Abstract
Glyphosate is the most widely used systemic herbicide. There is ample scientific literature on the effects of this compound and its metabolite aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA), whereas their possible combined genotoxic action has not yet been studied. With the present study, we aimed to determine the level of genomic damage caused by glyphosate and AMPA in cultured human lymphocytes and to investigate the possible genotoxic action when both compounds were present at the same concentrations in the cultures. We used a micronuclei assay to test the genotoxicity of glyphosate and AMPA at six concentrations (0.0125, 0.025, 0.050, 0.100, 0.250, 0.500 μg/mL), which are more realistic than the highest concentrations used in previous published studies. Our data showed an increase in micronuclei frequency after treatment with both glyphosate and AMPA starting from 0.050 μg/mL up to 0.500 μg/mL. Similarly, a genomic damage was observed also in the cultures treated with the same concentrations of both compounds, except for exposure to 0.0065 and 0.0125 μg/mL. No synergistic action was observed. Finally, a significant increase in apoptotic cells was observed in cultures treated with the highest concentration of tested xenobiotics, while a significant increase in necrotic cells was observed also at the concentration of 0.250 μg/mL of both glyphosate and AMPA alone and in combination (0.125 + 0.125 μg/mL). Results of our study indicate that both glyphosate and its metabolite AMPA are able to cause genomic damage in human lymphocyte cultures, both alone and when present in equal concentrations.

Abstract
Cirrhosis is a chronic liver disease with severe consequences for a patient's health and survival. Exercise is an essential therapeutic strategy for both cirrhosis prevention and treatment. On the other hand, information regarding the present status of exercise-related research in cirrhosis is limited. Therefore, this study seeks to close the information gap in the scientific literature by using bibliometric techniques to analyze the trends, focal points, and cutting-edge research areas on exercise and cirrhosis. On September 22, 2023, research articles and reviews on exercise intervention for cirrhosis were obtained and downloaded from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC). Subsequently, we employed CiteSpace (version 6.1.R6) to conduct bibliometric and knowledge graph analyses. 588 papers in 301 scholarly journals were written by 673 authors from 460 institutions spread over 63 countries and regions. The most productive nation among them is the United States. Not only is Zobair M. Younossi 1 of the most prolific writers, but he also receives the most co-citations. Most articles were published by the University of Michigan in the US, with the University of Alberta in Canada coming in second. Meanwhile, the WORLD JOURNAL OF GASTROENTEROLOGY has the most published articles, whereas HEPATOLOGY has the greatest number of co-citations. Apart from the theme words, the most frequently utilized keywords were "quality of life," "insulin resistance," and "mortality." Future research may concentrate on "obesity," "sarcopenia," and "Mediterranean diet," according to the analysis of keyword emergence. CiteSpace is used in this work to visually represent the topic of exercise intervention in cirrhosis, offering valuable information to researchers regarding the field's current status and possible future direction.

Abstract
Relations among polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), biomarkers of oxidative stress (lipid peroxidation, glutathione, and glutathione S-transferase activity), and the possible influence of environmental factors (temperature, pH, and salinity) were assessed in situ for specimens of Ramnogaster arcuata, a native estuarine fish. PAH levels found in the muscular tissue of R. arcuata ranged from 0.7 to 293.4 ng g-1 wet weight with petrogenic and pyrolytic inputs. Lipid peroxidation in the liver showed positive correlations (P < 0.05) with total PAHs (r = 0.66), 3-ring (r = 0.66) and 4-ring PAHs (r = 0.52) and glutathione in muscle (r = 0.58). Significant positive correlations (P < 0.05) were also evidenced between muscular glutathione with total (r = 0.62) and 3-ring PAHs (r = 0.75). Hepatic glutathione S-transferase negatively correlated with 4-ring PAHs (r = -0.58). These correlations suggest that lipid peroxidation and muscular glutathione could be good biomarkers for complex mixtures of PAHs, and hepatic glutathione S-transferase could be a suitable biomarker for 4-ring PAHs. Furthermore, significant correlations (P < 0.05) of environmental factors with PAH levels and biomarkers were observed, especially pH with 3-ring PAHs (r = -0.65), lipid peroxidation (r = -0.6), glutathione in the liver (r = -0.73) and muscle (r = -0.75); and temperature with 2-ring PAHs (r = -0.75) and glutathione in muscle (r = 0.51). The data suggest an influence of physicochemical parameters which could be driving a shift in PAH toxicity in R. arcuata. These results are essential for an integrated understanding of ecotoxicology and could help to predict environmental effects in present and future scenarios of ocean warming and acidification.

Abstract
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) is a prevalent lung disease in neonates that is associated with numerous complications and high mortality. The promising approach to treat BPD is the use of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), However, the current treatment of MSCs presents safety concerns, including occlusion of blood vessels and tumorigenicity. In this study, relevant publications from the Web of Science Core Collection were downloaded in January 2023. The acquired data were analyzed and predicted for trends and hotspots in this field using CiteSpace software. Results revealed that in recent years, the focus of co-cited references has been primarily on the clinical studies of MSCs and the application of MSCs derivatives for treating BPD models. The keywords that have gained attention are extracellular vesicles and exosomes. The United States has emerged as the most influential co-authoring country in this field. Among the co-cited journals, the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine holds the highest influence. Thus, this study provides trends in publications, collaboration, research interests, and hotspots, and provides clues for novel ideas and strategies in to further MSCs treatments for BPD.

Abstract
Glyphosate-based herbicides (GBHs) are common herbicide formulations used in the field and are increasingly used worldwide with the widespread cultivation of herbicide-tolerant genetically modified crops. As a result, the risk of arthropod exposure to GBH is increasing rapidly. Chrysopa pallens (Rambur) (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae) is a common predatory natural enemy in agroecosystems, which is exposed to GBH (Roundup®) while preying on pests. To identify and characterize the potential effects of GBH on C. pallens, the life tables of C. pallens larvae and adults fed with GBH were constructed. Moreover, the effects of GBH treatment on the expression of genes involved in insulin signalling in adults were analyzed using qRT-PCR. The results showed that GBH treatment altered the pupal period and preadult stage of C. pallens larvae. However, it did no effect on longevity, fecundity, and population parameters and two insulin receptor genes (InR1, InR2), a serine/threonine kinase (Akt), an extracellular-signal-regulated kinase (erk), and vitellogenin (Vg1) expression of C. pallens. Adults feeding on GBH significantly altered development, longevity, and differences in the mean generation time of the F0 generation. However, GBH feeding only minimally influenced the growth and population parameters of the F1 generation. In addition, InR1, InR2, erk, and Vg1 expression in the F0 generation were downregulated on the fifth day of feeding on GBH. Furthermore, the expression levels of InR1, InR2, Akt, erk, and Vg1 in C. pallens decreased with the increase of GBH concentration, although the expression levels returned to control levels on the tenth day. Overall, the consumption of the GBH by larvae and adults of C. pallens had minimal effect on the growth and population parameters of C. pallens. The findings of this study can provide a reference for elucidating the environmental risks of GBH, guiding the optimal use of glyphosate in agricultural practices in the future.

