuals, such a relation in PD remains elusive. This study aims to assess the association between cerebrovascular function and cognitive performance in PD individuals. PATIENTS AND METHODS Two-hundred-and-one PD individuals were retrospectively included. They were subsequently divided into two groups: PD with normal cognition (PD-NC) and PD with CI (PD-CI). Cerebral hemodynamic characteristics of the middle cerebral arteries were assessed by transcranial ultrasound. The association between scores in each cognitive domain and cerebral hemodynamic parameters was further analyzed using regression analyses. Additionally, a binary logistic regression model with backward stepwise procedure was applied to build the model for discriminating CI in PD individuals. An independent dataset of additional 46 PD individuals was used further. RESULTS The PD-CI group showed a relatively lower end-diastolic blood flow velocity (EDV, p < 0.05) and a higher resistive index (RI, p < 0.05) compared to the PD-NC group. RI showed significant associations with the memory item score of Montreal Cognitive Assessment (p < 0.05). A model combining clinical and hemodynamic variables was established with optimal efficiency (area under the curve, AUC = 0.651). Further replication of the model in an independent dataset yielded a great consistency (AUC = 0.704). CONCLUSION In our study, cerebrovascular functions were significantly associated with the cognitive performance in PD individuals, especially with the memory task. The established model was effective in identifying CI in PD individuals, which might be a potentially useful tool to screen the cognitive decline in PD individuals at an early stage of the disease. Further studies with larger sample sizes in different populations are warranted.

Abstract
Background Bilateral facial colliculus syndrome is a rare clinical presentation in patient with pontine infarction. We herein described a case of bilateral facial paralysis and complete horizontal gaze palsy possibly caused by paradoxical embolization from patent foramen ovale related stroke. Case presentation A 55-year-old male presented with sudden onset of complete peripheral facial palsy and horizontal gaze palsy after Valsava maneuver. MRI revealed symmetric involvement of bilateral pontine tegmentum in accordance with the location of facial colliculus. CSF analysis and follow-up MRI showed no evidence of central demyelinating disease. Subsequent echocardiography revealed patent foramen ovale and closure surgery was performed. Conclusions Facial colliculus syndrome with symmetric dorsal pontine tegmentum involvement may a rare manifestation in posterior circulation stroke.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine whether the onset of rapid eye movement (REM) sleep behavior disorder (RBD) is associated with changes in brainstem neuronal pathway dysfunction as reflected by vestibular-evoked myogenic potentials (VEMPs) and to evaluate associations between VEMPs and REM sleep without atonia (RSWA) in patients with early-stage Parkinson's disease (PD) and isolated RBD (iRBD). METHODS Eighty-two early-stage PD patients, 40 iRBD patients, and 41 healthy control individuals underwent one-night video-polysomnography (vPSG) and VEMPs examination. We compared cervical (cVEMP), ocular (oVEMP), and masseter (mVEMP) VEMP parameters among PD with RBD (PD + RBD), PD without RBD (PD-RBD), iRBD, and control groups and analyzed correlations between VEMPs and RSWA in PD and iRBD groups. RESULTS The PD + RBD group showed delays in bilateral cVEMP (Lp13, Ln23, Rn23: all p < 0.05) and oVEMP (Ln10, Rn10, Rp15: all p < 0.05) peak latencies compared with the PD-RBD group. Total cVEMP scores were higher in the PD + RBD group than in the iRBD group (p = 0.033). In PD patients, phasic RSWA was correlated with total cVEMP scores (p = 0.003), and tonic RSWA was correlated with left oVEMP scores (p = 0.013). CONCLUSIONS Brainstem neurophysiology as evidenced by altered VEMPs in patients with PD and iRBD could reflect disease evolvement. Moreover, VEMPs alterations may vary depending on the presence of RBD in PD patients. The associations between altered RSWA and VEMP parameters highlight the meaningfulness of detecting brainstem dysfunction in early-stage PD.

Abstract
1. This study investigated the effects of dietary betaine supplementation on growth performance, meat quality, muscle fatty acid composition and antioxidant ability in slow-growing broiler chickens.2. In total, 400, one-day-old female Xueshan broiler chicks were randomly divided into five groups with eight replicates of ten chickens each for 102 d. Broilers were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0, 125, 250, 500 or 1,000 mg/kg betaine.3. Broilers fed betaine had better feed conversion efficiency and weight gain (P < 0.05) and increased meat redness and yellowness 24 h after slaughter. Supplementation linearly decreased cooking loss and drip loss from breast muscle (P < 0.05). Muscular resilience was improved and tenderness increased (P < 0.05). Intra-muscular saturated fatty acids decreased, while total monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids increased (P < 0.05). Betaine increased activities of glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and total superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH) level, ratio of reduced glutathione/oxidised glutathione, and activity of scavenging hydroxyl radicals. It increased the activity of total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in the breast muscle (P < 0.05). Moreover, supplementation up-regulated (P < 0.05) mRNA expression levels of blood and antioxidant markers.4. In conclusion, 1000 mg/kg betaine can be recommended as a supplement for slow-growing, Xueshan chicken.