Abstract
Glyphosate (N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine, GLY) ranks among the most extensively used and effective herbicides globally. However, excessive GLY utilization poses a substantial threat to the survival of honey bees (Apis cerana). Here we monitored the survival status of A. cerana treated with GLY, and conducted transcriptome sequencing of the bee gut and head to further explore potential GLY influences at the molecular level. We observed that the mortality rate of bees increased as GLY concentration escalated. Pivotal pathways emerged in response to the GLY treatment, with a substantial number of differentially expressed genes enriched in the longevity regulating pathway - multiple species. This strongly suggested that GLY may influence the physiological behavior of bees by impacting this particular pathway. Moreover, our analysis revealed a notable reduction in the enzymatic activities of CYP450 and AChE in both the bee head and intestines of when exposed to GLY. Conversely, the enzymatic activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the head remained unaffected, whereas in the intestines, it exhibited a significant increase. Additionally, prophenol oxidase (PPO) and glutathione-S-transferases (GSTs) displayed contrasting trends in enzymatic activity in both organs. This study offers valuable insights into how GLY impacted the survival of A. cerana.

Biomonitoring studies play a crucial role in assessing human exposure to glyphosate and providing valuable insights into its distribution and metabolism in the body. This review aims to summarize the current trends and future perspectives in biomonitoring of glyphosate and its major degradation product of aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA). A comprehensive literature search was conducted, focusing on studies published between January 2000 and December 2022. The findings demonstrated that glyphosate and AMPA have been reported in different human specimens with urine as the dominance. Sample pretreatment techniques of solid-phase and liquid-liquid extractions coupled with liquid/gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry have achieved matrix elimination and accurate analysis. We also examined and compared the exposure characteristics of these compounds among different regions and various populations, with significantly higher levels of glyphosate and AMPA observed in Asian populations and among occupational groups. The median urinary concentration of glyphosate in children was 0.54 ng/mL, which was relatively higher than those in women (0.28 ng/mL) and adults (0.12 ng/mL). It is worth noting that children may exhibit increased susceptibility to glyphosate exposure or have different exposure patterns compared to women and adults. A number of important perspectives were proposed in order to further facilitate the understanding of health effects of glyphosate and AMPA, which include, but are not limited to, method standardization, combined exposure assessment, attention for vulnerable populations, long-term exposure effects and risk communication and public awareness.

Abstract
The primary objective of this investigation was to examine the evolving trajectories and pivotal focal points within the domain of research on intestinal barriers with regard to inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Publications germane to the intestinal barrier in the context of IBD were procured from the Science Citation Index Expanded within the Web of Science Core Collection database. Bibliometric scrutiny and visualization were executed employing the R package "bibliometrix" through the R software platform (version: 4.3.0). A comprehensive compilation of 7344 English-language articles spanning from January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2021 was meticulously identified and included in the analysis. Remarkably, China emerged as the preeminent force in the realm of intestinal barrier research in relation to IBD. The significance of the intestinal barrier in the context of IBD has been progressively and comprehensively acknowledged. This recognition has ushered in a fresh therapeutic perspective that offers the promise of enhancing the management of inflammation and prognostication.

Abstract
Silicosis is a global disease whose prevention efforts cannot be ignored today. Although numerous silicosis-related data have been published recently, emphasizing the characteristics and nature of silicosis, a summary of the developmental laws of research is lacking, especially in the visual analysis of the literature. We aim to address this issue through a scientometric review. The Web of Science Core Collection and the All Databases were searched with "silicosis" as the topic, excluding unrelated publications, and obtained data from 9802 and 1613 publications, respectively. The data was then analyzed using the Web of Science's online scientometric analysis function and CiteSpace's visual analysis functionality, including publication volume analysis, co-occurrence analysis, co-citation analysis, cluster analysis, and explosive detection. The results identify the "respiratory system" as the most influential area over a century. Furthermore, the publication's number was correlated with the gross domestic product. We ranked countries and institutions based on the frequency of publications and discovered that Europe, the USA, and China are the leading regions for silicosis research, with the USA and Europe having a stronger influence. Many reports related to artificial stone and denim jean production have been studied through citation analysis, indicating new epidemic trends in silicosis. Besides, silicosis-related diseases and the pathogenesis of silicosis were the research hotspots of silicosis through co-occurrence keyword analysis and outbreak detection. Furthermore, related diseases include coal workers' pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis, while the mechanism of silicosis includes studies on inflammation and fibrosis, oxidative stress, alveolar macrophages, apoptosis, and pathways.

Abstract
Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are emerging as promising sensing materials due to their controllable structure and function properties, as well as excellent physicochemical characteristics. Here, specific interactions between a triazine-based COF and a mass-used herbicide - glyphosate (GLY) have been utilized to design a disposable sensing platform for GLY detection. This herbicide has been extensively used for decades, however, its harmful environmental impact and toxicity to humans have been recently proven, conditioning the necessity for the strict control and monitoring of its use and its presence in soil, water, and food. Glyphosate is an organophosphorus compound, and its detection in complex matrices usually requires laborious pretreatment. Here, we developed a direct, miniaturized, robust, and green approach for disposable electrochemical sensing of glyphosate, utilizing COF's ability to selectively capture and concentrate negatively charged glyphosate molecules inside its nanopores. This process generates the concentration gradient of GLY, accelerating its diffusion towards the electrode surface. Simultaneously, specific COF-glyphosate binding catalyses the oxidative cleavage of the C-P bond and, together with pore nanoconfinement, enables sensitive glyphosate detection. Detailed sensing principles and selectiveness were scrutinized using DFT-based modelling. The proposed electrochemical method has a linear working range from 0.1 μM to 10 μM, a low limit of detection of 96 nM, and a limit of quantification of 320 nM. The elaborated sensing approach is viable for use in real sample matrices and tested for GLY determination in soil and water samples, without pretreatment, preparation, or purification. The results showed the practical usefulness of the sensor in the real sample analysis and suggested its suitability for possible out-of-laboratory sensing.

Abstract
The herbicide Glyphosate (GLY), or N-(phosphonomethyl) glycine was synthesized in 1950 and applied to control weeds in agricultural production. For a long time, it was believed that it was an inert compound, but many studies have instead demonstrated over the years the dangers of GLY to the ecosystem and human health. Among the best-known effects, it is known that GLY interferes with the metabolic pathways of plants and the main groups of microorganisms, negatively influencing their growth. GLY interferes with the metabolic pathways of plants and major groups of microorganisms negatively affecting their growth. The extensive GLY application on fields results in a "slow death" of plants through the minor resistance to root pathogens and in increasing pollution of freshwaters and soils. Unfortunately, however, unlike the old beliefs, GLY can reach non-target destinations, in this regard, ecological studies and environmental epidemiology are of significant interest. In this review, we focus on the effects of acute and chronic exposure to GLY on the health of plants, animals, and humans from a One Health perspective. GLY has been linked to neurological and endocrine issues in both humans and animals, and behavioral modification on specific bioindicators, but the knowledge about the ratio cause-and-effect still needs to be better understood and elucidated. Environmental GLY residues analysis and policy acts will both require new criteria to protect environmental and human health.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The correlation between diabetes and stroke has been studied extensively in epidemiological research. Here, we used bibliometric software to visualize and analyze the literature related to diabetic stroke to provide an overview of the current state of research, hotspots, and future trends in the field. METHODS Based on the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database, we collected studies related to diabetic stroke from 2007 to December 2022. We used CiteSpace (version 6.1.R5), VOSviewer, and Scimago Graphica to create knowledge maps and conduct visual analyses on authors, countries, institutions, cited references, and keywords, and Origin for statistical analysis. RESULTS We included a total of 5,171 papers on diabetic stroke from the WoSCC database. Overall, there was a steady increase in the number of publications, with a high number of emerging scientists. The USA was the most productive and influential country, which dominated national collaborations. The most common subject category was "neurology." In total, 12 major clusters were generated from the cited references. Keyword analysis showed that keywords related to poststroke injury and treatment are those with the highest burst intensity and latest burst time. CONCLUSIONS Individual disease treatment remains a hot topic, and how to balance acute stroke treatment and glycemic control is currently a difficult clinical problem. At the same time, the mechanism of their interaction and the prevention and treatment of related causative factors remain a hot topic of current and future research.

Abstract
BACKGROUND As the complexity and diversity of the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) are becoming better understood, burgeoning research has progressed in this field. However, there is a scarcity of literature specifically focused on the bibliometric analysis of this topic. This study sought to investigate the development pattern of TIME-related research from 2006 to September 14, 2022, from a bibliometric perspective. METHODS We acquired both articles and reviews related to TIME from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) (retrieved on September 14, 2022). R package "Bibliometrix" was used to calculate the basic bibliometric features, present the collaborative conditions of countries and authors, and generate a three-field plot to show the relationships among authors, affiliations, and keywords. VOSviewer was utilized for co-authorship analysis of country and institution and keyword co-occurrence analysis. CiteSpace was used for citation burst analysis of keywords and cited references. In addition, Microsoft Office Excel 2019 was used to develop an exponential model to fit the cumulative publication numbers. RESULTS A total of 2545 publications on TIME were included, and the annual publication trend exhibited a significant increase over time. China and Fudan University were the most productive country and institution, with the highest number of publications of 1495 and 396, respectively. Frontiers in Oncology held the highest number of publications. A number of authors were recognized as the main contributors in this field. The clustering analysis revealed six clusters of keywords that highlighted the research hot spots in the fields of basic medical research, immunotherapy, and various cancer types separately. CONCLUSIONS This research analyzed 16 years of TIME-related research and sketched out a basic knowledge framework that includes publications, countries, journals, authors, institutions, and keywords. The finding revealed that the current research hot spots of the TIME domain lie in "TIME and cancer prognosis", "cancer immunotherapy", and "immune checkpoint". Our researchers identified the following areas: "immune checkpoint-based immunotherapy", "precise immunotherapy" and "immunocyte pattern", which may emerge as frontiers and focal points in the upcoming years, offering valuable avenues for further exploration.

Abstract
In this study, we developed a biosensor based on the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) phenomenon of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) to detect the widely used herbicide glyphosate in food samples. To do so, either cysteamine or a specific antibody for glyphosate were conjugated to the surface of the nanoparticles. AuNPs were synthesized using the sodium citrate reduction method and had their concentration determined via inductively plasma coupled mass spectrometry. Their optical properties were analyzed using UV-vis spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and transmission electron microscopy. Functionalized AuNPs were further characterized via Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman scattering, Zeta potential, and dynamic light scattering. Both conjugates succeeded in detecting the presence of glyphosate in the colloid, although nanoparticles functionalized with cysteamine tended to aggregate at high concentrations of the herbicide. On the other hand, AuNPs functionalized with anti-glyphosate functioned at a broad concentration range and successfully identified the presence of the herbicide in non-organic coffee samples and when it was added to an organic coffee sample. This study demonstrates the potential of AuNP-based biosensors to detect glyphosate in food samples. The low-cost and specificity of these biosensors make them a viable alternative to current methods for detecting glyphosate in foodstuffs.

Abstract
Postural control impairment is one of the primary motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease, leading to an increased risk of falling. Several studies have been conducted on postural control disorders in Parkinson's disease patients, but no relevant bibliometric analysis has been found. In this paper, the Web of Science Core Collection database was searched for 1,295 relevant papers on postural control in Parkinson's disease patients from December 2011 to December 2021. Based on the Citespace knowledge graph, these relevant papers over the last decade were analyzed from the perspectives of annual publication volume, countries and institutes cooperation, authors cooperation, dual-map overlay of journals, co-citation literature, and keywords. The purpose of this study was to explore the current research status, research hotspots, and frontiers in this field, and to provide a reference for further promoting the research on postural control in Parkinson's disease patients.

Abstract
Background: Exosomes and cancer immunology are both important areas of research for cancer treatment. As much effort has been made to explore the relationship between exosomes and cancer immunology, exosomes in cancer immunology have become a hotspot in medical research. Methods: We retrieved all relevant publications between 2011 and 2021 from the Web of Science and utilized Microsoft Excel 365, Citespace, Online Analysis Platform of Literature Metrology (http://bibliometric.com/) and software including VOS viewer to analyze and visualize the research result. Results: Of the 820 studies included, China published the most articles, followed by the USA. Cooperation between countries has progressed over the past decade. Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Oncotargets and Therapy were the institution and journal that published the most articles respectively. The most frequently cited article in this field, titled "Pancreatic cancer exosomes initiate pre-metastatic niche formation in the liver," was published in Nature Cell Biology. Keywords were divided into three: Mechanism research, treatment application research, and diagnosis and prognosis research of which the latter was the newest cluster. "Microenvironment," "PD-L1" and "M2 macrophage" were representative new keywords while "tumor suppressor" was the keyword cited most frequently. Conclusion: The publication trend shows that cooperation between different countries and institutions contributes to the development of this field. Researchers should continue to extend collaborations for further advances. The rising relative research interest indicated that this is a hot topic with great research potential. Macrophages polarization and PD-L1 application in tumor immunotherapy are worthy of further research. Hotspots will likely transfer from mechanistic research to clinical research, particularly for methods to increase the survival rate and improve the prognosis of cancer patients.