Abstract
Background: Sleep duration is linked to cognitive function, but whether short or prolonged sleep duration results from impaired cognition or vice versa has been controversial in previous studies. We aimed to investigate the bidirectional association between sleep duration and cognitive function in older Chinese participants. Methods: Data were obtained from a nationally representative study conducted in China. A total of 7984 participants aged 45 years or older were assessed at baseline between June 2011 and March 2012 (Wave 1), 2013 (Wave 2), 2015 (Wave 3), and 2018 (Wave 4). Nocturnal sleep duration was evaluated using interviews. Cognitive function was examined via assessments of global cognition, including episodic memory, visuospatial construction, calculation, orientation and attention capacity. Latent growth models and cross-lagged models were used to assess the bidirectional association between sleep duration and cognitive function. Results: Among the 7,984 participants who were followed in the four waves of the study, the baseline mean (SD) age was 64.7 (8.4) years, 3862 (48.4%) were male, and 6453 (80.7%) lived in rural areas. Latent growth models showed that both sleep duration and global cognition worsened over time. Cross-lagged models indicated that short or long sleep duration in the previous wave was associated with lower global cognition in the subsequent wave (standardized β = −0.066; 95% CI: −0.073, −0.059; P < 0.001; Wave 1 to 2) and that lower global cognition in the previous wave was associated with short or long sleep duration in the subsequent wave (standardized β = −0.106; 95% CI: −0.116, −0.096; P < 0.001; Wave 1 to 2). Conclusion: There was a bidirectional association between sleep duration and cognitive function, with lower cognitive function having a stronger association with long or short sleep duration than the reverse relationship. Global cognition was likely the major driver in these reciprocal associations.

Abstract
Objective: To study the relationship between emotional apathy and motor symptoms, sleep, and cognitive function in patients with early Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods: One hundred and twenty-nine early PD patients who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from June to October 2020 were included, including 82 male and 47 female patients. The emotional apathy was assessed by modified apathy rating scale (MAES). The above 129 patients were divided into 67 patients in the PD with emotional apathy group (MAES>14 points) and 62 patients in the PD without emotional apathy group (MAES≤ 14 points). Age, gender, course of disease and levodopa equivalent dose were also collected. Hoehn-Yahr stage and unified Parkinson's disease rating scale PartⅢ(UPDRS-Ⅲ), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), polysomnography, and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) were used to evaluate the motor symptoms, sleep and cognitive functions of patients with early PD, and the clinical characteristics of patients with early PD with apathywere determined. Results: Compared with PD patients without apathy, those with apathy had longer disease duration [M(Q1,Q3)][5.0 (3.0, 7.0) years vs 3.0 (2.0, 5.0) years, P=0.006] and severer motor symptoms [20.0 (10.0, 28.0) vs 14.0 (8.5, 23.0), P=0.047]. There was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups. Among the 33 patients who completed polysomnography, compared with PD patients without apathy (n=16), those with apathy (n=17) had a longer rapid eye movement (REM) sleep latency [150 (124, 184) min vs 87 (57, 133) min, P=0.035)] and more frequent periodic limb movements in the REM phase(P=0.042).The REM sleep ratio (r=0.373, P=0.042), apnea-hypopena index (AHI)(r=0.374, P=0.046) and oxygen deficit index (r=0.409, P=0.025) were positively correlated with the degree of apathy in PD patients. PD patients with apathy had relatively poorer performance in cognition assessment than those without apathy and total MoCA score was inversely correlated with the degree of apathy (r=-0.231, P=0.017). Conclusion: Early PD patients with apathy have objective sleep disorders dominated by REM sleep disorders, which can have a negative impact on cognitive function.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the transcranial sonographic characteristics in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) with symptoms of restless legs syndrome (RLS). Methods: Patients with diagnosis of definite PD from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University and 3 other participating hospitals between September 2018 and December 2019 were consecutively enrolled. Concurrent RLS symptoms were determined using Non-motor Symptoms Questionnaire. Transcranial sonography (TCS) and clinical assessments were performed during the same time and the related variables were compared between the two groups using t-test, non-parametric test, Chi-square test and Spearman correlation analysis, respectively. Results: Among 349 patients with PD, the prevalence of RLS symptoms was 22.6%. Compared to patients without RLS symptoms, those with RLS had longer disease duration (43.0 (24.0, 91.0) months vs 37.0 (20.0, 60.0) months, P<0.05) and higher Hoehn-Yahr stage (2.5 (2.0, 3.0) vs 2.0 (1.5, 2.5), P<0.01).TCS revealed that patients with RLS symptoms were more likely to have abnormality in the raphe nucleus (21.50% vs 7.78%, χ²=15.9, P<0.001) and increased third ventricle width ((6.22±1.97) mm vs (5.16±1.90) mm, P<0.001). No significant differences were found regarding parameters of substantia nigra. Conclusions: Concurrent RLS symptoms are common in PD patients. Abnormal echogenicity of raphe nucleus and increased third ventricle width could be characteristics of TCS in PD patients with RLS symptoms.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE Restless legs syndrome (RLS) has been suggested as a prodromal symptom of Parkinson disease (PD). Olfactory or taste dysfunction can also occur preceding PD diagnosis. However, whether RLS is associated with chemosensory dysfunction remains unknown. We thus aim to investigate the association between RLS and perceived olfactory and taste dysfunction. METHODS We performed a cross-sectional analysis including 90,337 Chinese adults free of neurodegenerative diseases in the Kailuan study in 2016. Presence of RLS was defined using revised RLS diagnostic criteria or the Cambridge-Hopkins questionnaire for RLS. Perceived olfactory and taste dysfunction was collected via a questionnaire. The association between RLS and perceived olfactory and taste dysfunction was assessed using logistic regression model, adjusting for potential cofounders such as age, sex, and medical history. RESULTS RLS was associated with high odds of having perceived olfactory and/or taste dysfunction (adjusted odds ratio = 5.92, 95% confidence interval = 3.11-11.3). The significant association persisted when using the Cambridge-Hopkins questionnaire (adjusted odds ratio = 5.55, 95% confidence interval = 2.37-13.0) or when excluding participants with major chronic diseases. CONCLUSIONS RLS was associated with increased odds of perceived olfactory and taste dysfunction.