Abstract
Home-based cardiac rehabilitation has been a major area in cardiac rehabilitation research for a long time. However, there are few systematic studies in this field using bibliometric analysis. We collected articles and reviews for home-based cardiac rehabilitation from the Web of Science Core Collection. Our objectives were to perform a bibliometric analysis and visualization study to determine hotspots and trends of home-based cardiac rehabilitation, identify collaboration and influence among authors, countries, institutions, and journals, and assess the knowledge base to develop clinical research in the future. This study will provide a valuable reference for researchers concerned with HBCR.

Abstract
BACKGROUND In recent years, concern has arisen worldwide about the potential adverse effects that could result from early-life exposure to pesticides. Asthma, bronchitis, and persistent cough in children have been linked to gestational exposure to pesticides. The respiratory effects of gestational exposure to pesticides are controversial. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between pesticide exposure in pregnant women and its effect on the respiratory system of their children. METHODS A narrative review was carried out by means of a search in the main databases. RESULTS Findings of studies confirmed the effects of pesticides on the child's health. These substances cross the placenta and become transmitters of exposure to the individual at the most sensitive stage of her development. CONCLUSIONS Chronic exposure to pesticides in fetuses is associated with chronic respiratory symptoms and disease.

Abstract
Objectives Protein post-translational modifications (PTMs) are closely associated with tumorigenesis, targeting PTMs of key proteins might be the focus of antitumor drug discovery. This study aimed to analyze the research progress on protein PTMs in tumorigenesis by performing qualitative and quantitative evaluations. Methods The Web of Science Core Collection was selected as the database, and Science Citation Index Expanded was selected as the citation index. Visualization tools such as VOSviewer, CiteSpace, HistCite, and Online Analysis Platform of Bibliometrics were used to deeply explore the information of the retrieved research papers and analyze them in terms of research trends and main aspects of research. Results The search yielded 3777 relevant articles. The results showed that the total number of PTMs related papers in cancer field has been increasing annually, with the largest number of papers published in the United States of America. The co-word cluster analysis showed that the research on PTMs and tumorigenesis was primarily focused on the following four areas, mechanism, histone, P53, key Technologies. Tumor metabolism, autophagy, and protein-protein interaction, histone ubiquitination have become new research topics. Conclusion This study provides an important reference for the research direction and selection of topics of interest in the PTMs of cancer field.

Abstract
Fipronil is a broad potent insecticide that belongs to the phenylpyrazole chemical family. Its action mode acting in the presynaptic and postsynaptic blocking the chlorine ions by the neurotransmitters GABA. It is considered highly toxic, and in some countries, its use has been prohibited. The objective of this review is to perform a scientometric analysis for global measurement of the research on the insecticide fipronil. All information in this study was searched in the Web of Science (WoS) database in December 2021. The search was carried using the term "fipronil." Thus, 2362 studies were selected. Most selected articles showed toxicity effects of fipronil on non-target organisms, analytical methods to detect the insecticide, environmental degradation processes, and efficiency in reducing insects through its use. The H index for this dataset was 91. The cooperation network of the authors among countries showed the USA as the most notorious, with 30.6% of studies, followed by China (15.7%) and Brazil (10.9%). There are many studies on the toxicity of fipronil in bees, forms of degradation, and effectiveness of this insecticide. The present work presents suggestions pointed out in the articles for further research and highlights the importance of studies involving fipronil, as well as studies of alternative pest control.

Abstract
The chelating and sequestering ability of a glyphosate metabolite, the aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA) towards bi- and trivalent metal cations, such as Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Cu2+ and Al3+, were investigated in aqueous solutions of NaCl, in an ionic strength range of 0.1 ≤ I/mol dm-3 ≤ 1.0 and at constant temperature of T = 298.15 ± 0.15 K. The investigations on the acid-base properties and complexing ability were performed, by means of potentiometry, in conditions of different cM:cAMPA molar ratios and pH values. The formation of insoluble species was experimentally observed in the Mn+/AMPA2- systems, and the solid phases were characterized by means of X-Ray Diffractometry (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and InfraRed Attenuated Total Reflection spectroscopy (IR-ATR). The dependence on ionic strength of the stability constants of the Mn+/AMPA2- complexes species, determined at different ionic strengths, was modelled by the Debye-Hückel type equation. The sequestering ability of AMPA toward the investigated metal cations was evaluated by pL0.5 parameter.

Abstract
Based on the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) database, the academic works published in the past 30 years on biodegradable films for soil were analyzed. In order to ensure the rigor of this experiment, this paper is based on the mathematical double matrix model VOS Viewer software and CiteSpace software. This work shows that publications of biodegradable films for soil are increasing year by year; polymer science is the hottest subject in the field of biodegradable films for soil; China and the United States are the countries with the most significant number of publications in this field, has an important position; Washington State University is the most published institution. This study further identifies and reveals the essential characteristics, research strength, knowledge structure, main research fields, and research hotspots in the late stage of the field of biodegradable films for soil and introduces the Activity Index (AI) and the Attractive Index (AAI), thereby assessing trends and performance in different countries. The paper also further illustrates the importance of biodegradable films by presenting field trials using biodegradable films on different plants. The research in the field of biodegradable films for soil is divided into four categories: “The research field of degradation,” “The effect of biodegradable film on soil,” “Performance and mechanism of the biodegradable film,” and “Effects of biodegradable film on crop growth and development.”. The study can be seen as a microcosm of the development of biodegradable films for soils, which will help researchers quickly identify their general patterns. Readers can better understand the changes and development trends in this field in the past 30 years and provide references for future research.

Abstract
Improper disposal of animal waste is responsible for several environmental problems, causing eutrophication of lakes and rivers, nutrient overload in the soil, and the spread of pathogenic organisms. Despite the potential to cause adverse ecological damage, animal waste can be a valuable source of resources if incorporated into a circular concept. In this sense, new approaches focused on recovery and reuse as substitutes for traditional processes based on removing contaminants in animal manure have gained attention from the scientific community. Based on this, the present work reviewed the literature on the subject, performing a bibliometric and scientometric analysis of articles published in peer-reviewed journals between 1991 and 2021. Of the articles analyzed, the main issues addressed were nitrogen and phosphorus recovery, energy generation, high-value-added products, and water reuse. The energy use of livestock waste stands out since it is characterized as a consolidated solution, unlike other routes still being developed, presenting the economic barrier as the main limiting factor. Analyzing the trend of technological development through the S curve, it was possible to verify that the circular economy in the management of animal waste will enter the maturation phase as of 2036 and decline in 2056, which demonstrates opportunities for the sector's development, where animal waste can be an economic agent, promoting a cleaner and more viable product for a sustainable future.

Abstract
Objective: A growing number of studies have demonstrated the antimicrobial activity of natural products against multidrug-resistant bacteria. This study aimed to apply scientometric method to explore the current status and future trends in this field. Methods: All relevant original articles and reviews for the period 1997–2021 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database. VOSviewer, a scientometric software, and an online bibliometric analysis platform were used to conduct visualization study. Results: A total of 1,267 papers were included, including 1,005 original articles and 262 reviews. The United States and India made the largest contribution in this field. The University of Dschang from Cameroon produced the most publications. Coutinho HDM, Kuete V, and Gibbons S were key researchers, as they published a great many articles and were co-cited in numerous publications. Frontiers in Microbiology and Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy were the most influential journals with the highest number of publications and co-citations, respectively. “Medicinal plants”, “methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus”, “biofilm”, “minimum inhibitory concentration”, and “efflux pumps” were the most frequently used keywords, so these terms are presumed to be the current hot topics. All the included keywords could be roughly divided into four major themes, of which the theme of “natural product development approach” had attracted much attention in recent years. Furthermore, “Pseudomonas aeruginosa”, “nanoparticles”, “green synthesis”, “antimicrobial peptides”, “antibiofilm”, “biosynthetic gene clusters”, and “molecular dynamics simulation” had the latest average appearance year, indicating that these topics may become the research hot spots in the coming years. Conclusion: This study performed a scientometric analysis of the antibacterial activity of natural products against multidrug-resistant bacteria from a holistic perspective. It is hoped to provide novel and useful data for scientific research, and help researchers to explore this field more intuitively and effectively.

Abstract
Bisphenol A (BPA) is used worldwide and research on the toxicity of BPA has advanced rapidly in the last few decades. This study aimed to evaluate the global scientific output of toxicity of BPA and explore the hot spots and research trends. All available articles related to the toxicity of BPA until 2022 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database. The VOSviewer, a bibliometric analysis software, was used to analyze the information of included articles, including countries/institutions, international cooperation, journals, citations, and keywords. Among 1644 retrieved articles, 1611 eligible studies were identified for analysis, and the annual publications increased with time in the past three decades. China and the United States were the most active contributors in this field. Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Dow chemical company conducted relatively more research than others about BPA toxicity. The journal “Chemosphere” published the most studies on “BPA toxicity”. Before 2015, most research focused on estrogenic activity and the test system mainly utilized animal experiments. However, in recent years, research related to toxic mechanisms of BPA at the cellular level and the toxicity of its analogs have received widespread attention. Considering some critical research gaps, future research on BPA toxicology should probably focus on the molecular biology of toxic mechanism, mixture toxicity, and co-exposure of BPA substitutes. This study will help researchers understand past and current research trends, hot spots, and trends of toxicity studies of BPA and, thus, contribute to further research and risk management of BPA.

Abstract
Widespread use of the herbicide glyphosate in agriculture has resulted in serious environmental problems. Thus, environment-friendly technological solutions are urgently needed for the removal of residual glyphosate from soil. Here, we successfully isolated a novel bacterial strain, Chryseobacterium sp. Y16C, which efficiently degrades glyphosate and its main metabolite aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA). Strain Y16C was found to completely degrade glyphosate at 400 mg·L-1 concentration within four days. Kinetics analysis indicated that glyphosate biodegradation was concentration-dependent, with a maximum specific degradation rate, half-saturation constant, and inhibition constant of 0.91459 d-1, 15.79796 mg·L-1, and 290.28133 mg·L-1, respectively. AMPA was identified as the major degradation product of glyphosate degradation, suggesting that glyphosate was first degraded via cleavage of its C-N bond prior to subsequent metabolic degradation. Strain Y16C was also found to tolerate and degrade AMPA at concentrations up to 800 mg·L-1. Moreover, strain Y16C accelerated glyphosate degradation in soil indirectly by inducing a slight alteration in the diversity and composition of soil microbial community. Taken together, our results suggest that strain Y16C may be a potential microbial agent for bioremediation of glyphosate-contaminated soil.

Abstract
Insecticides stand out as the most dangerous pesticides, and many of them can cause cytotoxic and genotoxic effects in organisms. For this reason, a systematic review was performed focusing on the effect of insecticides on Allium cepa system by two ways: (1) a scientometric study to identify trends and gaps in the literature on the evaluation of insecticides to guide future research efforts and (2) a meta-analytical approach compiling the information to obtain an overall result about insecticide effect on A. cepa. It was found that there is an increasing production of articles in this research area. The H-index of our data set was 11, with an average of 13.72 citations per item. The leader country in this research area was India, followed by Turkey and Brazil. The best cited research area was "Environmental Sciences" and "Environmental Sciences and Ecology," followed by "Cell Biology." The most used keywords were genotoxicity, pesticides, and insecticide. The meta-analytical test showed that the number of micronuclei found in onion cells treated with insecticides is higher than that in untreated ones, and the use of pesticides reduced the mitotic index. In conclusion, it is evident the need for more studies about biotechnology, nanotechnology, and biopesticides to develop safer pesticides.

Abstract
Imazethapyr, a selective systemic herbicide, is widely used in agriculture and it is frequently detected in water bodies close to application areas. Like other agrochemicals, imazethapyr is commercialized in formulations containing a mixture of additives that increase the effectiveness of the active ingredient. These complex mixtures may cause adverse effects on non-target primary producers, such as microalgae, when they reach freshwater bodies. The aim of this study was to assess the effects, separately, of the formulation Verosil®, the formulation additives, and technical-grade imazethapyr, in the acidic form or as ammonium salt, on the microalga Scenedesmus vacuolatus (Chlorophyta). Verosil®, formulation additives, and acid imazethapyr significantly inhibited the growth of S. vacuolatus (Verosil® > formulation additives > acid imazethapyr) and caused morphological alterations from 2 mg L-1, 4 mg L-1, and 60 mg L-1 onwards, respectively. Verosil® and formulation additives caused the most adverse effect including membrane disorganization, cytoplasm contraction, cell wall thickening, thylakoidal membrane disaggregation, and starch granule accumulation. In addition, Verosil® and formulation additives increased the chl a/chl b ratio, indicating possible alterations in photosystems as a stress response. The carotene/chl a ratio was also increased in microalgae exposed to both Verosil® and formulation additives, suggesting an antioxidant response to these toxic compounds. All these results support the hypothesis that the formulation additives contribute significantly to the toxicity and alterations caused by the commercial formulation Verosil® on S. vacuolatus.