Abstract
Magnetostrictive materials transduce magnetic and mechanical energies and when combined with piezoelectric elements, evoke magnetoelectric transduction for high-sensitivity magnetic field sensors and energy-efficient beyond-CMOS technologies. The dearth of ductile, rare-earth-free materials with high magnetostrictive coefficients motivates the discovery of superior materials. Fe1-xGax alloys are amongst the highest performing rare-earth-free magnetostrictive materials; however, magnetostriction becomes sharply suppressed beyond x = 19% due to the formation of a parasitic ordered intermetallic phase. Here, we harness epitaxy to extend the stability of the BCC Fe1-xGax alloy to gallium compositions as high as x = 30% and in so doing dramatically boost the magnetostriction by as much as 10x relative to the bulk and 2x larger than canonical rare-earth based magnetostrictors. A Fe1-xGax - [Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3]0.7-[PbTiO3]0.3 (PMN-PT) composite magnetoelectric shows robust 90° electrical switching of magnetic anisotropy and a converse magnetoelectric coefficient of 2.0 × 10-5 s m-1. When optimally scaled, this high coefficient implies stable switching at ~80 aJ per bit.

Abstract
Background The clinical characteristics of Parkinson’s disease (PD) differ between men and women, and late- and early-onset patients, including motor symptoms and some nonmotor symptoms, such as cognition, anxiety, and depression. Objective To explore the features of excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) and night-time sleep quality in PD patients of different sexes and age at onset (AAO). Methods Demographic data and clinical characteristics of 586 PD patients were collected. Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were used to investigate the daytime drowsiness and nocturnal sleep. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors of EDS and poor night-time sleep quality. Results Sleep disorders were common in PD patients. EDS was more prominent in men than in women. There was no significant difference in ESS scores between late-onset PD (LOPD) and early-onset PD. LOPD patients had a higher probability of poor night-time sleep quality. Male sex, disease duration, and depression were risk factors for EDS. In all patients of both sexes and all AAO, depression was a risk factor for poor night-time sleep. Conclusion More attention should be paid to sleep disorders of PD patients, especially male LOPD patients. Depression is a common risk factor for EDS and poor sleep quality in PD patients.

Introduction
Restless legs syndrome (RLS), an under-recognized sensorimotor condition worldwide, is thought to be a prodromal symptom of Parkinson’s disease as suggested by previous evidences. However, its association with prodromal chemosensory impairments, including olfactory or taste dysfunction, has remained largely unknown. Few studies of small sample sizes were conducted in predominantly Caucasian populations and results were inconsistent.
Methods
We performed a cross-sectional analysis including 90,337 Chinese adults free of neurodegenerative diseases in the Kailuan study in 2016. Presence of RLS was defined using revised RLS diagnostic criteria and further verified by Cambridge-Hopkins questionnaire for RLS. Perceived olfactory and taste dysfunction was collected via a questionnaire. The association between RLS and perceived olfactory and taste dysfunction was assessed using logistic regression model, adjusting for potential cofounders such as age, sex, smoking, alcohol consumption sleep conditions and medical history.
Results
RLS was associated with high odds of having perceived olfactory and/or taste dysfunction (adjusted odds ratio =5.92; 95% confidence interval, 3.11, 11.3). The significant association persisted when using Cambridge-Hopkins questionnaire for RLS (adjusted odds ratio =5.55; 95% confidence interval, 2.37-13.0) or when excluding participants with major chronic diseases.
Conclusion
RLS was associated with increased odds of perceived olfactory and taste dysfunction.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate whether in utero exposure to the Great Chinese Famine in 1959 to 1961 was associated with risk of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in adulthood. METHODS In this cohort analysis, we included 97,399 participants of the Kailuan Study who were free of cardiovascular disease and cancer at baseline (2006). Cases of incident ICH were confirmed by medical record review. We used the Cox proportional hazards model to calculate the hazard ratio (HR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) for ICH according to in utero famine exposure status. RESULTS Among 97,399 participants in the current analyses, 6.3% (n = 6,160) had been prenatally exposed to the Great Chinese Famine. During a median 9.0 years of follow-up (2006-2015), we identified 724 cases of incident ICH. After adjustment for potential confounders, the HR of ICH was 1.99 (95% CI 1.39-2.85) for in utero famine-exposed individuals vs individuals who were not exposed to the famine. When exposure to famine and severity of famine were examined jointly, the adjusted HR was 2.99 (95% CI 1.21-7.39) for in utero exposure to severe famine and 1.94 (95% CI 1.32-2.84) for in utero exposure to less severe famine relative to those without exposure to famine. CONCLUSIONS Individuals with in utero exposure to famine, especially those exposed to severe famine, were more likely to have ICH in midlife, highlighting the role of nutritional factors in susceptibility to this severe cerebral condition.

Abstract
IMPORTANCE Restless legs syndrome (RLS) is a common neurologic disorder that has been previously found to be associated with higher odds of suicidal ideation. In the context of the increasing suicide rate in the United States, the evidence regarding the association between RLS and the risk of suicide and self-harm is limited. OBJECTIVE To investigate the association between RLS and risk of suicide and self-harm. DESIGN, SETTING, AND PARTICIPANTS This cohort study was performed using Truven Health MarketScan national claims data from 2006 to 2014; the baseline data were from 2006 to 2008, and the follow-up data covered 6 years (January 1, 2009, to December 31, 2014). Included were 24 179 nonpregnant participants with RLS and 145 194 age- and sex-matched participants without RLS at baseline (2006-2008), who were free of suicide, self-harm, cardiovascular disease, or cancer at study baseline. Data analysis was performed from February 1, 2018, to January 1, 2019. EXPOSURE Diagnosis of RLS, as identified by the International Classification of Diseases, Ninth Revision code. MAIN OUTCOMES AND MEASURES Incident suicide and self-harm event, identified by the International Classification of Diseases, Ninth Revision diagnosis code. RESULTS Among 169 373 participants in the current analysis, the mean (SD) age was 49.4 (9.1) years; 53 426 (31.5%) participants were men. During a mean (SD) follow-up duration of 5.2 (2.2) years, 119 incident suicide and self-harm cases were identified. Individuals with RLS had a higher risk of suicide or self-harm compared with those without RLS (adjusted hazard ratio, 2.66; 95% CI, 1.70-4.15), after adjusting for lifestyle factors (eg, alcohol and obesity), presence of chronic diseases (eg, depression, insomnia, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, peripheral neuropathy, iron-deficiency anemia, and Parkinson disease), and use of medications. Excluding those with depression, insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, and other common chronic conditions, the significant association between RLS and suicide or self-harm persisted (adjusted hazard ratio, 4.14; 95% CI, 2.17-7.92). CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE Restless legs syndrome was associated with a high risk of suicide and self-harm, and the risk was independent of most identified diseases and conditions.

Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the effect of betaine on growth performance, carcass characteristics, myogenic gene expression, and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) signaling pathway in partridge shank broiler chickens. A total of 192 one-day-old partridge shank broiler chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates of 8 chickens for a 52-d feeding trial. Broilers were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0 (control), 250 (B250), 500 (B500), or 1,000 (B1000) mg/kg betaine. Compared with the control group, the B500 and B1000 groups had higher (P < 0.05) body weight gain (BWG), and the B500 group had a lower (P < 0.05) feed/gain ratio (F:G) during the whole trial period. Moreover, the B1000 group increased (P < 0.05) the breast muscle yield and decreased (P < 0.05) relative abdominal fat weight. The mRNA expression of myocyte enhancer factor 2B (MEF2B) and mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) and mTOR phosporylation were higher (P < 0.05) in both breast and thigh muscles in the B500 and B1000 groups than those in the control group. The higher (P < 0.05) concentration and mRNA expression of IGF-1 were also observed in breast muscle in the B500 and B1000 groups. Additionally, the B1000 group up-regulated (P < 0.05) the mRNA level of myogenic differentiation factor 1 (MyoD1) in breast muscle and myogenin (MyoG) in thigh muscle. In conclusion, diets supplemented with 500 or 1,000 mg/kg betaine improved the growth performance of partridge shank broiler chickens during the whole trial period, and the B1000 group significantly improved the breast muscle growth. These improvements might result from increased mRNA expression of MyoD1 and MEF2B in breast muscle and MyoG and MEF2B in thigh muscle, and through alterations in IGF-1/mTOR signaling pathway.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Dyskinesia is a troublesome complication of long-term dopaminergic medications in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients. Many factors are reported to be associated with dyskinesia in PD. OBJECTIVE To investigate the association between sleep quality and dyskinesia in patients with PD. METHODS Four hundred twenty-five patients with PD were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) and Hoehn and Yahr (H-Y) stage scale were also performed. Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were applied to evaluate daytime sleepiness and overall nighttime sleep quality, respectively, in PD patients. RESULTS Patients with dyskinesia tended to have a longer duration of disease, higher daily levodopa-equivalent dose (LED), H-Y stage, UPDRS II and PSQI score, and a higher percentage of levodopa treatment than those without dyskinesia. After adjusting for age, sex, age at onset of PD, disease duration, UPDRS I, UPDRS II, UPDRS III, cigarette smoking, use of different antiparkinsonian drugs, phenotype, daily LED, and restless leg syndrome (RLS), PSQI score was still associated with dyskinesia, with corresponding ORs 1.111 (95% CI, 1.004-1.229) as a continuous variable, and 2.469 (95% CI, 1.051-5.800) as a categorical variable, respectively. Further analysis of PSQI components showed that subjective sleep quality and sleep latency were associated with dyskinesia in PD patients. CONCLUSIONS Our data showed that poor nighttime sleep is positively associated with dyskinesia in PD patients. Attention to the management of nighttime sleep quality may be beneficial to dyskinesia in patients with PD.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate effects of L-threonine (L-Thr) supplementation on the growth performance, immunity, antioxidant status, and intestinal health of broilers at the early age. One hundred and forty-four 1-day-old male broiler chicks (Arbor Acres Plus) were allocated into 3 treatments with 6 replicates of 8 birds each, and fed a basal diet (analyzed Thr content, 7.87 g/kg) supplemented with 0 (control diet), 1 and 3 g/kg L-Thr for 21 d, respectively. Treatments did not alter growth performance of broilers. Compared with control, 1 g/kg Thr supplementation increased relative weight of spleen (P = 0.013). A higher level of Thr (3 g/kg) increased relative weight of thymus (P = 0.003). The supplementation of 3 g/kg Thr reduced Escherichia coli (P = 0.040) and Salmonella colonies (P = 0.015), whereas increased Lactobacillus colonies (P < 0.001) in the cecal contents. Thr supplementation increased intestinal villus height (P < 0.05), and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth (P < 0.001), and the values for these parameters were intermediate with 1 g/kg Thr. Goblet cell density was increased by Thr supplementation (P < 0.001). The jejunal immunoglobulin G content was increased by the inclusion of Thr (P = 0.002). Broilers fed diet supplemented with 1 g/kg Thr exhibited increased concentrations of jejunal immunoglobulin M (P = 0.037) and secretory immunoglobulin A (P = 0.018). Likewise, 3 g/kg Thr inclusion increased ileal secretory immunoglobulin A content (P = 0.023). The jejunal malondialdehyde accumulation was reduced by Thr inclusion (P = 0.012). A higher level of Thr inclusion also reduced malondialdehyde content in the serum (P = 0.029). The high level of Thr inclusion (3 g/kg) upregulated mucin-2 mRNA expression (P = 0.034), whereas downregulated the mRNA abundances of interferon-γ (P = 0.036) and interleukin-1β (P = 0.031) in the ileum. In conclusion, L-Thr supplementation can improve immunity, antioxidant capacity, and intestinal health of broilers at an early age.

Abstract
TGFβ1 is very important in the synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix, and also in the mediation of human lung fibroblasts proliferation, and miR-29 plays an important role in this process. To explore the interactions of miR-29 family members and TGFβ1, the effects of transforming growth factor TGFβ1 on the expression of miR-29 and whether miR-29 is involved in pro-survival signaling pathways mediated by TGFβ1 were examined in human lung fibroblasts. Treatment of the human embryonic lung fibroblast cell line IMR90 with TGFβ1 caused a decrease in expression of miR-29a/b/c by real-time PCR analysis. TGFβ1 stimulation increased cell proliferation, colony formation and up-regulated expression of COL1A1; transfecting with miR-29a/b/c mimics reverse TGFβ1-induced phenotype changes in IMR90 cells. Western blot analyses showed that TGFβ1 treatment unchanged total protein expression levels of PI3K or AKT, but the expression levels of p-PI3K, p-AKT, and COL1A1 were increased; and miR-19a/b/c mimics interfering blocked phosphorylation of PI3K or AKT and decreased expression of COL1A1 after TGFβ1 treatment. The results indicate that TGFβ1 beta uses the PI3k-Akt pathway in these embryonic fibroblasts and miR29 blocks this activation pathway. It indicates a novel biological function of the PI3K-Akt pathway in IMR90. Elevated expression of miR-29 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of diseases related to fibrogenic reactions in human lung fibroblasts.