Abstract
Every year, Brazil intensifies its activity in agriculture and, as a result, it has become one of the biggest consumers of pesticides in the world. The high rate of these substances raises environmental and human health concerns. Therefore, we collected papers from PubMed, Scopus, Scielo, and Web of Science databases, from 2015 to 2021. After a blind selection using the software Rayyan QCRI by two authors, 51 studies were included. Researchers from the South and the Southeast Brazilian regions contributed to most publications, from areas that concentrate agricultural commodity complexes. Among the pesticides described in the studies, insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides were the most frequent. The articles reported multiple toxic effects, particularly in rural workers. The results obtained can be used to direct policies to reduce the use of pesticides, and to protect the health of the population.

Abstract
As the two most commonly used organophosphorus herbicides, glyphosate (Gly) and glufosinate-ammonium (Glu) have unique properties for weed control and algae removal in aquaculture. However, the occurrences and health risks of Gly and Glu in aquaculture ponds are rare known. This study aimed to investigate the occurrences of Gly, AMPA (primary metabolity of Gly) and Glu in surface water, sediment and aquatic products from the grass carp (ctenopharyngodon idella), crayfish (procambarus clarkii) and crab (eriocheir sinensis) ponds around Lake Honghu, the largest freshwater lake in Hubei province, China where aquaculture has become the local pillar industry. Three age groups (children, young adults, middle-aged and elderly) exposure to these compounds through edible aquatic products (muscle) consumption were also assessed by target hazard quotient (THQ) method. The results indicated that Gly, AMPA and Glu were widely occurred in surface water, sediment and organisms in the fish, crayfish and crab ponds. AMPA was more likely to accumulate in the intestine of aquatic products than Gly and Glu. According to the total THQ value (1.04>1), muscle consumption of grass carp may pose potential risk to children.

Knowledge Map of Spatial Planning and Sustainable Development: A Visual Analysis Using CiteSpace. LAND 2022. Abstract
Spatial planning has become an important measure for countries and regions to promote sustainable development. However, there remains a lack of systematic and quantitative research on spatial planning worldwide. In this study, CiteSpace was used to perform bibliometric analysis and visualization research on the Web of Science core collection and China National Knowledge Infrastructure database. It was found that: (1) The number of papers published in global spatial planning research shows an increasing trend, especially after 2018, with China showing an obvious increasing trend. (2) Globally, the United States has the largest number of relevant research results, and Italy has the most cooperation with other countries. The highest research output is from developed countries, while that of developing countries is relatively weak. (3) There is some intersection among countries, disciplines, and authors but it is not strong, indicating that cooperation should be strengthened. (4) Through keyword cluster, timeline, and time zone analysis, global development can be roughly divided into three stages: the first stage is characterized by the study of spatial planning system theory, the second stage is characterized by building green infrastructure and providing ecological services, and the third stage is characterized by an emphasis on public participation and the establishment of justice mechanisms. China’s development corresponds to three stages: the theory and experience learning stage, the spatial planning system focused on economic development stage, and the integration of multiple plans and the sustainable development exploration stage. (5) There are differences in burst words between the world and China, indicating that there are great differences in research hotspots in different countries’ periods and conditions.

Abstract
This review would like to show the state of the art regarding the coupling of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) with Electrochemical Detection (ED). Since a universal detector for HPLC is not available, the electrochemical detection methods, thanks to their versatility and specificity, are competitive with respect to the detectors currently used. The papers present in literature on HPLC-ED technique are analyzed and discussed: for example, they regard the development of analytical determinations of resveratrol, rosmarinic acid, aromatic heterocyclic amines and glyphosate in food matrices such as meat, aromatic plants, vegetables, fruit and tomato juices. These papers show that electrochemical sensors used as detectors for HPLC can offer better sensitivity values than other detectors. Furthermore, the use of specific working potentials allows avoid matrix interferences to be avoided by almost exclusively determining the analytes of interest. It should be underlined that HPLC-ED methods have a selectivity that allows for limitation of the sample preparation and clean-up procedures to a minimum, making them quick and easy to apply. In addition, these methods offer advantages such as the possibility of direct analysis, that derivatization is often not necessary, the cost-effectiveness of the instrumentation and the possibility of regenerating the electrodes which allows numerous analyses in succession.

Abstract
A photocatalytic process was used to effectively remove glyphosate, an emerging pollutant and contaminant, through advanced oxidation. For this purpose, a feasible combination strategy of two-step anodisation and electrodeposition methods were proposed to fabricate graphene quantum dots (GQDs) supported titanium dioxide nanotube arrays (TNAs). The resultant GQDs/TNAs heterojunction composite exhibited significant degradation reactivity and circulation stability for glyphosate due to its excellent photo-generated electron and hole separation ability. After the introduction of GQDs into TNAs, the photodegradation efficiency of glyphosate increased from 69.5% to 94.7% within 60 min under UV-Vis light irradiation (λ = 320-780 nm). By analysing the intermediate products and through the evolvement of heteroatoms during glyphosate photodegradation, alanine and serine were discovered for the first time, and a detailed degradation mechanism of glyphosate was proposed. This study indicates that GQDs/TNAs heterojunction composite can almost completely degrade the glyphosate into inorganics under the appropriate conditions.

Abstract
Glyphosate-based herbicide has been the first choice for weed management worldwide since the 1970s, mainly due to its efficacy and reported low toxicity, which contributed to its high acceptance. Many of the recent studies focus solely on the persistence of pesticides in soils, air, water or food products, or even on the degree of exposure of animals, since their potential hazards to human health have raised concerns. Given the unaware exposure of the general population to pesticides, and the absence of a significant number of studies on occupational hazards, new glyphosate-induced toxicity data obtained for both residual and acute doses should be analyzed and systematized. Additionally, recent studies also highlight the persistence and toxicity of both glyphosate metabolites and surfactants present in herbicide formulations. To renew or ban the use of glyphosate, recently published studies must be taken into account, aiming to define new levels of safety for exposure to herbicide, its metabolites, and the toxic excipients of its formulations. This review aims to provide an overview of recent publications (2010–present) on in vitro and in vivo studies aimed at verifying the animal toxicity induced by glyphosate, its metabolite aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA) and glyphosate-based formulations, evaluated in various experimental models. Apart from glyphosate-induced toxicity, recent data concerning the role of surfactants in the toxicity of glyphosate-based formulations are discussed.