Abstract
Stimulant-associated growth deficits in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have long been a concern. We chose 146 school age children diagnosed with ADHD being treated with methylphenidate (MPH) and 29 drug-free ADHD children, and followed them up for 2-4 years. We recorded the changes in height and weight after long-term methylphenidate treatment and analyzed the influence of confounding factors to growth in height, weight, and height velocity. The change of the gap between patients' height and mean height in the methylphenidate group was -1.86+/-0.82 cm ( P<0.001); in controls it was -0.26+/-0.51 cm ( P<0.05). The changes of height standard deviation score (SDS) in the methylphenidate group and controls were -0.14+/-0.23 SD ( P<0.001) and +0.05+/-0.10 SD ( P<0.05), respectively. The differences between the 2 groups were significant ( P<0.001). Both correlation and regression analyses indicated that the duration of treatment contributed significantly to the variance in change of height ( P<0.001). The height velocity was significantly attenuated in the first year. The change of the gap between the patients' weight and weight for height after methylphenidate was -0.14+/-1.25 kg ( P>0.05). From this study, a small but significant deceleration of height velocity has been identified as a long-term side effect of methylphenidate, the magnitude of the height deficit is related to the duration of treatment. Methylphenidate had no significant influence on weight and BMI values.

Background: An earlier report showed that pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) + docetaxel (D) improved time to progression (TTP) vs D alone in patients (pts) with advanced breast cancer (ABC) who had relapsed at least 1 year after adjuvant or neoadjuvant anthracycline therapy. (Sparano et al., SABC 2008, #80) This analysis evaluated whether the time between completion of adjuvant anthracycline therapy until relapse impacts overall outcome. We retrospectively examined outcomes in pts with an anthracycline-free (A-F) interval of 1 to 2 years and pts with an A-F of >2 years.Methods: 751 pts were randomly assigned to receive either D 75 mg/m2 (N=373) or PLD 30 mg/m2 followed by D 60 mg/m2 (N=378) every 21 days. Treatment was continued until disease progression or the occurrence of unacceptable toxicity. The primary endpoint was TTP and secondary endpoints included overall survival (OS), progression free survival (PFS), objective response rate (ORR), and safety. Pts were categorized into groups by anthracycline-free interval of 1-2 years or >2 years. Abstract
BACKGROUND To study risk factors of neonatal nosocomial infection caused by extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL)-producing bacteria in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). PATIENTS AND METHODS A retrospective cohort study was conducted in a university hospital NICU in south China. Medical records of neonatal nosocomial infection caused by Escherichia coli or Klebsiella pneumoniae were reviewed. Twenty-two neonates infected with ESBL-producing bacteria (case patients) were compared with 17 patients infected with non-ESBL producing strains (controls). Univariable and multivariable logistic regression were performed to analyze risk factors for infection with ESBL-producing strains. The spectrum of antimicrobial resistance of ESBL-positive E. coli or K. pneumoniae was also examined. RESULTS Both univariable and multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that preterm low birth weight, prolonged mechanical ventilation (> or = 7 days) and prior use of third-generation cephalosporins were risks factors for ESBL-producing E. coli or K. pneumoniae infection (p < 0.05), with an odd ratio of 6.43 (95% CI: 1.51-27.44; p = 0.017), 7.50 (95% CI: 1.38-40.88; p = 0.017) and 9.00 (95% CI: 1.65-49.14; p = 0.008) respectively. However, the length of hospital stay before isolation of pathogens, endotracheal intubation, presence of a central venous catheter, days on third-generation cephalosporins and prior use of beta-lactamase inhibitors were not statistically significant (p > 0.05). Resistance of ESBL-positive strains to piperacillin, tobramycin, aztreonam and cephalosporins was significantly higher than that of ESBL-negative ones (p < 0.05). ESBL-producing strains appeared susceptible to carbapenem, fluoroquinolones, and beta-lactamase inhibitor combination piperacillin-tazobactam. CONCLUSIONS Preterm low birth weight, prolonged mechanical ventilation and prior use of third-generation cephalosporins are risks factors for nosocomial infection with ESBL-producing bacteria in NICU.

Abstract
Endocannabinoids have been shown to mediate depolarization-induced suppression of GABAergic inhibition (DSI), possibly via release and retrograde diffusion following moderate to severe depolarization of hippocampal pyramidal neurons. However, it is not clear how hippocampal neurons, which have relatively low firing rates in vivo, achieve the degree of depolarization required to release endocannabinoids. Here it is demonstrated that DSI is not dependent on the occurrence of action potentials in the postsynaptic neuron, but is mediated by depolarization-induced calcium entry via voltage-controlled calcium channels (VCCs). The optimal level of calcium entry, and subsequent DSI, are directly related to the frequency of depolarizing pulses, which differs between immature and adult hippocampus. However, it is shown via modeled spike train inputs that the frequency dependence of DSI is overcome if two or more convergent spike trains from different neurons with normal in vivo firing rates converge and overlap in time. In these modeled circumstances, endocannabinoid-mediated DSI occurs most often when converging synaptic inputs from multiple neurons fire in synchrony to allow temporal summation of local membrane events in postsynaptic cells to exceed threshold for calcium entry. It is therefore possible that such suppression of inhibition would only occur during the time that recipient hippocampal neurons receive multiple coincident excitatory synaptic inputs.

Abstract
Summary A pedigree of congenital stationary night blindness (CSNB) is described in a large Chinese family. The clinical description, pedigree, dark adaptation and elctroretinogram (ERG) studies indicate that the patients have an autosomal dominant form (ad) of CSNB. The disorder has been transmitted through at least 12 generations with over 40 affected individuals identified. The ERG data reveal that affected persons have severely diminished b-wave responses to dim light, but normal a-wave and subnormal b-wave responses to maximum light stimuli. The dark adaptation curves of three patients show a monophase curve, typical for night blindness. We have excluded the five previously known mutations in the three genes (RHO, PDE6B and GNAT1) associated with adCSNB, and linkage studies have excluded tight linkage between the disease locus and markers associated with these three genes. Thus, this family has adCSNB caused by a different gene from the previously identified RHO, PDE6B, and GNAT1.

Abstract
Two coumaroyl flavonol glycosides, isorhamnetin 3-O-alpha-L-[6"'-p-coumaroyl-(beta-D)-glucopyranosyl-(1,2)-rhamnopyranoside], and kaempferol 3-O-alpha-L-[6"'-p-coumaroyl-(beta-D)-glucopyranosyl-(1,2)-rhamnopyranoside]-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, were isolated from the n-BuOH extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves. These two, together with six other flavonol glycosides, kaempferol 3-O-alpha-L-[6"'-p-coumaroyl-(beta-D)-glucopyranosyl-(1,2)-rhamnopyranoside], quercetin 3-O-alpha-L-[6"'-p-coumaroyl-(beta-D)-glucopyranosyl-(1,2)-rhamnopyranoside], quercetin 3-O-alpha-L-[6"'-p-coumaroyl-(beta-D)-glucopyranosyl-(1,2)-rhamnopyranoside]-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, quercetin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-2)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside, quercetin 3-O-beta-rutinoside, and quercetin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, showed profound antioxidant activities in DPPH and cytochrome-c reduction assays using the HL-60 cell culture system.

Abstract
Although activation of protein kinase C (PKC) inhibits apoptosis induced by a variety of stimuli including singlet oxygen, the step at which PKC activation interferes with apoptotic signaling is not well defined. We have shown previously that caspase-8 and p38 mediate singlet oxygen-induced apoptosis in HL-60 cells. In this study, we investigated the influence of PKC on regulation of the caspase and p38 pathways initiated by singlet oxygen. Singlet oxygen induced Fas clustering and subsequent recruitment of FADD and caspase-8. Treatment of cells with the phorbol ester 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA), a PKC activator, did not affect the binding of caspase-8 to the aggregated Fas. Surprisingly, under the same conditions PKC activation was still able to prevent singlet oxygen-induced activation of caspase-8 and block its downstream signaling events including cleavage of Bid and caspase-3, decrease in mitochondrial transmembrane potential and release of cytochrome c from mitochondria. Inhibition of PKC by GF109203 or H7 counteracted the TPA-mediated effects on the cleavage of caspases -3 and -8. However, neither activation nor inhibition of PKC affected p38 phosphorylation. These data indicate that PKC inhibits singlet oxygen-induced apoptosis by blocking activation of caspase-8.

Abstract
Empty capsids from adenovirus, that is, virus particles lacking DNA, are well documented in the published literature. They can be separated from complete virus by CsCl density gradient centrifugation. Here we characterize the presence of empty capsids in recombinant adenovirus preparations purified by column chromatography. The initial purified recombinant adenovirus containing the p53 tumor suppressor gene was produced from 293 cells grown on microcarriers and purified by passage through DEAE-Fractogel and gel-filtration chromatography. Further sequential purification of the column-purified virus by CsCl and glycerol density gradient centrifugations yielded isolated complete virus and empty capsids. The empty capsids were essentially noninfectious and free of DNA. Analysis of empty capsids by SDS-PAGE or RP-HPLC showed the presence of only three major components: hexon, IIIa, and a 31K band. This last protein was identified as the precursor to protein VIII (pVIII) by mass spectrometric analysis. No pVIII was detected from the purified complete virus. Analysis by electron microscopy of the empty capsids showed particles with small defects. The amount of pVIII was used to determine the level of empty capsid contamination. First, the purified empty capsids were used to quantify the relation of pVIII to empty capsid particle concentration (as estimated by either light scattering or hexon content). They were then used as a standard to establish the empty capsid concentration of various recombinant adenovirus preparations. Preliminary research showed changes in empty capsid concentration with variations in the infection conditions. While virus purification on anion-exchange or gel-filtration chromatography has little effect on empty capsid contamination, other chromatographic steps can substantially reduce the final concentration of empty capsids in column-purified adenovirus preparations.