Abstract
Sewer networks play a pivotal role in our everyday lives by transporting the stormwater and urban sewage away from the urban areas. In this regard, Sewer Overflow (SO) has been considered as a detrimental threat to our environment and health, which results from the wastewater discharge into the environment. In order to grapple with such deleterious phenomenon, numerous studies have been conducted; however, there has not been any review paper that provides the researchers undertaking research in this area with the following inclusive picture: (1) detailed-scientometric analysis of the research undertaken hitherto, (2) the types of methodologies used in the previous studies, (3) the aspects of environment impacted by the SO occurrence, and (4) the gaps existing in the relative literature together with the potential future works to be undertaken. Based on the comprehensive review undertaken, it is observed that simulation and artificial intelligence-based methods have been the most popular approaches. In addition, it has come to the attention that the detrimental impacts associated with the SO are fourfold as follows: air, quality of water, soil, and business and structure. Among these, the majority of the studies' focus have been tilted towards the impact of SO on the quality of ground water. The outcomes of this state-of-the-art review provides the researchers and environmental engineers with inclusive hindsight in dealing with such serious issue, which in turn, this culminates in a significant improvement in our environment as well as humans' well-beings.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Osteoblasts-Osteoclasts has been a major area in bone disease research for a long time. However, there are few systematic studies in this field using bibliometric analysis. We aimed to perform a bibliometric analysis and visualization study to determine hotspots and trends of osteoblasts-osteoclasts in bone diseases, identify collaboration and influence among authors, countries, institutions, and journals, and assess the knowledge base to develop basic and clinical research in the future. METHODS We collected articles and reviews for osteoblasts-osteoclasts in bone diseases from the Web of Science Core Collection. In addition, we utilized scientometrics software (CiteSpace5.8 and VOSviewer1.6.18) for visual analysis of countries/regions, institutions, authors, references, and keywords in the field. RESULTS In total, 16,832 authors from 579 institutions in 73 countries/regions have published 3,490 papers in 928 academic journals. The literature in this field is rapidly increasing, with Bone publishing the most articles, whereas Journal of Bone and Mineral Research had the most co-cited journals. These two journals mainly focused on molecular biology and the clinical medicine domain. The countries with the highest number of publications were the US and China, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences was the most active institution. Regarding authors, Stavros C. Manolagas published the most articles, and Hiroshi Takayanagi had the most co-cited papers. Research in this field mainly includes molecular expression and regulatory mechanisms, differentiation, osteoprotection, inflammation, and tumors. The latest research hotspots are oxidative stress, mutation, osteocyte formation and absorption, bone metabolism, tumor therapy, and in-depth mechanisms. CONCLUSION We identified the research hotspots and development process of osteoblasts-osteoclasts in bone disease using bibliometric and visual methods. Osteoblasts-osteoclasts have attracted increasing attention in bone disease. This study will provide a valuable reference for researchers concerned with osteoblasts-osteoclasts in bone diseases.

Abstract
Nuclear abnormality (NA) assay in fish has been widely applied for toxicity risk assessment under field and laboratory conditions. The zebrafish (Danio rerio) has become a suitable model system for assessing the NA induced by pollutants. Thus, the current study aimed to summarize and discuss the literature concerning micronucleus (MN) and other NA in zebrafish and its applications in toxicity screening and environmental risk assessment. The data concerning the publication year, pollutant type, experimental design, and type of NA induced by pollutants were summarized. Also, molecular mechanisms that cause NA in zebrafish were discussed. Revised data showed that the MN test in zebrafish has been applied since 1996. The MN was the most frequently NA, but 15 other nuclear alterations were reported in zebrafish, such as notched nuclei, blebbed nuclei, binucleated cell, buds, lobed nuclei, bridges, and kidney-shaped. Several pollutants can induce NA in zebrafish, mainly effluents (mixture of pollutants), agrochemicals, and microplastics. The pollutant-induced NA in zebrafish depends on experimental design (i.e., exposure time, concentration, and exposure condition), developmental stages, cell/tissue type, and the type of pollutant. Besides, research gaps and recommendations for future studies are indicated. Overall, the current study showed that zebrafish is a suitable model to assess pollutant-induced mutagenicity.

Abstract
Introduction In the past 22 years, a large number of publications have reported that liver kinase B1 (LKB1) can regulate a variety of cellular processes and play an important role in many diseases. However, there is no systematic bibliometric analysis on the publications of LKB1 to reveal the research hotspots and future direction. Methods Publications were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC), Scopus, and PubMed databases. CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to analysis the top countries, institutions, authors, source journals, discipline categories, references, and keywords. Results In the past 22 years, the number of LKB1 publications has increased gradually by year. The country, institution, author, journals that have published the most articles and cited the most frequently were the United States, Harvard University, Prof. Benoit Viollet, Journal of Biochemistry and Plos One. The focused research hotspot was the molecular functions of LKB1. The emerging hotspots and future trends are the clinical studies about LKB1 and co-mutated genes as biomarkers in tumors, especially in lung adenocarcinoma. Conclusions Our research could provide knowledge base, frontiers, emerging hotspots and future trends associated with LKB1 for researchers in this field, and contribute to finding potential cooperation possibilities.

Abstract
Given the great harm of pesticide residues to the environment and public health, exploring ultrasensitive and low-cost methods for their quantitative analysis becomes intensely necessary. Herein, we proposed a double-functionalized gold nanoparticle (AuNP) probe as a signal amplification immunoassay for the detection of acetochlor (ATC), metolachlor, and propisochlor. The AuNP was modified with IgG and fluorophore-labeled duplex DNA by a polyadenine-based freezing method. The quenched fluorescence can be effectively recovered via duplex-specific nuclease (DSN) with excellent cleaving activity. This approach provided limits of detection (LODs) down to 0.03 ng/mL for ATC, 0.10 ng/mL for metolachlor, 0.14 ng/mL for propisochlor, and 0.08 ng/mL for their mixture. The average recoveries of ATC, metolachlor, and propisochlor were 93.0-106.6% from a corn sample, which are in good agreement with the commercial kit (R2 = 0.9995). This "turn-off" fluorescence immunoassay presents considerable potential in the analysis of chloroacetamide herbicide due to its simple process of probe preparing and ultrahigh sensitivity.