Abstract
Although the atrioventricular node (AVN) plays a vital role in blocking many of the atrial impulses from reaching the ventricles during atrial fibrillation (AF), a rapid irregular ventricular rate nevertheless persists. The goals of the present study were to explore the feasibility of novel epicardial selective vagal nerve stimulation for slowing of the ventricular rate during AF and to characterize the hemodynamic benefits in vivo. Electrophysiological-echocardiographic experiments were performed on 11 anesthetized open-chest dogs. Hemodynamic measurements were performed during three distinct periods: 1) sinus rate, 2) AF, and 3) AF with vagal nerve stimulation. AF was associated with significant deterioration of all measured parameters (P < 0.025). The vagal nerve stimulation produced slowing of the ventricular rate, significant reversal of the pressure and contractile indexes (P < 0.025), and a sharp reduction in one-half of the abortive ventricular contractions. The present study provides comprehensive evidence that slowing of the ventricular rate during AF by selective ganglionic stimulation of the vagal nerves that innervate the AVN successfully improved the hemodynamic responses.

Abstract
BACKGROUND His electrogram (HE) amplitude and morphology changes were observed in our previous studies during transition from "fast" to "slow" atrioventricular nodal (AVN) conduction. This phenomenon and its significance for the dual-AVN electrophysiology are not well recognized and have not been studied. METHODS AND RESULTS Experiments were performed on 17 healthy rabbit atrial-AVN preparations during standard programmed electrical pacing. HEs were mapped along the His bundle with roving surface electrodes, along with recording of cellular action potentials (APs). HEs recorded from the superior margin of the His bundle were of greater amplitude during basic beats and decreased substantially, by 42+/-19% (P<0.01), when premature A(1)A(2) shortened to 178+/-20 ms. In contrast, the HEs from the inferior margin increased dramatically, 2.9+/-1.7 times (P<0.01), during short A(1)A(2) and remained high until AVN block occurred. In addition, during long A(1)A(2), the superior HEs consistently preceded the inferior by 1.9+/-0.7 ms. In contrast, at short A(1)A(2), the superior HEs occurred 2.7+/-0.8 ms after the inferior. Cellular AP recordings demonstrated clearly the presence of and the transition between early (fast) and late (slow) excitation wavefronts that accompanied HE alternans. CONCLUSIONS The morphological-electrophysiological evidence from the AV junction suggests that fast and slow wavefronts reach the His bundle differently, producing functional longitudinal dissociation into 2 domains. The characteristic HE alternans recorded from these domains are a new sensitive tool to determine the presence of distinctly different wavefronts and their participation in the conduction during reentrant or other arrhythmias. These findings provide further understanding of the mechanisms of dual-AVN electrophysiology.

The structures of 1-4 were determined by spectroscopic methods.

Abstract
The clinical assessment of left ventricular (LV) systolic function during atrial fibrillation (AF) is unreliable and difficult because of beat-to-beat variability. We evaluated an index for the estimation of LV systolic function in AF that is based on the relationship between the preceding (R-R1) and prepreceding (R-R2) R-R intervals. LV Doppler stroke volume (SV), ejection fraction (EF), peak aortic flow rate (AoF) and the maximum value of the first derivative of the LV pressure curve (dP/dt(max)) were evaluated in 13 healthy open-chest dogs during triggered AF. All parameters showed a significantly strong positive linear relationship with the ratio of R-R1/R-R2 (r = 0.65, 0.74, 0.75, and 0.70 for SV, EF, AoF, and dP/dt(max), respectively). The calculated value of LV systolic parameters at R-R1/R-R2 = 1 in the linear regression line showed a good relationship and an agreement with the measured average value of the parameter over all cardiac cycles (SV, 12.1 vs. 12.8 ml; EF, 49.6 vs. 51.2%; AoF, 1.37 vs. 1.48 l/min; and dP/dt(max), 2,323 vs. 2,454 mmHg/s). Using the LV systolic parameters estimated at R-R1/R-R2 = 1 in the linear regression line allows the LV contractile function to be accurately and reproducibly evaluated during AF and obviates the less-reliable process of averaging multiple cardiac cycles.