Abstract
The indiscriminate use of glyphosate is one of the main agricultural practices to combat weeds and grasses; however, its incorrect application increases soil and water contamination caused by the product. This situation is even more critical due to its great versatility for use in different cultivars and at lower prices, making it the most used pesticide in the world. Nevertheless, there is still a lack of in-depth studies regarding the damage that its use may cause. Therefore, this review focused on the analysis of environmental impacts at the soil-water interface caused by the use of glyphosate. In this sense, studies have shown that the intensive use of glyphosate has the potential to cause harmful effects on soil microorganisms, leading to changes in soil fertility and ecological imbalance, as well as impacts on aquatic environments derived from changes in the food chain. This situation is similar in Brazil, with the harmful effects of glyphosate in nontarget species and the contamination of the atmosphere. Therefore, it is necessary to change this scenario by modifying the type of pest control in agriculture, and actions such as crop rotation and biological control.

Abstract
Background: The management of various central nervous system (CNS) disorders has been challenging, due to highly compact blood-brain barrier (BBB) impedes the access of most pharmacological agents to the brain. Among multiple strategies proposed to circumvent this challenge, intranasal delivery route has sparked great interest for brain targeting in the past decades. The aim of this study was to apply scientometric method to estimate the current status and future trends of the field from a holistic perspective. Methods: All relevant publications during 1998–2020 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection (SCIE, 1998-present). Two different scientometric software including VOS viewer and CiteSpace, and one online platform were used to conduct co-authorship, co-citation, and co-occurrence analysis of journals, countries, institutes, authors, references and keywords. Results: A total of 2,928 documents, including 2,456 original articles and 472 reviews, were retrieved. Our analysis revealed a significant increasing trend in the total number of scientific publications over the past 2 decades (R2 = 0.98). The United States dominated the field, reflecting in the largest amount of publications (971), the highest H-index (99), and extensive international collaboration. Jamia Hamdard contributed to most publications. Frey WH and Illum L were key researchers with the highest number of publications and citations, respectively. The International Journal of Pharmaceutics was the most influential academic journal, and Pharmacology/Pharmacy and Neurosciences/Neurology were the hottest research categories in this field. Based on keywords occurrence analysis, four main topics were identified, and the current research focus of this field has shifted from cluster 4 (pathways and mechanisms of intranasal delivery) to cluster 2 (the study of nasal drug delivery systems), especially the nanostructured and nano-sized carrier systems. Keywords burst detection revealed that the research focus on oxidative stress, drug delivery, neuroinflammation, nanostructured lipid carrier, and formulation deserves our continued attention. Conclusion: To the authors’ knowledge, this is the first scientometric analysis regarding intranasal delivery research. This study has demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge map, development landscape and future directions of intranasal delivery research, which provides a practical and valuable reference for scholars and policymakers in this field.

Abstract
Objectives To identify the cooperation and impact of authors, countries, institutions, and journals, evaluate the knowledge base, find the hotspot trends, and detect the emerging topics regarding ferroptosis research. Methods The articles and reviews related to ferroptosis were obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection on November 1, 2020. Two scientometric software (CiteSpace 5.7 and VOSviewer 1.6.15) were used to perform bibliometric and knowledge-map analysis. Results A total of 1,267 papers were included, in 466 academic journals by 6,867 authors in 438 institutions from 61 countries/regions. The ferroptosis-related publications were increasing rapidly. Cell Death & Disease published the most papers on ferroptosis, while Cell was the top co-cited journal, publication journals and co-cited journals were major in the molecular and biology fields. The United States and China were the most productive countries; meanwhile, the University of Pittsburgh, Columbia University and Guangzhou Medical University were the most active institutions. Brent R Stockwell published the most papers, while Scott J Dixon had the most co-citations; simultaneously, active cooperation existed in ferroptosis researchers. Ten references on reviews, mechanisms, and diseases were regarded as the knowledge base. Five main aspects of ferroptosis research included regulation mechanisms, nervous system injury, cancer, relationships with other types of cell death, and lipid peroxidation. The latest hotspots were nanoparticle, cancer therapy, iron metabolism, and in-depth mechanism. Notably Nrf2 might have turning significance. The emerging topics on ferroptosis research were the further molecular mechanism of ferroptosis and the wider application of ferroptosis-related disease with advanced technology. Conclusion This study performed a full overview of the ferroptosis research using bibliometric and visual methods. The information would provide helpful references for scholars focusing on ferroptosis.

Abstract
Atrazine (ATZ) is one of the most widely used herbicides in the world. A scientometric study was conducted to analyze the evolution of research on ATZ. The study also looked at the use of microalgae and cyanobacteria as biological models for toxicity tests during the period from 1959 to 2019, in the category of toxicology of Web of Science. The results show an increase in the number of scientific publications mainly in the USA, Canada, and China. The majority of papers was published in journals with high impact factors, demonstrating the relevance of such studies. About 83% of the studies aimed to evaluate the effect of ATZ on non-target organisms. From those, 7.5% included microalgae and cyanobacteria. The majority of them worked with chlorophyceae to perform toxicity bioassays of ATZ and analyze its sublethal effects. The gaps identified by this analysis included a small number of collaborations between research groups from different countries; the number of studies with terrestrial organisms, which are larger in comparison to aquatic organisms; and the fact that none of the studies with ATZ and microalgae was performed in the field. These findings can point out to researchers and funding agencies the gaps in knowledge on the toxic effects of ATZ and guide the development of new research projects as well as environmental policies.

Abstract
The potential releases of nanoparticles (NPs) into soil medium have drawn considerable attention due to the increasing production and application of NPs worldwide. Understanding the interactions between NPs and plants is particularly important to assess the risks of NPs in the soil ecosystem. Although important knowledge has been gained about the NPs-plants interactions, current results of numerous published articles are still scattered. Therefore, this paper reviews the scientific progress in the NPs-plants interactions via a scientometric analysis to identify the main gaps and to provide future perspectives. Scientific documents on the interaction of nanoparticles and plant research during the period January 2000-July 2020 have been collected from Web of Science core collection and analyzed using CiteSpace. Overall, 9 scientometric indicators, i.e. literature quantity and growth trend, contributing countries, authors, institutions, keywords, cited journals, cited authors, and cited articles, are employed to understand the results retrieved from the 961 documents collected. The number of studies on nano-plant interaction research has been growing at an average annual rate of 56%. 71 countries and around 3380 authors have contributed to this field. Among the cited journals, Environmental Science and Technology stands out as the most-cited journal followed by Science of the Total Environment and Environmental Pollution, respectively. Moreover, the keyword citation burst, an indicator of the most active area of research or emerging trend, indicates that the beneficial side of nanoparticles and the trophic transfer require further exploration. This paper will be beneficial for fully understanding the salient research themes and the research trends of nano-plant interaction in future.
